A Study on Development of Three-Dimensional Chocolate Printer (초콜릿 소재의 3차원 프린터 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we developed a 3D chocolate printer and studied the conditions needed for chocolate printing. Because chocolate is a mixture of cocoa mass, cocoa butter and sugar particles, its properties vary with temperature, and care is required in melting and extrusion. A chocolate supply unit is composed of a heating block and a syringe pump. It is integrated with a 3-axis linear robot. In order to be more accurate than the existing 3D chocolate printer is, the system was configured so that the printing line width became $430{\mu}m$. Printing performance was studied according to various parameters. The condition needed for printing lines with a stable width was discovered by the experimental design method and has been confirmed by a 2D line test. These 3D printing experiments showed that it was possible to build a 3D shape with an inclination angle of up to $45^{\circ}$ without support. Further, chocolate printing of a 3D shape has been successfully verified with the developed system.

  • The Coronavirus or COVID-19 is contagiousness virus that infected almost every single part of the world. This pandemic forced a major country did lockdown and stay at a home policy to reduce virus spread and the number of victims. Interactions between humans and robots form a popular subject of research worldwide. In medical robotics, the primary challenge is to implement natural interactions between robots and human users. Human communication consists of dynamic processes that involve joint attention and attracting each other. Coordinated care involves sharing among agents of behaviours, events, interests, and contexts in the world from time to time. The robotics arm is an expensive and complicated system because robot simulators are widely used instead of for rehabilitation purposes in medicine. Interaction in natural ways is necessary for disabled persons to work with the robot simulator. This article proposes a low-cost rehabilitation system by building an arm gesture tracking system based on a depth camera that can capture and interpret human gestures and use them as interactive commands for a robot simulator to perform specific tasks on the 3D block. The results show that the proposed system can help patients control the rotation and movement of the 3D arm using their hands. The pilot testing with healthy subjects yielded encouraging results. They could synchronize their actions with a 3D robotic arm to perform several repetitive tasks and exerting 19920 J of energy (kg.m2.S-2). The average of consumed energy mentioned before is in medium scale. Therefore, we relate this energy with rehabilitation performance as an initial stage and can be improved further with extra repetitive exercise to speed up the recovery process.

  • Busan Metropolitan City runs Community Health Center which aims to health care service based on the community, besides the established health medical service towards people with low-income. 71 centers are run in 2021, therefore, this papear explores the way of digital transition of these centers. Digital Technologies possibly adopted inside the centers are: First, smart devices to advance the management system of chronical diseases based on health index; Second, IoT with mobile tech to manage health index; Third, AI Robot to care lone elderly people and to warn the emergency.

  • Remote control intervention surgery robotic system improves treatment effect on cardiovascular patients and reduces X-ray exposure. However, at the time of the first procedure, CT (computerized tomography) and other ultrasound diagnostic equipment should be used because the operator must insert the cannula directly into the patient's leg. Improvements to this have been un-met-needs of hospitals. In this paper, we developed a system that can insert the cannula intuitively and quickly by displaying blood vessels at a glance through the system using smart wearable glasses. The core development method is as follows. In order to project augmented reality onto the surgical image, CT scan angiography image is extracted and processed. In the process, three CT-Markers are used to create a coordinate system of blood vessel images. Additionally, a reference marker is photographed on a single camera to obtain a camera coordinate system. Since the CT marker and the reference marker are in the same position, 3D registration is performed. In the text, a detailed explanation will be given.

