항공사 객실승무원 면접 시 사투리와 불안이 진로장벽에 미치는 영향 -대구지역 여대생들을 중심으로- (The relationship among dialect, anxiety, and career barrier of flight attendant applicants at interview -Focused on female college students of Daegu-)

  • 본 연구에서는 지방에서 항공사 객실승무원 시험을 준비하는 지원자들이 면접에서 사투리나 어색한 말씨를 구사함으로써 느끼는 불안이 면접결과에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 항공사 객실승무원 면접에 참여한 경험이 있는 대학 재학생이나 졸업생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 사투리를 구사하는 지원자가 사투리를 구사하지 않는 지원자보다 불안감을 많이 느꼈으며, 사투리는 불안에, 불안은 진로장벽에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 고객만족을 위한 서비스 언어와 지방에서 승무원 면접 교육을 가르치는 실무자들에게 시사하는 바가 있을 것이다. 또한 이 논문은 항공사 객실승무원의 면접에 대해 실무적인 관점에서 실증 연구가 이루어졌다는데 의의가 있다.

중국 대학 테니스 운동선수 운동경력에 따른 경쟁불안이 상해심리에 미치는 영향 (The effect of competition anxiety on injury psychology according to the athletic career of tennis athletes in Chinese universities)

  • 본 연구는 중국 대학 테니스 운동선수 운동경력에 따른 경쟁불안이 상해심리에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하고자 하였다. 방법 연구를 위해 하남성 A시 소재의 4년제 대학(0대학, 0대학) 재학중인 운동선수를 연구대상으로 2023년 1월 말부터 2월 초순까지 총 3주 동안 208명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 IBM SPSS Statistics 2를 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 독립표본 t-test와 일원분산분석(One-Way ANOVA)을 실시하여 일반적 특성에 따른 변인들의 차이를 알아보고, 측정개념을 통한 가설검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 서중국 대학 테니스 운동선수 운동경력에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경쟁불안의 비표준화계수가 양(+)으로 나타나 운동무기력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경쟁불안의 비표준화계수가 양(+)으로 나타나 불안감 및 걱정에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 운동경력에 다른 경쟁불안이 상해심리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 중국 대학 테니스 운동선수 운동경력에 따른 경쟁불안이 상해심리에 영향을 미치므로 선수들의 경쟁불안과 상해심리를 컨트롤 할 수 있는 심리프로그램을 개발하여 운동선수에게 도입되어야 함을 시사한다.

학교 밖 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향요인 (The Effect of Smartphone Overdependence among Out-of-school Youths in Korea)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on smartphone overdependence of out-of-school youths. Methods: This was a cross sectional study design using the out of school youth Panel Survey(2017). We conducted an empirical study consisting of 318 participants with using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, hierarchical multiple regression analysis to identify factors influencing smartphone overdependence. Results: Smartphone overdependence correlated positively with depression and carrier barriers such as lack of career informations, career development anxiety and financial difficulties. The main factors of smartphone overdependence in adolescents out of school were depression (β = .22, p = .002), gender (β = .21, p <.001), future anxiety (β = .15, p = .0.0), subjective health status (β = .13, p = .028), smoking (β = .13, p = .032). Conclusion: Smartphone overdependence management programs for out-of-school youths should be included emotional and informational support to alleviate anxiety, fear of failing in one's career, as well as mental and psychological interventions to reduce level of depression.

교사변인에 따른 초등과학 영재교사의 일반학급과 영재학급에서의 과학교수불안 분석 (Analysis of the State of Science Teaching Anxiety of Elementary Teachers for the Scientifically Gifted according to Their Personal Variables)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the state of science teaching anxiety of elementary teachers for the scientifically gifted according to their personal variables such as gender, career in education and gifted education, training course for gifted education, participation in meeting related to gifted education. The subjects in this study were 64 elementary school teachers who were in charge of science gifted education. The instrument to assess their science teaching anxiety was Westerback's S-STAI, modified in this study to be suitable for science gifted education. The collected data were analyzed by the statistical package SPSS. The findings of the study were as follows: The teachers for gifted felt more teaching anxiety in gifted classes than in normal classes on the whole. There were statistically significant differences in their personal variables such as gender, career in education experience, experience of taking gifted education training courses, and participation in meeting related to gifted education. Implications related to reduce the gifted education teachers' teaching anxiety were discussed in depth.

패션 전공 대학생의 취업정보 탐색과 취업관련 불안에 관한 연구 (A Study of Vocational Information Search and Vocational Choice Anxiety of Senior Fashion Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data regarding the career development supporting system of senior fashion students. This study investigated contents of required vocational information and vocational information seeking behavior of senior fashion students. And this study also intended to analyse vocational choice anxiety factors and its relationship with level of vocational information requirement. The subjects of this study consisted 261 senior fashion students at eleven universities in the nation. The results of the study are as follows. First, five dimensions of required vocational information of fashion students were identified by factor analysis; information related to judgement of eligibility to apply for the job & company, information of work environment, information of fashion company that has the potential to hire them, information of level of compensation, stability of employment and promotion, and information of kind of job & job roles in the fashion field. Second, the senior fashion students faced few obstacles obtaining vocational information such as insufficient online vocational information, difficulties in discovering the sources of vocational information and time restriction for job search & career indecision. Third, the fashion students perceived diverse anxieties about making vocational choices. The survey identified five categories of the anxieties; anxiety about adapting to new job environment & recruiting process of the fashion company, anxiety about too heavy workload, anxiety about stability of employment & level of compensation, anxiety about lack confidence of their ability to do the job and anxiety about ability in English & the qualification for application. And there was significant relationship between vocational choice anxiety and requirement level of vocational information. This result proved providing vocational information relieves anxiety about getting a job.

