In this paper by using the image taken from the rear of the vehicle to effectively extract the license plate and how to recognize the characters appearing in the offer. How to existing research on the entire video by following the pre-edge (edge) images to obtain yijinhwa. The purpose of this study was to determine a method to prevent damage during the transfer of loading through optimal design of loading transfer software for an ammunition-carrying armored vehicle. Typically, an ammunition carrier armored car is equipped with an automated charge transfer system. The load is intermittently damaged during the loading of the cargo, and this needs to be improved. The following improvements and verification tests were carried out. As impact speed increased, the loading speed was reduced 60%, and a special fixture utilizing a force gauge was developed and tested. If the maximum current of 11A for the servo controller is output when the load of the conveyor is generated by interference inside the loading tube, there is a possibility of charge breakage. If the maximum current is low, the load cannot be loaded. In the loading test for the ammunition carrier armored car with the actual charge, the improved design was found to be valid, as the load was not damaged and occurred nominally.

When there are background noises or some people speaking at the same time, a human's auditory sense has the ability to listen the target speech signal with a specific purpose through Auditory Scene Analysis. The CASA system with human's auditory faculty system is able to segregate the speech. However, the performance of CASA system is reduced when the CASA system fails to determine the correct position of the speech. In order to correct the error in locating the speech on the CASA system, voice activity detection algorithm is proposed in this paper, which is a combined auditory scene analysis with PAR(Periodic to Aperiodic component Ratio). The experiments have been conducted to evaluate the performance of voice activity detection in environments of white noise and car noise with the change of SNR 15~0dB. In this paper, by comparing the existing algorithms (Pitch and Guoning Hu) with the proposed algorithm, the accuracy of the voice activity detection performance has been improved as the following: improvement of maximum 4% at SNR 15dB and maximum 34% at SNR 0dB for white noise and car noise, respectively.
Objectives : The main purpose of this research is to make a survey of the effective way of the Oriental medical care and to enlarge the range of Oriental medical treatment about neck pain patients caused by traffic accident. Methods : In following research. we surveyed 197 neck pain patients of traffic accident who admitted in Daegu Hanny University Oriental Medical Hospital from May, 1, 2008 to september, 30, 2009 according to medical chart. Results : 1. In distribution of gender and age, the rate of female was 74.6%, that of male was 25.4% and the majority of the patients were thirties. In results of treatment according to gender and age, the effective rate of female was higher than the male. that of teens was highest. 2. In total results of treatment, the highest distribution was fair with 40.1%, the effective rate was 90.9%. 3. In category of traffic accident patterns, the highest distribution was car to car crash with 81.7%. The results of treatment according to the significance test were shown statistical significance. 4. In admission days, the highest distribution was 6~10 days with 41.1%. The highest effective rate was 21~25days with 100%. The results of treatment according to the significance test were shown statistical significance. Conclusions : This study suggested that Oriental medical treatments are effective in patients of neck pain caused by traffic accident. Further studies are needed for progress report that after accident patients are discharged from the Oriental Medical Hospital.

This study aims to propose integrated management strategies based on the relationship between co-benefits and total benefits of greenhouse gases and air pollutant emissions for establishing a transport and environmental policy. The results show that the integrated management of the following policies: 'Car Free Day' and 'Early Scrapping of Decrepit Diesel Vehicle', which are used for reducing reduce gasoline and diesel, can together reduce both PM and $CO_2$ emissions and increase total benefits. In addition, the integrated management of 'Car Free Day' with environment policies and 'Congestion Charge' with environment policies simultaneously controls the three factors which influence emissions, including travel volume, travel speed and emissions factor, and was found to be effective in terms of co-benefits. This study reduces both air pollutants, which are harmful to health, and greenhouse gas emissions, which influence climate change, and improves the efficiency of policy through the integrated management of policies.
