본 논문은 최근 관심이 증대되고 있는 '정보기술 아키텍처'를 국가차원의 전자상거래 아키텍처 프레임워크 설정에 적용해 본 것이다. 저자는 기존 정보기술 아키텍처 프레임워크 즉,자크만 프레임워크, C4ISR 아키텍처 프레임워크, 미국 연방정부 아키텍처 프레임워크 등을 확장한 VMT 프레임워크를 제시 하였다. VMT는 전자상거래를 3개의 축, 즉 관점(기획/계획, 시스템 분석, 설계, 구현 등), 대상(데이터, 기능, 네트워크, 행위자, 사건, 망침) 기간(단기, 중기, 장기)에 따라 정의할 수 있는 개념적 틀로서 전자상거래 관련 이해 당사자들은 이를 통해 전자상거래에 대해 보다 포괄적인 이해와 접근을 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Nowadays, Under the current system of fisheries laws, fishery division and marine division are unified into one marine-fishery related law system indiscriminately. So they are not divided by nature. Moreover, terminology of fishery Law has been used by now in inappropriate conditions from Japanese 1951 fishery law systemct. Because fisheries administrative reorganization is also in parallel with the same logic as above, the reorganization of the legal system should be made. Finally, when the above mentioned problems is clearly defined and improvement is actually performed, more efficient management will be achieved through the beneficiary of more simple legal services. And so fisheries managers will be able to contribute to the development of the industries through more efficient management. While the existing framework of laws and regulations currently being enacted or established should be kept as much as possible, in order to ensure better control of fisheries resources and ensure sustainable development of related industries. Under various existing laws including the Fisheries Act, the Enforcement Regulations/enforcement rules, notice, instruction, established rule, the recognition of problems and improvements on the overall delegate legislative framework will be needed.

This paper considers automated storage and retrieval systems with double shuttle. We developed the expected travel time model based on the first come first served rule. An heuristic procedure by retrieval order sequencing was presented which aimed to improve the operation efficiency laking advantage of ＂No cost zone＂. Through sensitivity study, we evaluated the performance of the double shuttle system working on the four command cycle.

In this paper, it will be assumed that there are two distinct populations which are multivariate normal with equal covariance matrix. We also assume that the two populations are equally likely and the costs of misclassification are equal. The classification rule depends on the situation when the training samples include missing values or not. We consider the bootstrap confidence intervals for classification error rate when a block of observation is missing.

비즈니스 규칙은 비즈니스의 어떤 모습을 정의하거나 제한사항을 나타내는 문장으로 비즈니스 정책과 로직을 기술한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 규칙과 비즈니스 규칙 시스템을 분석하고, 분석한 내용을 기반으로 비즈니스 규칙 표현과 시스템에서의 요구조건과 고려사항을 제시하며, 새로운 비즈니스 규칙 시스템을 설계한다. 또한 비즈니스 규칙 시스템을 위한 기본 모형인 비즈니스 규칙 객체 모델을 제안한다.

Logistics network management has become one of the most important sources of competitive advantage regarding logistics cost and customer service in numerous business segments. Logistics network simulation is a powerful analysis method for designing and planning the logistics network optimally in an integrated way. This paper introduces a logistics network simulator, LONSIM, developed by author. LONSIM deploys a mix of simulation and optimization functions to model and analysis logistics network issues such as facility location, inventory policy, manufacturing policy, transportation mode, warehouse assignment, supplier assignment, order processing priority rule, and vehicle routes. LONSIM is built with AweSim 2.1 and Visual Basic 6.0, and executed in windows environment.

DRM(Digital Right Management)은 다양한 채널을 통해 유통되는 디지털 콘텐츠를 불법 사용으로부터 보호하고, 컨텐츠 소유자가 정한 사용 규칙이 지속적(persistent)으로 관리 되도록 하는 기술이다. DRM 서비스의 각 기능을 컴포넌트화 시켜서 재사용성을 강화시키고, 기존 DRM 시스템의 서비스의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 선(Sun)의 엔터프라이즈자바빈(Enterprise JavaBeans, EJB) 어플리케이션 프레인 워크 상에서 DRM을 구현하였다. DRM 시스템의 가동에 있어서 비즈니스 룰의 충돌은 DRM시스템 작동 여부를 결정할 만큼 중요한 문제이다. 룰 자체가 자연어로 기술되고 언젠가는 모순을 유발할 가능성이 높기 때문에 먼저 명확한 논리식으로 표현하고 LEGO라는 정형 기법 도구를 통해 검증하도록 한다.

데이터에 의거하여 프로그램을 처리하는 시스템은 흔히 구현 코드 속에 비즈니스 규칙이 포함되어 있어 규칙 변화 시에 신속한 대응을 하기 어려운 문제점을 안고 있다. 또한 매우 기술적인 언어로 표현되기 때문에 비즈니스 규칙을 관리하는 담당자가 접근 불가능하여 결과적으로 시스템의 유지보수 비용을 증가시키는 요인이 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전형적인 소프트웨어 개발 시스템에서 비즈니스 규칙을 관리하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
