In order to increase extensibility and reusability of business components, the variable things need to be analyzed from the analysis phase and identified as components. In this paper, we propose a rule-based analysis pattern, which can effectively extract object-based main concepts from a variable business process in the analysis phase and identify a variable business component by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. It can make analysis artifacts consistent and readable for analysts with different level of knowledge and experience to apply the pattern to analysis of rule-based variable business processes. And also, variable business components can be easily identified by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. In order to prove the feasibility of the pattern, we have applied the pattern the deposit and import/export subsystem of the banking domain. According to our experience, we can make the same business conceptual models between the deposit and import/export subsystem due to the main concepts suggested by the pattern and effectively identify a variable business components in the UML Components development process.

This paper proposes a BPM(Business Process Management) system framework for the NPD(New Product Development) of automotive suppliers. Recently many enterprises change their organization from function-oriented to process-oriented through BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Especially, based on quality systems like QS9000, it is required to documented business processes and continuously improve these processes for customer satisfaction. NPD, the most significant function for industrial competition, is reinforced by the best practices business process to satisfy the requirements of quality systems. The main objective of the paper is the development of the information system that supports the best practices process management. For this, first, we define the requirements of BPM system for NPD based on the viewpoint analysis, and then propose a DES (Design Execution System) framework based on dynamic workflow engine. The DES is addressed in the characteristics of a NPD business process, integrated project management, and process execution. A prototype DES system has been developed in the web environment. Its validity is demonstrated by applying it to an automotive supplier.

This research aims to investigate the antecedents of career growth and its impact on employee performance. The research design is quantitative with a causal method. The sample used is 242 respondents working in different hospitals in Banten Province and were selected through the snowball sampling technique. The analytical method used to examine the research model is PLS-SEM. The analysis result shows that work environment and training have an impact on increasing career development and hospital employee performance. Career development can also directly be an antecedent in improving the performance of hospital employees, but only has a moderate effect in mediating the influence of work environment and training on the employees' performance in the hospital. Based on these findings, hospital management in Banten Province must create and maintain a comfortable working environment for employees, offer training specific to each employee's line of work to help them improve their abilities, and create a system for career planning that takes into account each employee's potential.

Virus and DNA removal in bio-drug manufacturing processes has received a great deal of attention in recent years. Removing of a virus using a membrane process is a promising method, because inactivated virus can be removed from the bio-drug and the process can be used as an additional and security inactivation after the method of general heat-inactivation of the virus in the bio-drug. The FDA and the biopharmaceutical industry have recently announced strict guidelines for impurities of virus and DNA contamination. The regulatory guidelines on residual amounts of DNA in mammalian cell culture products require DNA contamination of less than 100 pg/dose. Therefore, permeation and rejection of DNA through the porous membranes have become important in the application of DNA removal in bio-drug manufacturing using membrane technology. In this study, the permeation of DNA and chromatin through regenerated cellulose hollow fibers that have a mean pore diameter of 15 nm was investigated.

Industrial agglomeration policy is a strategy that is expected to accelerate economic growth to transform an impoverished region into a prosperous one. However, industrial agglomeration also has the potential to exacerbate development inequality due to the concentration of economic development activities in certain areas. Therefore, this study aims to investigate what strategies are best to minimize the adverse effects of industrial agglomeration. This study uses econometric analysis with panel data covering 38 districts/cities in East Java during the 2011-2019 period. The results showed that the combination of industrial agglomeration policies coupled with accelerated sectoral growth, hard infrastructure development, and soft infrastructure provided the best policy outcome, improving regional inequality and accelerating economic growth in East Java. Based on the analysis, we find that East Java's economic growth characteristics are convergent but relatively long. Therefore, the East Java economic development policy during 2010-2019 should be reviewed due to the relatively long convergence period. Furthermore, this study also found that industrial agglomeration slows down the convergence and economic growth of East Java. In the future, the deployment of Industrial Development Centers (PPI) outside the existing eight districts/cities is needed to accelerate the spread of economic activity in East Java.

The goal of this study is to understand how financial inclusion (FI) as influenced by Internet subscribers in India, affects India's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This study makes use of secondary data that was collected from 16 Indian states and one Union Territory between the fiscal years of 2018 and 2020. The goal of this study has been investigated using panel data regression analysis (PDR). And the study's findings indicate that wages received through MNREGA accounts and post office operating accounts under the supervision of Internet subscribers have a significant negative impact on India's SDGs, demonstrating how financial inclusion is harming the country's efforts to achieve sustainable development. This study suggests that it is important to pay attention to rural areas' access to the digital environment and their degree of digital literacy. These findings imply that improving the MGNREGA program and employees' pay might help the government alleviate poverty in India. Financial inclusion also depends heavily on financial literacy. The government should improve its digital infrastructure in rural and urban areas so that people there may better understand and utilize it given that it promotes financial inclusion, digitalization, economic advancement, rural development, and poverty reduction.

The objective of this research is to acquire basic data to develop a program for professional consultants who can consult and provide advice for rural women's small business entrepreneur. In this research, startup business educational programs and 10 major related textbooks in Korea were analyzed, and a survey was conducted in which 71 owners of government funded rural small business responded. The major findings are as follows; First, most programs were targeting city females and were providing basic information mostly using lecture method over a few days. And no programs for rural women's small business could be found. Second, no textbooks dealing with rural women's small business could be found and the contents of each textbook differed significantly even though there were a few common points. Third, the result of the survey indicated that rural women's small business entrepreneurs had difficulty especially in acquiring necessary initial funds and raw materials, selling products, and judging the possibility of business success. And, there was significant difference in importance and perceived knowledge over 36 business know-hows in business startup area among the respondents. Based on the results, the followings could be recommended; First, educational programs for rural women's small business entrepreneurs should use a unique and different approach than other industries. Also, it is necessary to foster startup consultants especially for the rural women's small business entrepreneurs and to develop a delivery system for the startup educational programs. Second, contents of educational programs need to be selectively included depending on the level of uses. Finally, a workbook should be developed so that entrepreneur candidates can actually practice rather than just acquiring basic information and superficial knowledge during the participation.

This study aims to identify the factors influencing successful businesses using local resources. Completed questionnaires were obtained from 156 specialists for rural development. Results indicated that the utilities for use affected successful businesses for local resources. The Recognition of local resources was important factor for market size, profits, local revitalization on successful businesses. Finally, this study will be helpful for policy markers and business operators to understand local business while theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.

Global financial crisis at 2008 bring about the great change to the company itself and its environment. In these days, the company needs change to the ambidextrous organization, which have more efficiency processes also have more attractive products and services. Ambidextrous organization purse exploiting and exploration innovation program. For the existing process's incremental and rapid improvement, the exploiting innovation programs are used such as 6 Sigma program and so on. For the new business model's searching and developments, the exploration innovation programs are used such as blue ocean program and brainstorming and so on. In this paper is presented the new procedures, for the new business model development, combining exploration and exploiting innovation programs. To obtain the creative business ideas, various exploration methodologies are adopted based on 6 Sigma's methodology, The new procedures are applied to the venture company and examined its validity.
