물류협력지수의 개발 및 측정에 관한 연구: 공동물류사업을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development and Measurement of Logistics Partners Cooperation Index(LPCI): Focused on the Joint Logistics)

  • Purpose - Over 90% of Domestic logistics industry is small enterprise and they are experiencing growth stagnation due to price-based competition structure rather than constructing logistics service of high added value. In order to get over this situation and pursue the development of logistics industry, strengthening its competitiveness, through inter-enterprise cooperative network build-up, would be a key alternative. Therefore, in this study, an index for measuring inter-enterprise cooperation level of Joint logistics business will be developed as a typical collaborative business model in logistics industry. Moreover, a strengthening competitiveness method suggests a developmental step and a key management index to mature in logistics industry. Research Design, Data, Methodology - This study is an index development research for measuring inter-enterprise cooperation level of logistics industry. Such a level was measured by performing a survey by targeting enterprises that participated in Joint logistics business. The targeting enterprises are typical cooperative models in logistics industry. Measurement items were developed which were based on the presented items in existing research. Question items were composed of selection type questions as answering Yes/No. They measures implementation status of corporate activity and detailed activity items measuring qualitative level. Total samples were based on 116 enterprise samples including 90 logistics enterprises and 26 shippers. In addition, by evaluating the importance for Joint logistics business recognition with personnel working level, the weight of measuring variable was extracted. This study has built an assessment tools (LPCI) on Joint logistics business cooperation level in a situation where there are no previous studies on joint logistics business, this study is meaningful for other studies. Results - As a result of analyzing LPCI presented in this study, the score of logistics enterprise was represented as 59.9 points based on full score of 100 points and that of shippers as 47.2 points and cooperation level among enterprises participated in Joint logistics business was revealed to be very low. In particular, as a result of measuring the importance between logistics enterprise and shippers, the difference by each measurement standard was represented among those enterprises. This difference is considered to be a key factor that cooperative operational conformity between logistics enterprises and shippers is represented to be low. Conclusions - As most joint logistics business, being promoted at present, is sharing facility and information with joint logistics business, it is hard to find such a joint logistics business in reality based on cooperative business model in main cooperation agents. Therefore, competitiveness of logistics industry could be strengthened by promoting joint logistics business based on their mutual cooperation among enterprises. In other words, it is to secure sustainable competitiveness of joint logistics business together with creation of new market by inter-enterprise cooperation based on integration of basic logistics business.

The Customer Satisfaction Index Model: An Empirical Study of the Private Healthcare Sector in Malaysia

  • The main purpose of this study was to gauge the patient satisfaction index and subsequently discuss the Importance-Performance (IP) matrix analysis of the inpatient services in the context of the private hospital setting. The Malaysian Customer Satisfaction Index Model was employed as the theoretical framework for the above purposes. This study involving 242 patients in Malaysian's private healthcare sector used a Web-based survey as the main method of data collection. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized for data analysis. Using Fornell et al. (1996)'s formula, the resulting patient satisfaction index was slightly lower than the "very satisfied" category, the target level required for positioning as one of the world's premier medical tourism players. The IP matrix showed that medical quality is the main competitive advantage of the private hospitals that can propel their growth in the global healthcare marketplace. The results also indicate that outcome quality, patient rights, and privacy, and service quality are the three quality domains that need to be prioritized for further improvement. On the other hand, the servicescape quality domain needs to be strategized as the unique selling proposition as the performance of the private hospitals in this regard is already extremely good.

  • This research intends to propose the methodology for analyzing the current trends of agriculture, which directly connects to the survival of the nation, and through this methodology, identify the agricultural trend of Korea. Based on the relationship between three types of data - policy reports, academic articles, and news articles - the research deducts the major issues stored by each data through LDA, the representative topic modeling method. By comparing and analyzing the LDA results deducted from each data source, this study intends to identify the implications regarding the current agricultural trends of Korea. This methodology can be utilized in analyzing industrial trends other than agricultural ones. To go on further, it can also be used as a basic resource for contemplation on potential areas in the future through insight on the current situation. database of the profitability of a total of 180 crop types by analyzing Rural Development Administration's survey of agricultural products income of 115 crop types, small land profitability index survey of 53 crop types, and Statistics Korea's survey of production costs of 12 crop types. Furthermore, this research presents the result and developmental process of a web-based crop introduction decision support system that provides overseas cases of new crop introduction support programs, as well as databases of outstanding business success cases of each crop type researched by agricultural institutions.

