CATV홈쇼핑에서 패션제품의 구매행동에 관한 연구 (Purchasing Behaviors of Fashion Products in CATV Home-Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the differences of shopping value, promotional affects and product characteristics between buyers and non-buyers, and to examine the most influenced variable on purchasing behaviors of fashion products in CATV home-shopping. We collected data from 595 consumers related to CATV home-shopping in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, ${\chi}^2$-test and discriminant analysis. Results showed that there are significant differences between buyers and non-buyers of shopping value demographic characteristics, promotional affects and product characteristics. Especially, shopping value perceived by consumers(e.g., practical value and hedonic value) and product characteristics(e.g., response of others) discriminated whether consumers purchased the fashion products of CATV home-shopping or not. We discussed the implications of results to encourage the purchasing behavior of fashion products in CATV home-shopping.

쇼핑태도특성이 CATV홈쇼핑을 이용한 의복구매태도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Shopping Attitude Characteristics on Clothing Purchase Attitudes Utilized to CATV Home Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify consumer groups according to shopping attitude and analyze buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to CATV home shopping among consumer groups. The subjects of this study were 270 women living in Chonbuk and Chonnam regardless their experiene in CATV home shopping. For data analysis frequency, percentage, mean,1-test, factor analysis, Cluster Analysis, Duncan Multiple Range test, were conducted. The results were as follows; First, the type of shopping attitude were classified into the following subdivisions: merchandise assortment oriented type, adventure oriented type, indifferent type, economy oriented group, recreational oriented group. Second, shopping attitude were shown to have the significant differences according to education, the structure of family, working in double hamess. Third, the significant differences among the classified shopping attitude groups were found in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to CATV home shopping.

  • 본 연구는 최근 급격하게 성장하고 있는 국내 CATV 홈쇼핑 시장의 성공요인을 관계마케팅(relationship marketing) 관점에서 분석하였다. 이를 위해 CATV 홈쇼핑의 특성을 제시한 후, 국내 CATV 홈쇼핑 시장의 현황과 업체들의 관계마케팅 실행전략을 살펴보았다. 구체적으로, 국내 CATV 홈쇼핑 업체들과 관계를 맺고 있는 대상을 크게 최종 소비자, 제조업체, 물류 및 택배업체, SO업체, 그리고 관련 산업으로 분류한 후, 각 파트너들에 대한 관계마케팅 실행전략을 분석하였다.

소비자의 라이프스타일과 케이블TV 홈쇼핑 의류제품에 관한 연구 (A Study on CATV Home Shopping of Apparel and Life Style)

  • The purpose of this was to classify consumer groups according to the life styles and analyze buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to 4p\`s aspect among consumer groups. And it was to clarify relationships between the experience of CATV home shopping and buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to 4p\`s aspect. The subjects of this study were 270 women living in Chonbuk and Chonnam regardless their experience in CATV home shopping. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, factor analysis were conducted. The results were as follows; First, the type of life style were classified into the following subdivisions: products confirmed type, price-quality regarded type, time regarded type, new product regarded type. Second, the significant differences among the classified life style groups were found in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to 4p\`s aspect. Third, there were significant differences in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to 4p\`s aspect according to TV home shopping experience.

CATV홈쇼핑에 관련된 충동구매행동 - 패션제품을 중심으로- (Impulsive Buying Behavior of CATV Home-Shopping on Fashion Product)

  • 본 연구는 CATV홈쇼핑에 관련된 충동구매행동에 관한 연구로서 특히 의류제품의 CATV홈쇼핑에 관련된 소비자 특성, 마케팅 요인이 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위하여 부산시내 거주의 CATV홈쇼핑 방송을 시청하거나 CATV홈쇼핑을 통해서 구매경험이 있는 20~50대 성인 여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 263부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. SPSS을 이용하여 요인 분석, t-test. $\chi$2-test, 판별분석을 실시하였고, 연구를 통해 밝혀진 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자들은 CATV홈쇼핑을 탐색할 때 '애고적 탐색행위' , '상품중심적 탐색행위'로 구성되어, 소비자들은 자주 이용하는 홈쇼핑채널을 이용하여 홈쇼핑 프로그램을 즐기고 있었으며, 새로운 상품이나 상표를 보기 위해 CATV홈쇼핑을 탐색하였다. CATV 홈쇼핑에 관련된 마케팅 요인은 '촉진요인' , '제품요인' , '대금결제방식요인'으로 구성되어, CATV홈쇼핑에서 제시하는 사은품, 긴박한 상황조성, 구매재촉 등에 충동구매행동이 많은 자극을 받았으며 제품의 디자인이나 색상, 상표의 유명도 등 제품특성과 신용카드 사용여부 등 대금결제방식요인이 충동구매행동을 자극하였다. 둘째, CATV 홈쇼핑에서 충동구매집단과 비충동구매집단간에는 소비자특성에 차이가 있었으며, 마케팅요인으로부터 받는 영향력도 달랐다. CATV 홈쇼핑의 충동구매여부는 소비자의 충동성향, 마케팅자극의 촉진요인에 의해 판별되며 애고적 탐색행위, 자기통제력, 대금결제방식요인, 제품요인에 의해 판별되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 소비자들은 CATV홈쇼핑을 시청할 때 프로그램을 즐기며 새로운 상품을 찾았으며, 마케터가 제시하는 다양한 자극들로부터 영향을 받았다. 충동구매를 하는 사람들은 소비자특성, 마케팅자극으로부터 받는 영향에 차이가 있었으며, 소비자의 충동성향과 마케팅 촉진요인은 CATV홈쇼핑에서 패션제품의 충동구매여부를 판별해주는 중요한 변수로 나타났다.

