쌀겨기름의 트리-글리세리드를 ${\mu}-Bondapack$ $C_18$를 column로, 메타놀과 크로로포름의 혼합용액을 용매로 한 HPLC에 걸면, 5개의 피이크로 분획(分劃)되었다. 이 5개의 분획분(分劃分)을 분취(分取)하여 5개군의 트리-글리세리드를 각각 얻었다. 이 트리-글리세리드들을 GLC로서 총탄소수별(總炭素數別)로 분석(分析)하였는데 $3{\sim}4$개의 피이크로 각각 분획(分劃)하였다. 쌀겨기름의 트리-글리세리드를 구성(構成)하는 주요(主要) 지방산(脂肪酸)은 $C_{16:0}$, $C_{18:1}$ 및 $C_{18:2}$였으며, 산정(算定)된 주요(主要) 트리-글리세리드의 조성(組成)은 $(1{\times}C_{16:0},\;1{\times}C_{18:1},\;1{\times}C_{18:2};16.64%)$, $(2{\times}C_{18:1},\;1{\times}C_{18:2},\;16.68%)$, $(3{\times}C_{18:1},\;13.7%)$, $(1{\times}C_{16:0},\;2{\times}C_{18:1},\;12.77%)$, $(1{\times}C_{18:1},\;2{\times}C_{18:2},\;9.16%)$ 및 $(1{\times}C_{16:0},\;2{\times}C_{18:2},\;6{\times}C_{18:2};6.42%)$이였다.

The aim of this research paper is to evaluate fifty double integrals invoving generalized hypergeometric function (25 each) in the form of $${{\int}^1_0}{{\int}^1_0}\;x^{{\gamma}-1}y^{{\gamma}+c-1}(1-x)^{c-1}(1-y)^{c+{\ell}}(1-xy)^{{\delta}-2c-{\ell}-1}{\times}_3F_2\[{^{a,\;b,\;2c+{\ell}+1}_{\frac{1}{2}(a+b+i+1),\;2c+j}}\;;{\frac{(1-x)y}{1-xy}}\]dxdy$$ and $${{\int}^1_0}{{\int}^1_0}\;x^{{\gamma}-1}y^{{\gamma}+c+{\ell}}(1-x)^{c+{\ell}}(1-y)^{c-1}(1-xy)^{{\delta}-2c-{\ell}-1}{\times}_3F_2\[{^{a,\;b,\;2c+{\ell}+1}_{\frac{1}{2}(a+b+i+1),\;2c+j}}\;;{\frac{1-y}{1-xy}}\]dxdy$$ in the most general form for any ${\ell}{\in}{\mathbb{Z}}$ and i, j = 0, ${\pm}1$, ${\pm}2$. The results are derived with the help of generalization of Edwards's well known double integral due to Kim, et al. and generalized classical Watson's summation theorem obtained earlier by Lavoie, et al. More than one hundred ineteresting special cases have also been obtained.

목 적: 음경암(carcinoma of the penis)의 방사선치료 시 발생되는 산란선으로부터 고환(testis)을 보호하고, 치료 자세 재현성을 유지하기 위한 device를 제작하여 유용성을 평가하였다. 대상 및 방법: 팬텀(Phantom)고환은 바셀린 거즈로 제작하였으며, device는 두께 5 mm 아크릴과 4 mm 납으로 제작하였다. 조사야는 $3{\times}3\;cm^2$, $4{\times}4\;cm^2$, $5{\times}5\;cm^2$, $6{\times}6\;cm^2$, $7{\times}7\;cm^2$ 그리고 조사야 경계면에서부터 고환의 거리는 4~10 cm까지 1 cm 간격으로 이격(離隔)하였으며, 팬텀고환 부위의 산란선량을 차폐 전과 후 각각 10회 측정하였다. 6 MV X선을 이용하여 200 cGy를 조사하였다. 결 과: 미차폐 시 거리(4~10 cm)에 따라 14.8~4.7 cGy ($3{\times}3\;cm^2$), 15.7~5.2 cGy ($4{\times}4\;cm^2$), 17.6~5.5 cGy ($5{\times}5\;cm^2$), 19.9~6.6 cGy ($6{\times}6\;cm^2$), 22.2~7.6 cGy (7x7 cm2)의 산란선량이 측정 되었고, 차폐 시에는 7.1~2.6 cGy ($3{\times}3\;cm^2$), 8.9~3.6 cGy ($4{\times}4\;cm^2$), 12.3~4.8 cGy (5x5 cm2), 14.6~5.0 cGy ($6{\times}6\;cm^2$), 21.1~6.4 cGy ($7{\times}7\;cm^2$)로 감소하였으며, 차폐 전과 후 감소폭은 조사야 크기($3{\times}3~7{\times}7\;cm^2$)에 따라 7.8∼1.1 cGy (4 cm), 5.1~1.2 cGy (5 cm), 3.8~1.1 cGy (6 cm), 3.4~1.7 cGy (7cm), 2.8~1.7 cGy (8 cm), 2.4~2.5 cGy (9 cm), 2.1~1.8 cGy (10 cm) 거리에(4∼10 cm)에 따른 감소폭은 7.8~2.1 cGy ($3{\times}3\;cm^2$), 6.9~1.6 cGy ($4{\times}4\;cm^2$), 5.3~0.8 cGy ($5{\times}5\;cm^2$), 5.3~1.5 cGy ($6{\times}6\;cm^2$), 1.1~1.8 cGy ($7{\times}7\;cm^2$) 측정되었다. 결 론: 음경암의 방사선치료 시 자체 제작한 device를 사용하여 팬텀고환 주변의 산란선 측정결과 device 사용 시 거리를 이격과 팬텀고환 주위를 차폐함으로 불필요한 피폭을 줄 일수 있었다.

