Dual Bore 히트파이프의 열전달 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Heat Transport Performance of Dual Bore Heat Pipe)

  • This study is a research on Dual Bore heat pipe to investigate the ability of heat transport ability, heat resistance and difference of heat transport ability according to the type of heat pipes. As the result of this research, we got several conclusions. Each pipe of Dual Bore in one section has a similar heat transfer capability. In the range between $-20^{\circ}C$ and $60^{\circ}C$ the heat transfer capability is double than single bore which was analyzed by menas of GAP program. Heat resistance is below $0.05^{\circ}C$/W at every point, and it tells aluminum-ammonia heat pipes are proper for satellite.

  • 창업보육센터(BI: Business Incubator)와 관련된 국내외 주요 연구들은 창업보육센터의 실태 조사를 통한 활성화 및 발전 방안과 BI의 성공요인으로서 BI매니저의 역량을 다루고 있다. BI매니저의 역할과 자질에 대한 탐색적/학술적 논의가 이루어지고 있으나, BI매니저의 보유 역량과 필요 역량을 비교 분석한 연구는 제한적이다. 본 연구는 BI매니저의 보유 역량과 입주기업이 요구하는 필요 역량을 비교 분석하여, BI매니저의 부족한 역량을 집중적으로 강화하기 위한 운영 정책과 교육 프로그램의 주제를 제시한다. 역량 강화가 주로 필요한 영역은 자금조달 지원과 마케팅 지원이었다.

Influence of Big Data Analytics Capability on Innovation and Performance in the Hotel Industry in Malaysia

  • This study aims to address the literature gap by examining the direct relationship between big data analytics capability, marketing innovation, and organizational innovations. Additionally, this study would examine big data analytics capability as the antecedent for both innovation types and how these relationships influence firm performance. The research model is developed based on the integration of resource-based view and knowledge-based view theories. The quantitative method is used as the research methodology for this study. Based on a purposive sampling method, a total of 115 questionnaires were obtained from managers in star-rated hotels located in Malaysia. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is utilized for the data analysis. The result shows that big data analytics capability positively affects marketing and organizational innovations. The findings show that big data analytics capability and organizational innovation positively influence firm performance. Nonetheless, the result revealed that marketing innovation is not positively related to firm performance. The findings also indicate to hotel managers the importance of big data analytic capability and the resources required to build and develop this capability. The contributions from this study enrich the literature on big data and innovation, which is particularly limited in the hospitality and tourism context.

오일붐의 실해역 성능평가 기법 개발 (Performance Tests of Oil Boom at Open Sea)

  • 해상에서의 선박의 충돌이나 좌초로 인한 유출사고시 오일붐은 기름의 확산을 방지하고 유출된 기름을 일정한 두께로 모아 유회수기(oil skimmer)의 회수효율을 높이는 목적으로 사용되고 있다. 해상에 설치된 오일붐은 조류속도, 파고, 풍속 등 다양한 해상조건에 따라 보유성능(oil-containment capability)에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 오일붐의 성능평가 기법 개발의 일환으로 1998년 4월 20일부터 30일까지 10일 동안 여수 우암 앞바다에서 고형식, 총기팽창식, 자동팽창식 오일붐 등 3종류를 대상으로 실해역에서의 조류속도, 풍속, 파고, 선박의 예인속도 등 해양조건에 따른 오일붐의 거동 및 월파현상을 분석하고, gap ratio에 따른 오일붐의 장력을 계측하였다.

경남도내 초중등 학생 및 교사의 정보격차 현황 분석 (An Analysis of the Status of Digital Divide on Students and Teachers at Elementary and Secondary Schools in Gyeongnam)

  • 정보사회로의 진입과 함께 정보격차는 사회 불평등을 초래하는 새로운 요소로 등장하였다. 특히 학교에서 ICT 활용교육, e-러닝, u-러닝이 점차 확대됨에 따라 학생층에서 나타나는 정보격차는 교육 기회의 불평등으로까지 이어질 우려를 낳고 있다. 이에 따라 학교 구성원들의 정보격차 실태에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학생 및 교사의 정보화 수준과 정보격차 현황을 파악하기 위하여, 경남도내 초중등 학생과 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 정보화 수준의 측정은 3개 하위 지수(접근, 역량, 활용)에 대한 가중 평균으로 계산하였다. 조사결과 학생과 교사 집단 모두 역량지수에서 가장 큰 격차를 보였다. 또한 역량지수와 활용지수와의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 두 집단 모두 정적상관을 보여 정보 역량의 차이가 정보격차를 이해하는데 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

