일본 나고야 광역시의 주거빈곤에 관한 연구 (A Study on Housing Poverty in the Nagoya Metropolitan Area, Japan)

  • The Japanese economy has been unstable since 1990. Economic instability and changes in working conditions have made the acquisition of housing and the improvement in housing standards difficult. Unstable working and habitation conditions have also spread, and the Nagoya Metropolitan Area is recognized as a traction community in the Japanese economy. This study employed existing statistics and helpline consultations in 2013 to clarify the state of housing poverty in the Nagoya Metropolitan Area. Moreover, it clarified the conditions for improvement in the housing standards for the low-income households, a regional gap, and reasons for the deteriorating housing levels of low-income households by investigating the "Housing and Land Survey." Furthermore, it clarified housing difficulties that do not appear in existing statistics by investigating the examples of "toll-free call consultations" in 2013.

소방대원의 소진(Burnout)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the burnout of firefighters)

  • The study was conducted to investigate the burnout of firefighters. The subjects were 223 firefighters in C-Do. The instruments used for this study were a survey of general characteristics(10 items), burnout(23 items). Analysis of data was done by use of mean percentage, t-test, ANOVA, stepwise multiple regression with SAS program. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Burnout according to general characteristics were showed significant difference in job-aptitude(F=6.30, P<.001), health status(F=5.92, P<.001), education(t=6.09, P<.01), working place rotation(t=2.59, P<.01), call number/week(F=3.28, P<.01), job-burden(F=4.45, P<.01), paper-job burden(F=3.87, P<.05). 2. Category score of burnout were showed the higher score in the lowed personal accomplishment(3.29). 3. Category score of burnout according to aptitude were showed difference each other. 4. Predicting factor of burnout were paper-job burden, health status, job-burden(20.99%).

패밀리룩의 소비에 대한 영향요인 (Influential Factors on the Consumption of Family Look Clothes)

  • When parents and their children wear matching clothes, ranging from one item to the entire wardrobe, we call this the "family look." The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence family look clothes consumption. It was proposed that mothers' familism tendencies, playfulness, and demographic characteristics were the main factors that decided the extent of the purchase and usage of family look clothes. A survey was conducted between September 23 and 29, 2013 with mothers who have purchased and wore family look clothes. The age of the women ranged from 20s to 40s. The results showed that the number of family look items is influenced by mothers' familism tendencies and playfulness. Also the favorite family look style depended on the familism tendency, playfulness, and the age of the child(ren). The results of this study are expected to provide implications to apparel companies that produce family looks.

Evaluation of Functionality and Added Value Factors to the Usage of Mobile Telecommunication Services

  • Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.

Comparison of Customers Perception of Feature and Smart Phone Users Mainly in 20s

  • The property of the mobile phone is taking important role to choose it. In the present situation, exploring, comparing and analyzing the important properties of regular mobile phone(feature phone) and smart phone are very meaningful study. Therefore, the survey was carried out to get the properties of feature phone and smart phone and analyze the difference of those phones. And proposed the important variables for customer satisfaction which must be given priority. The result showed that 'design' and 'Quality' are important to both mobile phone user groups. The problems with mobile phones currently in use were 'poor performance' to feature phone users and 'expensive charge' and 'poor A/S' to smart phone users. Two groups also showed significant difference with the customer satisfactions, and smart phone user group showed higher satisfaction. For smart phone user group, four factors are induced from the properties but 'Hardware Quality' (representing 'call Quality', 'A/S', 'Convenience to use', 'Battery life') and 'Design & Function'(representing 'Internet', 'Convergence Functions', 'Design, 'Color') have significant and positive effects on Customer Satisfaction.

지적확인 환호응답에 대한 인식과 철도사고에 미치는 영향분석 (Effect Analysis of Railway Accident due to Recognition for a Cheer Response)

  • Questionnaire survey has been made for the above study. First, 65 question sheets have been distributed to railway operators and 55 sheets of them have been collected from them. SPSS 12.0 program package has been used to analyze those sheets concerning age, experience, school, background as a frequency analysis and t-test has been made to find out recognition level difference of a cheer response, depending on the operator's experience. T-verification has been made for two groups such as less than 10 years, and 10 years or more experience. Result from correlation analysis showed that there was no difference due to operators' experience.

