P-I-N 역구조 페로브스카이트 태양전지 응용을 위한 Nickel oxide 홀전달층의 열처리 온도 연구 (Annealing Temperature of Nickel Oxide Hole Transport Layer for p-i-n Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells)

  • A Nickel oxide (NiOx) thin films were prepared via sol-gel process on a transparent conductive oxide glass substrate. The NiOx thin films were spin-coated in ambient air and subsequently annealed for 30 minutes at temperatures ranging from 150℃ to 450℃. The structural and optical characteristics of the NiOx thin films annealed at various temperatures were measured using X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. After optimizing the NiOx coating conditions, perovskite solar cells were fabricated with p-i-n inverted structure, and its photovoltaic performance was evaluated. NiOx thin films annealed at 350℃ exhibited the most favorable characteristics as a hole transport layer, resulting in the highest power conversion efficiency of 17.88 % when fabricating inverted perovskite solar cells using this film.

  • 본 연구에서는 리튬전지내 양극 재료로서 리튬철계 산화물을 제조하여 전극재료의 다양한 조성에 따른 전기화학적 특성을 고찰하고자 하였다 출발 물질인 $FeCl_3-6H_2O,\; NaOH,\;LiOH$를 혼합하여 저온으로 가열하여 층상의 $LiFeO_2$를 합성하였으며 출발 물질의 조성비를 바꾸어 그 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 NaOH의 첨가량이 증가할수록 전극의 용량은 감소하나 효율 및 용량의 감소율은 작아짐을 알 수 있었다. $NaOH/FeCl_3/LiOH$의 중량비를 2/1/7로 조성하여 합성하였을 때 가장 큰 용량을 보였으나 효율은 30회 순환 후 급격히 감소하였다. 층상의 $LiFeO_2$ 양극을 사용한 리튬 전지의 충방전 실험을 수행한 결과 이 셀은 1.5-4.5V의 범위에서 가역적임을 알 수 있었다 CPR방법을 사용하여 1M $LiPF_6/EC/DEC$ 전해질에서 확산계수를 측정하였다. 확산계수는 0.5$10^{-11}cm^2/s$임을 알 수 있었다.

일부지역 초등학생들의 심폐소생술 지식 및 태도가 자신감에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Knowledge and Attitude toward Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Elementary school Students of Some Regions upon Self-confidence)

  • 본 연구는 일부지역 초등학생들의 심폐소생술 지식 및 태도가 자신감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 시도 하였으며, 심정지 환자에게 효과적인 심폐소생술 수행과 자신감에 도움을 주고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 2009년 6월 25일부터 7월 15일까지 J도 소재 J시 K시 4개교에 재학하는 초등학생 381명에 대하여 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 12.0 Version 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 통계적 유의성은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 심폐소생술 특성의 변수들과 지식, 태도, 자신감의 상관관계는 정보습득유무(r=.174, p<.01), 심폐소생술 경험유무(r=.143, p<.01), 심폐소생술 교육유무(r=.164, p<.01), 교육필요성(r=.184, p<.01), 지식(r=.342, p<.01), 태도(r=.736, p<.01)가 자신감에 상관관계를 보였다. 심폐소생술 지식 및 태도가 자신감에 미치는 영향은 태도($\beta=.703$, t=17.884, p<.01)가 자신감에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 초등학생들이 응급상황 시 효과적으로 대처 할 수 있도록 심폐소생술 교육 프로그램 마련과 효과적인 인력 배치와 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것으로 여겨진다.

응급구조과 학생의 현장실습 수행활동 조사 연구 (A Study on the Performance Activities in Emergency Medical Technology Students Field Training)

  • This study was conducted to acquire the basic materials for effective field training to identify performance activities of emergency medical technology students. The method used in the study was a descriptive survey using a skill checklist. The subjects for the study were 43 emergency medical technology students who were 2nd grade in D college. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS computer program, yielding frequencies and percentage. The results of study were as follows; 1. In 'emergency treatment skill', 26.6% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 22.1% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 2. In 'airway management', 41.9% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 14.1% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 3. In 'oxygen therapy', 52.8% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 35.6% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 4. In 'ventilation skill', 17.8% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 10.7% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 5. In 'vital sign check', 61.1% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 56.3% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 6. In 'patient assessment', 40.7% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 20.0% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 7. In 'basic life support(CPR)', 1.7% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 11.9% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 8. In 'airway obstruction', 6.4% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 1.1% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'. 9. In 'electrical therapy', 0.7% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'ambulance practice' and 20.0% of subjects are revealed as 'performed' in 'clinical practice'.

자기효능 증진 기본생명소생술 프로그램의 효과 평가 -심정지 고위험 환자 가족을 대상으로 - (Evaluation of a Self-efficacy-based Basic Life Support Program for High-risk Patients' Family Caregivers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate a Self-efficacy-based Basic Life Support (SEBLS) program for high-risk patients' family caregivers on cardiac arrest. The SEBLS program was constructed on the basis of Bandura's self-efficacy resources as well as the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation's '2000 Guidelines for CPR and ECC'. Method: The effect of the SEBLS program on emergency response self-efficacy and emergency response behavior such as BLS(Basic Life Support) knowledge and BLS skill performance was measured by a simulated control group pretest-posttest design. Study subjects were38 high-risk patients' family caregivers(20 experimental subjects and 18 control subjects) whose family patients were admitted to a general hospital in Incheon, Korea. Result: 1. Emergency response self-efficacy was significantly higher in the experimental subjects who participated in the SEBLS program than in the control subjects. (t=8.3102, p=0.0001). 2. For emergency response behavior, BLS knowledge (t=5.6941, p=0.0001) and BLS skill performance (t=27.8281, p=0.0001) was significantly higher in experimental subjects than in control subjects. Conclusion: A SEBLS program can increase emergency response self-efficacy and emergency response behavior, and could be an effective intervention for high-risk patient's family caregivers. Long-term additional studies are needed to determine the lasting effects of the program.

