The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship, in the perspective of Total Quality Management, among the education quality factors, which were suggested in the previous researches. Lee et al. [16] had tried to analyze the relationship among education factors, but they did not estimate the education factor using latent variable concept, which is very reasonable and efficient to represent the constructed concepts. So this study attempts to analyze the causal relationship among education quality factors, represented as latent variables used in structural equation modeling (SEM), and compared with each other. In this study, education quality factors were measured by several measures, constructed as several latent variables, and then processed with AMOS, the most efficient statistical package in the SEM area. In order to analyze the causal relationship among the education quality factors constructed as latent variables, this study designed the structural equation model with suggested factors and established several research hypotheses. This study discovered a prominent causality among the education quality factors, such as education leadership, student scholastic performance and satisfaction of education quality, which is similar to that of previous research. This outcome is really a unique Korean syndrome manifest within our educational career orientation.

In this research aimed to deduce internal marketing factors, purpose, and their practical application by analyzing preceding researches on internal marketing of Korean medical service organization and investigating the recent trend of its research. Subjects of research are ten preceding researches that have been published in KCI records for the last five years from 2011 to 2016. Summarize result of researches, first, internal factors that were most frequently used were internal communication, compensation system, and education and training, which were used by 8(.8). Second, occupations that had most interest in the internal marketing research appeared to be nursing(.9) and administration(.3). Third, the practical application of the internal marketing appeared to be job satisfaction(.8), followed by customer orientation(.6), and organizational commitment(.4). Suggestion do, necessary to develop subordinate factors regarding the realistic internal marketing, such as both-sided internal communication enhancement, education and training, compensation system differentiated by individuals and teams, fairness in performance rating, work environment improvement, delegation of authority, career development, shared organizational vision in order to maximize job satisfaction, job commitment, and organizational commitment of employees as internal customers, before establishing strategies to satisfy patients and guardians who are external customers.
This study explore the market segmentation based on beer consumers' purchase motivation 1) to analyze beer consumers and markets more closely and 2) to demonstrate the characteristics of each market segment and contribute to marketing strategies with beer consumer segment. Using -administrated questionnaires asked questions recognizable beer purchase within 6 months by over 20-years-olds, this study 201 surveys online 22 days. The results as follows: beer consumers' purchase motivation consisted of three factors enhancement, social orientation, and value enhancement. Cluster analysis based on beer purchase showed that there were three groups motivation multi-motivation and motivation group based on average value of beer purchase motive factors and relative load per factor. demographic,beer drinking characteristics and group difference according to cluster gender and monthly average income, and beer drinking characteristics also significantly different by preferred beer, preferred beer type, occasion and drinking place.
Pusan National University School of Medicine (PNUSOM) began analyzing the cohort of pre-medical students admitted in 2015 and has been conducting purposeful analyses for the past 3 years. The aim of this paper is to introduce the process of cohort establishment, cohort composition, and the utilization of cohort analysis results. PNUSOM did not initially form a cohort with a purpose or through a systematic process, but was able to collect longitudinal data on students through the establishment of a Medical Education Information System and an organization that supports medical education. Cohort construction at our university is different in terms of a clear orientation toward research questions, flexibility in cohort composition, and subsequent guideline supplementation. We investigated the relevance of admission factors, performance improvements, satisfaction with the educational environment, and promotion and failure rate in undergraduate students, as well as performance levels and career paths in graduates. The results were presented to the Admissions Committee, Curriculum Committee, Learning Outcomes Committee, and Student Guidance Committee to be used as a basis for innovations and improvements in education. Since cohort studies require long-term efforts, it is necessary to ensure the efficiency of data collection for graduate cohorts, as well as the validity and ethics of the study.

This study examined the relationship between the cabin crew images and the airline employment decisions. The aim was to target college students to prepare for employment in airlines. The survey was conducted to achieve the research objectives using SPSS 20.0 based on 342 questionnaires. In addition, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Correlation Analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The cabin crew image of the customer orientation and fashion affects the airline employment decisions of the students. The cabin crew image of professional expertise and appearance affect the airline employment decisions of the trust. The cabin crew image of customer orientation, fashion, and appearance affects the airline employment decisions of the students. Overall, the job must first be an understanding of the airline and it is necessary to consider a career professional approach. In addition, there is a need to recognize human services that emphasize the customer orientation factors of the crew.
The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data regarding the problems of the employment training activities and their solutions by way of the research and analysis of the awareness of career development of university students and their preparation for employment opportunities. The results of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary that the students themselves make plans for future jobs and their preparation for them, from the start of their university work. This includes taking employment preparation courses as liberal arts requirements. It also needs to have a systematic association with some organizations such as employment preparation centers. Second, it is necessary that the career portfolios of university students be accepted as materials for objective evaluation so that the companies use them at the time of hiring new employees. If those materials are stored and managed in a database even after their graduation, they will be the strong foundation for the competitive power of the university.Third, it is necessary that university students establish the orientation of employment training in advance, according to their personal and disciplinary possibilities by diagnosing the level of basic employment ability they possess and that they find out the appropriate programs, both personal and disciplinary, to enforce the abilities they need to develop further. Accordingly, it is necessary to have an evaluation system in order to assess student's basic employment abilities, so as to increase the degree of their employment preparation and its support strategy based on the evaluation. Fourth, in the higher education level, university students' lower awareness (M=2.86) of their discipline satisfaction, their major selection, and the university's employment opportunity service shows that it is necessary that there be close connection between learning and work. For short-term purpose, the quantitative and qualitative evaluation must be preceded about the various employment training programs and self-development programs offered by the university. From the long-term perspective, it is urgently necessary that the university ensure the human resources development experts for the purpose of diagnosing employment services within the university.