수·해양대학생들의 진로선택과 진로탐색장애에 관한 연구 (A Study on Career Barriers and Career Options with Fisheries and Marine Sciences College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between career options and career barriers of fisheries and marine science college students. The subjects in this study were 1,309 students(male 628, female 681), who were analyzed with 6 career items and career barrier inventory. Data analyses were conducted using t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance, Two-way Analysis of Variance. The results of the research are as follows. First, the career barriers factors that students experienced a lot were future anxiety and lack of career informations. Accoding to sex, there was no meaningful differences on the career barriers, but accoding to grades, there was meaningful differences on the career barriers. Second, career barriers showed high level in case that students chose their majors accoding to the factors of professors, score level and others' admonition. And career barriers was higher in cases of the students who had the level of below the common satisfaction on their majors, who had a minor or temporary absence from school because their majors were unsatisfied, who took courses with their pals, who chose their jobs in terms of pay level and working region, and who had uncertainty on their apptitude and interesting.

의사결정나무 분석을 이용한 고등학생의 진로 성숙도 관련 요인 분석 (A Prediction Model of Factors related to Career Maturity in Korean High School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with career maturity among Korean high school students. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional design was adopted using secondary data from the 2012 Korean Welfare Panel Study (KoWePS). The participants were 496 high school students who completed the supplemental survey for children, which included items on career maturity, self-esteem, study stress, teacher attachment, relationship with parents, peer attachment, depression and anxiety. Descriptive statistics, the chi-square-test, the t-test, and a decision tree were used for data analysis. Results: The decision tree identified five final nodes predicting career maturity after forcing self-esteem as the first variable. The highest predicted rate of high career maturity was associated with high self-esteem, experience of career counseling, and high teacher attachment. The lowest predicted rate of high career maturity was associated with low self-esteem and low attachment to friends. Conclusion: Factors influencing career maturity were varied by levels of self-esteem in Korean high school students. Thus, it is necessary to develop different approaches to enhance career maturity according to levels of self-esteem.

Holland 유형별 대학생의 진로걱정이 진로결정상태에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the effect of Vocational Decision Status According to Career Worries of Holland Preference Type's University Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학졸업예정자의 Holland 유형에 따라 진로결정상태를 분석하고 진로결정상태에 진로걱정이 미치는 영향을 연구하여 매개효과를 밝힘으로서 상담자들이 상담 장면에서 대학생들의 진로걱정의 다양함을 고려한 상담진행으로 내담자의 자기실현을 이루는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 또한 현재까지 우리나라에서 실시되고 있는 집단 상담 프로그램 및 진로상담의 효과에 관한 연구들이 내담자의 진로걱정의 차이를 고려하지 않고 동일한 프로그램과 상담방식으로 진행해왔음을 고려해 볼 때, 본 연구는 보다 효과적인 진로상담을 위해, 차별적인 상담개입과 전략을 세우기 위한 기초의 연구로서 중요한 의의가 있다. 본 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 충정지역의 4년제 대학교 중 4학년 2학기의 졸업예정자 총 606명이며, 자료 수집은 2013년 11월 4일부터 약 2주간에 걸처 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하여 수집하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, Holland 유형별 대학생의 진로걱정과 진로결정상태에 대한 차이를 검증한 결과 진로걱정정도와 진로걱정유형이 Holland 유형별로 다르게 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, Holland 유형별로 차이를 보인 진로결정상태에서 진로걱정이 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 진로에 대한 무걱정과 걱정, 그리고 진로결정유형 중 의존성이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 진로걱정이 대학생의 진로결정상태에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 매개효과를 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 학업중단청소년 패널조사 5차년도 조사(2017년) 데이터를 활용하여 학업중단 청소년의 진로불안이 우울에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 외적 보호요인으로 작용하는 사회적 관계(부모애착, 또래애착)와 내적 보호요인으로 작용하는 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다.

직업 경력단절 기혼 여성에 대한 질적 연구: 30대 여성의 경력단절 이후의 삶을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on the Career-interrupted Lives of Career-Interrupted Women in their thirties)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the career-interrupted lives of highly educated career-interrupted women. The participants were 11 women in their thirties who had graduated from university graduated and had a child. We collected the qualitative data using a focused group interview. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, in personal histories of the career-interrupted women, there were marriages and births, difficulties with child care, priority placed on the family, pressure to retire, and an absence of a layoff system related to births and child care. Second, with regard to their interrupted lives, while there was comfort and an absence of work-stress, there was child care stress, financial stress, anxiety due to career uncertainty, a loss of the social self, depression, emptiness, low self-esteem, dependence on husbands, regret, conflict in career choices, and envy of childcare support. Third, their reasons for seeking reemployment included the financial benefits, increased independence, self-realization in their job, hope for a stable job, self-management, and hope for a social network.