연근해어업의 지역별 경쟁력 지수 및 유형 (Competitiveness Index and Type of Offershore and Inshore Fishery by Region)

  • The purpose of this study is to construct a regional-sector-fishery-offshore and inshore fishery competitiveness index, examine the types and changes of competitiveness, and derive implications by processing data of the Survey on the Current Status of Offshore and Inshore Fishery from 2013 to 2020 for this study. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, considering the competitiveness of offshore and inshore fishery by region and year, Jeonnam, Jeju, and Incheon were relatively competitive. Second, considering the competitiveness of inshore fishery by region and year, we found that Jeonnam, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, and Jeju were relatively competitive. Third, looking at the types of competitiveness based on the competitiveness index in the management sector of offshore and inshore fisheries by region and year, Ulsan, Jeonnam, and Gyeongbuk were relatively competitive between 2014 and 2020. Fourth, Jeonnam and Jeju were relatively competitive between 2014 and 2020 based on the competitiveness index in the fishing sector of offshore and inshore fisheries by region and year. Fifth, we found that Jeonnam, Jeju, and Chungnam were relatively strong in the competitiveness of offshore and inshore fishery, combining the offshore and inshore fishery indexes by region and year. The results of this study have some limitation on outlier treatment, grade assignment, and weight for aggregation, so research considering these needs to be done in the future. In conclusion, the results of this study which were derived objectively and scientifically in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, when evidence-based decision-making was becoming critical, are expected to help the central or local governments determine the priority of support projects or investments.

서비스 산업에서 전경련 BSI지수는 주식시장을 예측할 수 있는가? (Does the Business Survey Index of the Federation of Korean Industries at the Service Industry Lead the domestic stock market ?)

  • 본 논문은 1998년 1월부터 2015년 9월까지 한국은행이 경제통계시스템에서 발표한 월별 KOSPI지수와 전국경제인연합회에서 발표한 기업경기실사지수(BSI) 전망치 213개 표본을 각각 사용하여 서비스 산업에서 전경련 BSI지수가 주가지수에 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 분석하는데 있다. 통계분석은 분석대상 지수에 대한 수준변수와 차분변수에 대하여 각각 기초통계량과 단위근 검정, 공적분 검정과 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고, 차분변수인 수익률자료를 가지고 VAR모형을 이용한 그랜저 인과관계분석, 충격반응함수분석과 분산분해분석을 각각 실시하였다. 분석결과 서비스 산업에서 기업경기실사지수는 KOSPI지수에 대한 예측력은 없으나, KOSPI지수는 선행지수의 특성을 지지하여 서비스 산업에서 기업경기실사지수에 대한 예측력이 있어 영향을 미치는 것으로 추론할 수 있다. 이는 선행연구 결과와는 상반된 결과이며, 지수가 가지고 있는 고유한 특성이라 사료된다. 따라서 이와 같은 분석결과는 경기지수를 담당하고 있는 한국은행뿐만 아니라 기업경기실사지수를 발표하고 있는 전경련을 포함한 지수발표기관들에게 유익한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 아울러 주식시장에 참여하고 있는 국내 기관투자자와 일반투자자들에게 주식투자 시 매매시점을 파악하는데 의미 있는 정보를 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문은 향후 다른 기관에서 발표하고 있는 기업경기실사지수와 다양한 거시경제지수 및 금융지수와의 상호연관성을 다각적으로 분석하고자 하는 후속연구 발전에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

PCSI Index를 이용한 교육서비스품질 요인 개선 방안에 관한 연구 : K-항공사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Improvement of Airline Educational Service Quality Factors using PCSI Index : Focusing on K-airline)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to measure the Airline Educational Service Quality and to find ways to improve the priority factors that need improvement. Methods: The 267 collected data from the survey of K-airline calculate the Potential Customer Service Improvement Index based on the Kano Model, Timko Customer Satisfaction Index and conduct Focus Group Interview. Results: The satisfaction of Airline Educational Service Quality can be improved if instructor operations are intensively managed considering field experience and contents that can be applied in the field. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information about Airline Educational Service Quality and can be applied to map out strategies to improve the satisfaction of the Airline Educational Service.

PSR 모델을 적용한 근로환경조사 지표 개발 (A Study on Health-related PSR Model using Korean Working Conditions Survey Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 업종에 따른 다양한 근로환경 요인들을 파악하고 관련 분야의 산업안전보건 정책을 판단할 수 있도록 근로환경조사 기초자료를 분석하여 사회요인을 고려한 지수 및 지표 개발을 목표로 하였다. 지표개발을 위해 OECD에서 제시하는 지표개발 가이드라인과 해외의 지표개발 사례들을 벤치마킹하여 수행되었다. OECD의 압력-상태-대응 모형을 벤치마킹하여 건강과 관련 있는 지표들을 제시하였다. 근로환경조사의 압력-상태 건강관련 지표는 압력은 물리적 위험환경, 노동시간, 업무환경, 사회 환경으로 구성되었고, 이에 따른 상태 항목은 건강관련 항목으로 정신건강, 신체건강, 건강문제로 인한 결근, 업무 만족으로 구성되었다. 그 결과 임금근로자, 상용근로자, 관리자, 사무종사자, 전문가 및 관련 종사자, 50세 미만 근로자의 압력-상태 지표가 상대적으로 양호하였다. 반대로, 50세 이상, 자영업자, 일용 직, 농림어업 숙련직, 단순노무, 장치 기계 조립 근로자의 압력-상태 지표가 상대적으로 취약한 것으로 나타났다.