High school and college students majoring in dance have different types of stress because of their different circumstances and goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between multidimensional perfectionism and eating disorder in high school and college students who are majoring in dance. Questionnaires for eating disorder (Eating Disorder Inventory-2(EDI-2) made by Garner (1990) and adapted by Lee (1998)) and multidimensional perfectionism (Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(F-MPS) made by Frost (1990) and translated by Hyun (1992) were utilized after the sentences in the questionnaires were partially revised and (rendered more appropriate for?) the purpose of this study. The questionnaires were completed by all of the subjects (n=250), but 32 of them were excluded due to insincere answers. Thus, a total of 218 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that the students with a higher education level and who were more career oriented were more likely to suffer from multidimensional perfectionism and eating disorder. In addition, multidimensional perfectionism (concern about mistakes, constant personal and parental expectation) resulted in the development and maintenance of eating disorder for the students majoring in dance. In conclusion, higher education level and greater career orientation induce greater stress in dance major students and cause them to have an incorrect physical image. Thus, these factors may cause higher psychological pressure leading to multidimensional perfectionism and eating disorder. Therefore, these students need to know how to correctly manage their body weight and how to prevent eating disorder.
The purpose of this study is to investigate motivation to learn physics in order to understand engineering college students' physics learning. Therefore, in this study, 374 engineering students at the university located in Seoul were studied using the Physics Motivation Questionnaire (PMQ), which was a Science Motivation Questionnaire II modified into the context of learning physics. The PMQ is composed of five factors: intrinsic motivation, career motivation, self-determination, self-efficacy, and grade motivation. It involves 25 Likert scale items. Through exploratory factor analysis, PMQ confirms that the five factors are structurally valid in measuring the motivation of engineering students to learn physics. In addition, item fit (MNSQ) was also confirmed using a Rasch model analysis. The results show that grade motivation has the highest mean with 4.2, followed by job motivation mean with 3.76. The mean of intrinsic motivation was 3.42, the self-efficacy was 3.38, and self-determination was 3.32. The results of this study confirm that the physics learning motivation of engineering college students is characterized showing high external motivation related to job and grade. Therefore, we should try to develop the teaching strategy to increase intrinsic motivation by developing mastery goal orientation of physics learning for engineering students.

This study purposed to examine the relationship between personal goals and perceptions of calling. For the purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey of 371 workers(finance, educational service, IT service sector) in Metropolitan area. Data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation, correlation analysis. The results were as follows. The individuality of personal goals and presence-transcendent summons and purpose & meaning, prosocial orientation of perceptions of calling were significantly different according to school career and the social responsibility, resource provision of personal goals and all sub-factors concerning perceptions of calling according to religion existence. Also, the individuality of personal goals and all sub-factors concerning perceptions of calling were significantly different according to organization type and according to their job, the presence-transcendent summons and purpose & meaning, prosocial orientation of perceptions of calling were significantly different. According to groups which have high or low integrative social relationship goals, perceptions of calling were significantly different. There was a correlation between the integrative social relationship goals and the perceptions of calling. Therefore, in order to encourage workers' perceptions of calling, the importance of integrative social relationship goals were verified. And it is necessary to have supporting systems to let workers design their life goals through their job in their organization.
The Life-Course perspective is a theoretical orientation that views the life-course as the age structure embedded in social institutions and history and understands the life-course of individual and group in the contextual perspective. The life-course perspective studies were developed in Germany and North America. They study social and historical effects and the effect of institutions and the state on the life-course, the pathway of the work career and differences of labour outcomes, and the inequality that is developed in the life-course. In Korea, the life-course perspective studies were tried in various fields and cumulated. However, it didn't established as a theoretical orientation. For applying the life-course perspective to connect the individual life-course with social and historical event, I describe the historical location of individuals born between 1930 and 1979 and analyse the change of their transitions to adulthood exploratorily. On results, the extension of education made the structural change of their life-course, and in young cohort the timing of leaving school, entering workforce, marriage and childbirth was delayed and transitions were made in narrower spread. It means the standardization of the life-course as appears in modern society. The 1970s birth cohort has the differenciated life-course pattern, however I cannot verify that change because of the right censoring.
