가상현실(VR) 활용 미래사회 진로교육 프로그램의 효과 분석 (An Analysis of the Effect of Career Education Programs for the Future Society Using Virtual Reality(VR))

  • 가상현실(VR)은 실재감과 다양한 상호작용을 바탕으로 학습자에게 풍부한 학습 경험을 제공하는 높은 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 VR 활용 미래사회 진로교육 프로그램의 효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 3학년 29명을 대상으로 8 차시의 교육 프로그램을 적용한 후, 진로인식의 변화와 프로그램에 대한 전반적인 인식을 알아보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, VR 활용 미래사회 진로체험 프로그램은 자기 이해와 진로 태도에서의 진로인식 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 학습자들은 VR을 활용한 진로교육 프로그램에 높은 흥미도와 만족도를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 진로교육에서 VR의 적극적 활용, 성취기준과 학습자의 특성을 고려한 콘텐츠 개발, VR 학습환경 구축의 필요성을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

경력개발시스템 경력단계별 수술실 간호사 업무수행능력 비교 (Comparison of Nursing Performance by Career Levels in a Nurse Career Ladder System)

  • Purpose: This study was to compare nursing performance by career levels in a career ladder system. Methods: This survey was conducted with 140 OR staff nurses. Ten unit managers evaluated their own staff with a performance evaluation tool composed of 51 items. Data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, ${\chi}^2$-test, and ANCOVA. Results: In career level CN II, nursing performance showed differences by personal characteristics. However, there was no significant difference in level CN III. CN IIIs' nursing performance was significantly higher than CN IIs' in all domains. Nursing performance of CN III was significantly higher than CN IIs' in 5 to 10 years of clinical experience. Although there was no significant difference in other clinical experience groups, CN IIIs' scores were always higher than CN IIs' Conclusion: The results indicate that nursing performance improves with career ladder advancement. Organizations should encourage advancement to higher levels and eliminate obstacles.

임상실습경험 간호대학생의 전공 만족도, 진로결정자율성 및 진로탐색행동의 관계 (Relationship Between Major Satisfaction, Career Decision Autonomy, and Career Search Behavior of Nursing College Students in Clinical Practice Experience)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship among major satisfaction, career decision autonomy, and career search behavior of nursing college students in clinical practice experience. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaires from 197 nursing students in S city from December 1 to 23, 2016. These were then analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/PC+ program. Results: The results suggest that major satisfaction was correlated with career decision autonomy; likewise, major satisfaction was correlated with career search behavior. The factors influencing career search behavior were grades and major satisfaction. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a learning method considering interest and aptitude to increase the satisfaction of the major and to apply the various programs to understand the self and the work environment so as to determine how desirable the course will be.

간호사들의 경력개발 프로그램 참여 경험 (Nurses' Experience of Career Ladder Programs in a General Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify and describe nurses' experience of a career ladder program (CLP) in a general hospital in Korea. Methods: The data were collected from 15 nurses who participated in the CLP. Each nurse completed individual in-depth interviews, for which the main interview question was "How do you describe your experience of CLP?" All interview data were transcribed and were analyzed using the grounded theory method. Results: The core category of the experience of CLP was identified as "challenging to rebirth as an expert". The participants used five action/interaction strategies such as "taking some time for introspection", "appreciating the essence of nursing", "making use of feedback positively", "throwing away doubts about their own capabilities", "exerting themselves with confidence". The consequence of the process of adjusting to CLP was "positioning a differentiated expert". Conclusion: The results of this study show that participants recognized CLP as a powerful resource which leads them to professional growth and development. Thus, CLP could be utilized as a clinical career-promoting program and ultimately as a program for providing high-quality nursing services.

초등학교 교사와 학부모의 직업관 및 진로교육에 대한 인식 (The Occupational View and Perception on Career Education of Teachers and Parents in Elementary School)

  • This research studied occupational view and perceptions of career education for elementary school by elementary school teachers and parents. Questionnaires were administered to 113 teachers and 523 parents. Data were analyzed by ${\chi}^2$ and t-test. Results showed statistically significant differences in teachers' occupational view by sex, educational background, field experience in elementary school, and experience of inservice teacher education; statistically significant differences in parents' occupational view by sex and age; statistically significant differences between teachers and parents in occupational views; and statistically significant differences between teachers and parents in perceptions of career education. Occupations providing stable livelihood were preferred by parents, by male teachers, teachers with masters' degrees, and by teachers whose education had included inservice training.

사회복지전공 대학생들의 자원봉사활동 경험과 진로결정수준 간의 관계 : 자기효능감과 공동체의식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Volunteer Experience and Career Decision Level of University Students Majoring in Social Welfare : The Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy and Community Consciousness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지전공 대학생들의 자원봉사활동경험과 진로결정수준 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 공동체의식이 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 Keumboltz의 사회학습이론과 Bandura의 사회인지 이론을 바탕으로 한 사회인지 진로이론을 근거로 하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 충청북도 소재 4년제 3개 대학의 사회복지전공 학생 260명을 할당표집하여 2019년 9월부터 10월까지 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석은 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 상관분석과 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 사회복지전공 대학생들의 자원봉사활동 경험은 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며 이들 관계에서 자기효능감과 공동체의식은 부분매개 효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 사회복지전공 대학생들의 진로결정수준 향상을 위한 개입과 후속연구를 위한 방안을 논의하였다.