온라인 패션광고의 지속가능발전 지표 평가 연구 (A Study on the Assessment of the Index for Sustainable Development of On-line Fashion Advertising)

  • The purpose of this research was to evaluate the possibility of sustainable development of online advertisements conducted by fashion companies. Factors composed of sustainable development indexes of online advertisement that had been developed in previous studies were identified, and then the relevance between purchase intention and advertisement experience was evaluated. An online survey of 573 persons in the 20 to 40 age range who own mobile phone and have experienced online advertisements of a fashion brand or a fashion company was conducted. The data collected from the survey and the results are as follows. First, the validity and reliability from confirmatory factor analysis of six factors (namely, personal information protection, web use infringement, advertisement expression harmfulness, advertisement expression objectivity, emotional responsibility, and environment-friendly) and 21 questions was confirmed. Second, it confirmed that consumers gave low points to the evaluation of sustainable development indexes of online advertisement of fashion companies. In particular, that consumers gave low points with regard to both environmental friendliness and web use infringement. Third, it was identified that personal indexes such as personal information protection, web use infringement, and indexes relating to advertisement expressions do not directly influence the consumer's purchase intention. However, social indexes like emotional responsibility and environmental friendliness do have an influence on the consumer's positive action intention.

해외건설 진출기업을 위한 기업경기실사지수 평가모델 개발 (Development of the Business Survey Index Evaluation Model for Overseas Construction Companies)

  • 국내 건설기업은 해외건설 경기 체감지수를 통한 해외건설 전망자료가 없어 해외진출 전략 수립에 어려움이 있다. 또한, 최근 10년간 해외건설수주의 변동 폭은 매우 크고, 대기업과 중소기업이 적극적으로 해외진출을 하고 있기 때문에, 이에 본 연구에서는 해외건설기업의 경기체감을 파악할 수 있는 해외건설경기 체감지수 평가모델을 개발하였다. 해외건설은 2021년에 코로나-19, 저유가 등 여러 어려움 속에서도 지역 다변화 등 건설업체의 진출전략 강화 노력과 정부의 수주지원 등으로 전년대비 87% 수준인 306억 달러를 달성하였다. 이러한 해외건설의 경기는 국제 환경변화에 변동 폭이 매우 크기 때문에 해외건설기업의 경기 체감지수를 조사 및 분석하여 제공할 필요가 있다. 특히 중소규모의 건설업체와 엔지니어링업체의 해외진출이 증가함에도 불구하고, 해외건설경기 체감지수에 대한 정보제공이 미흡하여, 해외건설 진출전략을 수립하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해외건설기업의 경기체감을 파악할 수 있는 해외건설경기 체감지수 모델을 개발하고, 해외건설 전망을 제공하여, 해외건설 전략 및 정책수립에 활용하고자 한다.

해운선사 안전관리 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구(2) : 안전경영 지표 평가항목 개발 (A Study on the Development of Evaluation Index for Safety Management Level of Shipping Company(2) : Development of Evaluation Items for Safety Management Index)

  • 본 연구는 '해운선사 안전관리 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구'의 후속연구로서 선행연구에서 도출한 '안전관리 평가지표'의 '안전가점' 지수에 해당하는 안전경영 지표의 평가항목을 개발하고, 적정성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 해상화물운송사업장에서 일하는 안전관리 담당자를 대상으로 의견을 수렴하여 안전경영 지표별 11개의 평가항목을 개발하였다. 식별된 11개 평가항목에 대한 적정성 검토를 위해 설문조사를 실시하고, 사업형태별(내항해상화물운송, 외항해상화물운송), 사업규모별(보유선박수)로 응답자의 적정성 인식의 차이를 통계적 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 평가항목에 대한 적정성 인식의 차이는 사업형태와는 무관하였다. 그러나 사업규모에 따라서는 소(小) 중(中) 대(大) 3개의 그룹 간 평가항목의 적정성에 인식의 차이가 존재했다. 따라서 향후 안전경영 지표를 활용하여 선사를 평가할 경우, 사업형태별로 동일하게 평가하되 사업규모별로는 보유선박수에 따라 그룹화하여 평가하는 것이 타당하다는 결론을 얻었다.