나노간극 구동기를 이용한 나노기계적 단백질 검출기 (Nanomechanical Protein Detectors Using Electrothermal Nano-gap Actuators)

  • This paper presents a new method and an associated device, capable of detecting protein presence and size from the shift of the mechanical stiffness changing points due to the presence and size of proteins in a nano-gap actuator. Compared to the conventional resonant detection method, the present nanomechanical stiffness detection method shows higher precision for protein detection. The present method also offers simple and inexpensive protein detection devices by removing labeling process and optical components. We design and fabricate the nanomechanical protein detector using an electrothermal actuator with a nano-gap. In the experimental study, we measure the stiffness changing points and their coordinate shift from the devices with and without target proteins. The fabricated device detects the protein presence and the protein size of 14.0$\pm$7.4nm based on the coordinate shift of stiffness changing points. We experimentally verify the protein presence and size detection capability of the nanomechanical protein detector for applications to high-precision biomolecule detection.

시각센서를 이용한 용접선 자동추적시스템의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Automatic Weld-Seam Tracking System using Vision Sensor)

  • For improvement in productivity and weld quality, weld seam tracking and welding parameter control are very essential in the welding of a structure which can not be cxactly fit-up due to mismatch, discontinous gap, deflection, etc.. In this study, an automatic weld seam tracking system is developed for I-butt joint structure, and the system consists of XYZ working table, vision sensor and user interface program. In the developed vision sensor system, an image projection algorithm for weld-line detection and an adaptive current control algorithm for gap variation were implemented. The user interface program developed in this study by basing on the objct oriented concept could provide very convenient way to utilize the tracking system with the pull-down menu driven structure. The developed system showed a good seam tracking and weld quality control capability corresponding to deflected weld lines and gap variations.

재생형 블로워의 누설유동 특성과 누설유량 저감을 통한 성능 향상 (Characteristics of Leakage Flow on Regenerative Blower and Leakage-reducing Design for Performance Enhancement)

  • Regenerative blower is suitable for hydrogen recirculation in fuel cell vehicle due to its capability of high pressure rise in single stage. Numerical models were applied to investigate inner gap leakage flow characteristics. A leakage flow in the inner gap is dominantly affected by pressure gradient. Therefore a blower with concentric channel type was suggested as one of modified models for reducing the inner gap pressure gradient. Also numerical results such as pressure rise, efficiency, leakage flow rate and torque were compared between modified and reference models. The performance of concentric channel type was improved as a result of reduced leakage flow.

  • This paper describes a type test results of 154 kV transmission line arrester with external gap. The test was carried on surge arrester unit and line arrester with external gap, respectively. Withstand voltage test demonstrate the voltage withstand capability of the line arrester with external series gap under the dry and wet conditions. In insulation coordination test external series gap shall be discharged every time when lightning impulse voltage with the steepness of more than 1500 $kV/{\mu}s$ are applied under the wet condition.

  • Buckling Restrained Braces (BRB) have been widely used in the construction industry as they utilize the most desirable properties of both constituent materials, i.e., steel and concrete. They present excellent structural qualities such as high load bearing capacity, ductility, energy-absorption capability and good structural fire behaviour. The effects of size and type of filler material in the existed gap at the steel core-concrete interface as well as the element's cross sectional shape, on BRB's fire resistance capacity was investigated in this paper. A nonlinear sequentially-coupled thermal-stress three-dimensional model was presented and validated by experimental results. Variation of the samples was described by three groups containing, the steel cores with the same cross section areas and equal yield strength but different materials (metal and concrete) and sizes for the gap. Responses in terms of temperature distribution, critical temperature, heating elapsed time and contraction level of BRB element were examined. The study showed that the superior fire performance of BRB was obtained by altering the filler material in the gap from metal to concrete as well as by increasing the size of the gap. Also, cylindrical BRB performed better under fire conditions compared to the rectangular cross section.
