Recently, obesity that is increasingly becoming a major cause of various diseases and safety accidents in work places is emerging as a serious social problem. It is due to economic growth and improvement of living environments. Many researches are trying to find the root cause of obesity. Thus, the main objective of this study is to analyze obesity index of citizens in Seoul which is a metropolis of Korea and a densely populated district. The data used in this study included 179 men and 152 woman subjects who are living in Seoul. Somatotype using $R\ddot{o}hrer$ Index can be classified by 3 types (thin, standard, obesity). In order to analyze a detailed somatotype of citizens, age groups are divided into $30{\sim}34,\;35{\sim}39,\;40{\sim}49,\;and\;50{\sim}59$ years according to gender, respectively. In order to compare and analyze data, Coefficient of Variance, Cronbach's Alpha, $R\ddot{o}hrer$ Idex and Drop Value were used in this study. The results of this study can be applied to the comfortable and safe work environments for workers.

New rural village development programs have been implemented, and rural village land use is expanded to encompass green-tourism, citizen and silver domicile space because of the internal and the external changes in the agricultural environment. This study was conducted to propose the evaluation index for retiree rural village development project issued by Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. The evaluation index was consisted of four categories (population, economic, environment, and living), which were consisted of 35 variables. The relative weight for 35 variables was calculated based on the questionnaire survey from the experts and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Growth rate of population in population criteria, job creation by exterior inflow in economics criteria, improvement of exchange between urban and rural in life criteria, and the flood outbreak in environment criteria were the most important contents of 35 variables. These results are consistent with the objectives of retiree rural village development project, and indicate the need of prevention the negative sides by implementation of the project.

기계 또는 소프트웨어 프로그램과 같은 인공물은 단순히 도구일 뿐인가? 이미 많은 프로그램들이 인간사용자들을 안내하거나 도와주는 일을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 행위자(agents) 개념을 사용하여, 인간플레이어와 게임봇의 행위성에 대해 살펴볼 것이다. 게임봇은 상호작용성과 자율성은 물론이고 적응성의 단계에 진입하고 있다. 게임수행 동안, 게임봇과 인간플레이어는 서로를 구성하는 사이보그 동료이다. 그런 점에서 게임봇은 정치사회적 존재가 되고 있다. 컴퓨터 환경에서 인간행위자는 인공행위자와의 관계에서 구성되는 사이보그적 존재가 되므로, 그들은 전통적인 인간행위자와는 다르다.

이 연구는 국내 공공도서관에서 실행하고 있는 도서관서비스헌장제도에 대해 헌장제정에 관한 이론적 고찰과 헌장내용에 관한 실증적 분석을 하였다. 헌장제정에 관한 이론적 고찰을 위해 영국의 시민헌장. 미국의 고객서비스헌장, 우리나라의 행정서비스헌장의 제정배경과 원칙을 규명하였고, 여기서 도출된 제정기준과 원칙을 근거로 경기도 B 공공도서관의 헌장내용을 실증적으로 분석 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 전반적인 헌장내용은 헌장제정기준을 어느 정도 충족시키는 것으로 나타났으나 헌장의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 서비스 이행표준의 내용이 도서관의 일방적이며 수동적 대응수준에 불과하여 타당성과 실현가능성이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다.

우리나라의 도서관들은 21세기에 들어서 역동적인 변화를 추구하였는데 그 이유 중의 하나는 도서관관련 시민단체들이 꾸준히 시민의 입장에서 도서관 문제를 바라보고, 문제점을 도출해서 규명하구 이를 널리 사회에 전달하고 해결책에 대한 소통구조를 활성화 시켰기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 각각 학교도서관과 공공도서관 분야에서 우리나라의 대표적인 시민단체하고 할 수 있는 '학교도서관살리기국민연대'와 '책읽는사회만들기국민운동'의 활동을 분석하였다. 즉, 이들 단체의 역사, 활동 그리고 학교도서관과 공공도서관을 발전시키기 위해 정부와 어떻게 협력해 왔는지를 살펴보았다. 이러한 분석을 통하여 학교도서관과 공공도서관의 지속적인 발전 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다.

