Subsequently in Korea product liability has been introduced. The position of consumers for defective products have been disadvantageous. Defective products should be broght under the law. Then, while consumers would be largely protected, a producer would take the heavy responsibility by law, Therefore, a producer would not be able to take countermeasures for product liability. Object of this paper to investigate and analyze the actual state of management for product liability in advanced countries, and to join it with our quality management system.

In this paper, we introduce product interval-valued fuzzy graphs and prove several results which are analogous to interval-valued fuzzy graphs. We conclude by giving properties for a product interval-valued fuzzy graph.

We first define the concept of the generalized analytic Fourier-Feynman transforms of a class of functionals on function space induced by a generalized Brownian motion process and study of functionals which plays on important role in physical problem of the form $ F(x) = {\int^{T}_{0} f(t, x(t))dt} $ where f is a complex-valued function on $[0, T] \times R$. We next show that the generalized analytic Fourier-Feynman transform of the convolution product is a product of generalized analytic Fourier-Feynman transform of functionals on functin space.

We investigate the geometric properties reflected by the spectra of the Jacobi operator of a harmonic map when the target manifold is a Riemannian product manifold or a Kaehlerian product manifold. And also we study the spectral characterization of Riemannian sumersions when the target manifold is $S^n \times S^n$ or $CP^n \times CP^n$.

Nonlinear feedback control scheme for reactive distillation column has been proposed. The proposed control scheme is derived in the framework of Nonlinear Internal Model Control. The product compositions and liquid and vapor flow rates in sections of the reactive distillation column are estimated from selected tray temperature measurements by an observer. The control scheme is applied to example reactive distillation column in which two products are produced in a single column and the reversible reaction A + B = C + D occurs. Because of demand pattern variability and Product Liability pursuance for products, it is necessary to convert from Product Liability Defence to Product Liability Prevention. For aggravation of company environment, automation, mechanization and FMS are required, to reduce quality cost in this situation, we present the following two alternatives. (1) We solidify the PL policy by process improvement. (2) We set up sensor equipment for defective detection in its early stage.

Recently, Several inequalities Khatri-Rao Products of two four partitioned blocks positive definite real symmetry matrices are established by Liu in[Lin. Alg. Appl. 289(1999): 267-277]. We extend these results in two ways. First, the results are extended to two any partitioned blocks Hermitian matrices. Second, necessary and sufficient conditions under which these inequalities become equalities are presented.

The Tychonoff product theorem is one of the most fundamental theorems in general topology. As is well-known, the proof of the Tychonoff product theorem relies on the axiom of choice. The converse was also conjectured by S. Kakutani and Kelley [1] then resolved this conjecture in his historical short note on 1950. However, the original proof due to Kelley has a flaw. According to this observation, we provide a correction of the proof in this paper.

This research aims to evaluated the structure improvement and new product development of valve tester. A valve tester was redesigned for structure improvement and new product development using 3-D design program CATIA. In addition, behavior analysis was conducted on the modeled valve tester using the ANSYS program. The total deformation, stress and strain were obtained by the internal pressure change. This result was applied to the new product development of valve tester.
