21 century, Korea enterprise which run business in global market, has rapidly change. So, achievement of international competitive power is very important. IT(Information Telecommunication) Technology is play a leading role in this field. In fact, Korea enormous invest in informational technology field and hold the first place in informational quotient(information super-highway, server computer, mobile networking and firm's web site etc). But, materialization of information management effect consider how to cope with the situation. Korea SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) is fundamental in Korea economy. So Korea SMEs must active the international competitive power by information management and advance to a higher position. In conclusion, SMEs of information management is require that SMEs' CEO and CIO are must self-help to in this field. And governments improvement of connected with the related system in these field.

A new reaction mechanism is proposed for the reaction of thianthrene cation radical perchlorate $(Th^{+{\cdot}}CIO_4^-}$ and tert-butyl peroxide in acetonitrile at room temperature on the basis of experimental and theoretical results. Rapid C-O bond rupture instead of O-O bond cleavage was observed by a good peroxy radical trapping agent, thianthrene cation radical. Products were N-tert-butyl acetamide, thianthrene 5-oxide (ThO), thianthrene 5,5-dioxide $(SSO_2)$, and thianthrene (Th). Thianthrene 5,10-dioxide (SOSO) was not obtained. A comparative computational study of the cation radical of tert-butyl peroxide is made by using B3LYP and CBS-4. The computational results are helpful to explain the reaction mechanism.

As information is the critical resource of business, CIOs(chief information officers)' managerial roles become more important. CIOs work out the organization and information system strategies, introduce changes into organizations, communicate with chief executive officers and users, and take the responsibilities of the information system operation. The CIOs' managerial roles make affects on the information system performance and the organizational effectiveness. They are divided into six sub-roles; leader, liaison, entrepreneur, monitor, resource allocator and spokesman. The CIOs' influences on organizations are evaluated by information systems performance. User information satisfaction is one of the most valid information system evaluation criterions. User participation and user involvement are regarded as the antecedents of user satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of CIOs' managerial roles on user satisfaction, user participation, user involvement, CIOs' six managerial roles do not equally influence users. The results of this study have implications for the CIOs' managerial roles in organizations. As CIOs effectively perform managerial roles, user satisfaction is improved.

The purpose of this study is to identify the components of SME's information infrastructure through literature review, empirically investigate the components, and develop a model for SME's information infrastructure. The fact that SME's are having difficulties in building their own information infrastructure due to the limitation of capital investment, technology, and manpower is the main motive for the study The survey questionnaires were distributed to CEO's and users of 3W SME's and intensive interviews were cornea out to CIO's and information services personnel to further investigate H/W and S/W components of Information Infrastructure. The study results show that there seems to be five main factors for SME's information infrastructure. They are: (1) Informatization Capacity, (2) Software and Network, (3) Management Recognition and Utilization, (4) Hardware, and (5) Alignment between Users and Information Services.

반도체 나노결정은 양자구속효과(quantum confinement effect)에 의한 광학적인 특성을 갖기 때문에 광전자공학(optoelectronic), 광전지(photovoltaic)분야에 응용하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고순도의 CdTe 나노결정을 1-thioglycerol 표면 완화제(surface stabilizer)로 사용하여 수용액 상태로 합성하였다. 모든 실험은 $N_2$ 분위기의 삼각플라스크에서 실험하였다. Cadmium 소오스로는 Cd(CIO$_4$)$_2$.6$H_2O$(Cadmium perchlorate hydrate-Aldrich)를 사용하였고 Tellurium 소오스로는 A1$_2$Te$_3$(Aluminum telluride-CERAC)와 H$_2$SO$_4$가 반응하여 H$_2$Te gas가 주입되도록 하였다. 합성된 CdTe 나노결정은 core-shell 형태로 존재하며 결정크기에 따른 특성분석을 위해서 High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope (HRTEM), Photoluminescence spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction(XRD), UV-vis absorption spectra 분석을 하였다 또한 CdTe 나노결정을 나노와이어로 제작하여 CdTe 나노결정을 이용한 태양전지 제작에 응용하고자 한다.

초피나무 종자의 전처리가 포장에서의 출아에 미치는 영향을 구명 하고자 노천매장과 NaClO 10% 등 7처리를 두어 생육 특성 을 분석하였다. 출아율은 노천매장 17.3%에 비해 GA$_3$100 ppm과 NaClO 10% 처리 후 노천매장에서 각각 30.3%, 22.7%로 출아율이 향상되었으며 , 파종 후 26∼33일 사이에서 가장 높은 출아를 보였고, 이후 미미한 증가를 보였다. T/R율은 GA$_3$ 100 ppm전처리 후 노천매장에서 뿌리의 발달이 가장 양호하였다.

With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems have been applied to the interorganizatonal business areas, that is called Interorganizational Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into one organization. However, IOS such as internet or EDI relate with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analyzed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study designed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS, and conducted an empirical research with questionnaires with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS are not.

The necessity of university's educational change is rising up, along with a social environment that keeps changing. This study deals with a newly educational style by recognizing the necessity of variance for engineering education, according to engineers' diversified roles within a company. The study was conducted by 7 members of middle-sized group, replaced from 5 members of small-sized and each was given his task by his job such as CEO, CMO, CSO, CIO, CCO, CQO or Auditor. On the basis of four theoretical backgrounds, this paper investigated students' level of learning satisfaction shown before and after task undertaking through a questionnaire and appraised the result made before and after task undertaking. This study is expected to improve a teaching method of university engineering education.

China and South Korea have effectively reached a free trade agreement. The deal now faces legal and parliament reviews in the two countries. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with UN / CEFACT electronic documents. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, Two kinds of translation rules is proposed for exchanging to UN / CEFACT Tag smoothly. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard. Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international transactions, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce. The agreement with South Korea will be China's ninth bilateral FTA.

Mononuclear mixed-anions Mn complex of TPAMn(η2-NO3)(η-ClO4), where TPA is tris(2-pyridylmethyl)-amine, has been synthesized and characterized. The neutral TPAMn(η2-NO3)(η-ClO4) was obtained from the reaction between Mn(NO3)2·4H2O and [H3TPA](ClO4)3 in MeOH. X-ray crystallographic structure of mononuclear TPAMn(η2-NO3)(η-ClO4) complex showed a seven-coordinated geometry with a tripodal tetradentate TPA, a terminal perchlorate and an η2-bound nitrate.
