In the fisheries industry, the cost of oil Is the greatest factor, contributing 25% 40% of the cost of production. In order to support fisheries, the government has supplied large amounts of money for oil to the fisheries industry. However, the elimination and restriction against the subsidy of fisheries has been actively discussed throughout international organizations Including the WTO. The purpose of this thesis is to study the existing issue of subsidies on the fisheries Industry, which is currently disputed in international organizations, and predict a future policy about the oil supply that considers the most important factors on fisheries. In chapter 2, the paper begins by outlining the tendencies of discussion in relation to the subsidy on fisheries among international organizations, and categorizes them on the basis of their types. Chapter 3 defines the current conditions and characteristics of the Korean subsidy on fisheries and analyzes which portions of the subsidy on fisheries should be eliminated first when it is prohibited. In chapter 4, procedures and problems for producing tax-free oil are discussed, because tax-free oil has a higher possibility of being ruled out. Chapter 5 proposes a reasonable plan concerning oil supply policies for maintenance or enrichment of the fishing industries, post the elimination of subsidies. Conclusions were drawn in eight areas as a result of this study: 1) securing the large storage of oil, 2) extending customers of oil to include non-fishermen, 3) coordinating the segmentation of marketing area, 4) diversification of the sales goods, 5) producing oil sales experts, 6) developing original brands, 7) expanding the purchasing area to buy oil in the international market, and 8) operating funds to stabilize oil price. It would not be appropriate to wait until international organizations decide to ban the subsidy of fisheries. Corresponding plans ( such as securing the large storage of oil) tend to be large scale and long-term projects because they take a number of years, from designing the oil storage tank to selecting the proper region and initiating the construction. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that any extensive and time consuming projects including preparation for the tax-free oil should be completed in new actions before the ban by the international organizations.

The advent of the Internet and development of information technologies have changed the environment of doing business. Accordingly, they expect that the relative importance of electronic commerce in the business becomes growing more and more. Among the areas of electronic commerce, B2B marketplaces that play the roles of linking buyers and suppliers take the important place. This study examines requirements for activating domestic B2B marketplaces by analyzing the literature and the status of the marketplaces. For the analysis, evaluation factors that belong to one of the four categories (i.e., Information step, Agreement step, Settlement step, and the rest) are selected. Results of the study suggest the following activation requirements for domestic B2B marketplaces : 1. Enforcement of services for the Agreement and Settlement steps. 2. Supporting multinational languages. 3. Diversification of income sources. 4. Standardization. 5. Integrating main systems. 6. Satisfying the necessities of buyers and suppliers.
In response to the South Korean government's trade diversification policy, the New Southern Policy, research is needed into the large population of Muslim fashion consumers who live there. Currently, veils worn by Muslim women are becoming a part of fashion collections as a style choice not just as a religious requirement. As such, the aim of this study is to investigate the fashion characteristics of the Southeast Asian Hijabistas. To do this we investigate the activities and the meanings of recent changes in the Southeast Asian fashion market, we also take a look at the Hijabistas who lead these changes. This is carried out as a theoretical study via literature review. In addition to this research, we selected 6 Hijabistas from Indonesia and Malaysia and analyzed 204 of their SNS photos. The results showed that the sportive image was popular; in terms of veils, hijabs and turbans were most popular; while pants and T-shirts dominated the clothing choices. Black and neutral colors were most popular but a variety of colors and tones were represented. In terms of fabric patterns, most of the choices were solid with no patterns. In terms of the types of veil used, in order of most to least popular were: hijabs covering down to the neck, turbans, and hijabs covering down to the chest. It was found that the Hijabista in Indonesia and Malaysia prefer an open, trendy fashion style. In conclusion, it was found that the Southeast Asia Muslim Fashion community are utilizing hijabs to express their identity not only as a Muslim and but also as a fashion item.
