미생물제에 의한 잔디의 토양전염병 방제 효과 (Effect of a Microbial Product on the Control of Soilborne Diseases of Turfgrasses)

  • A microbial product composed of three antagonistic fungal isolates (Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp. and Trichoderma sp.) and three bacterial isolates (Arthrobacter sp., Bacillus sp., and Pseudomonas sp.) was tested for the control of Pythium blight caused by Pythium sp., brown patch by Rhizoctonia solani (anastomosis group(AG) 1-1) and large patch by R. solani (AG 2-2) of turfgrasses. Cultures of the antagonistic fungi and bacteria varied in the effectiveness in reducing disease severity of Pytium blight and brown patch on bentgrass. The antagonistic fungal and bacterial isolates were mixed and cultured at 20-$25^{\circ}C$ for 3 days in a growth medium, and the diluted solution of the microbial culture was applied under the field conditions after inoculation of the above turfgrass pathogens. The treated turfgrass was incubated at 28$^{\circ}C$ in a growth chamber. In this experiment, Pythium blight was almost completely controlled and brown patch was slightly decreased by the microbial product, while no control was observed in large patch of zoysiagrass. In zoysiagrass treated with the microbial culture, thatch accumulation was notably reduced.

  • The twisting and extrusion process of the product with involute helical fin from the round billet is developed by the upper bound analysis. The twisting of extruded product is caused by the twisted die surface connecting the die entrance section and the die exit section linearly. In the analysis, the internal shear surface is defined as the curved twisted plane from the taisting of die surface and the shear work is calculated by the consumption of shear energy The increase rate of angular velocity is determined by the minimization of plastic work. The results of the analysis show that the angular velocity of the extruded product increases with the die twisting angle, the reduction of area, and decreases with the die length, the friction condition.

  • Recently, the number of Internet shopping malls increases dramatically Internet shopping malls offer direct sales by electronic catalogs. As compared with to physical stores and paper catalogs, electronic catalogs differ in terms of the varieties and types of products offered, promotional efforts, service, interface, ordering and delivering, and so on. This paper analysed the features of electronic catalogs for fisheries by 45 variables. By descriptive statistics of electronic catalogs for fisheries, most electron)c catalogs had sufficient product related information. But promotion and transaction security related features were scarce. And some development technologies of electronic catalogs for fisheries were obsolete. By factor analysis, there were 9 factors of electronic catalogs for fisheries, that was, design of product pages, transaction information, playfulness, convenience of product selection, interface design, design of homepages, product information, learning capability, other electronic catalog related factor. Thus in standardizing electronic catalog for fisheries products, the above 9 factors should be reflected significantly.

애국심이 제품평가에 미치는 영향: 소비자 자민족중심주의의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Patriotism on Product Evaluation: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Consumer Ethnocentrism)

  • 본 연구에서는 애국심이 자국 및 외국 제품 평가에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 또한 애국심과 제품평가 간의 관계에 있어 소비자 자민족중심주의의 매개변수적 영향력을 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해 서울 소재 대학에 재학 중인 학부생과 대학원생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 애국심은 외국제품 평가에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 자국제품 평가에는 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자 자민족중심주의는 애국심과 자국제품 평가 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 실증분석 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의를 논하였으며, 유통관리 측면에서의 시사점을 제시하였다. 끝으로 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제안하였다.

Biotransformation of Ginsenoside Rb1 to Prosapogenins, Gypenoside XVII, Ginsenoside Rd, Ginsenoside F2, and Compound K by Leuconostoc mesenteroides DC102

  • Ginsenoside $Rb_1$ is the main component in ginsenosides. It is a protopanaxadiol-type ginsenoside that has a dammarane-type triterpenoid as an aglycone. In this study, ginsenoside $Rb_1$ was transformed into gypenoside XVII, ginsenoside Rd, ginsenoside $F_2$ and compound K by glycosidase from Leuconostoc mesenteroides DC102. The optimum time for the conversion was about 72 h at a constant pH of 6.0 to 8.0 and the optimum temperature was about $30^{\circ}C$. Under optimal conditions, ginsenoside $Rb_1$ was decomposed and converted into compound K by 72 h post-reaction (99%). The enzymatic reaction was analyzed by highperformance liquid chromatography, suggesting the transformation pathway: ginsenoside $Rb_1$ ${\rightarrow}$ gypenoside XVII and ginsenoside Rd${\rightarrow}$ginsenoside $F_2{\rightarrow}$compound K.

소프트웨어 제품 군을 개발하기 위한 점진적 방법 (Incremental Method for Developing Software Product Family)

  • 소프트웨어 제품 군 개발 방법은 모든 멤버 시스템에 대한 공통점과 차이점들을 분석하여 표준 소프트웨어 구조와 컴포넌트들을 개발하여 생산라인을 갖추고, 제품 개발 조직에서 여러 버전을 병행하여 생산하고 관리하는 방법이다. 기존의 제품 군 방법은 성공하였을 경우에 경제적 이익은 크나, 초기 투자비가 매우 크다는 것과 첫 제품이 늦게 나온다는 것이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이 논문에서 우리는 초기 비용을 적게 들이면서 궁극적으로 제품군 개발 방법을 조직에 적용할 수 있는 점진적 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 초기 버전을 개발할 때부터 변화 가능성에 관한 정보를 기록하여 차기 버전의 개발에 활용한다. 이 변화 분석의 결과는 본격 제품 군 개발로의 전환을 쉽게 해 준다. 변화 가능성을 기록하는 변경 사양서의 생성과 개선 기법을 중심으로 우리의 방법을 설명하고, YBS 시스템 개발을 예로 그 적용을 보인다. 우리가 제안한 방법은 초기에 많은 투자를 할 수 없거나 초기버전을 빨리 시장에 내 놓아야 하는 경우에 적용할 수 있는 저 위험 제품 군 개발 방법이다.

