대우종합기계의 3차원 CAD기반의 PLM 시스템 구축 사례

  • 3차원 CAD기반의 PLM시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 설계데이터의 관리측면에서는 CAD와 PLM시스템간의 Interoperability가 중요한 요소인 반면 Configuration 관리 측면에서는 BOM과의 연관성을 고려한 제품정보의 구조가 중요한 요소로 검토되어야 한다. 이러한 관리측면에 앞서 무엇보다도 선결되어야 할 과제는 3차원 설계 방법론의 정립 및 관련된 업무의 표준화이다. 대우종합기계에서는 이러한 일련의 업무를 진행 중에 있으며 최종적인 목표 시스템 구축을 위해 현재에도 여러 과제들을 수행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 3차원 CAD의 정착과정 및 이를 지원하는 PLM시스템의 단계별 구축내용에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

  • There wasn't very successful practice cases for the quantity take-off based on the CAD system since the CAD system is used in the construction industry more than 20 years in Korea. It was also not easy to use 3D CAD system in design management and cost management in the construction industry although 3D CAD system is very successful in the manufacturing industry for those areas recently. It is important to construct 3D libraries and to supply those libraries for the designers in time. Architectural work is a kind of creative work. So, Architects like to create their own model. Unlike the manufacturing industry, 3D CAD system can not be survived in the construction industry without new 3D objects supply in the right time. Moreover, the estimation system for 3D must support the schematic design phase, detailed design phase and construction design phase. The product called "Constructor" of Graphisoft consist of modeller, estimator and scheduler based on 3D model. We applied the system to a real project and compared the estimation result and we made a very successful case study.

  • In this paper a CAD-based optimal design system is introduced and applied to optimal design of machine tool structures. The system is designed to reduce manual interfacing effort. All the design activities such as selecting design variables, making FE meshes and FE analysis are integrated on a parametric CAD program. A user can easily select design variables by clicking a CAD model. To enhance the robustness and versatility, this system uses the finite difference method for the design sensitivity analysis. By taking a practical example of the design of the column of a horizontal machining center, it is shown that the software system is efficiently usable in industry establishing the goal of minimizing user intervention between various analysis and optimization activities.

  • 본 연구에서는 범용 CAD 시스템에서 정사영상을 이용한 지도제작 가능성 판단을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 대전시 일부 지역에 대한 항공사진을 영상화 및 정사 보정하여 범용 시스템에서 판독 가능한 지형 요소를 분석하고 추출하였다. 국립지리원 발행 1/5,000 기준 수치 지도와 비교하여 정성적 및 정량적으로 분석하고 표현상의 문제점을 도출하였으며, 범용 시스템에서 정사영상을 이용한 지도 제작 가능성을 검토하였다.

  • CAD system is a very important technology in designing the products which we are using today. This CAD technology has been enlarging its area into 3D CAD systems with the development of computer graphics technologies. In particular, such advances have been realized in special area such as the CAD system for designing shoes. However, because it is difficult to design a 3D CAD system, most CAD developments except for major CAD software companies usually have employed the AutoCAD which realizes 3D concepts. Also, many shoes' designers have been skilled with 2D shoe CAD systems and then they can make high achievements. Therefore, we design a new shoe CAD system with advantages of 2D CAD system and 3D CAD system. We also implement the scheme to transfer the data between 2D CAD system and 3D CAD system and also grading technologies to get patterns of various shoes size from a basic shoe's design.

  • 국내 의류ㆍ패션디자인 분야의 CAD 및 도식화 프로그램은 다양하게 존재하고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 데이터베이스 시스템을 접목한 피스 기반의 디자인 CAD와 도식화 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템에서는 도식화 피스에 대하여 다양한 분류와 검색어를 제공해 디자이너가 사용하고자 하는 데이터를 빠르고 쉽게 찾아 활용할 수 있다 본 시스템은 사용하기 쉬운 사용자 인터페이스(GUI), 다양한 드로잉 도구 지원, 벡터형식 문서지원. XML 기반의 데이터 활용, 다양한 라이브러리 제공, 쉬운 Mapping 기능 등을 제공한다.

  • This study is established the data-centric design concept, which is the latest design technique, by analyzing existing study literature for its application on the nuclear power plant industry in Korea. This study investigated the data-centric design cases in the advanced companies and suggests a data-centric design integrated system framework by analyzing the major functions of the commercial 3D CAD system, which is globally used in the plant architect engineering. In order to apply the data-centric design integrated system framework to the nuclear power plant industry in Korea, the main functions of a nuclear power plant design information integrated system framework, which can manage the design products of each EPC step and the related information in integrated way, is suggested by analyzing the supplier design, field design process and field design drawings, which have close relation with the plant Architect Engineering (A/E). It is expected that the result of this study would contribute in the dramatic enhancement in the job efficiency of nuclear power plant design process in Korea.

  • This study suggests a methodology for organizing functions of nD CAD model which 4D object is linked with cost and resource information. And the suggested model is composed of process analysis function of plant project based on visualized scenario analysis. That is, it is possible to manage effectively not only construction schedule plan, but also resource and cost information by integrating construction management information into nD CAD object. And the suggested model can be utilized as information of a effective decision-making tool through analyzing of optimal process scenario and sharing of an analyzed information.

A Component-based System Implementation for Calculating BOM by CAD Drawing (CAD도면에 따른 소요부품 산출 컴포넌트 시스템 구현)

  • This paper tries to implement BOM calculation effectively by sharing the data in CAD management system and BOM systems. For this purpose, a component-based software system in this thesis was implemented by using CAD drawing systems. It can be found from this research that errors happened were reduced sharply. Especially, the BOM calculation period was cut from 2 weeks to 2days, and at the same time, the correct rate achieved 95%. Moreover, there are some following effects of our implemented system: First of all, because component development method was adopted in this paper, it makes program easy to reuse, to keep/maintenance as well as modify. Second, long-distant management is possible by using web-based development method. Third, data management is made effective by constructing image and tort database. Fourth drawing management is systemized, Finally, the system is suitable for companies.

  • 선각부문뿐 아니라 의장 및 기본부문과도 연결시켜 상호정보교환이 되도록 개발이 되어있다. 본 고에서는 선각 CAD/CAM 시스템의 기능에 대해 간략하게 소개코저하며, 선각 CAD/CAM 시 스템을 이해하는데 다소 도움이 되었으면 한다. 설계에서 생산에 이르기까지 일관된 정보교환에 대한 지속적인 개발로 선각정보제공에 적합한 한국형 CAD/CAM 시스템을 만드는 것이 필요 하다. 특히 현장작업의 공법개선과 공장자동화에 따라 현장의 작업환경이 ROBOT화되어 가고 있으며 이에 따른 CAD로부터 CAM으로 넘겨주어야 할 많은 정보들이 요구되고 잇다. 선각 CAD/CAM 시스템적용에 있어서 우리 YARD 작업환경에 맞도록 적용하기 위해 필요할 때마다 해외유수시스템을 도입할 것이 아니라 이제 우리자신들이 기술개발을 통한 자체 방법을 찾아야 한다. 아무리 잘 구축이 되어 잇는 시스템을 도입하더라도 그냔 우리것에 맞추어 사용 하기는 힘이 들며, 따라서 우리 환경에 맞도록 구현된 시스템구축이 필요한 것이다. 우리자체 기술로 구축해 놓은 우리고유의 시스템으로 운영이 될 때 우리의 기술은 선진조선을 따라 잡을 수 있는 기반이 될 것이다.