Epitaxial Growth of Boron-doped Si Film using a Thin Large-grained Si Seed Layer for Thin-film Si Solar Cells

  • We developed a method of growing thin Si film at $600^{\circ}C$ by hot wire CVD using a very thin large-grained poly-Si seed layer for thin-film Si solar cells. The seed layer was prepared by crystallizing an amorphous Si film by vapor-induced crystallization using $AlCl_3$ vapor. The average grain size of the p-type epitaxial Si layer was about $20{\mu}m$ and crystallographic defects in the epitaxial layer were mainly low-angle grain boundaries and coincident-site lattice boundaries, which are special boundaries with less electrical activity. Moreover, with a decreasing in-situ boron doping time, the mis-orientation angle between grain boundaries and in-grain defects in epitaxial Si decreased. Due to fewer defects, the epitaxial Si film was high quality evidenced from Raman and TEM analysis. The highest mobility of $360cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ was achieved by decreasing the in-situ boron doping time. The performance of our preliminary thin-film solar cells with a single-side HIT structure and $CoSi_2$ back contact was poor. However, the result showed that the epitaxial Si film has considerable potential for improved performance with a reduced boron doping concentration.

심정지 초기 5분간 일반간호사의 심폐소생술 수행 분석: 현장 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 (Nurses' Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Performance during the First 5 minutes in In-Situ Simulated Cardiac Arrest)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills and teamwork of nurses in simulated cardiac arrests in the hospital. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted with 35 teams of 3 to 4 registered nurses each in a university hospital located in Seoul. A mannequin simulator was used to enact simulated cardiac arrest. Assessment included critical actions, time elapsed to initiation of critical actions, quality of cardiac compression, and teamwork which comprised leadership behavior and communication among team members. Results: Among the 35 teams, 54% recognized apnea, 43% determined pulselessness. Eighty percent of the teams compressed at an average elapsed time of $108{\pm}75$ seconds with 35%, 36%, and 67% mean rates of correct compression depth, rate, and placement, respectively. Thirty-seven percent of the teams defibrillated at $224{\pm}67$ seconds. Leadership behavior and communication among team members were absent in 63% and 69% of the teams, respectively. Conclusion: The skills of the nurses in this study cannot be considered adequate in terms of appropriate and timely actions required for resuscitation. Future resuscitation education should focus on improving the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation including team performance targeting the first responders of cardiac arrest.

Effect of Se Flux and Se Treatment on the Photovoltaic Performance of β-CIGS Solar Cells

  • $Cu(In,Ga)_3Se_5$ (${\beta}-CIGS$) has a band gap of 1.35 eV which is an optimum value for high solar-energy conversion efficiency. However, ${\beta}-CIGS$ film was not well characterized yet due to lower efficiency compared to $Cu(In,Ga)Se_2$ (${\alpha}-CIGS$). In this work, ${\beta}-CIGS$ films were fabricated by a three-stage co-evaporation of elemental sources with various Se fluxes. As the Se flux increased, the crystallinity of ${\beta}-CIGS$ phase was improved from the analysis of Raman spectroscopy and a deep-level defect was reduced from the analysis of photoluminescence spectroscopy. A Se treatment of the ${\beta}-CIGS$ film at $200^{\circ}C$ increased Ga content and decreased Cu content at the surface of the film. With the Se treatment at $200^{\circ}C$, the cell efficiency was greatly improved for the CIGS films prepared with low Se flux due to the increase of short-circuit current and fill factor. It was found that the main reason of performance improvement was lower Cu content at the surface instead of higher Ga content.

HIT PV Module Performance Research for an Improvement of Long-term Reliability: A Review

  • We report finding ways to improve the long-term reliability of PV module including the heterostructure with the intrinsic thin layer (HIT) solar cell. We point out the stability of the products of Panasonic HIT cell. We account for a brief description of the module manufacturing process to investigate the issues of each process and analyze the causes. We carried out the silicon PV module of the glass to glass type under the damp heat test around 1000 hours. However, it degraded around 7% of PV module power after 300 hours exposure in comparison with the initial status (Initial: 12.7 Watt). We investigated possible cause and solutions for the module performance to develop the long-term reliability.

Fabrication of Cu2ZnSnS4 Films by Rapid Thermal Annealing of Cu/ZnSn/Cu Precursor Layer and Their Application to Solar Cells

  • $Cu_2ZnSnS_4$ thin film have been fabricated by rapid thermal annealing of dc-sputtered metal precursor with Cu/ZnSn/Cu stack in sulfur ambient. A CZTS film with a good uniformity was formed at $560^{\circ}C$ in 6 min. $Cu_2SnS_3$ and $Cu_3SnS_4$ secondary phases were present at $540^{\circ}C$ and a trace amount of $Cu_2SnS_3$ secondary phase was present at $560^{\circ}C$. Single-phase large-grained CZTS film with rough surface was formed at $560^{\circ}C$. Solar cell with best efficiency of 4.7% ($V_{oc}=632mV$, $j_{sc}=15.8mA/cm^2$, FF = 47.13%) for an area of $0.44cm^2$ was obtained for the CZTS absorber grown at $560^{\circ}C$ for 6 min. The existence of second phase at lower-temperature annealing and rough surface at higher-temperature annealing caused the degradation of cell performance. Also poor back contact by void formation deteriorated cell performance. The fill factor was below 0.5; it should be increased by minimizing voids at the CZTS/Mo interface. Our results suggest that CZTS absorbers can be grown by rapid thermal annealing of metallic precursors in sulfur ambient for short process times ranging in minutes.
