This research investigates the determinants of investment capital size in Vietnam's small and medium-sized firms. The study employs a sample of 458 small and medium-sized enterprises in the country. The study is based on data collects in the areas of Hanoi, Bac Can, Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku Provinces at time series data of October 2019. This study also identifies the factors that affect the size of investment capital in medium and small-sized enterprises in Vietnam. Data are processed via STATA 14.0 and SPSS 20.0 software. The research results indicate that (1) business lines, (2) import and export business, (3) type of business registration, (4) business location, (5) operating time, and (6) the percentage of the organization's capital contribution are factors that impact on the size of the investment capital of the business. Business line and business location have negative impacts on investment capital size. The operating time, the percentage of the organization's capital contribution, import and export business, and the type of business registration have positive impacts on investment capital size. In addition, the findings of this study also suggest that the operation time has the highest impact on investment capital size of the small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam.

This study is to suggest specialty contractors with countermeasures to construction orders falling off, one of the construction business indicators for the construction industry, by analyzing the impact of dwindling construction orders to business performance indicators of specialty contractors as well as identifying inter-relationships between those performance indicators. To do this study, a data was analyze for construction business indicators and business performance indicators of specialty contractors providing heavy equipment. For specialty contractors that provide and utilize heavy equipment, the amount of construction orders is imposing a lasting impact to the turnover ratio of current assets. Therefore, it is determined that a business strategy needs to be established in order to secure current assets to respond to decrease in construction orders.

The construction and real estate industries contribute significantly to each country's economic development. Strong construction and real estate firms will contribute more to the country's GDP by contributing to the industry's development. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the performance of the construction and real estate sectors in Vietnam. A survey of 200 construction and real estate firms in different areas was conducted from 2020 until the end of 2021. Following the removal of errors, the author got 196 replies, 6 of which were invalid, leaving 190 votes for quantitative analysis. The research findings show that elements such as (1) senior executives' commitment to the organization, and (2) the ability to use technology have a positive and significant impact on firm performance when using advanced econometric analysis. Furthermore, in the case of Hanoi, Vietnam, business relationships have a positive impact on firm performance. Training and development, as well as the working environment and incentives, have little effect on the profitability of construction and real estate firms. Finally, the research also has some recommendations and limitations for the construction and real estate sector.

Purpose - This paper tried to identify the impact of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention (PI) of Korean-brand cars in the context of Russian consumers, taking into consideration the credibility, quality, and quantity of eWOM while also considering the mediation effects of brand image (BI) and perceived quality (PQ). Although there is a considerable number of studies discussing the impact of eWOM determinants on PI, not many studies were conducted focusing on the Russian market. Design/methodology - This paper is considered to fill this gap between eWOM and (PI) and, in order to do so, 211 Russian respondents were randomly selected. Descriptive analysis, factor, and reliability analysis were conducted using SPSS version 22.0. While structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS version 24.0. Findings - The results display that, in terms of Russian consumers' perception, eWOM credibility, quality, and quantity for Korean-brand cars show a substantial impact on PI. The mediation effects of brand image, as well as perceived quality, were also supported by analysis. In the final part of the paper, theoretical and managerial implications alongside limitations with further research suggestions are presented. Originality/value - This study endeavored to explore the degree of impact of eWOM and mediating roles of BI and PQ on Russian customer intentions to buy Korean-brand cars.

In this paper, we suggest proper policy directions through an analysis onthe impact of changes in self-employment on the national economy. In other words, we intend to identify the current status of self-employment jobs and present policy directions for supporting self-employed workers. In order to grasp the dynamic relationship of variables, we used a VAR model to measure the impact of self-employment job fluctuations and macroeconomic variables on each other. The analysis results demonstrate that an exogenous shock to the ratio of self-employed workers does not show a significant impact on the nominal growth ratio. However, when the analysis was done separately on an exogenous shock to the ratio of self-employed workers with employees and without employees, an increase in the ratio of self-employed workers with employees showed a positive impact on nominal growth. On the other hand, an increase in the ratio of self-employed workers without employees showeda negative impact on nominal growth. In future studies, it will be necessary to do additional analysis on quarterly data to estimate the short-term impact of macroeconomic variables on changes in the ratio of self-employed workers.

