This paper describes our design of a contents distribution framework that supports transparent distribution of digital contents on the Internet as well as copyright protection of participants in the contents distribution value chain. Copyright protection must ensure that participants in the distribution channel get the royalties due to them and that purchasers use the contents according to usage rules. It must also prevent illegal draining of digital contents. To design a contents distribution framework satisfying the above requirements, we first present four digital contents distribution models. On the basis of the suggested distribution models, we designed a contract system for distribution of royalties among participants in the contents distribution channel, a license mechanism for enforcement of contents usage to purchasers, and both a packaging mechanism and a secure client system for prevention of illegal draining of digital contents.

Add-on selling can provide new chances to increase sellers' profits and meet customers' needs. Although prior studies have advocated add-on selling for its business value, there is an argument that add-on selling can cause customer repulsion. Therefore, we need to understand customer purchasing pattern related to add-on selling in order to promote it and to mitigate the customer repulsion. To that end, we applied data mining techniques to the 24,925 transactions of data from an online open market in Korea. We then conducted feature selection to investigate the most influential factors that can explain the characteristics of add-on selling transactions using a classification model. We also identified association rules among add-on selling and promotions. Finally, based on the findings in our experiments, we proposed add-on selling strategies for the target online market.

This study is investigated the formative characteristics of Rap Music and Hiphop fashion, and I try to comprehend about the fashion mind and fashion culture of teenager 1. Teenager's Hiphop Fashion is subcultures, the fashion culture of teenager reflects their unique identity. 2. The formative characters of Rap Music and Hiphop Fashion are the incompatibility ignored their body size and the popularity caused street fashion imitation, the unbalance ignored a principle of fashion design. 3. Hiphop Fashion is consist of jump-style jacket, hood -shirt, stripe T-shirt and drum pants, baggy pants, snowboard pants and so on. 4. The characters of Hiphop Fashion is the breaking of rule and the destruction. 5. They select something which they like, even though the price is high, so they is tendency to editing coordinate 6. Fashion business for teenager, it needs an ideal conversion not for 'company' but for 'individual' As this results, fashion culture of teenager came out to the surface of water, because of Hiphop Fashion.

Today's database system needs to collect huge amount of questionnaire that results from development of the information technology by the internet, so it has to be administrable. However, there are many difficulties concerned with finding analytic data or useful information in the high capacity-database. Data mining can solve these problems and utilize the database. Questionnaire analysis that uses data mining has drawn relevant patterns that did not look or was tended to overlook before. These patterns can be applied by a new business rule. The purpose of this research is to analyze the questionnaire results and to present the result that can help to make decision easily with data mining. Recognition and analysis about these techniques of data mining show suitable type of questionnaire survey. This research focus on the form of present composition and the model of suitable questionnaire to analyze the type of it. Also, the comparison between the actual questionnaire result and the conventional statistical analysis is examined.

인터넷의 급속한 보급과 정보통신기술의 발달은 전자상거래의 확산을 가져왔고, 그 결과로 전통적인 상거래와 조세행정에 커다란 변화를 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 발전 현황과 전자상거래 기술이 갖는 조세행정적 특성과 우리나라 부가가치세제의 구조를 살펴보았다. 특히 소비지국 과세원칙과 재화와 서비스 구분의 한계 세수 유출 문제들에 대하여 선진국들의 대응방안을 살펴보고 이를 토대로 우리나라의 대응방안을 제시하였다.

This paper considers a scheduling problem for a hybrid flowshop with dynamic order arrival. A hybrid flowshop is an extended form of a flowshop, which has serial stages like a flowshop but there can be more than one machine at each stage. In this paper, we propose a new method for the problem of scheduling with the objective of minimizing mean tardiness of orders which arrive at the shop dynamically. The proposed method is based on the list scheduling approach, however we use a more sophisticated method to prioritize lots unlike dispatching rule-based methods. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, a simulation model of a hybrid flowshop-type production system is constructed. We implement well-known dispatching rules and the proposed methods in the simulation model. From a series of simulation tests, we show that the proposed methods perform better than other methods.

Recently the importance of website becomes confident in realizing the long distance education (teleeducation) as web. The purpose of this research is evaluating the websites of cyber university and analyzes web usability and web accessibility and analyzes to suggest the good quality content and several personalized service. Also we tried to improve website quality and contribute the reliability of the long distance education with all these. For these we applied the of professor Hyung Nam Moon's SM-ABCDE website evaluation model and developed the check list suitable for cyber university and evaluated websites in the five views of Attraction, Business, Content, Design, Engineering. Totally Kyunghee Cyber University, Busan Digital University, Hanyang Cyber University is selected best in sequence. But every website doesn't keep the basic observation rule of the web accessibility.

The goal of the multi-reservoir operation planning is to provide an optimal release plan that maximize the reservoir storage and hydropower generation while minimizing the spillages. However, the reservoir operation is difficult due to the uncertainty associated with inflows. In order to consider the uncertain inflows in the reservoir operating problem, we present a Stochastic Dynamic Programming (SDP) model based on the markov decision process (MDP). The objective of the model is to maximize the expected value of the system performance that is the weighted sum of all expected objective values. With the SDP model, multi-reservoir operating rule can be derived, and it also generates the steady state probabilities of reservoir storage and inflow as output. We applied the model to the Geum-river basin in Korea and could generate a multi-reservoir monthly operating plan that can consider the uncertainty of inflow.

In this paper, we develop a co-design methodology of stochastic optimal controllers and network parameters that optimizes the overall quality of control (QoC) in networked control systems (NCSs). A new dynamic model for NCSs is provided. The relationship between the system stability and performance and the sampling frequency is investigated, and the analysis of co-design of control and network parameters is presented to determine the working range of the sampling frequency in an NCS. This optimal sampling frequency range is derived based on the system dynamics and the network characteristics such as data rate, time-delay upper bound, data-packet size, and device processing time. With the optimal sampling frequency, stochastic optimal controllers are designed to improve the overall QoC in an NCS. This co-design methodology is a useful rule of thumb to choose the network and control parameters for NCS implementation. The feasibility and effectiveness of this co-design methodology is verified experimentally by our NCS test bed, a ball magnetic-levitation (maglev) system.

The purpose of the study is to establish the nurses engaged in blood donation business right cognition and supply base data to make out proper directed blood donation rule through investigation of actual condition and general issue related to directed blood donation. In this study I searched for related reference and computed the directed blood donors in seoul national university hospital blood bank. The directed blood donation in Korea have been increased for supplying fresh whole blood and plateletpheresis donor blood. The most blood donation in the blood bank belong to hospital are directed blood donation. The benefits of directed blood donation are enlargement blood donor, easy insurance a demand type of blood. But that program also give rise to recipient severe burden, additional cost and confused blood donation system. First of all for lessening the burden of the recipient and the directed blood donor, blood donation site, time, cost and procedure must be repared by proper rules. An alternative plans for the directed blood donation are autologous blood program and donor registration system.