청대추칩의 속성별 소비자 가치 추정 (Estimation of Consumers Valuation by Attributes of Green Jujube Chip)

  • 본 연구는 "청대추칩"이라는 신제품의 제품 개발 방향 설정을 목적으로 시행되었다. 이를 위하여 청대추칩의 속성별 소비자 가치추정을 실시하였다. 방법적으로는 선택형 실험(Choice Experiment)을 이용하였으며, 조건부 로짓 모형을 추정하여 각 속성별 지불의사금액을 도출하였다. 그 결과 중소기업 제품은 1,333원/개, 대기업은 1,752원/개, 대학은 1,703원/개, 포장 단위는 350원/개, 원료 등급은 548원/개, HACCP은 1,322원/개, ISO22000은 1,166원/개로 추정되었다. 대학 브랜드의 지불의사금액은 중소기업 브랜드보다는 높고 대기업 브랜드보다는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 대학 브랜드 제품을 다소 고급제품으로 인식하고 있으므로 이에 걸맞는 제품을 개발해야 할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 우선적으로 HACCP을 취득할 필요가 있고 우수한 원료를 사용할 필요가 있다.

  • Closely connecting Well-Being culture with our traditional eating culture. we can predict next generation Kimchi refrigerator trend with this research. In the highly developing industrial society, design has been playing the central role in the managerial strategy of a company and has been one of the central agendas in determining the economical competence of a country, and has also been regarded as a means to acquire sustainable superior competence. Thus, these trends suggest that the aesthetic value of product has become more important than its technological function. In this study we reviewed theoretically esthetic factors influencing the preference and the evaluation of a product and made a list of eight esthetic factors based on various referential studies which include simplicity, balance, unity, rhythm, style, novelty, typicality, and proportion. Also on the point of view of design, it is necessary to find out definitely the consumer preference frame the relationship among design preference design image design attribute. Will give you guidelines on which designers can select and design some more objective and reliable design factors, finding out the relation of cause and effect by which they can know what kind of product designs their consumers like and how the popular image which that product offer is composed of. We investigated the esthetic factors affecting consumers preferences and the basis for evaluating a product. Aimed at providing materials for developing product design by presenting an ,esthetic guideline product design by presenting an esthetic guideline and to put these materials to practical use. Investigated other considered elements classified by manufactures and importance of esthetic factors and its influence on consumer tastes . All of these result, It could not conclude all of the adjective design image and design factors of every consumer, but through consumer reaction framework consumer are response and prefer the products which design image have. and then understand prefered design image are influenced to design factor's and could be apply to new design development.

캐주얼웨어의 아바타 패션마케팅 전랸 제고 연근 (A Study on Avatar's Fashion Marketing Strategies of Casual Wear)

  • This thesis researches consumers' behaviors in Purchasing avatar fashion products depending on their motives and point of reference as the avatar fashion marketing is conducted. Also, it explores the correlation between avatar's fashion products and the point of reference by which consumers actually purchase casual wear. The results were as follows: First, Avatar's fashion product purchasing motivation is done through four classified dimensions, conformity, differentiation, fashionability, and substitution. The standard of Avatar's fashion product choice was classified by the symbol (Product name recognition) and two dimensions of aesthetics. Second. the more valued the aesthetic component of Avatar's fashion product the greater effect on the order the dimensions used in correlation in this case being substitution, differentiation, conformity, and fashionability. Should the consumer place greater value on the Product symbol the dimension order is affected in order by fashionability, conformity, and differentiation. Third, fashionability was a stronger consideration for women as opposed to men in terms of demographical feature. whereas symbol (Product recognition) was of greater importance to higher income people. Last, when aesthetics is considered to buy Avatar's fashion products it is favorably comparable to other casual wear lines. In other words, symbol is considered to buy casual's, it brings to the same result when buying Avatar's. Avatar's fashion product was great tool to research new casual wear line because of approving by the correlation to each other.

  • The objective of this study is to establish a theoretical framework of factors and strategies for success , by probing into design management strategies and the resulting product development details of firms from many parts of the world that improved their images and competitiveness through industrial design. As a means for a company to successfully develop products and to survive, strategies for successful product development were unfolded by many leading businesses of industrial design, whose methods and strategies were respectively unique. International companies such as Philips, Sony, Braun, Ford, and Alessi employed industrial design to not only renew their brand perceptions, but also added values to human life by embedding exclusive designs that customers prefer in their products. They have used design as a business strategic tool, whose elemental processes are, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. In conclusion, the successful strategies of the leading global companies' design management and product development share the following First, these companies seek design strategies that foresee upcoming changes and are ahead of their time. Second, the CEO is aware of the importance of design, has an appreciative eye for design, and puts in effort into supporting and developing his or her design sector. Third, the director is provided with the conditions in which he or she can take control of one's tasks, and has the abilities and qualities to provide visions for the future. Fourth, the product development team uses original and logical processes and is highly organized. Fifth, the design organization effectively utilizes necessary experts of internal and external company. Sixth, the firm produces innovative products that meet the customers' demand and predict the future. Seventh, the products developed shall employ cutting-edge technologies and are new and original. Eighth, the product must have an identity as a product that represents the company.
