  • 본 연구는 현행 ICT 거버넌스의 주요 논리를 분석하여 콘텐츠가 성장할 수 있는 '창조산업 생태계 및 친화적 콘텐츠 거버넌스 구축'을 위한 정책대안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 ICT 생태계가 주장하는 인터넷 중심의 콘텐츠(C)-플랫폼(P)-네트워크(N)-디바이스(D) 부문의 문제점을 진단하고, 이를 포괄하는 보다 거시적 개념으로서 콘텐츠산업 생태계(c-P-N-D에서 C-p-n-d로의 진화)'의 근거 논리를 전개하였다. 연구결과 ICT 생태계 주장의 논리는 IT 차원의 통합에 집중됨으로서 콘텐츠(C) 경쟁력의 원천과 핵심 속성(창작자, 창조성 등) 등이 경시되어, 콘텐츠(C) 부문이 P-N-D 각 부문보다 작은 개념으로 인식될 가능성이 매우 크다. 즉 콘텐츠(C)는 Large C가 아닌 Small c 개념으로 c-P-N-D 가치사슬체계로 간주되어 상대적으로 창의적 콘텐츠가 소홀하게 다루어질 우려가 있다. 따라서 콘텐츠 핵심인 창작이 순수예술과 함께 어우러진 문화적 감수성에서 발현될 수 있도록 'ICT생태계(c-P-N-D)에서 콘텐츠산업생태계(C-p-n-d)로의 진화'가 모색되어야 할 것이다.

Fatty Acid Composition in Blood Plasma and Follicular Liquid in Cows Supplemented with Linseed or Canola Grains

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the fatty acid composition in Nellore cows supplemented with either linseed (n-3) or canola grains (n-6 and n-9). Fifteen Nellore cows, aged five years and bodyweight 550 kg${\pm}$48 kg, were randomly distributed to the following treatments: CON (control), LIN (linseed) and CAN (canola grains). The cows were fed for 80 days. The concentrations of C18:0, C18:2 n-6 and C20:3 n-6 fatty acid were higher (p<0.10) in CON blood plasma in comparison to follicular liquid. Likewise, PUFA, n-6 contents, PUFA:SFA and n-6:n-3 ratios were higher (p<0.10) in blood plasma. On the other hand, C18:1 n-9, C22:5 n-3, MUFA and n-3 contents were lower (p<0.10) in blood plasma. C18:0, C18:2 n-6, C18:3 n-3, C22:5 n-3, PUFA, n-6, n-3 contents and PUFA:SFA ratio were higher (p<0.10) in LIN blood plasma than in the follicular liquid. Nevertheless, C14:0, C16:0, C16:1 n-7, PUFA, C16:0, C18:1 n-9 and MUFA contents were lower (p<0.10) in LIN blood plasma. On treatment CAN, the C18:0 and SFA contents, and n-6:n-3 ratios were higher (p<0.10) in blood plasma. However, C20:3 n-6, C22:5 n-3, PUFA and n-3 contents were lower (p<0.10) in blood plasma. C16:0, C18:0, PUFA, SFA contents and PUFA:SFA ratio did not differ (p>0.10) among the treatments. C14:0, C16:1 n-7, C18:2 n-6 and n-6 contents were higher (p<0.10) for CON and CAN than LIN. C17:1 n-7, C20:4 n-6 and C 22:0 contents were higher (p<0.10) for CAN than CON and LIN. C18:1 n-9, C18:3 n-3, MUFA and n-3 contents were higher (p<0.10) for LIN and CAN than CON. C20:3 n-6 content and n-6:n-3 ratio were higher (p<0.10) for CON than LIN and CAN. C22:5 n-3 content were higher (p<0.10) for CON and LIN than CAN. The concentrations of fatty acids in blood plasma and follicular liquid were not correlated for any fatty acid, independent of the treatment studied. Canola grain added to the diet of Nellore cows resulted in increased concentrations of fatty acids n-6 and n-3 in follicular liquid.

