The study investigates and measures the impact of capital structure, profitability and financial performance on the success of the business organization. Capital structure of the business organization refers to the proportion of external funds and internal funds, i.e., debt and equity. In Saudi Arabia, petrochemicals companies are working on equity, but financial performance reflects negative trend for the period 2004 to 2016. The research is based upon secondary data available on the websites of petrochemicals companies of Saudi Arabia. Financial Ratio variability analysis and Trend Indices of financial ratios (TI_CBI) measure and compare the financial variability and sensitivity of financial ratios of the business organization. Correlation between Trend Indices (TI_CBI) of independent variable and dependent variables are to be calculated to know the impact of changes in debt equity on other dependent variables. The results reveal the unexpected performance of petrochemicals companies due to under-utilization of the resources caused by low demand and lower prices of the products governed by some internal and external factors. The study finds that size, demand, cost of production, profitable streams of products, and low cost capital in external funds are the factors responsible for overall growth development of the petrochemicals industry of Saudi Arabia.

Field sequential display has some advantages but color breakup (CBU) is the significant problem. Many researches had introduced several methods to reduce CBU phenomenon, however there are no reliable methods to measure the degree of CBU. In this report, a novel CBU measurement technique which was based on the image processing method and subjective analysis results had proposed to evaluate the degree of CBU. Color Breakup Index (CBI) was presented to be a useful index to recognize the CBU phenomenon in the different field sequential technique displays.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육을 전공하는 학생들에게 영어로 유아수학교육 수업을 제공하는 과정에서 단계별로 교수자가 구성한 어려움과 의미를 알아보는 것이었다. 내러티브 탐색법을 활용하여 질적 연구를 실행하였으며, 관찰, 인터뷰, 학생들이 작성한 반성적 저널이 연구 자료로 수집되었다. 그 결과, 우선, 준비하는 단계에서 교수자는 원어민이 아니지만, 영어로 수업을 해야 한다는 압박과 영어로 수학교육내용을 어떻게 효과적으로 알려줄 수 있는 다양한 방법을 고려하였다. 수업 하는 단계에서 교수자는 학생들의 지속적인 동기 유발을 갖도록 하는 것과 교수자와 학생, 학생들 간 상호작용이 일어날 수 있는 기회를 마련하는 것을 중요하게 인식하였다. 평가 단계에서는 수업 준비와 실행 단계에서 부족했던 내용을 분석하는 것을 중요하게 인식하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아교육학과에서 영어로 전공 수업을 하는 상황에서 의미 있고, 적절한 교수학습 방법을 찾아보는 것에 기여를 할 것이라 사려된다.

태양의 전자파 복사와 입자의 방출은 지구자기구에 변화를 주어 여러 종류의 플라즈마를 발생시킨다. 관측되는 플라즈마파중에서 주파수가 가장 낮은 영역의 파를 극초저주파수 파동(Ultra Low Frequency pulsation)이라 부르며 주기는 수 초에서 수십 분에 이른다. 본 연구에서는 자기권 내부에 존재하는 플라즈마구 영역(L <5)에서 발생되는 주기가 10 \ulcorner45초인 Pc 3파를 다룬다. 210˚ 자기자오선상에 위치한 Kagoshima(KAG. L=1.22), Chichihima(CBI, L=1.44), Birdsvile(BSV, L=1.57) Adelaide(ADE, L=2.13)관측소에서 1990년 7월27일 잡음정도가 0.1nT rms인 fluxgate 자기계측기를 사용하여 측정하였으며 이 자료를 이용하여 Pc 3파의 Power Spectrurn을 구하고 자기위도 변화에 따른 Pc 3파간의 상관성을 알아본다.

This study explored what Korean college students, especially preservice teacher in early childhood education, experienced and how they constructed the meanings of experiences about their subject- matter course (early childhood mathematics education) taught in English. One cohort- 20 senior students- majoring in early childhood education in a 4-year university was participated in this study. Using action research method and narrative research method, data were analyzed. The findings were as follows: 1) preservice teacher experienced some difficulties to construrct professional knowledge through English. 2) They challenged to overcome these difficulties through active participation. 3) They got supports from instructor and peer group. 4) They accomplished the course with self-satisfaction. 5) They experienced the conflicts between social requirements and personal needs.

Objective: This study investigated the relationship between preschool teachers' creativity, teaching efficacy, and creativity-fostering teaching and examined the mediating effect of teaching efficacy. Methods: A total of 202 preschool teachers participated in this study. The Creative Behavior Inventory (CBI), Teaching Efficacy Scale, and the Creativity-Fostering Teacher Behavior Index (CFTI) were used for the survey. A hypothesized model and alternative model were tested using structural equation modeling. Collected data were analyzed using 18.0 PSAW and AMOS. Results: The results showed that preschool teachers' creativity was positively associated with their teaching efficacy and creativity fostering teaching. Preschool teacher's teaching efficacy positively related to their creativity fostering teaching. Preschool teachers' creativity had a significant positive direct effect on creativity-fostering teaching and also an indirect effect on creativity-fostering teaching via teaching efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: Implications to foster creativity in preschool and kindergarten are discussed, highlighting the necessity for teacher education to promote teaching efficacy as well as teacher's creativity and creativity-related activities.

