간호대학생의 셀프리더십 및 진로태도성숙, 전공만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self Leadership, Maturity of Career Attitude and Major Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose : This study examines the relationship among nursing students' self-leadership, the maturity of their career attitudes, and satisfaction with their studies to investigate these elements' impact on nursing students' satisfaction with their major course of study. Methods : A total of 236 students enrolled in the College of Nursing were identified as potential research subjects. The study was conducted between October 1 and November 2, 2017. A structured questionnaire was used to investigate the students' self-leadership, the maturity of their career attitudes, and satisfaction with their major course of study. SPSS for Windows 20.0 was used for statistical analyses. Results : The study's results found an average score for self-leadership among nursing students was 3.61 out of 5, their average score for career attitude maturity was 3.14 out of 5, and the their average score for career attitude maturity was 3.14 out of 5, and the average satisfaction level was 3.79 out of 5. These results indicate that the students' levels of satisfaction with the major are higher when their levels of self-motivation are stronger. In addition, the motivation for application, self-motivation, and satisfaction with academic subjects had an influence on their satisfaction with the major, where the explanatory power was 32.7 %. Conclusion : Based on these results, the development of self-motivation and a curriculum that can improve students' satisfaction with their academic subjects is necessary to enhance nursing students' satisfaction with their major course of study.

  • This study conducted a survey of 330 students participating in the extracurricular curriculum program at K University in Chungcheongbuk-do to analyze the impact of extracurricular satisfaction and career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behavior. The main results and implications are as follows. First, the positive perception of participation in extracurricular curriculum programs had a significant impact on career preparation behavior. Second, high career decision self-efficacy was related to active career preparation behavior. It is necessary to provide continuous career program support, provide counseling tailored to the needs of each student, and establish a systematic career diagnosis system. This study is limited to extracurricular curriculum program participants and has limitations in generalization. Comparative and analytical research is needed by measuring the performance of various educational programs conducted in universities. It is necessary to support the development and operation of various extracurricular curriculum programs that reflect the needs of society and students and to prepare continuous quality management measures.

임상간호사의 경력만족, 경력몰입 및 경력변경의도에 대한 구조모형 (Structural Equation Modeling for Career Satisfaction, Career Commitment and Career Withdrawal Intention in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: Preventing frequent change and discontinuation of the nurses' carrier is one of major issues for human resource management in a health organization (HO). This study was conducted to get evidences for improvement nursing manpower management and career development of the clinical nurses through investigating affecting factors to their career withdrawal intention (CWI). Methods: A self-report questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects of the 590 clinical nurses with more than one year tenure from the eight hospitals in Busan city during December, 2013. Data analysis was performed using SPSS program (ver 20.0) and AMOS program (ver 20.0) for structural modeling. Results: Career satisfaction (CS) showed positive(+) effects, and increased with higher job adequacy (${\beta}=.139$, t=2.676, p=.007), job autonomy (${\beta}=.260$, t=4.815, p<.001), and career planning (${\beta}=.301$, t=5.797, p<.001). Career commitment (CC) showed positive(+) effects, and increased with higher job adequacy (${\beta}=.107$, t=2.280, p=.023), job autonomy (${\beta}=.257$, t=5.035, p<.001), career planning (${\beta}=.232$, t=4.717, p<.001), and career satisfaction (CS)(${\beta}=.123$, t=2.293, p=.022). CWI showed negative(-) effects and increased with lower CC (${\beta}=-.906$, t=-15.72, p<.001). Conclusion: Results indicate that CC and CS have important mediating roles between job adequacy, job autonomy, career planning and CWI. As CC directly influenced CWI, there is a need to strengthen CC to prevent frequent changes and discontinuation of nurses' careers and to contribute to productivity HO's.

