This paper describes a development of the PLD design tool in considering with a device fitting. To design digital circuit with PLDs, several steps in the developed PLD design tool are needed such as Boolean description step, pin map step, FUSE map and JEDEC steps ... etc. Especially, we have considered the device fitting to design large digital circuits with PLDs developed the device fitting algorithms based on the PLD device fitting and compared with the results of a another PLD design tool(PALASM). Also, we have proved that the developed PLD design tool is successfully implemented by the connection with a PLD writer(ALL-07), in the case of design digital circuits.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to describe the Progressive Intervention strategy applied ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) Tool about Gait for TBI(Traumatic Brain Injury) patient. Methods : The data was collected by TBI patient. We applied the progressive Intervention strategy applied ICF Tool to TBI patient. Parameters of result were collected for using the Berg balance scale, TETRAX, Timed up and go test, Sit to stand test and ICF Evaluation Display Results : Significant differences were observed the TBI patient for Berg balance scale, TETRAX, Timed up and go test, Sit to stand test and ICF Evaluation. TBI patient improved all test. Conclusion : Progressive Intervention strategy applied ICF Tool is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.
There are lots of factors that are related to the geometric characteristics of machined surface. Among them, the tool path and milling mode (up cut milling or down cut milling) are the easiest controllable machining conditions. Thus, the first objective of this research is to study the effects of them on the milled surface that is generated by an end milling tool. To get precision parts, not only the machining process but also the measurement of geometric tolerance is important. But, this measurement requires a lot of time, because the infinite surface points must be measured in the ideal case. So, the second objective is to propose a simple flatness measurement method that can be available instead of the 3-D geometric tolerance measurement method, using a scale factor and characterized points. Finally, it is also shown that the possibility of flatness improvement by shifting the consecutive fine cutting tool path as compared with the last rough cutting tool path.
Recently, many studies have been undergoing to reduce working time in field of machine tool. There are two ways of reducing working time to reduce actual working time by heighten spindle speed and to reduce stand-by time by shortening tool exchange time. Auto tool changer belongs to latter case. Fixed address type auto tool changer can store more number of tools in small space than magazine transfer Ope and can shorten tool exchange time. This study focuses on the topology optimization to reduce the weight of the fixed address type ATC. The optimization program using a real number coding genetic algorithm is developed and is applied to the 10-bar truss optimization problem to verify the developed program. And, it is shown that the developed program gives better results than other methods. Finally, The developed program applied to optimize the fixed address type ATC.

Methods : The data was collected by patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. We applied the ICF Tool for patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. Parameters of result were collected for using the Timed up and go test, Berg balance scale and ICF assessment sheet. Results : Significant differences were observed the patient for Timed up and go test, Berg balance scale and ICF assessment sheet. patient with cerebellar hemorrhage improved all test. Conclusion : ICF Tool applied Intervention about patient with cerebellar hemorrhage is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to describe the Intervention strategy applied ICF Tool on patient with low back pain. Methods : The data was collected by low back pain patient. We applied the ICF Tool for low back pain patient. Parameters of result were collected for using the VAS, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. Results : Significant differences were observed the low back pain patient for VAS, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. low back pain patient improved all test. Conclusion : ICF Tool applied Intervention about low back pain patient is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.
A high-hardness tool material is required to reduce extreme abrasive wear when drilling carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). Single-crystal diamond is the hardest material in the world, but it is very expensive to be used as a cutting tool. Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is a diamond grit fused at a high temperature and pressure, and diamond-like carbon (DLC) is an amorphous carbon with high hardness. This study compares DLC coatings and PCD inserts to conventional TiAlN-coated tungsten carbide drills. In fiberglass and carbon fiber reinforced polymer drilling, the tool wear of DLC-coated carbide was approximately half that of TiAlN-coated tools, and slight tool wear occurred in the case of PCD insert end drills.
Objective : This study aims to evaluate a risk of bias by Risk of Bias tool and RoBANS(Risk of Bias Assessment tool for Non-randomized Study) tool for clinical trial papers proving treatment effect of herbs to alopecia and provides the newest reason of effectiveness of herbs to alopecia. Methos : Data were collected through electronic database including NDSL, KISS, KMBASE, Koreantk, OASIS, KoreaMed, KISTI, Pubmd, Cochrane CENTRAL and CINAHL. Two experts in Oriental Medince assessed risk of bias of randomized controlled trials by Cochrane group's Risk of Bias tool and non-randomized controlled trials by RoBANS tool after searching, reviewing and selecting papers. Results : Total number of selected trials is 20 including 4 randomized controlled trials, 13 non-randomized controlled trials and 3 case reports. This study evaluates the risk of bias of 17 papers including 4 randomized controlled trials and 13 non-randomized controlled trials except 3 case reports by risk of bias tool and RoBANS tool. All papers of randomized controlled trials are evaluated unclear for random sequence generation and allocation concealment as there are no word on them. And all papers of non-randomized controlled trials are evaluated unclear for blinding of outcome assessments and relatively low for others. Conclusion : We must try to specify concretely methods of allocation concealment after planning and practicing it for reducing a selection bias in randomized controlled trials. Also report a reason of missing value and blinding outcome assessments. And we have to agonize and mention methods of blinding of researchers for reducing a detection bias in non-randomized controlled trials.

All papers of randomized controlled trials are evaluated unclear for random sequence generation and allocation concealment as there are no word on them. And all papers of non-randomized controlled trials are evaluated unclear for blinding of outcome assessments and relatively low for others. Conclusions : Korean medicine intervention can be an effective for treatment in alopecia. It was evaluated by hair density, thickness and expert panel assessment of photographs and all results are statistically significant. But enhancing levels of evidence, we must try to reduce bias in researches and report a safety, protocol and IRB.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to validate the Needs Assessment Tool for Case Management (NATCM) for use with Korean medical aid beneficiaries. Methods: Psychometric testing was performed with a sample of 645 Korean medical aid beneficiaries, which included 41 beneficiaries who were selected using proportional sampling method, to examine intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC). Data were evaluated using item analyses, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Cronbach's alpha, and ICC. Results: Through psychometric testing the final version of NATCM was found to consist of two subscales: 1) Appropriateness of Health Care Utilization (5 items) and 2) Self Care Ability (6 items). The two subscale model was validated by CFA (RMSEA=.08, GFI=.97, and CFI=.93). Internal consistency measured by Cronbach's alpha was .82, and subscale reliability ranged from .79 to .84. The ICC of the NATCM between case managers was .73 and between case managers and health care professionals. .82. Conclusion: This study suggests that the final version of NATCM is a brief, reliable, and valid instrument to measure needs of Korean medical aid beneficiaries. Therefore, the NATCM can be effectively utilized as an important needs assessment as well as outcome evaluation tool for case management programs in Korea.
