In this paper, we proposed a PC-based CNC control system using EtherCAT-based servo drive and I/O device. The default communication of LinuxCNC is a parallel port, and data processing with high bandwidth is impossible. However, it is possible to apply various bandwidth devices through the application of EtherCAT, one of the industrial Ethernet communications with high bandwidth. Therefore, the hardware control method of LinuxCNC was applied through EtherCAT communication from the existing parallel port. Finally, through HAL configuration, I/O device operation check and 3-axis motion control proved the LinuxCNC system with EtherCAT.

Purpose: The nasal bone fracture is the most common type of facial bone fracture. In making a diagnosis, physical findings are much more important than the simple radiologic findings. Facial bone CAT scan can provide the accurate diagnosis and the correct location of nasal bone fractures, so it can be lessoned with proper intervention. The aim of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of facial bone CAT scan in the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures. Methods: The medical records and facial bone CAT scan of 45 patients clinically suspected nasal bone fracture but was not diagnosed on simple radiologic findings were analyzed. Results: All of the 45 patients were confirmed as nasal bone fractures in the facial bone CAT scan. The most common cause of fracture was assault. The mean age was 23.2 years. Physical findings were tenderness (100%), swelling(93.3%), epistaxis(66.6%), deviation (42.2 %), external wound(17.7%) and crepitus(4.4%) in order. Conclusions: It was concluded that the simple radiologic findings can not be conclusive, where the physical findings indicate a suspected nasal bone fracture. The facial bone CAT scan was more reliable for the correct diagnosis and follow-on treatment.

The enzyme, cis,cis-muconate lactonizing enzyme has been proposed to play a key role in the $\beta$-ketoadipate pathway of benzoate degradation. A 3.2-kb EcoRI fragment termed as pRSU2, isolated from a Pseudomonas cepacia genomic library was able to complement the catB defective mutant. Several relevant restriction enzyme sites were determined within the cloned fragment. In Pseudomonas putida SUC2 carrying pRSU2, the enzyme activity was relatively higher than those of the induced or partially induced state of wild type P. putida PRS2000. It was probably due to higher expression of P. cepacia catB in P. putida PRS2000. It was probably due to higher expression of P. cepacia catB in P. putida. One possible interpretation of these results is that the catB promoter in P. cepacia is recognized within P. putida, resulting in the almost same expression level.

A 6.1 kb Sph I fragment from the genomic DNA of Pseudomonas putida SM 25 was cloned into the veetor pUC19. The open reading frame of catB was found to consist of 1,122 nucleotides. The sequence alignment of the catB gene products from different kinds of bacteria revealed an overall identity ranging from 40 to 98%. The catC gene contained an open reading frame of 96 codons, from which a protein with a molecular mass of about 10.6 kDa was predicted. The amino acids in the proposed activesite region of CatC were found to be almost conserved, including the charged residues. Since the catBC genes in P. putida SM25 were tightly linked, the could be regulated under coordinate transcription, and transcribed from a single promoter located upstream of the catB gene, as in P. putida RBI.

One cat caused a big wave in Russian literature. This cat revived the heroine of Russian classics. Her light breath was scattered in the world, in the cloudy sky and in the cold spring wind about one hundred years ago. And the cat gave an opportunity of turning to Russian classics to Russian readers. Thanks to this cat, a Russian dreamer changed his typical thinking, as well as many ordinary readers start to read works of creator of this wonderful cat. Pelevin accomplished these works with one cat, which he has made. Of course "Nika" is not only caused to make readers to return to Russian classics. I think, the cat and "Nika" are the symbols of writer's purpose in Russian literature. In this study the understanding of "Nika" is following the steps of realization of writer's purpose. In the second chapter it is analyzed to the textual relationship between "Nika" and "Light breath". Apart from existing analyses to be emphasized the succession of thematic aspect of two works as well. Existence of observers to each heroine stress this succession of thematic aspect of two works. In the third chapter it is analyzed the use of technique of mystification in "Nika". This intentional use of mystification has been demanded to read a "Nika" from another point of view(internal speculation of hero-narrator). The purpose of writer was to expose the cognitive error of a human being. I think this purpose was effectively explained by Pelevin's Buddhist world view which was introduced in his several works.

최근 선박에서는 레이더의 영상데이터를 타 장치로 전송하기 위한 방법으로 Asterix CAT 240 포맷을 사용한다. 하지만 Asterix 포맷은 사용자에 의해 정의 가능한 유동적인 구조를 가지고 있어, 선박 레이더 운용에 적합하지 않게 정의된 포맷 구조는 항해 장비 네트워크 트래픽을 과도하게 증가시키거나 안정성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 따라서 항해 네트워크의 트래픽을 감소시키고 안정성을 증가시키기 위하여, 레이더 스캐너 및 전시기의 성능에 따른 적절한 설정 값으로서 최적화된 Asterix CAT 240 포맷을 정의하는 방안을 연구하였다.

CAT(0) cubical complexes are a key to formulate geodesic spaces with nonpositive curvatures. The paper discusses the median structure of CAT90) cubical complexes. Especially, the underlying graph of a CAT(0) cubical complex is a median graph. Using the idea of median structure, this paper shows that groups acting on median complexes L(${\delta}$) groups and, in addition, work L(0) groups are closed under free product.

생산공정중에서 검사공정이 비교적 늦게 자동화되어 왔으나 Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)과 computer의 결합을 통하여 Computer-Aided Testing(CAT)이 실현되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 CAT에 대한 전반적인 개념을 설명하였으며, CAD 및 CAM과 CAT의 결합, expert system을 이용한 측정계획의 수립, vision을 이용한 측정자동화의 경향을 설명하고 있다. 또한 CAD와 Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)의 결합에 필요한 data교환 format을 소개한다. 그리고 현재 상용화 되어있는 CAT software들의 기능을 소개한다.

In this paper, we present a new mixed type iterative process for approximating the common fixed points of single-valued nonexpansive mapping and multi-valued nonexpansive mapping in a CAT(0) space. We demonstrate strong and weak convergence theorems for the new iterative process in CAT(0) spaces, as well as numerical results to support our theorem.

xylA 유전자의 발현에 관한 xylR 유전자의 조절 메카니즘을 밝히기 위한 연구의 일환으로 xylA 프로모터 하류에 cat 유전자를 삽입시켜 Pxyl-cat-xylA 융합 플라스미드인 pEXC131을 제작하였고 이 플라스미드를 xylA 변이주인DH77로 형질전환시킨 결과 xylose의 유도시에만 Cm 내성과 xylose isomerase활성이 나타났다. pEXC1131/DH77에 NTG를 처리하여 xylose 유도없이도 Cm 내성과 xylose isomerase의 활성을 나타내는 xylA 유전자의 구성적 변이주인 pEXC131-39를 xylR 변이주인 DH60으로 형질전환시킨 균주가 xylose에 의한 유도와 무관하게 Cm 내성 및 xylose isomerase 활성을 가지는 것으로 보아 xylA 유전자의 프로모터부위의 변이에 의한 구성적 변이주임을 확인하였다.