This paper describes the incidence of transport accident for the period, 1955-1965. Transport accidents were classified into three categories, viz. railway(WHO Classification of Diseases, E-802), watercraft (E 550-E 858) and motor vehicle accidents(E810-E835, E840-E841, E844-E845). Crude data on the subject were collected from the various souces of Government Statistical Books including Statistical Year Books edited by the Central Office of Economic Planning Board, Annual Police Reports by the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the national and local associations for road traffic safety. From the data incidence and mortality rates by year, month and local province were computed and other variables relevant to the epidemiology of accidents were observed. The following summary could be drawn: 1. Death rates due to transport accidents per 100,000 population were 12.3 for 1955 and 9.7 for 1965. The incidence of injury due to the same cause were 34.0 for 1955 and 35.9 for 1965. 2. Death rates by transportation vehicle showed 9.0 due to motor vehicle accidents, 1.7 due to water-crafts, and 1.6 due to railway trains for 1955. In 1965 death rates were 6.0 due to motor vehicles, 1.2 to water-crafts and 2.4 to railway. 3. Seasonal distribution of transport accidents revealed that car accidents occur more frequently in spring and fall fall seasons while ship accidents do in winter and train accidents more in summer. 4. Both car and ship accidents slightly decreased during the past decade, 1955-1965, whereas the accidents of railway trains showed a tendency of increase. 5. Although the survey on railway accidents excluded the injuries of passengers or railway employees corresponding to WHO classification of diseases, E 801, due to inaccuracy of data, it is roughly estimated that the same number of casualities as the incidence among pedestrians or any other than passengers or employees assumed to be at work(E 802).

This paper presents the results of full-scale structural measurements of 4,800 unit pure car carriers "HYUNDAI NO.103" and "HYUNDAI NO.105" on one voyage respectively for each ship, especially in order to investigate the local strength of partial bulkhead above free-board deck. With the measured data, the short-term frequency analyses have been performed. The results show that the wave-induced stresses follow, on the whole, well the Rayleigh distribution. In addition, it has been found from the measured data that transverse local stresses at bulkhead section have a very close relation with the acceleration in athwartship direction. Finally, the long-term analysis has been attempted by using the following two statistical distributions mainly in order to estimate the maximum stress amplitude at the corners of partial bulkhead. 1) Exponential distribution of cycles of stress amplitude 2) Double exponential distribution of extreme values of stress amplitude for each short-term analysis The results of these two cases show a good agreement with each other. For example, the estimated maximum stress amplitude for 10 years at port-side corner of Fr. 132 partial bulkhead is $2125kg/cm^2$ for the first case and $2170kg/cm^2$ for the second case just based on the measured data.
The purpose of this study is to inquire the people's views on nursing for nurses, correct the image of nurse and take it as basis to be applied on nursing education examining the image of nursing on Television drama playing important role of mass media. 22 nurses of the characters in drama is applied to the analysis object of this study by selecting 6 dramas of Television ones the nurse play on the prime time from June 1 to August 31 in 1997. Contents analysis method was used in Data Analysis, 4 items was used after Coders previously modify and compensate it based on research documents of 1m Milim(1996) 2 Coders made the Coding the article on each person by them seeing the recorded film making the Coding Paper each items is written by the character. The average of reliability degree was 90% which measured the reliability degree by the mathod of Holsti. The statisic method of frequency, percentage was used SPSS Program in data processing The results were as follows. 1. Relative importance of 86.2% nurses in drama was depicted as extra characters 2. The affair attitude of nurses shown on drama was revealed as mechanical(84.7%), passive(45.5%), dependent(54.4%) unkind(68.2%). 3. The activity of nurses was classified with professional! simple affair. The professional affairs such as I.V., Blood Pressure Check, Rounding, Nursing Recording, Patient Education, Assist of Operation, Assistant meal of Patient, etc is mainly depicted and the screen of simple affair such as Receiving telephone, Carrying Tray or Dragging, Stretcher Car, Dressing Car and or Wheel Chair than professional affair. 4. The appearance feature of nurses was shown on thin physique(68.2%), common stature(68.2), dirty costume(45.4%), common appearance(81.9%), unnoble action(63.6%). The image of nurses is illuminated as the exterial scene of technical affair such as assisting the doctors and affair focused on accident and educational activity of nureses or extended role is nor depicted on Television drama. Therefore, the people regard the nurse as sexual object with good appearance than professional worker working professional nursing We want the following, epigraph based on above conclusion. 1. The continuous research is required on the image of nurse shown on various mass media. 2. The later research is required on appliction strategy of mass media for advancing the image of nurse. 3. The research to strengthen the objectivity by comparing analyzed data on drama & analyzing it is required 4. Through the deep study, the standard to show a concrete and professional work of nurses to scenario writers of TV drama is suggested by the association. 5. The monitoring about the mass media must be activated, not by some nurses, on a national scale and much study on the basis of this is needed.