중학교 해외 체험 사례 조사 연구 (A Comparative Study on Overseas Experience Case Studies in Middle School)

  • 본 연구는 국내 중학교 학생을 중심으로 진행한 해외 체험 프로그램 사례를 조사하여 향후 해외 체험 프로그램 운영에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 검색 엔진을 통하여 키워드 중심으로 자료를 체계적으로 수집 및 비교·분석한 후 SPSS 23을 활용하여 빈도 분석, 독립표본 t 검정과 교차 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 지역의 작은 학교 중심으로 해외 체험 프로그램을 운영하고 있었으며, 특히 전라남북도에서 활발하게 운영하고 있었다. 또한 교육청, 지자체 등 다양한 공적 자금이 투입되어 전액 부담 등 다양한 방법으로 우리나라와 가까운 동남아시아 국가 중심으로 실시되고 있었다. 둘째, 중학교 해외 체험 프로그램의 목적은 크게 진로 체험, 문화 체험, 관광, 자매 학교 방문으로 나타났다. 해외 체험 프로그램은 학생들에게 글로벌 역량과 세계 시민성을 함양하고, 진로 탐색의 기회를 제공하는 중요한 활동이다. 본 연구는 이러한 해외 체험 프로그램 운영을 위한 기초 연구로서 역할을 하며, 향후 공교육에서의 해외 체험 활동이 적극적으로 추진되기를 기대한다.

전남지역 대졸 청년여성의 지역노동시장 경험연구: 노동이동을 중심으로 (A Study on the Regional Labor Market Experiences of Young Women in Jeollanam-do Province: Focusing on the Labor Mobility)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전남지역 대졸 청년여성의 지역노동시장 경험에 대한 세분화된 연구를 통해 청년여성의 지역노동시장정착에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 그동안 구체적인 사례연구가 부족했던 전라남도 대졸 청년여성들을 대상으로 지역노동시장에서의 노동이동경험을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 청년여성들의 노동이동을 경력내 이동과 경력간 이동으로 구분하여 노동이동의 원인을 확인하였다. 사례분석 결과 지역노동시장에 진입은 하였으나 평생경력을 찾지 못한 채 산업과 업종을 변경하면서 일자리를 탐색하는 경력간 이동이 경력내 이동 보다 더 많이 나타났다. 노동이동 원인은 취업준비과정에서의 문제점과 고용조건 및 환경요인으로 구분하였는데 경력간 이동은 경력내 이동에 비해 보다 더 다양한 요인들을 포함했다. 특히 경력간 이동에서는 취업준비과정에서의 문제점이 노동이동의 원인으로 부각되었다. 한편 경력내 이동의 경우 고용기간 만료 등 고용여건 때문에 이직을 하게 되나 이직은 본인들의 기존경력이 유지되는 방식으로 나타났다. 경력내 이동유형의 사례에서는 경력유지에 대한 강한 욕구가 나타났으며 동시에 지역이동의 가능성 역시 높게 나타났다. 사례연구에 기반하여 본 연구에서는 경력매치를 위한 체계적인 진로지도체계 강화와 함께 지속적인 경력개발지원을 위한 경력관리시스템 구축 등을 정책적 과제로 제안하였다.

The Role of Competence and Digital Entrepreneurs Career Maturity on Business Performance in Disruption Era

  • Purpose: At the end of the pandemic, many digital startups had negative performances. For that, this study aims to analyze the mediating role of entrepreneurial competence and digital entrepreneur career maturity. Seven hypotheses were proposed, namely the effect of entrepreneurship orientation, digital entrepreneurship experience, and digital entrepreneur career maturity on digital entrepreneurial competence, the effect of digital entrepreneurial experience on digital entrepreneurial career maturity, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence, and digital entrepreneur career maturity on business performance. Research design, data and methodology: The population is digital entrepreneurs in Central Java, Indonesia with a business duration of more than 4 years. The number of samples as many as 184 people were carried out by questionnaire distribution through face-to-face, email, and Google forms. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the path coefficient statistics. Results: The results showed that all the hypotheses proposed were accepted. Digital entrepreneurial competencies and digital entrepreneurial career maturity are also proven to have a mediating role. Conclusions: The findings of this study can contribute to the development of digital entrepreneurship research. Practically, the government's role is needed to facilitate the three main elements of digital business: e-commerce, payment methods, and distribution channels.

대학생이 지각한 부모통제가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 자기결정성과 자기효능감의 다중매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Parental Control Perceived by College Students on Career Maturity: Focusing on Multiple Mediating Effects of Self-Determination and Self-Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine that multiple mediating effects of self-determination and self-efficacy in the relationship between the parental control and career maturity. In the study, 747 university students in Daegu, Busan and Seoul area were surveyed on their perceived level of parental control, career maturity, self-determination and self-efficacy. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis with SPSS 25.0 program, Hayes'Process Macro program and bootstrapping. The major results of this study were as follows; First, there were significant differences in college student's career maturity by grade, major, experience in career-related services and part-time job experience period. Second, there were significant correlations between parental control(behavioral control and psychological control), career maturity, self-determination and self-efficacy. Third, self-determination and Self-efficacy had multiple mediating effects in the relationship between parental control and career maturity. In conclusion, this study found multiple mediating effects of self-determination and self-efficacy in the relationship between parental control(behavioral control and psychological control) and career maturity. It was also found that parental behavioral control had a positive effect on career maturity by increasing self-determination and self-efficacy while parental psychological control had a negative effect on career maturity by decreasing self-determination and self-efficacy.
