외국인 관광객의 편의를 제공하기 위하여 개발 판매되었던 M-pass(왹국인 전용카드)의 이용률은 최근5년간 서울방문객의 0.051 %에 불과 하였다. 이렇게 저조한 판매마저도 코로나 19로 인하여 2020년 경우 0.024 % 수준으로 하락하였다. 성과부진의 원인은 국토부와 카드발행사가 교통운영기관을 배제하고 추진하였고 홍보부진과 가격결정의 불합리성, 소수의 판매장소 한정 등이 문제점으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 Digital Matketing 체계의 구축과 함께 모든 관련기관의 참여와 의견이 반영된 새로운 상품 개발 등의 경영전략이 필요한 것으로 연구결과 나타났다. 본 연구로 포스트코로나 시대 외국인 서울관광객의 편의 제공 뿐만아니라 지하철 운영기관의 경영개선에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대 한다.

In recently, our social is entering to service infinite competitive time., So If companys don't give satifactory and an impression customers, they don't exist. The Companies that operate railway are promoted(Seoul metro). The Korail, Seol metropolitan Rapid Transit Corperation, Incheon Rapid Transit Corporation), they are into a stronger competitor. So the service for customer is more inportant to improve the image and administration than before. Especially, station workers who work near the customer are important for cooperation image. But, there are only a few employees to operate the station like ticketing in railway station, There aren't reinforcement the service employees and expanse the utility system. especially, since the transportation card is introduced in 1996, the customers who use the T-Money card are increased. So the change of service system is necessary to provide a substantial service to customer. This paper derives the problems through analysising the operating system of station, and presents the improvement to provide substantial services to customer

In this paper, the hardware implementation of the RSA public-key cryptographic algorithm is presented. The RSA cryptographic algorithm is depends on the computation of repeated modular exponentials. The Montgomery algorithm is used and modified to reduce hardware resources and to achieve reasonable operating speed for smart card. An efficient architecture for modular multiplications based on the array multiplier is proposed. We have implemented a 10240it RSA cryptographic processor based on proposed scheme in IESA system developed for smart card emulating system. As a result, it is shown that proposed architecture contributes to small area and reasonable speed for smart cards.

The importance of training for NC, CNC and Machining Center has been greatly increased. This paper presents implementation of a DNC system and operating software for educational purpose. This system is able to connect 8-32 CNCs to Control PC with RS232 multi-port serial card. Therefore, it allows much efficiency in training even after costs are considered. The KISCO DNC S/W for above system includes various communication function, communication parameter setting, program editor, tool management and user-friendly environment.

급행버스시스템을 도입함에 있어서 정류장의 위치나 배차간격이 적절하지 않으면 버스 운영자 및 이용자의 불필요한 비용을 유발하여 결과적으로 사회 전체적인 비용을 증가시키는 요인이 된다. 따라서, 승객의 기 종점에 기반하여 정류장 위치 및 배차계획을 수립하는 노력이 필요하다. 한편 서울시 대중교통체계 개편 이후 새로운 버스카드 시스템의 도입되었다. 이로 인해 버스운행이력 및 이용자 이동경로의 자료 구축이 가능해짐에 따라 대중교통 통행수요의 정류장 기반 O-D자료를 획득할 수 있는 환경이 마련되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 승객의 기 종점을 고려한 급행버스의 최적 정차위치 및 완 급행버스 배차간격 결정방법론을 수립하고자하였다. 전체 과정을 초기조건 입력, 정류장 위치 대안 생성, 완 급행 O-D배분 및 배차간격설정, 총교통비용 산출 및 최적해 도출의 4단계로 구성하고, 이러한 일련의 과정을 프로그램언어로 구현한 후, 승객의 통행패턴이 현저히 다른 두개의 노선을 선정하여 사례분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로, 급행버스의 노선 계획에 있어서 승객의 이동거리분포를 검토하여 볼 필요성이 있음을 정책적인 시사점으로 제시하였다.

In general, the electronic commerce systems comprise the background system, terminal, network and smart cards. Among them, the smart card systems are expected to take a great portion of applications for the convenience of rapidly improving technology. The technology includes adopting RISC processors or co-processors for cryptography and developing new memory systems based on the standardization. In this paper, we investigate the overall trends of the technology and the standardization process of smart cards. We also propose the guidelines to enhance the capabilities of designing H/W and S/W related to COS(Chip Operating System).

Recently, a power supply system of the telecommunication equipments with monitoring function has been widely studied. In the power supply system which is apart from the central station, it is required to check and test the operating states of the system at the central station. In this paper, the power supply system with monitoring function is discussed. In the system, the Full-Bridge converter is designed as a power supply and it has the ratings of DC 280-340V input and DC 48V, 480W output. And the monitoring part of the system is composed of a voltage and current sensing unit A/D converter, I/O card, and a personal computer. The operating states of the system is monitored by checking the voltage and current variation at input and output, and it is represented by graphical modes. By conducting the experiment, it is confirmed that the operating states of the system is well monitored.

Depending upon the existence of the battery, transponder is divided into active and passive transponder. The passive transponder operates without the inner battery and so has no limitation in its operating range and life time. But the power consumption in the smartcard should be low. In this paper, the analysis and design of the passive smartcard system oerated at 125kHz is presented and is confirmed by simulation and experiment.

This paper addresses prospect of the technology for development of NxTIS (NeXt generation Transport Information System) that is targeted to shifting Korean public transit framework to railway-centered one. The Seoul metropolitan area has adopted the smart-card as a payment system for the public transportation since 2004. The transportation record can be used as quite useful information for better planning and operating of the railway system, particularly when the smart-card based payment system is extended to whole nation. This paper introduces technologies to develop Real OD DB and NxTIS, and presents road-map for them. A variety of benefits from the development of the system are estimated both in quantitative and qualitative. The Real OD DB based NxTIS will work to highly prospective for creating a novel value in the railway as a public transportation system.

제어시스템이 복잡해지고 다변화 되어짐에 따라 네트워크의 중요성이 부각되어지고 있다. 특히, 원격지 제어시스템의 정보를 실시간으로 수집, 분석함은 물론 제어할 필요가 있다. ENA(Embedded Network Adapter) 카드는 원격지에 있는 대상 제어시스템의 정보를 수집 및 명령을 전달하기 위한 장치이다. 이 카드의 개발은 네트워크의 발달로 인한 다양한 인터페이스 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 개발되었으며, 기존의 장치에는 없는 기능인 실시간 운영체계를 탑재하였으며, 우선순위에 의한 방법과 Round-Robin에 의한 방법으로 각각의 TASK들을 관리하도록 하였다. TCmini라는 PLC 상용제품에 적용실험을 통하여 그 성능을 입증하였다.