치과위생사용 단축형 주관적 경력성공 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 (Validity and reliability of simplified subjective career success inventory for dental hygienist)

  • Objectives: Recently, subjective career success has been used as a criterion for evaluating career success. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a simplified subjective career success inventory for dental hygienists. Methods: Subfactors of the subjective career success inventory consisted of career satisfaction, employability, and job satisfaction. The validity and reliability of the existing tools were evaluated through the basic items composition, content validity index (CVI), preliminary survey, and main survey process according to dental hygienists. The preliminary survey was composed of 35 questions by verifying the content validity twice from the existing 63 questions, and the main survey was conducted with a total of 12 questions. Samples were conveniently extracted from dental hygienists with a clinical career of ≥3 years and surveyed online from March 12, 2020 to June 30, 2020. Data of 320 people were collected, of which 284 were finally analyzed. The validity and reliability were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 (p<0.05). Results: The subjective career success was a shortened inventory composed of nine questions, and the overall reliability was Cronbach's α=0.841. Using exploratory factor analysis, three factors were extracted. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, each measurement variable significantly explained the latent factor, and the fit of the model was appropriate. The fit of the model was appropriate for the structural equation model. Among the sub-factors of subjective career success, career satisfaction and job satisfaction had a significant effect on intention to stay (p<0.05). Conclusions: The simplified subjective career success inventory developed for dental hygienists was found was found to be a useful tool in terms of reliability and validity.

경호학과 학생들의 전공수업만족도가 진로 결정 효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Class Satisfaction among Students in the Department of Security Services on Career Decision Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 경호학을 전공하는 대학생을 대상으로 전공수업만족도가 진로 결정 효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 있으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 전공수업만족도와 진로 결정 효능감의 차이에서는 전공수업만족도의 하위변인 중 학습요인, 대인관계, 적성요인, 진로요인, 진로 결정 효능감의 하위변인 중 미래계획, 목표해결, 직업정보, 문제해결에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소속 학교와 학년에 따른 전공수업만족도와 진로 결정 효능감의 차이에서는 전공수업 만족도의 하위변인 중 학습요인, 대인관계, 적성요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공수업만족이 미래계획에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 학습요인, 적성요인, 진로요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공수업만족이 목표해결에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 학습요인, 적성요인이 목표해결에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전공수업만족이 직업정보에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 적성요인, 진로요인이 직업정보에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 전공수업만족이 문제해결에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 진로요인이 문제해결에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

간호사의 학습 관련 자기주도성과 직무만족 및 조직몰입과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship of Self-directed Learning with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify of the relationship of self-directed learning with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses. Method: The subjects were 247 nurses who were working for the 5 of hospitals in Seoul, Daejeon and Kyong Ki. This study was conducted from Sep to Dec 2006. The data was collected by questionnaires and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficients. Result: The self-directed learning was influenced significantly by the last school career, married state and job career. The job satisfaction was influenced significantly by job career. The organizational commitment was influenced significantly by age and job career. The self-directed learning is related with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses. Conclusion: The findings indicated that the self-directed learning of nurses is important factor for improving job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore it may be necessary further to develop the self-directed learning training program for efficiently nurse's education.

일개지역 전문대학 보건행정과 학생들의 전공 만족과 향후 진로 선택의 상관성 (Correlation Between Major Satisfaction and Further Career Choices of the Students in the Department of Health Administration College)

  • 본 연구 대상은 광주 전남 보건행정학과 대학생으로 전공과 만족을 일반, 관계, 인식, 교과만족도에 따라 만족도를 파악하고 향후 진로 선택과 상관성을 설문을 통하여 조사 하였다. 광주광역시 3곳, 전라남도 4개의 전문대학 대학생 270명을 편의 추출하였다. 연구결과 연구 대상자 중 향후 전공 진로를 의무기록사로 선택하고자 하는 대상자가 가장 많았으며, 그 중 62.4%가 전공과에 만족하였고, 향후 진로별로 전공 만족도는 차이가 있었으며, 의무기록사를 선택하고자 하는 학생들이 타 전공 진로를 선택하고자 하는 학생에 비해 전공과 만족이 높았다. 보건행정학과 학생의 전공 진로 선택에 전공 만족이 미치는 영향 요인 중 일반적인 특성에서 3학년에 비해 2학년의 전공 만족도가 4.13배 높았고, 입학 당시 비자발적으로 선택한 그룹에 비해 자발적으로 전공(학과)을 선택한 그룹의 전공만족도가 8.04배 유의하게 높았다. 전공 만족 하위 영역 중 전공만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 인식 만족도가 하인 그룹에 비해 상인 그룹에서 전공 만족도가 3.93배 유의하게 높았다. 전공과 만족이 향후 진로 선택에 미치는 영향을 로지스틱 분석한 결과 전공 진로를 의무기록사로 선택하고자 하였을 경우 의무기록사를 선택하지 않은 학생들에 비해 전공 만족도가 2.06배 유의하게 높았고, 비자발적으로 선택한 의무기록사 그룹보다 자발적으로 선택한 의무기록사 그룹에서 전공만족도가 4.51배 유의하게 높았다. 전공과 만족 및 향후 진로에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 하고 전공 만족 하위영역 중 인식 만족도가 높을수록 전공과 선택에 만족하며, 진로에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 하고 있을 때 진로 선택과 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전공 진로가 다양한 보건행정 학과 특성을 고려한 각 전공 진로별 전공 만족도를 높이는 방안이 고려되어야 할 것이다.