한국인집단에서 Transferrin C subtypes와 Haptoglobin polymorphism의 분포 및 유전자 빈도에 관한 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 제주집단에서 관찰된 Transferrin C subtypes은 주로 $T_{f}C_{1}, T_{f}C_{2}$ 및 $T_{f}C_{1}-C_{2}$형이었는데 $T_{f}C_{1}$과 $T_{f}C_{1}-C_{2}$이 51%와 42%로 나타났으며, 유전자 빈도는 $T_{f}C^{1}, T_{f}C^{2} 및 T_{f}D^{Jeju}$가 각각 0.7220, 0.2743 및 0.0037이었다. Haptoglobin의 유전자 빈도는 서울집단에서 460명, 제주집단에서 502명을 대상으로 추정한 결과 서울집단에서 $Hp^1 = 0.304, Hp^2 = 0.696$이었고, 제주집단에서는 0.269와 0.731이었으며 두 집단사이에 빈도 차이는 유의하지 않았다.

In this paper we deal with the open problem posed by Lü, Li and Yang [10]. In fact, we prove the following result: Let f(z) be a transcendental meromorphic function of finite order having finitely many poles, c₁, c₂, …, c_n ∈ ℂ\{0} and k, n ∈ ℕ. Suppose fⁿ(z), f(z+c₁)f(z+c₂) ⋯ f(z+c_n) share 0 CM and fⁿ(z)-Q₁(z), (f(z+c₁)f(z+c₂) ⋯ f(z+c_n))^(k) - Q₂(z) share (0, 1), where Q₁(z) and Q₂(z) are non-zero polynomials. If n ≥ k+1, then $(f(z+c_1)f(z+c_2)\;{\cdots}\;f(z+c_n))^{(k)}\;{\equiv}\;{\frac{Q_2(z)}{Q_1(z)}}f^n(z)$. Furthermore, if Q₁(z) ≡ Q₂(z), then $f(z)=c\;e^{\frac{\lambda}{n}z}$, where c, λ ∈ ℂ \ {0} such that e^{λ(c₁+c₂+⋯+c_n)} = 1 and λ^k = 1. Also we exhibit some examples to show that the conditions of our result are the best possible.

Objective : Accurate measurement of T1 slope (a component of T1s minus cervical lordosis [CL]) is often constrained by anatomical limitations. In this situation, efforts should be made to find the exact meaning of T1s-CL and whether there are any alternatives to it. Methods : We enrolled 117 patients who received two-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF). Occipital slope, C2 slope (C2s), C7 slope (C7s), T1, O-C2 angle (O-C2A), C2-7 angle (C2-7A), O-C7 angle (O-C7A), T1s-CL, C7-T1 angle (C7-T1A), and C2-7 sagittal vertical axis were measured. We determined 16° (T1s-CL) as the reference point for dividing subjects into the mismatch group and the balance group, and a comparative analysis was performed. Results : The mean value of C7-T1A was constantly maintained within 2.6° peri-operatively. In addition, C2s and T1s-CL showed the same absolute change (Δ|0.8|°). The mean values of T1s-CL of the mismatch and balance groups were 23.0° and 7.6°, respectively. The five factors with the largest differences between the two groups were as follows : C2s (Δ13.3°), T1s-CL (Δ15.4°), O-C2A (Δ8.7°), C2-7A (Δ14.7°), and segmental angle (Δ7.9°) before surgery. Only four factors showed statistically significant change between the two groups after ACDF : T1s-CL (Δ4.0° vs. Δ0.2°), C2s (Δ3.2° vs. Δ0.7°), O-C2A (Δ2.6° vs. Δ1.3°), C2-7A (Δ6.3° vs. Δ1.3°). A very strong correlation between T1s-CL and C2s was also found (r=|0.88-0.96|). Conclusion : C2s itself may be the essential key to represent T1s-CL. The amounts and directions of change of these two factors (T1s-CL and C2s) were also almost identical. The above phenomenon was re-confirmed once again through the correlation analysis.