The number of public transportation users has dropped drastically due to COVID-19. In this work, my survey was conducted to uncover the factors that influence citizens' travel patterns. Data were collected and logistic regression analysis on the shifts in transportation was undertaken. Additionally, an importance-performance analysis was carried out to investigate how to effectively operate public transportation systems and improve facilities. The main research findings were as follows: First, the more individuals were concerned about COVID-19 (+) and being infected when using public transportation (+), the greater the tendency to switch to private transportation modes. Secondly, when it came to personal traits, respondents who could drive a car (+) or owned a car (+)or did more online shopping (+) or used public transportation for trips (+) tended to switch over, compared with respondents who could not drive or did not own a caror used public transportation to commute. In addition, respondents who were vaccinated (-) or had more household members tended not to switch transportation modes, compared with those who were not vaccinated or had fewer household members. Third, it is important to continue the following efforts to safeguardhygiene linked to public transportation: wearing masks, disinfecting hands, controlling diseases, and general cleaning. The conclusion was that it is important to put traffic congestion and ventilation issues first, especially in regards public transportation, which was not rated as satisfactory enough compared to its importance. The research findings can provide useful basic data when establishing countermeasures to the current COVID-19 circumstances in the areas of public transportation operation and management and in the event of an infectious disease outbreak in the future.
Background: This study aims to reevaluate natural radiation exposure, following up on our previous study conducted in 2019, and to assess the associated risk of lung cancer to the public residing in the gold mining areas of Betare-Oya, east Cameroon, and its vicinity. Materials and Methods: Gamma-ray spectra collected using a 7.62 cm×7.62 cm in NaI(Tl) scintillation spectrometer during a car-borne survey, in situ measurements and laboratory measurements performed in previous studies were used to determine the outdoor absorbed dose rate in air to evaluate the annual external dose inhaled by the public. For determining internal exposure, radon gas concentrations were measured and used to estimate the inhalation dose while considering the inhalation of radon and its decay products. Results and Discussion: The mean value of the laboratory-measured outdoor gamma dose rate was 47 nGy/hr, which agrees with our previous results (44 nGy/hr) recorded through direct measurements (in situ and car-borne survey). The resulting annual external dose (0.29±0.09 mSv/yr) obtained is similar to that of the previous study (0.33±0.03 mSv/yr). The total inhalation dose resulting from radon isotopes and their decay products ranged between 1.96 and 9.63 mSv/yr with an arithmetic mean of 3.95±1.65 mSv/yr. The resulting excess lung cancer risk was estimated; it ranged from 62 to 216 excess deaths per million persons per year (MPY), 81 to 243 excess deaths per MPY, or 135 excess deaths per MPY, based on whether risk factors reported by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, United Nations Scientific Committee on the effects of Atomic Radiation, or International Commission on Radiological Protection were used, respectively. These values are more than double the world average values reported by the same agencies. Conclusion: There is an elevated level of risk of lung cancer from indoor radon in locations close to the Betare-Oya gold mining region in east Cameroon. Therefore, educating the public on the harmful effects of radon exposure and considering some remedial actions for protection against radon and its progenies is necessary.