체육계열 대학생의 전공만족과 진로준비행동 및 진로의식성숙도의 관계 (The Relationship among Major Satisfaction, Career Preparation Behavior and Career Sense Maturity of Students of Department in Physical Education)

  • 이 연구는 체육계열 대학생의 전공만족과 진로준비행동 및 진로의식성숙도의 관계를 실증적으로 구명하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구목적에 따라 이 연구에서는 2016년 체육계열 대학생을 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 활용하여 총 221명의 표본을 수집하고, 이 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 분석절차는 통계프로그램인 SPSS Statistics v21과 SPSS Amos v21을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육계열 대학생의 전공만족은 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육계열 대학생의 전공만족은 진로의식성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육계열 대학생의 진로준비행동은 진로의식성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

대학생의 삶의 만족에 영향을 주는 변수들 - 사회심리적 변수들과 의복 쇼핑자심감 - (Factors influencing life satisfaction among college students - Social psychological variables and shopping confidence for clothing and accessories -)

  • Recently, there has been an increase in wellbeing marketing, which focuses on increasing consumer life satisfaction or consumers' sense of subjective wellbeing. Numerous studies have been conducted to identify which aspects contribute to consumer life satisfaction. In order to provide additional insights into consumer life satisfaction, this study aimed to identify the relationships among social psychological variables (consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, and career anxiety), shopping confidence, and life satisfaction. Shopping confidence in this study relates to confidence for clothing/accessories. It was hypothesized that social psychological variables influence life satisfaction not only directly but also indirectly through shopping confidence. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Two hundred eighty six questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Factor analysis of consciousness of social face revealed two factors, 'desire to gain face' and 'fear of losing face'. Factor analysis of social interaction anxiety, shopping confidence, and life satisfaction revealed that these variables were uni-dimensional. Test of the hypothesized path showed that all social psychological variables influenced life satisfaction indirectly through shopping confidence, whereas 'fear of losing face' of consciousness of social face and career anxiety influenced life satisfaction directly. The results give marketers some understanding of their consumers' life satisfaction in relation to consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, career anxiety, and shopping confidence.

보건계열 대학생의 학과만족도, 진로의사결정유형이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Satisfaction in their Departments of Health College Students and the Types for Career Decision on Career Preparatory Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열 대학생을 대상으로 일반적 특성에 따른 학과만족도, 진로의사결정유형, 진로준비행동의 차이를 파악하고, 변수들 간의 관계와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구의 대상자는 B와 G광역시에 소재한 3년제 학과인 응급구조과, 물리치료과, 보건행정과, 치위생과 대학생을 임의선정하고 편의표집 한 450명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2013년 11월 12일부터 15일까지이었고, 배부된 설문지 450부 중 418부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 14.0 for Window 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 변수들 간의 상관관계를 보였고, 학과만족도는 진로준비행동에 가장 큰 영향은 적성학습이었고, 다음으로 대인관계, 진로직업이었다. 진로의사결정유형의 합리적 유형은 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 의존적 유형, 직관적 유형은 진로준비행동에 부(-)의 영향을 보였다.
