FMSS를 이용한 자율운항선박 충돌회피능력 정량화 평가 기법에 관한 연구 (Quantitative Evaluation of the Collision-Avoidance Capability of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships Using FMSS)

  • 최근 자율운항선박(Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship, MASS) 기술개발에 관련 연구들이 활발하게 수행되고 있다. MASS의 핵심 기술 중 하나는 해상에서 항해사를 대신하여 조우하는 선박에 대한 충돌회피기술이다. 기존 자동 충돌회피기술 개발관련 연구들을 조사한 결과, 자동충돌회피기술을 객관적으로 정량화 할 수 있는 평가모델에 대한 연구는 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 MASS의 충돌회피 능력을 객관적으로 검증하기 위한 평가모델을 개발하였다. 연구방법은 COLREGs에 대한 전문지식과 실무조선 경험이 많은 선박조종전문가가 Full Mission Ship-handling Simulator(FMSS)를 이용하여 선박 조우형태별 선박조종시뮬레이션을 수행하고 그 결과 데이터를 계측하고 기술 통계 처리하여 것이며, 개발된 평가모델을 통해서, MASS의 운항능력을 정량적으로 평가하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 충돌회피 평가모델을 이용하여 해상에서 MASS의 충돌회피 능력을 정량 평가 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 이 모델을 이용하면 자율운항선박의 충돌회피능력을 객관적으로 평가 가능하고 부족한 부분을 수정·보완하는데 이용함으로서 자율운항선박 기술개발에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료되며, 또한 항해사의 충돌회피능력 평가에도 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

Assessment of Competitiveness Improvement on Multinational Enterprises based in Korea

  • Purpose - This study's the ultimate goal is to analyze competitiveness improvement on multinational enterprises as firstly providing which factors are to strengthen or weaken competitiveness, secondly investigating if hypotheses development and research design is correct and thirdly finding significant implications for research and practices across country specific advantage. Design/methodology - Using feedback data provided by 250 firms, we extracted variable factors and hypotheses, which were empirically carried out by reliability and validity testing, correlation analysis, path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis to prove which factors are to make the positive effect on the improvement of overseas subsidiaries' management performance and competitiveness. Findings - Through proceeding empirical analysis study, we found out that technology management capability, knowledge management capability, and local management capability had a statistically significant effect on the improvement of overseas subsidiaries' competitiveness, while linked activity capability revealed a negative effect. Originality/value - During business globalization, overseas investments and establishment of overseas subsidiaries have been essential. It is anticipated that this study results would be meaningful for analysis on multinational enterprises' competitiveness and helpful in promoting their entry into Korean market and enhancing their competitiveness. This paper would also help Korea government develops new FDI model and induce more investment from global major companies to Korea region.

  • 청각장애인을 위한 청능 및 언어 훈련은 비장애인과 소통능력을 배양하는 기본적인 훈련이지만 동시에 부모나 지도교사의 경제적부담, 육체적 피로를 수반한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 웹기반의 청능 및 언어 훈련 콘텐츠가 계속해서 개발되어 왔다. 그러나 장애인의 청각상태 및 학습능력의 차이가 존재함에도 불구하고 이런 개인 차이를 고려하지 않은 채 개발되고 있다. 따라서 장애자의 상태와 잔존청력, 학습능력 및 훈련성취도를 정확히 평가하고 분석하여 장애자에게 적절한 훈련진도를 계획하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서 청각장애자를 위해 개인평가에 따라 다양하게 청능 언어 훈련을 기획하고 관리해주는 청능 및 언어 훈련 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 또한 이 모델을 기반으로 하는 기능성 게임콘텐츠를 기획하는 설계방법을 제시한다.

A Usability Assessment Metric for Ubiquitous Services: Quantification of the Interactivity Attribute in Inter-personal Services

  • Objective: The main objective of this study is to propose a user-centered assessment metric for ubiquitous services. Background: As the ubiquitous era took off, the interactions between ubiquitous services and users have come to take an important position. It is essential to conceptualize a new assessment model that considers human-system interaction capability with a user-centered design perspective. Method: The evaluation model for the interactivity of ubiquitous service was approached from the concept of usability and inter-personality of services. As a validation study, suggested assessment metric was utilized to evaluate the u-Home service. Priority weighting of each assessment metric was derived using the quantification type-I analysis. Results: To evaluate interactivity, this study suggested a quantitative metric for user testing performed after classifying the interactivity characteristics to contextualization; ubiquity; user experience; and service capability. Conclusion: This study suggest the metric for the ubiquitous service that are experienced in real life, and introduced the concept of ubiquitous service interactivity. Application: The suggested evaluation metric can be used to evaluate interactivity level of ubiquitous service and identify the potential problem and usability requirements at the early stage of service development.