본 연구는 도서관명의 변화 분석을 통해 도서관계의 주요한 변화를 밝히고자 하였다. 2015년부터 2020년까지 국가도서관통계시스템에 등록된 도서관명을 이용하여 변화의 유형과 특징을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 5년 동안의 도서관명 변화 과정 속에서 총 211건의 변화를 발견하였고 이들을 7가지 유형으로 구분하였다. 분석과정을 통해 도서관계에서의 운영주체 논란과 청소년서비스에 대한 관심 증가, 도서관 주제 특성화, 공모전을 통한 도서관명 결정 등이 주요한 특징으로 나타났다.

This study tried to suggest a systematic improvement plan to prepare a civil safety insurance operation and management system by reviewing the operation and management status of civil safety insurance, which is operated and managed by each local government autonomously. In this study, the problems of the current civil safety insurance were analyzed by dividing them into the lack of systematic management of insurance items, overlapping coverage between insurance items, and deviations in compensation limits. As a systematic improvement plan, it was suggested to secure the systemic management of guarantee items, standardize compensation standards, prepare an integrated operation and management system, and provide financial support for local governments with poor financial independence. Since the problems and improvement plans for the civil safety insurance analyzed as described above are formed by exchanging and receiving a complex mutual influence, the institutional improvement plan for the operation and management system of the civil safety insurance is not only a specific part of the study, but also comprehensively current citizens. Based on the results derived from the analysis of safety insurance, it is concluded that alternatives must be found.

Reforming social relations requires changing the system of relations between state executive bodies, institutions subordinate to them and a citizen, which is characteristic for most of the country, in which the latter is a petitioner even if his indisputable rights and legitimate interests are satisfied. One of the most important areas of public administration reform is the formation and development of a system of administrative services and appropriate information support. The result of the implementation of this direction should be the creation of such a legal framework and its real implementation in administrative and legal practice, in which consumers of administrative services will have broad rights and powers and will not be passive subjects manipulated by civil servants.Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the normative legal aspects of information support for the provision of administrative services in the field of public administration. The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of modern innovative research in the field of education. In the modern informatized world, education is becoming a decisive factor in social development and an important component in the development of the human personality, increasing respect for human rights and freedoms. Today it is quite obvious that without the necessary education a person will not be able to provide himself with proper living conditions and realize himself as a person. The high level of education of the population is an important factor that positively influences the creation of favorable conditions for the full realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Today, active and interactive teaching methods are widely used. The use of interactive teaching methods ensures complete immersion of students in the learning process and is the main source of learning. The radical difference between traditional and interactive learning is that the student not only replenishes and strengthens his knowledge, but also complements and constructs new ones. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of modern innovative research in the field of education were investigated.

Background: Increasing age and loss of teeth weaken oral muscle strength. This study aimed to investigate the positive effects of orofacial myofunctional training on elderly people. Methods: Thirty six elderly individuals in a welfare center and a senior citizen center were included in this study. A survey regarding lip and tongue strength suvsequent to orofacial myofunctional training and oral health-related quality of life was conducted from April to June, 2019. Data were analyzed using PASW statistics ver. 18.0. Results: The experimental group, showed an increase in lip strength (from 9.79 to 10.31) and tongue strength (from 41.26 to 43.97) after orofacial myofunctional training. The perception of oral health-relatedquality of life was enhanced (from 2.26 to 2.07). In particular, the frequency of dry cough for food removal while swallowing decresed due to an incresed in the secretion of saliva (p<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the number of functional teeth was positively related to oral health-related quality of life. Conclusion: Orofacial myofunctional training for improving lip and tongue strength is effective in the elderly. In older societies, oral strength should be maintained to improve oral health-related quality of life. It also suggests the interest of oral health workers and applying orofacial myofunctional training programs.