Reactions of $Ir(ClO)_4(CO)(PPh_3)_2$ with dicyano olefins, cis-NCCH = CH$CH_2$$CH_2$CN (cDC1B), trans-NCCH = CH$CH_2$$CH_2$CN (tDC1B), trans-NC$CH_2$CH = CH$CH_2$CN (tDC2B), and NC$CH_2$$CH_2$$CH_2$$CH_2$CN (DCB) produce binuclear dicationic iridium (I) complexes, $[(CO)(PPh_3)_2Ir-NC-A-CN-Ir(PPh_3)_2(CO)](ClO_4)_2$ (NC-A-CN = cDC1B (1a), tDC1B (1b), tDC2B (1c), DCB (1d)). Complexes 1a-1d react with hydrogen to give binuclear dicationic tetrahydrido iridium (Ⅲ ) complexes, $[(CO)(PPh_3)_2(H)_2Ir-NC-A-CN-Ir(H)_2(PPh_3)_2(CO)](ClO_4)_2$ (NC-A-CN = cDC1B (2a), tDC1B (2b), tDC2B (2c), DCB (2d)). Complexes 2a and 2b catalyze the hydrogenation of cDC1B and tDC1B, respectively to give DCB, while the complex 2c is catalytically active for the isomerization of tDC2B to give cDC1B and tDC1B and the hydrogenation of tDC2B to give DCB at $100^{\circ}C$.

단순 무방향 그래프 G 의 L(2,1)-coloring은 d(u,v)가 두 정점 사이의 거리일 때 두 가지 조건 (1) d(x,y) = 1 라면 |f(x)-f(y)|≥ 2, (2) d(x,y) = 2 라면 |f(x)-f(y)|≥ 1 을 만족하는 함수 f : V → [0,1,…,k]를 정의하는 것이다. 임의의 L(2,1)-coloring c 에 대하여 G 의 c-span 은 λ(c)=max{|c(u)-c(v)|| u,v∈V} 이며, L(2,1)-coloring number 인 λ(G)는 모든 가능한 c 에 대하여 λ(G) = min{λ(c)} 로 정의된다. 본 논문에서는 Harary의 정리에 기반하여 지름이 2인 그래프에 대하여 여그래프에 해밀턴 경로의 존재여부를 Tabu Search를 사용해 판단하고 이를 통해 λ(G)가 n(=|V|)과 같음을 분석한다.

To investigate the effects of protein kinases on endothelin-1-induced phospholipase C activation and $Ca^{2+}$ mobilization in Rat-2 fibroblast, we measured the formation of inositol phosphates and intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration with [$^3$H]inositol and Fura-2/AM, respectively. Endothelin-1 dose-dependently activated phospholipase C and increased intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration. Protein kinase C activator PMA, significantly inhibited both phospholipase C activity and $Ca^{2+}$ mobilization induced by endothelin-1. Tyrosine kinase inhibitor, genistein, inhibited both. On the other hand, cyclic nucleotide (cAMP and cGMP) did not have any influence on the signaling pathway of phospholipase C-Ca$^{2+}$ mobilization induced by endothelin-1. These results suggest that protein kinase C and tyrosine kinase counteract on the signaling pathway of phospholipase C-Ca$^{2+}$ mobilization induced by endothelin-1 in Rat-2 fibroblast. fibroblast.

방사선 조사한 라면 건조 스프에서 hydrocarbon류를 검출하여 이를 라면 스프의 방사선 조사 여부를 검지하는 데 활용하고자 하였다. 스프 재료를 개별, 또는 배합 전후에 방사선 조사하여, hexane으로 지방을 추출하고 Florisil column으로 분리한 hydrocarbon류를 GC를 사용하여 분석하였다. 10 kGy 조사한 팜유, 고춧가루, 참깨에서 비조사 시료에서는 검출되지 않는 hydrocarbon C17:2, C16:3, C17:1, C16:2 등이 검출되었다. 비조사 재료만을 사용하여 배합한 스프에서는 C17:2, C16:3, C17:1, C16:2가 검출되지 않았다. 팜유 또는 참깨만을 방사선 조사한 것을 사용한 배합 스프에서는 C17:2, C16:3, C17:1, C16:2이 검출되었으며, 고춧가루만 방사선 조사한 것을 사용한 배합 스프에서는 C17:2와 C16:3이 검출되었다. 비조사 재료를 배합한 후 방사선 조사하였을 때, 1 kGy 조사 시료에서 C17:2, C17:1, C16:2가 검출되었고, 5 kGy 및 10 kGy 조사한 시료에서 C17:2, C16:3, C17:1, C16:2가 다량 검출되었다.