  • A numerical study of evaluation of turbulence models for thermal striping phenomenon is performed. The turbulence models chosen in the present study are the two-layer model, the shear stress transport (SST) model and the V2-f model. These three models are applied to the analysis of the triple jet flow with the same velocity but different temperature. The unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (URANS) equation method is used together with the SIMPLE algorithm. The results of the present study show that the temporal oscillation of temperature is predicted only by the V2-f model, and the accuracy of the mean velocity, the turbulent shear stress and the mean temperature is a little dependent on the turbulence model used. The the two-layer model and the SST model shows nearly the same capability of predicting the thermal striping and the amplitude of the temperature fluctuation is predicted best by the V2-f model.

전시 비행장 항공작전능력 평가모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wartime Evaluation Model of Airfield by using Simulation)

  • This study focuses on building the wartime air operation model to evaluate the airfield capability. There are some uncertainties in the process of air operation such as mission flying time, turn around time, mission damage or kill rate, weather condition, and so on. Airplanes, on the way to the airbase after completing mission flight, may have been in queue on the holding point due to the unusable condition of airfield. And then, they may sometimes need to go other airbases due to the shortage of fuel. Under those uncertainties, this model is to evaluate the airfield capability in the wartime air operation using simulation.

중소벤처기업성과와 국내 지원기관들의 평가지표간의 상관관계에 관한 실증연구 (On the Relationship between Evaluation Indexes and Firms' Performance: An Empirical Study on Venture Firms in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 중소벤처평가지표의 개선을 위해 t-test, 요인분석, 로짓회귀분석을 이용하여 평가지표의 판별력을 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소벤처평가지표의 분류정확도가 93%를 보이고 있어 기존 재무비율을 이용한 선행연구의 예측력과 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통상적으로 중소벤처지원기관의 평가지표는 기술성지표, 사업성지표, 시장성지표로 구성되어 있는데 본 연구의 요인분석 결과 6개의 평가지표로 구성되는 것이 바람직함을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 중소벤처성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들로, 기존 연구에서도 주장된 기업가정신(entrepreneurship)을 나타내는 경영자기술역량, 경영자경영역량 그리고 사업성인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이들의 비중(영향정도)는 비슷한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 정보활용능력의 기준과 범위를 설정하여 평가영역 및 평가문항을 설계함과 동시에 대학생들의 현재 정보활용능력의 수준을 진단하고 분석하여 정보활용능력 개발을 위한 평가모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 실증적인 연구를 위해 정보활용능력 웹 평가사이트를 설계하여 학부학생을 대상으로 정보활용능력을 측정하였다. 정보활용능력 구성영역을 통계적 요인분석을 통해 정보자원 영역, 정보요구 영역, 정보검색 영역. 정보분석 영역, 정보기술 및 표현 영역, 정보윤리 영역임을 밝혀내었고, 기초환경 요인, 자가진단 요인, 영역별 요인, 정보활용능력 총점 요인 및 문항분석을 통해 평가설계 요소와 평가절차, 영역별, 수준별 교육 및 평가지침을 제시하였으며, 이를 근거로 정보활용능력의 통합적 평가모형을 개발하였다.

Cognitive process to evaluate serious games for the elderly

  • This paper aims to propose a cognitive evaluation model to be utilized in designing game devices and developing relevant software with the purpose of the prevention of dementia of the elderly among various types of serious games for the elderly intending to improve their physical, mental or social capability. Firstly, a serious game for the elderly has been developed based on the guidelines of the areas pertaining to existing hardware, software and contents. Secondly, a pre-experiment of the game targeting specialists has been conducted in order to re-establish a cognitive evaluation model for the developed result. Thirdly, the cognitive evaluation model for the serious game for the elderly that intends to improve their cognitive capacity has been materialized based on the experiment results. Given the fact that the scope of game contents, most of which used to be focused on teenagers, have been gradually expanding to cover wider range of social classes than ever before, it is expected that the results of this study could be utilized as a model that can verify the games and their contents with special purposes based on the cognitive evaluation of the users.