Based on the core value of the Q&A community, the contribution of knowledge and information has a great impact on users' community evaluation. As a small social group, the relationships and interactions among community members are quickly formed through information technology. As such, the cognitive evaluation of the relationship between community members will have an impact on the intention of information contribution. This research builds on the previous research based on the social exchange theory and establishes a dual model of swift guanxi in examining the relationship between guanxi and continuous knowledge contribution. In the current study, 305 survey questionnaires were used and 249 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. The analysis results are as follows: First, information support has a positive impact on dedication-based swift guanxi. While hypothesis between information support and constraint-based swift guanxi was not be supported. Second, emotional support has a positive impact on the formation of swift guanxi from a dual perspective. Third, the swift guanxi from the dual perspective has a positive impact on the intention of continuous knowledge contribution. Finally, although personal involvement has an adjustment effect, it is a downward adjustment effect, hypotheses are not supported. The current study offers theoretical and practical implications in field of knowledge management, specifically knowledge contribution in the virtual community.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of Business Intelligence (BI) on the relation between Big Data Analytics (BDA) and Financial Performance (FP), at the beginning we reviewed the academic accounting and finance literature to develop the theoretical framework of business intelligence, big data and financial performance in terms of definition, motivations and theories, then we conduct an empirical analysis based on questionnaire-base survey data collected. The researchers identified the study population in the joint-stock companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange and operating in the sectors and activities related to modern technologies in information systems, big data analytics, and business intelligence, in addition to the auditing offices that review the financial reports of these companies, and The sector closest to the research objective is the communications, media, and information technology sector, where the survey list was distributed among the sample companies with (15) lists for each company, and (15) lists for each audit office, so that the total sample becomes (120) individuals (with a response rate 83.3%), The results show, First, Big data analytics significantly affect organizations' financial performance, second, Business intelligence mediates (partial) the relationship between big data analytics and financial performance.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the intermediary role of job satisfaction between job autonomy and job performance and whether the process was adjusted based on the work context. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted by sample survey method on 334 supervising engineers. Data analysis methods were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Result - The results of this study suggest that: (1) after controlling for age, position, and working years, job autonomy had a significant positive impact on job performance, (2) job autonomy can not only directly affect job performance but also indirectly affect performance through job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction has an intermediary effect on job autonomy and job performance, and (4) the relationship between job autonomy and job satisfaction is moderated by the work context, and the result showed a negative moderating effect. Conclusion - This study suggests that job autonomy significantly improves job performance, and the higher job autonomy a supervising engineer has, the more satisfied they are with their work, thus enriching the precursor research on dynamic changes in job performance. When the working environment is poor, supervisors are more sensitive to the perception of job autonomy and have a stronger impact on job satisfaction and performance.

Though many researchers have interested in the effects of creativity management on the business performance, few have researched the relationship between management execution systems for creativity management and the performance. This paper tried to identify the relationship between management execution systems for creativity management and the performance by using 181 Korean companies' survey data. In this paper, a creative management execution system is modelled by the six criteria that are widely used in the Malcolmn Baldrige National Quality Award, and the performance is measured by a composite variable called by business capability. Through an analysis of survey data using factor analysis and regression analysis, this paper tried to answer two research questions: Firstly, does creative management execution systems have the characteristics of multi-dimensionality? Secondly, does creative management execution systems have an impact on the firm's performance? It was found that a creative management execution system largely consists of two parts, which are called 'system factor' and 'management support factor', and system factors have a more strong impact on the performance. The contribution of this paper is in suggesting that establishing a systematic creative management execution system is required in order to efficiently manage for creativity.

This paper describes the derivation methodology of the working torque predictive model that can be used in the initial design stages of the impact hammer tool. The working torque control mechanism is designed, taking into account various factors, such as the force of the spring and friction. Firstly, the analysis dynamic model for working environments was modeled as an additional bush and spring, and verified by comparing the test results of the working torque. Secondly, the main performance parameters of the working torque were theoretically defined by analyzing the operating mechanism. The equation to predict the working torque was derived using the dynamic analysis results according to the value changes of the parameters. The prediction equation of the working torque was validated by comparing the predicted results with the experimental data. The error difference between the experimental data and the predictive model results was found to be 8.62%.
