Purpose: This study aimed to identify the career decision profiles for nursing students and analyze their career barriers, preparation behaviors, decision-making self efficacy, and adaptability according to the career decision profiles. Methods: This cross-sectional study used content analysis. A total of 219 nursing students enrolled in two private Korean universities participated in this study. The data were collected in person and via email between December 8 and 31, 2020. Results: The decidedness and comfort results were statistically significant. Four clusters were identified: undecided-uncomfortable, decided-uncomfortable, decided-comfortable, and undecided-comfortable. Most participants were found to be decided-uncomfortable, followed by decided-comfortable, undecided-uncomfortable, and undecided-comfortable. The self efficacy scores were higher for the decision-comfortable profile than for the undecided-uncomfortable and decided-uncomfortable profiles. The mean adaptability scores were higher for the decision-comfortable profile than for the undecided-comfortable profile. Career barriers were negatively correlated with preparation behavior, decision-making self efficacy, and adaptability, while preparative behaviors were positively correlated with decision-making self efficacy and adaptability. Decision-making self efficacy was positively correlated with adaptability. The mean career barriers, preparation behaviors, decision-making self efficacy, and adaptability scores differed significantly across profiles. The mean career barrier score was higher for the undecided-uncomfortable than for the decided-comfortable profile; preparation behaviors exhibited no significant differences. Conclusion: Tailored career coaching and counseling programs based on personal characteristics and areas of interest are needed for freshmen and senior nursing students to reduce career barriers and to improve preparation behaviors, decision-making self efficacy, and adaptability.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors influencing career preparation behavior based on the perception of college students from the perspective of social cognitive career theory and to examine the effect of career barriers and career decision self - efficacy on career preparation behavior And career - decision self - efficacy. The results of the study are as follows. First, career barriers perceived by college students showed a significant positive correlation with career decision self - efficacy and career preparation behavior(-), and career decision efficacy showed a statistically significant correlation with career preparation behavior(+). Second, as a result of linear regression analysis to examine the effect of career barriers on career preparation behavior, lack of self - clarification, lack of job information, and lack of recognition of need were subordinate factors of career barriers. Third, as a result of linear regression analysis to examine the effect of career decision - making self - efficacy on career preparation behavior, goal setting and job information, which are sub - factors of career decision self - efficacy, were analyzed. Fourth, mediating effects of career decision self - efficacy on career barriers and career preparation behavior were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study confirm that the level of career barrier, which is an important factor in career preparation behavior of college students, should be lowered and career decision self - efficacy should be increased.

본 연구에서는 뷰티 전공 대학생의 진로 의사결정 유형을 확인하고, 진로 준비 행동과 전공 만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석을 통해 진로 준비 행동의 향상을 목적으로 한다. 2021년 11월 1일부터 30일까지 진행하였고, 질문지는 총 485부를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 연구 방법으로 빈도 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과로 첫째 진로 의사결정 유형이 진로 준비 행동과 전공 만족에서 정적(+) 상관관계가 나타나 통계학적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 합리적 진로 의사결정 유형은 의존 및 직관적 유형과 상관 관계가 있었으며, 진로 준비 행동으로 시간 노력, 능력 활동, 정보수집의 진로 준비 행동과 전공 만족으로 수업 만족, 교과 만족에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 정적(+) 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째 진로 의사결정 유형 중 합리형과 의존형이 진로 준비 행동의 하위요인인 능력 활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아존중감과 공감능력이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도하였다. 간호대학생 150명을 대상으로 시행한 서술적 조사연구이며, 자료수집 기간은 IRB승인일로부터 2019년 11월 30일까지 시행되었다. 자료 분석은 변수 간의 상관관계는 피어슨 상관계수를 이용하여 분석하였고, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 단계별 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다(SPSS 23 version). 연구 결과, 공감능력은 성별과 양의 상관관계(r=.179, p=.029), 자아존중감은 학업성적과 음의 상관관계(r=-.231, p=.005), 진로준비 행동은 실습병원 수와 양의 상관관계(r=.178, p=.030)를 보였다. 간호대학생의 공감능력이 좋을수록(β=.19, p=.020) 진로준비 행동이 증가된 결과를 보였다. 이를 통해 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 공감능력 및 진로준비행동에 대한 관련성을 확인했으며, 진로준비행동의 필요성을 제시했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 그러므로 임상현장에 취업을 앞둔 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 파악하고 이에 대한 적절한 관리가 필요할 것을 제언한다.

