  • It is attempted that the standardization of the construction, globalization of the engineering construction and an information oriented construction spread by setting a goal of the advanced construction industry and productivity increase of human resources within the country. Hence, it has been brought in the information oriented construction of BIM based technology for the field of construction and equipment of Korea. The current study that examines the possibility of application of 3D ; that is BIM based programs of building equipment, and make better the problems of 3D building equipment system through the Pilot Test, indicates the way of growth development about the construction of building equipment process system.

  • On-machine measuring system of Numerically Control(NC) machines permit computer control of basic material cutting processes of moulds. A part of mould designed within a CAD/CAM system can be manufactured by generation of tool paths by the measuring systems. Since the three-dimensional geometry by AutoCAD of the part is contained in the data base, the manufacturing specialist combined with the appropriate software simulation, can not only create the commands to drive the virtual measuring and standardization of measuring modules but also can check for mistakes by viewing the computer graphics simulation of the tool cutting sequence.

  • The injection molding is a traditional manufacturing method that can make plastic parts by just one time in mold. Therefore, the injection molding has become one of a manufacturing method, which is widely applied in a producing of plastic products. Nowadays, to use of plastic parts has increased and plastic product-model using term has been shorten. By these reasons, using term of a injection mold has fast been reduced. These produced molds will be disused and leaved in a storage after a regular term to use it. These leaved molds are sometime sold as scrap iron. But, these molds have lots parts for recycling except special parts for example, cavities, cores and eject pins, etc. In this research, we investigated when the cavity and core of in injection mold would be changed, the injection mold could be recycled. We suggested the structures and standardizations for recycling of a moldbase. We also developed a program in which can be used when the recycling moldbase design in the Auto-CAD with the recycling standards. We called this program as the Recy-Mold. For the availability of the program and moldbase structure fur the recycling standards, we experimented a used mold for automobile lens, which was remanufactured by the recycling standard. The results of this test showed feasibility for the recycling mold.

  • In the present study the newly developed CAD/CAM system is applied to the process of the molding design, machining for mini-sized and precise processive die, and the production of press-stamped parts. When the design of a die was completed by means of CAD, wire cut NC data were generated with the aid of a design drawing in the CAD system and then inputed into the wire cut machine, and with the aid of a hole chart which had been made for this purpose, all the data were classified into the categories of CNC milling, jig boring, jig grinding, and machine center, and then developing a program of generating NC data, errors in process were reduced and programming time was shortened. The program was developed by using Autolisp language which was built-in the CAD, and realizing the intergation of designing a die, generating and processing NC data directly by a designer, designing time and machinery processing time were shorted. And the traditionally required working time for design. NC program required 6 days of work becomes 4 days of work by using the developed CAD/CAM system so that the efficiency shows 150% of the reduction working time. The prpgram of the design of the automation a progressive die mold was developed in the PC-Class Autocad system, therefore development expense could be reduced, and the integration of the CAD/CAM of the progressive die mold with the standard DB being built could be realized.

  • We consider the irrational part of the basic pattern drafting of the Geo-Ko-ri so that we want to design it more scientically. So there are problems which is found after we considered with comparison about the existingly basic pattern drafting of Geo-go-ri. (1) there is a difference between the practical and Calculation. (2) The part of the curved line was mad indistinctly There is a difference betweence the calculating expression and calculating value. (4) There are some parts which lack objectivity about the reference size. (5) The calculating method of Collar-width and Neck-Nidth are not formative and rational. These are items that we must consider and study further. Especially if we can make up of the scientific form in consideration of the formativeness focused on "git" I think it will make a great contribution to not only the standardization of the basic pattern of Geo-go-ri and the use of the use of education but also the manufacture of individual clothing the production by Auto CAD.   • Computers and internet have the potential to radically development. But, computer is a just tool by itself. This study is control implement in a way that exploits the capacity of network of processors to execute many tasks concurrently in architectural desigv. The collaboration design system constituted integrated CAD (computer-aided design) system at the base of standardization database environment network and world wide web (WWW). Collaboration design management system is composed of Project Management, Part Management, Process Management , and Appraisement system. They can provide frameworks for effective coordination and management of design work in accordance with the Collaboration Design Support System operating rule accommodatingly. architectural data can be collaboration design environment accessible through a web browser and located at a server. whenever their work investigated each others. Throughout process, the database acted as an individual design and it made them available in realtime. And they can have quick overview of the work. That way a continuous evaluation of best design was distinctly and highly. In the future, New architectural design methods are collaboration environment could result in productivity and quality.

  • In CAD/CAM system, it is required to produce manufacturing information from the deawing output of design system. The most difficult task is to formulate 3-dimentional modeling information utilizing 2-dimentional data. This paper addresses the automatic converting steps of 2-dimentional drawing data to 3-dimentional solid modeling using feature recognition rules as an expert shell. With the standardization of design process and recognition rule as a fundamental steps, the developed system shows a good application tool which can interface the design and manufacturing stage in CAD/CAM system of PC level.

  • The process of construction industry basically consists of many complicated phase, such as planning, design, construction, MO&R(Maintenance, Operation, and Repair), and deconstruction. And various participants communicate each other during every phase of process. Since construction components have become more complex and diverse recently, many researches on how to exchange and standardization of building. However, in Korea research on IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) which is a standard for international data exchange have been conducted with only study limited Issues, such as studies on the development of 2D extension model for IFC, researches on 3D or 4D based IFC extension, and etc. This stuff covers tests of the compatibility among commercial 3D CAD programs using IFC file format. Several problems of the current IFC model are retrieved as a result.

  • This study aims to develop a standard protocol by which users can exchange data information efficiently between KOSDIC and GIS. The ultimate goal from this study is to propose a data exchange format using KOSIC. The background of this study is that GIS industry sector is vigorously developing linked to spatial information construction such as UIS, LIS, EIS, AM/FM through supporting by regional government institution. According to do, the format of data transformation becomes major issue. GIS data can easily transfer to CAD version but when CAD data convert to GIS format (DWG->DXF->SHP) cannot get high success rate due to errors and problems. In addition, CAD data feature is made from oriental structure which is made of point and line faeture so that GIS system is impossible to data transformation. In the reason, the biggest problem is discordance of symbolization in integration and standard of data format. By investigation the usability of this study, conclusion are drawn efficient alternative plan in data transformation. Though this wort we will be able to provide a better transformation of data conversion between CAD format and GIS format. Accordingly, it is of important to enrich the integrated construction information infrastructure, which accommodates ever-changing constructions environment.