Nutrients and Phytoplankton Blooms in the Southern Coastal Waters of Korea: I. The Elemental Composition of C, N, and P in Particulate Matter in the Coastal Bay Systems

  • An investigation was conducted to determine limiting nutrients in the bay systems of the southern coastal area of Korea. The elemental composition of C, N, and P in suspended particulate matter was monitored nearly monthly in Chinhae and Koje Bays and seasonally in Deukryang Bay for 2 years. Atomic C:N ratio in particulate matter ranges from 4.3 to 9.6, typical of marine phytoplankton. C:P and N:P ratios vary from the Redfield ratio to 229 (C:P) and 37 (N:P). A constant C:N ratio of 6.87 from regression of particulate C and N concentrations demonstrates that the particulate matter in the systems originates from primary production. C:P and N:P ratios from regression of C on P and N on P are well associated with changes in salinity. The low N:P ratio of 13.1 implies N limitation in the environments of the systems. This seems to result from the low N:P ratio of nutrients released across sediment-water interface. Phytoplankton response, expressed here as the increase of chlorophyll a, to N addition also verifies N limitation for phytoplankton communities. In heavy rainfall season (from June to September), the addition of excessive N via streams into the stratified coastal water proliferates phytoplankton greatly. During the phytoplankton blooms, C:P and N:P ratios are much higher than the Redfield ratio, implying P limitation. This results from the high N:P ratio in nutrients supplied from stream waters. Strong stratification during the blooms also interrupts the supply of nutrients, particularly p, from bottom waters. Dependent upon precipitation, this tendency shows great inter-annual variation.

  • Background: Stoichiometry plays an important role in understanding nutrient composition and cycling processes in aquatic ecosystems. Previous studies have considered C:N:P ratios constant for both DOM (dissolved organic matter) and POM (particulate organic matter). In this study, water samples were collected in the six major rivers in Korea and were incubated for 20 days. C:N:P ratios were determined during the time course of the incubations. This allowed us to examine the changes in N and P contents of organic matter during decomposition. Results: POM and DOM showed significant differences in N and P content and the elemental ratios changed during the course of decomposition; DOM showed higher C:N and C:P ratios than POM, and the C:N and C:P ratios increased during decomposition, indicating the preferential mineralization of P over N and N over C. Conclusions: The N and P contents of organic matter in aquatic ecosystem are far from constant and vary significantly during decomposition. More detailed information on the changes in C:N:P ratios will provide improved understanding of decomposition processes and improved modeling of aquatic ecosystems.

  • Let $Q_{n+p-1}(\alpha)$ denote the- dass of functions $$f(z)=z^{P}-\sum_{n=0}^\infty{a_{(p+k)}z^{p+k}$$ ($a_{p+k}{\geq}0$, $p{\in}N=\left{1,2,{\cdots}\right}$) which are analytic and p-valent in the unit disc $U=\left{z:{\mid}z:{\mid}<1\right}$ and satisfying $Re\left{\frac{D^{n+p-1}f(\approx))^{\prime}}{pz^{p-a}\right}>{\alpha},0{\leq}{\alpha}<1,n>-p,z{\in}U.$ In this paper we obtain sharp results concerning coefficient estimates, distortion theorem, closure theorems and radii of p-valent close-to- convexity, starlikeness and convexity for the class $Q_{n+p-1}$ ($\alpha$). We also obtain class preserving integral operators of the form $F(z)=\frac{c+p}{z^{c}}\int_{o}^{z}t^{c-1}f(t)dt.$ c>-p $F\left(z\right)=\frac{c+p}{z^{c}}\int_{0}^{z} t^{c-1}f\left(t \right)dt. \qquad c>-p$ for the class $Q_{n+p-1}$ ($\alpha$). Conversely when $F(z){\in}Q_{n+p-1}(\alpha)$, radius of p-valence of f(z) has been determined.

진공증착법을 이용한 P(VDF-TrFE) 공중합체 박막의 압전특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Piezoelectric Characteristic of P(VDF-TrFE) Copolymer Thin Film by Physical Vapor Deposition Method)

  • 본 실험은 P(VDF-TrFE) 공중합체 박막을 제조하고 압전특성을 검토하는데 있다. 또한 압전 특성 분석에서 압전 계수 $d_{33}$와 압전 전압 계수 $g_{33}$는 증착 온도가 $260{\sim}300^{\circ}C$ 까지는 32.3pC/N에서 36.28pC/N, $793{\times}10^{-3}V{\cdot}m/N$에서 $910.5{\times}10^{-3}V{\cdot}m/N$으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 이상의 실험 결과로 $300^{\circ}C$의 온도에서 P(VDF-TrFE) 공중합체 박막을 제조 할 때 최적의 특성이 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 반면에 증착온도가 $320^{\circ}C$에서 증착한 경우에는 각각 25.3pC/N, $680.3{\times}10^{-3}V{\cdot}m/N$으로 감소하였다.

