바람잡음을 고려한 자동차에서의 음성인식 성능 향상 (Improvement of Speech Recognition Performance in Running Car by Considering Wind Noise)

  • This paper describes an efficient method for improving the noise-robustness in speech recognition in a running car by considering wind noise. In driving car, mainly three kind of noises engine noise, tire noise and wind noise, are severely affect recognition performance. Especially wind noise is an important factor in driving car with window opened. We analyzed wind noise in various driving conditions that are 60, 80, 100 km/h with window fully opened, window half opened. We clarified that the recognition rate is significantly degenerated when the wind noise components in the frequency range above 200 Hz are large. We developed a preprocessing method to improve the noise robustness despite of wind noise. We adaptively changed the cutoff frequency of the front-end high-pass filter from 100 through 200 Hz according to the level of the wind noise components. By this method, the recognition rate is considerably improved for all kind of driving conditions

영상처리에 기반한 게이트 운영시스템 개발 (Development of Gate Operation System Based on Image Processing)

  • The automated gate operating system is developed in this paper that controls the information of container at gate in the ACT. This system can be divided into three parts and consists of container identifier recognition car plate recognition container deformation perception. We linked each system and organized efficient gate operating system. To recognize container identifier the preprocess using LSPRD(Line Scan Proper Region Detection)is performed and the identifier is recognized by using neural network MBP When car plate is recognized only car image is extracted by using color information of car and hough transform. In the port of container deformation perception firstly background is removed by using moving window. Secondly edge is detected from the image removed characters on the surface of container deformation perception firstly background is removed by using moving window. Secondly edge is detected from the image removed characters on the surface of container. Thirdly edge is fitted into line segment so that container deformation is perceived. As a results of the experiment with this algorithm superior rate of identifier recognition is shown and the car plate recognition system and container deformation perception that are applied in real-time are developed.

차량 창문 개폐에 따른 내부에서의 유동 해석으로의 융합적 고찰 (Convergent Investigation with Internal Flow Analysis According to the Opening and Closing of Vehicle Window)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차 창문의 개폐에 따라 공기의 내부 유동 해석을 통하여 여름철에 운전자와 동승자의 쾌적한 운전환경을 고찰하였다. 실제 운전 환경을 고려하여, 자동차 창문 개폐 상태로서의 에어컨 입구 조건들을 유동 해석에 적용하였다. 자동차 에어컨 토출구, 시트 그리고 실내를 모델링하였고, 차 내부에서의 공기유동을 해석하여 공기의 유동형상과 내부의 온도분포를 확인하였다. 본 해석에서는 공기 유입부와 배출구를 정하고 자동차 내부를 단열상태로 가정하고 내부공기와 창문 개폐의 영향만을 고려해서 결과를 보았다. 각 조건들의 해석을 고찰해보면 본 연구 모델들이 쾌적한 환경이 유지됨을 알 수 있었다. 차량 창문 개폐에 따른 내부에서의 유동에 대한 본 해석 결과는 디자인 분야에 융합하여 적용될 수 있다고 보인다.

자동차 차체 형태 디자인이 공기역학 성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Research on the Effect of Car Body Design on CFD Aerodynamics Performance)

  • 본 실험 연구에서는 대표적인 네 가지 타입의 승용차 차량형태에 대한 공기역학(공력) 성능 분석, 측면 유리의 각도에 따른 공력 성능 분석, 엔진후드(엔진 덮개)의 각도차이에 따른 공력 성능 분석, 루프 라인의 각도 차이에 따른 공력 성능 분석을 통해 차량의 형태 변화에 따라 공력 성능이 어떻게 변화하는지를 종합적으로 분석해 보았다. 실험결과 비스듬히 떨어지는 후면 유리 라인은 공력 성능을 저하시켰고, 루프의 각도 차이에 따른 공력 성능 차이는 거의 나타나지 않았으며 일찍 떨어지는 후면 라인은 공력 성능에 가시적인 영향을 끼치지 않았다. 차량의 루프라인이 수평으로 늦게까지 이어지다 천천히 떨어지는 후면 유리 라인은 스타일링에 도움이 될지언정 공력 성능은 저하시켰다. 후방 디퓨저의 경우 차체의 형태에 따라 그 성능 효과가 달라지는 것으로 판단되었다.

  • We have developed a speaker dependent voice command system(VCS) to control the sunroof in the car using RSC-164 VRP(Voice Recognition Processor). VCS consists of control circuits, microphone, speaker and user switch box. The control circuits include RSC-164, input audio preamplifier, memory devices, and relay circuit for sunroof control. It is designed robustly in various car noisy situations like audio volume, air conditioner, and incoming noise when window or sunroof opened. Each two users can control the car sunroof using seven voice commands on the Super TVS model and five voice commands on the Onyx model. It works well when we drive the car at over 100 km/h with the sunroof opened.

  • The research will be essential that the method for strengthening safety are safe installations in a hardware portion, a safe running ceremony of the vehicle employee (an engine driver) and the estimate of the situation which is accurate. In railway car the window wiper which is auxiliary equipment for safe operation is changed the existing manual control method with automatic correspondence precipitation used raindrops censor which can assure the vision of driving. It can be easy to safe driving as might have expected the object. We carried out studies technical review investigation which can accomplish the best suited wiping speed in maintaining an introduction existing system in the manual control system applied the existing train and corresponding to precipitation. The observation fact in the studies can be possible to ensure safety operation. That is, Manual operation method (of the driver) to add the automatic speed adjust function can operate improved window wiper drive system when it rains and, as was expected, it is able to ensure the range of a good railroad driver's vision and to concentrate in working at rainfall.

  • Automobile markets are so fierce in the world market that every major manufacturer assure the buyer of the car by give a provocative warranty plan for their cars. For instance Hyundai motor company offer 10 years and 100,000 miles of warranty whichever comes first. But in order for this effort to be successful every critical component such as window switch has to be proven to be reliable in an adverse environment. Therefore, in this article reliability assessment criteria for window switch are established in terms of basic performance test, environment test and life test.

  • This study was carried out about the design and FEM analysis of articulated Trailer car with aluminum bodyshell for Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350㎞/h. The integral design by extra-long extruded sections made possible through the use of aluminium alloys and continuous window shape with skin were adopted in the design of aluminium bodyshell. Articulated structures in each trailer's end were bolted laterally on end structure. FEM analysis showed that the design satisfied the specified load criteria. This study describes process and result of development of aluminum trailer bodyshell for KHST.

광음향기법을 이용한 한국형 고속전철의 실내소음 예측 (Interior noise prediction of the high speed train using ray method)

  • This study is about predicting the interior pressure level of the korean high speed train using ray acoustic method. The motor car and the motor and passenger cabin are investigated under the environment of passing open countryside and inside tunnel of 350 km/hr. Calculated sound levels are compared with the proposed sound levels and suggestions about the transmission Joss values of isolating panels inside motor car and the guide lines of allowed sound power limit of motor equipments are provided. Results of TPI car show calculated interior sound level is below the proposed values for both cases of open countryside running and inside tunnel. Since ray acoustic method calculated only air borne noise component, real sound level of the motor car may be higher than prediction. Passenger cabins of TMI, TM5 show higher sound level than the proposed values, so window method was carried out to find the contribution of each panel components and point out the remedy of transmission path. Reduction of sound power of motor equipments should be condisered at the same time.