경기도 용인시 지역주민의 수불사업에 관한 의식 (Awareness towards water fluoridation program in Yongin)

  • Objectives : The aim of the study is to investigate the awareness towards water fluoridation program in the residents of Yongin. Methods : Subjects were 1,016 adults over 19 years old living in Yongin for more than one year. A self-administered survey was done by structured questionnaires. Some of the questionnaires were filled out through direct phone call. Results : Positive awareness of water fluoridation program accounted for 36.5 percent and 61.0 percent of the residents agreed to the program. Only nine percent 9.0 percent opposed to water fluoridation. Conclusions : Yongin City Government is trying to make the residents understand the water fluoridation. Positive public opinion towards the water fluoridation can lead to the implementation of the water fluoridation. So it is necessary to provide information of water fluoridation program to the residents.

다자전송 효율성을 가진 Signcryption 방식 (An Efficient Signcryption Scheme for Multi-Sending)

  • Y. Zheng suggested a new concept called signcryption that provides confidentiality with digital signature properties. The signcryption scheme is more efficient than general method what we call first-sign-then-encrypt of first-encrypt-then-sign in computational and communicational cost. But H. Petersen et al pointed out weakness to Y. Zheng' scheme and suggested new one. In this paper we survey three signcryption schemes suggested by Y, Zheng and H. Petersen et al respectively and cryptanalysis. M. Michel's revised scheme. And we suggest a new signcryption is more efficient when originator makes several signcryption on the same document.

학습자의 스마트폰 제어를 위한 아이스마트키퍼 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Utilization of I_smart_keeper for the Learner's Smart Phone Control)

  • 본 연구에서는 학교와 가정에서 학생들의 스마트 폰을 제어 할 수 있는 서비스인 아이스마트키퍼를 개발하였다. 이 서비스의 구현은 서버, 교사 앱, 부모앱, 학생앱 등으로 구성하였고, 학교에서의 스마트폰 제어는 학교일일시정표와 위치기반(GPS, Global Positioning System)으로 동작된다. 즉 학교의 주관리자가 미리 설정된 시간에 따라 학생의 스마트폰은 6가지 정책중 하나로 동작된다. 6가지 정책은 비상전화만 허용, 특정앱허용, 전화만허용, 전화/문자허용, 모두허용, 모두잠금 등이다. 이런 6가지 정책은 수업시간에 교사의 스마트폰으로 임시정책에 의해서 실시간으로 변경이 가능하며 특히 특정앱허용의 정책을 활용하면 수업에 유용한 앱만을 가지고 수업이 가능하다. 또한 학생들이 수업시간에 조퇴 등으로 학교위치를 벗어난 경우에는 위치기반으로 학생들의 스마트폰이 학교 정책을 적용받지 않게 된다. 그리고 학생들의 스마트폰 사용 패턴을 분석하여 스마트건강지수를 5가지 유형중 하나로 표시하여 학생들의 건강한 스마트폰 사용을 유도하였다. 또한 가정에서도 부모앱을 활용하여 학생들의 스마트폰 사용을 제어 할 수 있다. 본 서비스의 도입으로 학교에서는 스마트폰을 수거하지 않고 도난에 따른 위험에서 벗어날 수 있다. 현재 1개 초등학교는 전체학생이 사용 중이며 3개 초등학교가 시험 실시중이다. 시험실시결과 교사의 만족도는 매우 높았고 적극적으로 수업에 활용하는 교사의 비율이 높았다. 학생들의 설문 조사 결과 만족도가 높았다.

콜센터 고객정보시스템의 이용자 만족도 제고를 위한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on Enhancing User Satisfaction of Customer Service Information Systems)

  • 경영정보시스템 분야 및 DeLone and McLean의 정보시스템 성공모형 등에 관한 연구들은 기업 등의 정보시스템 도입 및 이용을 통해 이용자 개인 및 기업 등의 성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 관련 요소가 개발 운영되어야 함을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 콜센터 고객정보 시스템의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐구함에 있다. 근무환경 및 직무 만족에 관한 선행 연구와 수정된 DeLone and McLean의 정보시스템 성공모형을 이용한 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 콜센터 상담사원 539명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보시스템의 세 가지 품질이 근무환경, 직무만족, 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 11개 가설 중 7개 가설이 채택되었으며 둘째, 근무환경은 시스템 품질 및 정보 품질과 이용자 만족도간 부분매개를, 서비스 품질은 완전매개 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 시사점으로는 향후 정보시스템의 운영 성과가 제고될 수 있도록 이용자의 좋은 근무환경 구축 및 개선이 필요함을 제시하였다.