  • 25$^{\circ}C$의 50%(v/v) 메탄올-물의 혼합용액 속에서 pH 변화에 따른 X-치환된 N-(benzoyl)-C-(N-methylanilino)imidoylchloride(s)들의 가수분해 반응속도상수를 측정하여 반응속도식, 치환기효과, 용매효과, 염효과, 열역학적 활성화 파라미터 및 가수분해반응 생성물 분석 등의 결과로부터 pH 3.0~10.0까지의 사이에서는 azocarbonium ion 중간체를 지나는 $S_N$1형 반응, pH 3.0 이하의 pH 10.0 이상의 pH에서는 사면체 중간체를 지나는 친핵성 첨가-제거반응(A$d_{N-E}$)이 일어남을 제안하였다.

(p)ZnTe/(n)Si 태양전지와 (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si 복접합 박막의 광도전 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Photo-Conductive Characteristics of (p)ZnTe/(n)Si Solar Cell and (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si Poly-Junction Thin Film)

  • 본 논문은 substrate의 온도를 $200{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ 정도로 유지하며 진공저항 가열 증착법을 이용하여 (p)ZnTe/(n)Si 태양전지와 (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si 복접합 박막을 제작한 후 그 전기적 특성을 조사, 비교하였다. 제작한 (p)ZnTe/(n)Si 태양전지와(n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si 복접합 박막에 대하여 $100[mW/cm^2]$의 광조사 하에서 특성을 조사한바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 단략전류$[mA/cm^2]$ (p)ZnTe/(n)Si:28 (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si:6.5 개방전압[mV] (p)ZnTe/(n)Si:450 (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si:250 충실도, FF (p)ZnTe/(n)Si:0.65 (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si:0.27 변환효율[%] (p)ZnTe/(n)Si:8.19 (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si:2.3 제작된 박막은 열처리에 의해 성능이 향상되지만 (p)ZnTe/(n)Si 태양전지는 약 $470^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도와 15분 이상의 열처리 시간에서 그리고 (n)CdS-(p)ZnTe/(n)Si 복접합 박막은 약 $580^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도와 15분 이상의 열처리 시간에서는 박막의 각종 구조결함으로 인한 감소현상을 나타내었다. 열처리 온도의 증가에 따라 박막의 표면저항은 감소하였다.

Mucosal Mast Cell Responses in the Small Intestine of C3H/HeN and BALB/c Mice Infected with Echinostoma hortense

  • In the intestinal mucosa, mast cells are thought to be responsible for the expulsion of parasites. We investigated the relationship of worm expulsion and mast cells in C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice infected with Echinostoma hortense. In addition, we examined whether the worm recovery rate was associated with the strain of mice, and whether a toluidine stain and immunohistochemistry using the c-kit antibody was effective in the detection of mast cells. In order to investigate the mucosal immune response of C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice, each mouse was infected orally with 30 E. hortense metacercariae. Then, the number of mucosal mast cells and worm recovery rates was observed in experimentally infected mouse strains between 1 week and 8 weeks post infection (PI). Mucosal mast cells were increased in 3 weeks P.I. in C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice. On the other hand, only mucosal goblet cells and worm recovery rates correlated in C3H/HeN mice (P=0.0482). Worm recoveries in C3H/HeN mice were 65.7$\pm$5.6, 53.3$\pm$5.4 and 6.7$\pm$0.6 in week 1, 2, and 3 P.I. and strongly decreased in week 3 P.I. Worm recoveries in BALB/c mice were 23.0$\pm$2.5, 10.0$\pm$1.0, and 6.7$\pm$0.6% in week 1, 2, and 3 P.I. and gradually decreased from week 1 P.I. to week 3 P.I. Worm recoveries in C3H/HeN mice were significantly higher than in BALB/c mice (P<0.00l). The number of mast cells in C3H/HeN and BALB/c mice using the anti-c-kit antibody reached to a peak in week 3 P.I. and recovered as normal level in week 5 P.I. and 6 P.I. The number in E. hortense-infected C3H/HeN mice (P=0.0015) was higher than in E. hortense-infected BALB/c mice (P=0.01) compared with the control group. There were significant differences in the number of mast cells among regions of the intestine in in C3H/HeN mice (P<0.05) but not in BALB/c mice (P>0.05). Immunohistochemistry using the anti-c-kit antibody was significant method as an examination of the number of mast cells (P=0.0002). In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that mast cells play an important role in worm recovery, and immunohistochemistry using the anti-c-kit antibody was superior to toluidine stain as an examination of mast cells.