This study purposed to identify the design and composition characteristics of mantle through a historical review of its change and development focusing on women's dress. This analysis was particularly focused on the Victorian age because the variety of mantle designs introduced and popularized was wider than ever since ancient times to the present. For this study, we collected historical literature on mantle from ancient times to the $19^{th}$ century and made comparative analysis of design and composition, and for the Victorian age we investigated also actual items from the period. During the early Victorian age when the crinoline style was popular, mantle was of A.line silhouette spreading downward from the shoulders and of around knee length. In the mid Victorian age from 1870 to 1889 when the bustle style was popular, the style of mantle was changed to be three-dimensional, exaggerating the rear side of the bustle skirt. In addition, with increase in women's suburban activities, walking costume became popular and mantle reached its climax. With the diversification of design and composition in this period, the name of mantle became more specific and as a result, mantle, mantelet, dolman, paletot, etc. were used. The styles popular were: it looked like half-jacket and half-cape. Ornaments such as tassels, fur, braids, rosettes, tufts and fringe were attached to create luxurious effects. In the late Victorian age when the hourglass style was in fashion, mantle returned again to plain design emphasizing the details of the shoulders. The results of this study are expected to present motives for the development of contemporary designs, to contribute to the new recognition of the value of mantles, and to open a new research area of clothing history.

Rapid growth of the higher education role in ensuring the socio-economic and innovative development of the national economy in the context of the development of the information society and the knowledge economy is observed. Achieving positive synergistic effects of the higher education development requires proper funding for university education and research. The existing funding models for national higher education systems in a number of developing countries need modernization in accordance with the modern challenges of economic and innovative development. The purpose of the article is to formulate theoretical - methodological and applied foundations for the development and implementation of the integrated model of the higher education financing under the Quadruple Helix concept. At the center of the developed model are the areas of interaction identified by the authors, namely: Personnel, Science, Management, Innovation, Social area. This made it possible to specify the interests of all stakeholders and orient the activities of higher education institutions to the satisfaction of these interests. Effective implementation of the integrated Model of the higher education financing requires increasing the level of investment attractiveness and practical value of university research; activation of innovative development of enterprises; state stimulation of business participation in university research and education; harmonization of current legislation with EU standards. Implementation of the Model will diversify sources of funding for universities, increase their level of economic security and achieve integrated synergies from the interaction of universities, business, government and the public (as the main stakeholders within the Quadruple Helix concept).
As sustainability of fashion brands is becoming more important in the prolonged depression, the fashion market is also seeking ways to create new value through convergence with various fields. In the fashion market, convergence marketing is engaged with diverse technologies combined with advanced technologies and strategies. This study established the conceptual characteristics of convergence and divergence from a market perspective. Convergence can be summarized as Borderless, Compounding, Diversification, Recombination and Affiliation. The conceptual characteristics of the divergence can be summarized as de-fusion, individualization, differentiation, specialization, and segmentation. The characteristics of convergence revealed through the case of fashion market include the expandability of the new category, the expandability of the consumer, the brand experience, and the expandability of time and space. Divergence is the differentiation of brand value, target customer, and product nature. Through this study, we could understand the differentiation of the fashion market and the direction of the marketing strategy by looking at the characteristic of the convergence marketing - oriented research that has the contrary conceptual characteristics from the extended viewpoint. Based on this, it is possible to see the changes and patterns of brand marketing strategies and techniques in recent fashion market. In the future, it is expected that the systematic study of the marketing strategy of the domestic fashion brand based on the convergence and change characteristics of the fashion market proposed in this study will continue.
