Innovation Cosystems are Conceptualized as Organizational Networks of Economic Actors, Technologies and Social Contexts that Interact for Knowledge Production, use, and Adaptation. This Paper Proposed a Conceptual Framework to Describe Value Co-creation of Organizational Networks Engaged in Technology Innovation. We Adopted Theory-Based Approach by Integrating the Perspective of Service-Dominant (S-D) Logic Into the Evolutionary Model of the Triple Helix. The Framework Gives a Plausible Explanation on how Actors Collaborate to Create Value in Dynamic Contexts of an Innovation Ecosystem. The Innovation Ecosystem can be Considered as a Composite of Sub-Ecosystems, Including Knowledge, Sectoral, and Business Ecosystems. When these Sub-Ecosystems are Recursively Transformed by Coordination of Functional Mechanisms that Serve Value Co-creation in the Innovation Process, the Innovation Ecosystem will be Re-Organized and Evolve. The case of the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) was Examined to Demonstrate the Fundamental Mechanisms for Value Co-creation that was Described in the Framework. The case Study Indicates Features of Value Co-creation when Implementing Innovation in Organizational Networks.

The objective of this study was to see how artificial intelligence applications affected organizational innovation in Jordanian commercial banks. Both independent and dependent variables were measured in three dimensions: expert systems, neural network systems, and fuzzy logic systems for artificial intelligence applications variable. Product innovation, process innovation, and management innovation for the organizational innovation variable. To achieve study objectives, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of one hundred fifty-three managers in Jordanian commercial banks, who were selected according to the simple random sampling method. Except for the neural network systems dimension, which comes in at an average level, the study indicated that there is a high level of organizational innovation and artificial intelligence applications. Furthermore, the findings revealed that artificial intelligence applications have a significant impact on organizational innovation in Jordanian commercial banks, with the most important artificial intelligence application being a fuzzy logic system. The study suggested keeping track of technological advancements in the field of artificial intelligence applications and incorporating them into banking operations by benchmarking with the best commercial bank practices and allocating a portion of the budget to technological applications and infrastructure development, as well as balancing between technology use and information security risks to ensure client privacy is protected.
I. Introduction: In management control, business analysis has to do with a performance evaluation and is accounted much of manager's decision making, Business indicator accounting is the vehicle of decision making and also feedback can be accomplished by it. This study is to build up a logic about what capacity for use the business indicator accounting has in making decision. Therefore it is significant to make clear the adjustment of decision and to study the function of business indicator. II. Adjustment of Decision and Accounting Work: Adjustment of decision is connected with accounting now that business indicator accounting has a function of decision making. And it should be tied up with specialization as a structure of system, organization, communication and stage system. III. Adjustment of Decision and Managerial Accounting: Managerial account makes a great contributin to the management in which each adjustment of decision should be accomplished. Let me make mention of how the adjustment of decision is accomplished concretely, and what contribution che managerial accounting makes. In an adjustment of decision, centralization and decentrialization of enterprise are very import and I think the three problems, such as the extent of sphere (procurement, production and maketing), the face of affairs (planning, implementing and controlling), the final surge (decision making and action) can be accomplished by the business indicator accounting. IV. Structure of System and Disciplinary Approach for Decision: Decision can be classified into syncronized decision and continuous decision, and is closely connected with centralization and decentralization. In the course of systematizing, the sort of decision is classified into a man in charge of decision, and object of decision, conditions of decision, and an adjusting of decision. For it's object, it has an analogical thinking and an analytic subdivision about the target area. And it is premised on getting a scientific understanding. I think a disciplinary approach remains in solving these intricate problems. V. Conclusion: In this study I dealt with a specialization as a structure in management system and a theory that adjustment is a necessary process in decision making. For an adjustment of decision, exchanging informations and communication are necessary, and accounting is in charge of the process. And then the centralization and decentralization of decision should be connected in the way of adjustment of decision. In case of decentralization, the adjustment of decision is accomplished by the exchanging informations through feedback, and in case of centralization, by the all-round planning. And also I found that syncronized decision and decentralized decision are linked together. It is natural that the function of business indicator accounting is called for to render more services for it. Therefore, according to the extent of centralization and decentralization accounting to adjust the decision, can be various. Consequently, in relation to the structure of system. I think it is necessary to make a theoretical and empirical study of the business indicator accounting.

The naval combat system is gradually evolving, actively accepting technological advances. The domain components of the naval combat system must also be adapted to the gradual evolution of the naval battle system. In other words, domain components should be easy to change. However, existing domain components do not fully consider changeability. In particular, when receiving more messages than planned from the middleware, it does not consider a way to process them in a timely manner. We propose a domain component reference architecture for timely processing of increased messages. The proposed architecture separates domain components so that business logic can operate independently, and sets up multiple business logic to operate simultaneously to handle increased messages. The track management domain component is designed using the proposed reference architecture to confirm the applicability.
Even though context is the most important feature in context-aware systems, the existing requirements engineering cannot support methodology for elicitation and specification of contexts. In this paper, we propose a requirements elicitation method and a requirements specification method for context-aware systems. Our requirements elicitation method is a 6-stepped, incremental, and iterative process. At the beginning steps in the process, we identify the requirements for business logic. Afterwards, we gather the requirements for context logic, model contexts, and identify subsystems. For requirements specification, we suggest a context-aware use case diagram, a context diagram for context modeling, and a context-type-use-case-dependency diagram for the traceability of use cases on the change of context types. We also introduce a case study that we apply our approaches to a real system, and a qualitative evaluation of our approaches. Our study will help stakeholders to efficiently elicit requirements for context-aware systems and to specify them clearly.
Software(S/W) reengineering is one of the effective technologies to produce a business worth and en and the S/W ROI continuously. In spite of, S/W reengineering has been recognized a cost-consumptive works with inefficient productivity. In fact we have used to transform to confusion system with destructive system architecture by extending and updating legacy system in a temporary expedients. Moreover it is impossible to provide the time-market products for coping with rapid changeable system environment and meeting to complicated customer's requirements. Therefore, we need a systematic reengineering methodology to fulfill the changeable environment, as appearance of new IT techniques, various alteration of business information model, and increment of business logic. Legacy systems can be utilized as the core property in business organization through reengineering methodology. In this paper, we target to establish the reengineering process, proposed MaRMI-RE consisting of initial Planning phase, reverse engineering and component transformation phase. To describe the MaRMI-RE, we presented the concrete tasks and techniques and artifacts per individual phase in process, and the case study is showed briefly.