인터넷쇼핑과 TV홈쇼핑 소비자의 구매만족도 비교분석 (Comparison of Consumers' Satisfactions between Intemet Shopping and TV Home Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the consumers' satisfactions between those who prefer internet shopping and those who prefer CATV home shopping. This study examined both on-purchase satisfactions and post-purchase satisfactions. For on-purchase satisfactions, this study investigated informational satisfactions, convenience satisfactions, and price satisfactions, and for the post-purchase satisfactions, it examined overall satisfactions, delivery-related, and exchange or refund related satisfactions. The data(n=376) were obtained from a questionnaire. The data included 185 consumers of internet shopping, and 182 consumers of TV home shopping, and were analyzed by t-tests or chi-square test to compare those consumers' characteristics and satisfactions. The findings of this study are as follows: First, men aged 20s and those who had higher education, higher incomes were more likely to prefer internet shopping. Second, those who like TV home shopping were likely to search just one channel and to use less than 30 minutes to decide to purchase. Third, generally, those who prefer internet shopping showed higher scores of on-purchase satisfactions, and overall post-purchase satisfactions. However, TV home shopping consumers had higher scores of delivery-related satisfactions.

TV 홈쇼핑 판매제품별 쇼호스트의 의상 특성조사 (The Research on the Characteristics of Show Hostess Clothing and Presented Items in the CATV Home-Shopping Network Program)

  • This study tried to research on clothing styles of show hostess in the cable television home-shopping network program. Especially, show hostess's clothing styles were classified into 5 sections according to selling products, that is baby goods, insured goods, underwear, bedclothes and beauty goods. item is examined 7 levels by texture, color, clothing item, fashion image, fashion trend, fashion type, and fashion silhouette. The results showed that significant correlations between show host's clothing and selling products. The another findings of this study is that show hostess's clothing is aimed at the taste of main consumer such as housewife. Conseguently this study reaffirms the importance of the shopping hostess's clothing influnce according to selling products's characteristics.

CATV 홈쇼핑에서의 충동구매 자극 요인과 구매 경험과의 관련성 (The Relationship between Impulsive Buying Stimulus and Buying Experience in Cable TV Home Shopping)

  • Cable TV Home Shopping is one of the popular distribution channels in modem society because of purchasing convenience and saving in shopping time. However, in spite of these advantages, there are some problems because of marketing strategies of many Cable TV shopping companies which stimulate impulse purchases. This study is aimed to find the relationship between buying experience and reaction to impulsive buying stimulus. This study can give a valuable insight in consumer education regarding impulsive purchase behavior in Cable TV home shopping. Study results can also give useful information on the direction of consumer campaign and consumer protection policies. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and the final 496 cases were analyzed by SPSS Win 10.0 program. The major finding were that: 1. Younger, more educated and unmarried consumers tend to response more to impulsive purchasing stimulus. 2. consumers with higher response to impulsive purchasing stimulus had more buying experience, higher shopping frequencies and spent more money in Cable TV home shopping than consumers with lower response. These study results showed that there are some relationship between impulse purchasing stimulus and buying experience in Cable TV home shopping. Therefore, Cable TV Home Shopping companies should provide correct information to the consumers, so they can make resonable decisions. And the consumers should also try to restrain themselves from purchasing impulsively. A law that will regulate all false or exaggerated ads should be provided. To reach righteous and beneficial home shopping culture for both consumer and companies, all these means should be cooperated.

의류제품 구매 시 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑 이용특성에 따른 충동구매유형에 관한 연구 (Impulsive Buying Types Related to Cable TV Home-Shopping Usage Characteristics in Apparel Product Buying)

  • This study examined what differences were shown in the types of impulsive buying according to consumers' viewing circumstance, previous purchasing experience, and demographic factors on CATV home-shopping. For this study, data were obtained from adult women in twenties to fifties who have frequently viewed CATV home-shopping. The questionnaire was composed of three sections; characteristics of home-shopping usage, behaviors of impulsive buying and demographic factors. Data from 403 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results of this study were as following. First, four factors of impulsive buying types were identified. Second, differences in impulsive buying according to viewing circumstance of TV home-shopping were significant. New products were easily accepted by consumers who were reminded of previous needs with more viewing time and frequent viewing chances. Also, differences in impulsive buying according to the reason of viewing were meaningful only for the 'reminder impulsive buying. Third, consumers with more previous purchase experiences had higher reminder impulsive buying on home-shopping. Fourth, there were significant differences in age and marital status according to impulsive buying. The biggest difference was shown in the 'planned impulsive buying' corresponding to age and in the 'reminder impulsive buying' to marital status.