The purpose of this study was to develop licensed fashion products based on the analysis of Korean professional baseball licensing. This study reviewed the introduction of sports marketing, licensing programs, and analyzed the current status of licensing brands and products in Korean baseball clubs. Based on this analysis, high value added licensed products were developed for Korean professional baseball clubs. The results of this study were as follows. First, all Korean baseball clubs operated offline shopping malls in their home stadiums and posted online shopping mall links on their websites. Moreover, licensed products were developed through agreements with sports and licensing companies, and sales were being done through official shopping malls, open markets, and shopping malls. Various marketing for specific events or targets were not done well. Second, licensed products were mostly fashion products such as clothing and hats. Most of them were unisex wear, but the proportion of fashion products for women was not large. Also, while the licensed products used elements that made the baseball team feel symbolic throughout, they sometimes sold products that did not reveal the identity of the professional baseball team, with an emphasis on motifs that were unrelated to the team. Third, this study selected KIA Tigers and developed 27 kinds of women's licensed fashion products including textile designs. Through this research, it was derived that there is the need for integrated marketing of Korean professional baseball, diversification of consumer-based licensing products, and enhanced entertainment products for the Korean baseball cheering culture.
In December 2019, when the novel coronavirus (nCoV) was identified in Wuhan, Hubei, China, the number of people belonging to post-90s generation among about 42,000 medical staffs personnel supporting Hubei was 12,000 or more, accounting for about 33.3% of the total number of personnel. The term "post-90s generation" generally indicates young people born from 1990 to 1999. The study scope is the 1990-2020 period between the birth of post-90s generation and present. Literature and empirical studies are performed. Generational characteristics and fashion trends shown only by post-90s generation through precedent studies and reports are as follows: First, generational characteristics of post-90s generation can be categorized into the following three characteristics: "sang wenhua", "collective loneliness", and "diversified identity". Second, fashion trends of the post-90s generation can be categorized into the following three characteristics: "new Chinese style fashion", "masstige fashion", and "de-labeling fashion". The above results show that the post-90s generation uses "culture" and "me" as keywords. Further, the above trend is consequently divided into the following two characteristics: "diversification" and "individualization". This is because the post-90s generation is directly affected by the reform and opening and the 9-year compulsory education policy of China compared to the previous generations; hence, these people are greatly influenced by Western culture and fashion as well as their own culture and fashion. It refers having a tendency to express one's individuality with a variety of tastes and styles.
As global online business expands, direct overseas sales, where company directly sells products to foreign consumers, has become a new trend. The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of B2C Korean online exporters. This study analyzes export companies, 45,267 doing offline business and 205 online, and the two findings drawn from the study are as follows: First, B2C online exporters shipped 4-5 times more products to 10-13 times more countries than offline exporters. It also showed higher rate of export persistency. Second, from using gravity model analysis, it was found that export through online sales removes distance barrier by 60% more than offline. In addition, Free Trade Agreement appears to help boost online overseas sales. This study has significance in that it is the first analysis on B2C online export using actual proof, and it can be differentiated by other researches in terms of identifying the traits of Korean online export.
This study aims to analyze Instagram hashtags based on big data to investigate changes in consumer trends and perceptions of vegan fashion, and to derive strategies for revitalizing vegan fashion brands based on derived results. Among social media, Instagram was selected as a collection channel, and Instagram hashtags for 'Vegan Fashion' were collected from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. After conducting semantic network analysis with the Ucinet 6 program based on the collected data, the CONCOR analysis on vegan fashion showed the following four clusters: 'Veganism practiced with fashion', 'Bag type of vegan fashion brand', 'Sharing vegan fashion', and 'Diversification of eco-friendly products'. Analysis results showed that the Instagram hashtag for vegan fashion confirmed the MZ generation's increased interest in vegan fashion and their thoughts to recommend and share frequently used items or brand products to people around them. CONCOR analysis of vegan fashion brands showed the following four groups: 'Differentiating the material of vegan bags', 'Eco-friendly products of vegan fashion brands', 'Interest in vegan shoes', and 'Donation campaign of vegan fashion brands'. CONCOR analysis on Meaningout showed the following four clusters: 'MZ Generation's Meaningout Start-up', 'Recommendation Platform for Skin Products', 'Value Consumption Trend for Eco-friendly Clothing', and 'Interest in Eco-friendly Packaging'. The results of this study on vegan fashion, a practical eco-friendly movement that can require changes in social responsibility and perception as issues that directly affect animals, the environment, and humans, are expected to provide basic data to help domestic vegan fashion brands develop marketing strategies.