We propose an indexing technique and an index selection algorithm for optimal OLAP query processing in object database systems, Although there are many research results on the relational database systems for OLAP Query processing, few researches have been done on the object database systems. Since OLAP queries represent complex business logic on a huge data ware-house, object database systems supporting the OLAP queries should have higher performance. Proposed bitmap index structure is an extension of conventional bitmap indexes for adapting object databases and provides higher performance with lower space overhead. We also propose a linear time solution of the index selection problem that will be used in the OLAP query optimization process.

Since the election of governors and mayors by vote, many local governments in Korea establish long-range plans for their regional development. The major purposes of the plans are to set up development path for their communities and to devise economic development strategies. But most of the plans established thus formulated by the same method utilized in centralized political regime. This method is considered no longer appropriate to devise the long-range development plans for local government especially in the era of globalization and localization, where local governments behave independently, where local governments behave independently competition. We suggest an alternative way to establish such plans, based on the method employed in business sector. The plans, formulated in this way, are called strategy oriented long-range development plans. The underlying logic for the plans is non-linear one. The plans are issue oriented and focus more on process than outcome. Given that these features are properly incorporated in the plans, we expect that the strategy oriented long-range development plans can be genuine guidelines for local economic development in the years to come.
The study analyzed the effectiveness of a technology transfer and commercialization support program to Korean technology transfer offices and firms. The study created a logic model to design a questionnaire to analyze how the support program, directly and indirectly, affected the technology transfer offices and the firms' performances. The study found that technology transfer offices are focused not only on potential firms' excavation activity to process the technology transfer but also on providing strategic support to provide practical assistance to the firms' needs. Not only has the number of technology transfer cases increased during the two-year program duration, but other activities, such as technical guidance and various strategic consulting for commercialization of the transferred technology, have also appeared to have increased considerably. Support program has helped strengthen the firms' internal capabilities, expand new market capabilities, and increase the firms' indirect performances.
Purpose - There have been numerous studies investigating the effects of corporate social responsibility initiatives on corporate associations or corporate images. In line of this research stream, current research examined the potential impact of customer participation in the process of corporate social responsibility initiatives on attitude toward the company. This research differentiates from previous studies that it is the first to connect corporate social responsibility and customer participation. Specifically, we suggest a structural model on corporate associations which was classified into corporate ability associations and corporate social responsibility associations that the more the customers participate in initiating corporate social responsibility, corporate associations were formed more positively. And this leads to the increase of revisit intentions through customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - To test our research model, we collected data of real consumers of a large discount store in Korea. At the large discount store, customers were given an opportunity to participate the discount store's CSR activity program. We performed field survey and collected data of 146 respondents. We analyzed the data using PASW statistics 21.0 and AMOS 16.0 in order to test our structural model. Results - The results showed that consumers who participated more in initiating corporate social responsibility revealed higher score for corporate ability associations and corporate social responsibility associations. These corporate associations had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, which leads to higher attitude toward revisit intentions. Specifically, hypothesis 1.1 "As Customer participation in CSR process increases, the evaluation of CA associations will be positive,"was supported. Hypothesis 1.2 "As Customer participation in CSR process increases, the evaluation of CSR associations will be positive," was supported. Hypothesis 2.1 "As the evaluation of CA associations is positive, satisfaction with the firm will increase," was supported. Hypothesis 2.1 "As the evaluation of CSR associations is positive, satisfaction with the firm will increase," was supported. Hypothesis 3 "As satisfaction with the firm increases, revisit intentions with the firm will increase," was supported. Conclusions - This research is the first to study the relationship between customer participation in CSR process, CSR, and consumer reactions. This research also contributes to customer participation and corporate social responsibility literature by suggesting customer participation as an antecedent and empirically demonstrating the positive relationships between the constructs. The findings of this research may offer managerial implications for marketing practitioners. When performing corporate social initiatives, it is better to let the customer participate in the process which leads to higher corporate ability associations and corporate social responsibility associations, also higher satisfaction and revisit intentions. Our results provide useful information to practioners that spontaneous participation of consumers makes CSR initiatives effective and successful. Limitations and ideas for further research remain in this research. For example, our focus on the logic was cognitive evaluations(e.g. corporate associations) but affective dimensions might be considered since recent researches are investigating the relationship between customer participation and affective reaction as a response. Despite the limitations, this research have unique and applicable implications for academics and practitioners.