  • 과거에는 로봇이 노동 대체인력의 산업용으로 사용되어져 왔으나, 현재는 인간 친화형 고부가가치 서비스 지능형 로봇으로 로봇산업의 패러다임이 전환되고 있다. 지능형 로봇의 개발은 저출산 고령화의 부작용인 노동력 감소와 소외 약자에 대한 Care 서비스 수요증대에 크게 해석할 것이다. 이러한 지능형 로봇의 응용 및 활용방안으로 병원에서의 의료용 서비스 로봇시스템 개발이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 의료용 로봇은 수술시 의사를 보조해 절개위치 유도, 절단작업을 수행하는 수술용 로봇과 위장이나 대장 내부를 진단하는 내시경 로봇, 재활치료를 돕는 재활보조로봇 등이 개발되고 있으나, 병원 내에서 신속한 진단 및 진료를 위한 서비스 로봇은 국내에 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의사가 현장에 없거나 바쁜 상황에서도 환자와 원격으로 진단 진료를 가능하게 함으로써 응급상황에 대한 긴급 조치나, 질 높은 서비스를 제공하는데 큰 도움을 주기 위한 원격 진료용 서비스 로봇을 개발하였다.

  • 도우미로봇은 혼자 힘으로 걷기 어려운 노약자를 보조하는 보행 보조 기능과 다양한 오락 기능을 수행하는 로봇이다. 이 로봇은 음원 위치 추정기법에 의해서 어느 방향에서 소리가 발생하였는지 알아내고 그 방향으로 머리를 회전한다. 로봇의 머리에는 CCD카메라가 장착되어 있어서 카메라로부터 들어오는 영상에서 사람의 얼굴을 찾고 그 사람이 있는 곳까지 자율 주행기능에 의해서 장애물을 회피하며 이동한다. 사용자의 앞까지 이동하면 로봇은 이동을 멈추고 사용자로부터 명령을 받을 때까지 대기한다. 노약자는 로봇의 전반부에 부착되어 있는 터치스크린을 이용하여 로봇에게 다양한 명령을 내릴 수 있다. 로봇은 명령에 따라 보행 보조 작업을 수행하거나 전자메일, 음악, 영화 등 다양한 엔터테인먼트 서비스를 수행하게 된다.

  • Intelligent robots are being introduced and utilized to create new values in diverse fields such as medical care, national defense, education, and manufacturing. However, while the technical aspects of intelligent robots are spreading, the business side is lacking in recognition. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting product innovation through the introduction of intelligent robots in enterprises. Among the six variables secured from the technology, organization, and environment framework, only perceived direct usefulness and competitive pressure have significant effects on product innovation. The results imply that the effects of introducing robots are still in their early stage from a business perspective.

  • 고령사회에 대응하기 위한 휴먼케어 서비스 로봇은 다양한 동적 환경에서 사용자에게 최적의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 서비스 선택 엔진을 요구한다. 서비스 선택 엔진은 로봇이 수집한 각종 원시 데이터를 활용하여 계층적으로 상위 수준의 정보로 가공하고 최종 단계에서는 휴먼케어 전문가가 설계한 규칙에 의해 사용자에게 제공할 서비스를 선택한다. 본 논문에서는 휴먼케어 서비스 로봇을 위해 기계학습 기반의 지식 생성과 규칙 기반의 지식 생성을 함께 활용하여 하이브리드 형태로 계층적 지식을 생성하고, 생성된 지식을 바탕으로 서비스를 선택하는 메커니즘을 제공할 수 있는 서비스를 선택 엔진 내용을 설명한다.

  • 반려동물이 혼자 있는 시간이 많아지면 분리불안, 우울증, 이식증 등 질병이 생기기 때문에 이것을 방지하기 위해 보호자가 외부에 있어도 혼자 있는 반려동물을 돌보기 위한 앱이다. 플러터로 다중플랫폼 앱을 개발하였고 기능에는 원격 조작, 건강 상태 진단, 자동 급식, 청소, 놀이, 실시간 모니터링 기능이 포함되어 있다. 아두이노와 통신을 위한 flutter Blue 패키지를 사용하였다. 반려동물 돌봄 로봇은 아두이노와 블루투스 모듈을 활용하여 스마트폰 앱에서 조작 가능한 Caterpillar 모바일 로봇을 활용하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 반려동물과 보호자에게 편의성 제공을 목표로 한다.