본 논문은 KOMPSAT-2호 및 3호의 화상활용 일환으로 고해상도 위성화상을 이용한 정량화 기반의 산불피해등급 분류도에 관한 시범연구이다. 무엇보다 중적외선 밴드가 없는 IKONOS화상에서 NBR산법개발과 NBR에 기초한 산불피해림의 등급분류도를 작성하였다. 본연구의 결과물인 삼척산불지역의 피해등급분류도는 -1과 1사이의 NBR 지수값을 갖는 8bit 회색조 영상을 심 중 경 구분의 산불피해등급별에 따라 각각 적 황 청색으로 나타낸 유색밀도편분 화상이다. 현지 실측의 CBI에 의한 검정에서 정밀 정확으로 평가될 경유, 고해상도 화상을 이용한 NBR기반의 산불피해등급 분류도는 산불 후 피해복구 선택, 즉 자연복원과 인공식재복원에 결정정보가 될 것이다.

본 연구는 도시생물다양성 지수(CBI) 중 생태네트워크(지표. 2)를 국내의 현실에 맞게 변형 적용한 연구로 도시생태 현황지도와 토지피복지도의 활용 가능성을 파악하고자 하였다. 계룡시 도시생태현황지도 생태네트워크를 산출한 결과는 13,713,703(33.8%)이었고, 토지피복지도로 산출한 결과는 17,686,966(37.9%)으로 토지피복지도의 결과치가 도시생태현황도 보다 높게 산출되었다. 고양시 도시생태현황지도 생태네트워크를 산출한 결과는 4,961,922(4.9%)이었고, 토지피복지도로 산출한 결과는 4,383,207(3.7%)로 토지피복지도의 결과치가 도시생태현황도 보다 낮게 산출되었다. 주요 연구결과로 생태네트워크 산출 시 군부대시설 유형은 도시생태현황지도에서는 특수지역, 토지피복지도에서는 시가화지역과 산림지역으로 구분되는 오류가 발견되었다. 또한 중분류 토지피복지도의 경우, 산림지역 주변은 토지이용이 세분되지 않았고, 개발지역이 산림녹지로 표현되는 오류가 발견되었다. 자연요소를 선정할 때에도 도시생태현황지도의 인공형하천, 인공연못, 인공초지 등의 유형은 제외가 필요하였고, 토지피복지도의 자연나지는 자연요소로 포함해서 산출할 필요가 있었다. 앞으로 전국 단위 생태네트워크는 토지피복지도를 활용하여 개략적으로 분석이 가능할 것으로 판단되었으며, 도시생태현황지도가 구축된 도시에서는 도시생태현황지도를 활용한 생태네트워크 산정이 더 정확한 현황 진단이 될 것으로 판단되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 방법론적으로 코칭을 활용하여 초등학생의 '자기존중, 배려 소통, 자기조절, 정직 용기'의 인성덕목을 향상시킬 수 있는 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램이 네 가지 인성덕목을 향상시키는지를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 실험집단과 통제집단을 무작위추출하지 않은 사전-사후 통제집단 유사실험설계를 실시하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 S구의 U초등학교 4학년 학급 31명이고, 실험집단을 대상으로 코칭기반 인성교육 프로그램을 2018년 3월 5일부터 2018년 6월 30일까지 16주 동안 총 16회기, 주 1회 40분씩 진행하였다. 프로그램 구성은 KEDI 인성검사의 인성덕목 중 '자기존중, 배려 소통, 자기조절, 정직 용기'의 항목으로 구성하였으며, 매 회기별 활동은 GROW모델과 Empowering모델을 융합하여 '인성코칭모델'을 개발하고 적용하였다. 대응표본 t-test 검증 결과, 연구반에서는 네 가지 인성덕목에서 유의확률 5% 수준에서 사후검사와 사전 검사의 차이가 유의미하였지만 비교반에서는 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 본 연구는 코칭과 인성교육을 융합하여 개발한 본 프로그램이 초등학생의 네 가지 인성을 향상시키는 도구로 유용하게 활용되어 초등학교 인성교육에 기여했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 온라인 프로그램이나 CBI(Computer-Based Instruction) 등 첨단기술과 인문분야의 융합으로 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 차원의 연구가 기대된다.

이 연구는 서비스업 종사자인 카지노 딜러를 대상으로 감정노동이 소진과 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 서비스업 종사자의 소진은 전문성과 그들이 제공하는 서비스의 효과성과 효율성을 저하시키는 심각한 문제이고, 또한 우울은 개인의 정신건강에 중대한 영향을 미치는 핵심 요소이다. 이를 위해 H리조트 카지노 딜러 606명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시한 후에 자료를 분석하였다. 소진은 CBI를 통해 업무관련 소진과 고객관련 소진을 측정하였고, 우울은 BDI를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 카지노 딜러의 감정노동(3.50)과 업무관련 소진(3.86), 고객관련 소진(3.91)은 비교적 높은 수준으로 나타났고 둘째, 감정노동은 우울과 소진 모두에서 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 남성에 비해 여성의 감정노동이 높았으며, 소진은 딜러가 관리직보다 높게 그리고 20대가 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 감정노동은 소진과 우울 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 감정노동에 종사하는 카지노 딜러의 소진을 예방하고 우울을 줄이기 위한 법률의 제정 및 근로자지원 프로그램(EAP) 등의 조직 및 개인차원의 전략과 함의를 도출하였다.