최근 우리나라는 미래국가성장동력을 마련하기 위해 과학인재양성에 힘쓰고 있다. 이에 교육부에서는 이공계 대학교육의 내실화를 위한 특별법을 마련하고, 산업연계 교육 활성화 선도대학(PRIME)과 같은 사업을 시행하여 교육적인 지원을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 지원에도 불구하고 이공계 내 다른 계열과 비교하여 현재 자연과학계열 인력은 수요와 공급이 불균형을 이루고 있는 실정이며, 더욱이 자연과학계열 대학생들은 전공 외 분야에 취업하는 경우가 많아, 이들을 위한 진로교육이 필요하다는 목소리가 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한 개인의 진로발달과정에서 진로결정에 영향을 미치는 변인에 대한 포괄적인 이해가 가능한 사회인지진로모형(SSCT)을 바탕으로 자연과학계열 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 대한 그릿(Grit), 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결과기대, 전공흥미 변인의 예측력 및 이들 간의 경로관계를 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A대학 자연계열 학생 153명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 그릿에서 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결과기대, 전공흥미, 진로준비행동으로 가는 경로모형은 통계적으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 자연과학계열 대학생들이 그들의 전공 분야와 관련한 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 그릿, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결과기대, 전공흥미를 통합적으로 고려한 체계적인 진로교육이 제공되어야 함을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 남자 간호대학생의 성역할 갈등, 간호전문직관이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 2018년 7월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 K남, 북도에 위치한 5개 간호대학 2-4학년에 재학 중인 남자 간호대학생 127명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression을 진행하였다. 남자 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 대한 회귀모형은 유의한 것으로 나타났고(F=12.06, p<.001) 20.8%의 설명력을 보였다. 남자 간호대학생의 진로분비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 간호전문직관(${\beta}=.28$, p=.001), 전공만족도 중에서 만족(${\beta}=.23$, p=.006), 동아리활동(${\beta}=.19$, p=.020)으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로, 남자 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해 학년에 따른 진로 교육 프로그램을 제공하고 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 간호교육 프로그램이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose : This study was designed to examine the effects of self-esteem and adjustment to college life on career preparation behavior in 209 paramedic students attending two colleges in G Metropolitan City and provide the basic materials of career development program. Methods : Data were collected from Sep. 7 to 12, 2011 and SEI Form B made by Coopersmith, adjustment to college life by Baker and Siryk, and career preparation behavior by Kim were adopted and revised. Results : There was significant difference in self-esteem and adjustment to college life between gender, but there was no difference in career preparation behavior. Self-esteem and career preparation behavior were graders difference, but there was no in adjustment to college life. There were positive correlations between self-esteem and adjustment to college life. The most significant influence on career preparation behavior of paramedic students was academic adjustment, followed the social and emotional adjustment. Conclusion : For the effective career preparation behaviors, career guidance methods and programs that induce academic, social and emotional adjustment to be available in adjustment to college life of gender and grade.

이 연구는 대학생의 진로준비행동에 미치는 인지적, 심리적 선행요인을 확인하고 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 먼저, 대학생의 성찰학습이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인 한 후 성찰학습과 진로준비행동 사이에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 중 진로와 취업준비에 비교적 관심이 많고 실제적으로 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 3, 4학년 307명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 성찰학습(성찰, 비판적 성찰)은 그릿(흥미일관성, 노력지속성)과 진로준비행동(정보수집활동, 도구구비활동, 목표달성활동)의 모든 변인에서 유의한 정적 관계를 가지며, 무성찰학습(습관적 행동, 이해)은 주요 변인 모두에서 유의하지 않는 관계를 갖는다는 것을 검증하였다. 추가적으로 성찰학습은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치고, 그릿은 성찰학습과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 대학생의 진로준비행동 향상을 위하여 보다 원천적인 변인을 추가적으로 규명하고 확장하였으며, 대학 교육 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 진로 및 취업준비 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공 했다는 것에 의의가 있다. 또한, 대학생 스스로가 주변 환경과 상황을 비판적으로 성찰할 수 있는 능력을 향상시키고 이를 지속적으로 노력하고 관심 과제에 대한 흥미를 유지하는 것이 중요함을 확인하였으며, 이를 위해 고등교육기관은 학생의 진로결정 및 취업과 관련한 보다 근본적이고 확장적인 실천 방법과 교육환경 제공이 중요함을 제언하였다.

This study is a study to empirically verify the mediating effect on college life adaptation and career preparation behavior of college students. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the multi-mediated effects of major satisfaction, job stress, and self-directed learning. For this study, 216 university students were enrolled. For the collected data, SPSS Process macro was used. The result is as follows. First, there were multiple parallel mediating effects and multiple serial mediating effects on major satisfaction, job stress, and self-directed learning between college life adaptability and career preparation behavior. Second, the path of simple mediation and double mediation effect was found between college life adaptation and career preparation behavior. Based on the research, the necessity of revitalizing the program for revitalization of teaching activities and industry-academic cooperation activities in the major field and improvement of career preparation behavior and university life adaptation ability and follow-up research were suggested.

본 연구는 경호학전공대학생을 대상으로 진로장벽과 전공만족이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구조사대상은 충남소재대학과 전북소재대학의 경호학과에 재학 중인 대학생 200명이었으며 이중응답이 부실하거나 조사내용의 일부가 누락된 자료 30부를 제외한 유효표본 170부를 연구에 사용하였으며 자료의 수집을 위해 사용한 도구는 진로탐색장애 척도, 전공만족도 척도, 진로준비행동 척도 등이다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였고 수집된 자료는 측정도구에 대한 탐색적요인분석, 상관 관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 일원변량분석을 하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 진로장벽은 진로준비 행동에 부적인 상관을 미치며 특히 자기명확성부족이 뚜렷하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전공만족도와 진로준비행동은 정적인 상관을 미치며 특히 적성만족이 뚜렷하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학년에 따른 진로장벽은 3, 4학년이 1, 2학년에 비해 진로장벽을 덜 느끼고, 전공만족은 3, 4학년이 1, 2학년보다 더 만족스러운 것으로 나타났다. 경호학 전공 대학생을 대상으로 진로장벽과 전공만족이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보는 것은 큰 의미가 있으며 경호학 전공학생들과 취업담당자들에게 진로를 준비하고 상담을 하는 과정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
