Telecare, one of the e-healthcare services with lCT, is a promising technology which aims to monitor the state of patients and then provide the medical services appropriately in remote sites. Virtual telecare team based on the concept of virtual collaborative teams which consist of a patient, a doctor, and a telecare team, operates on a temporary basis in need. Reputation, which means the degree of a patient's belief to a doctor in consideration, is the most important factor to make the virtual telecare team trustable. In this paper, we propose the fuzzy reputation model of a virtual telecare team, which is a reputation-based trust model based on fuzzy set theory. An illustrative example is also given in order to show the applicability of the model to the concept of a virtual telecare team.

비즈니스 모델 혁신이란 비즈니스 모델을 구성하는 여러 가지 요소를 다각도에서 변형시켜 차별화되는 가치를 창출해내는 것으로 기업의 외부 환경이나 내부 환경 중 어느 한 쪽에 집중하기 보다는 내부의 자원과 역량, 그리고 외부 환경이 만나는 곳에서 최적의 선택을 하는 것이다. 그러나 비즈니스 모델 혁신에 대한 명확한 정의가 없고, 핵심 비즈니스 모델을 잘 활용하지 못하는 관계로 기업이 비즈니스 모델 혁신을 통해 성장한다는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 모델 혁신에 대한 정의를 체계적으로 정리하고, 비즈니스 모델 혁신이 필요한 시기가 언제인지, 어떠한 유형의 비즈니스 모델 혁신이 있는지를 몇 가지 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 기업의 가치 제안, 가치사슬과 가치네트워크를 통한 가치 창출과 수익모델의 혁신 사례를 통해 비즈니스 모델 혁신이라는 다소 추상적인 개념을 좀 더 친숙하게 접근하였다. 마지막으로, 이미 성공한 기업 역시 비즈니스모델 혁신과 적응우위 강화로 급변하는 시장 환경에서 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있음을 사례분석을 통해 입증하였다.

본 논문은 지식경제시대의 생산소비자개념으로 프로슈머관점에서 본 단독주택의 건축비즈니스모델 캔버스 적용에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해서 첫째, 최신 주택시장의 실태를 조사하여 단독주택건축의 특성을 공동주택과 비교하였고, 둘째, 고객에서 생산소비자인 프로슈머의 관점으로 전환하여 단독주택 건축비즈니스 문제점을 도출한 후 셋째, 기존 단독주택건축 비즈니스프로세스의 문제점을 개선하는 방안으로 경영디자인기반의 건축 비즈니스모델 캔버스를 통한 건축비즈니스모델의 새로운 방안을 도출하였다.

In this paper, we propose an efficient internet-based logistics brokerage concept which can overcome the weakness of the traditional off-line method to intermediate between vehicle owners and shippers for matching empty vehicles and freights. For defining a business model based on the new concept and implementing an information system, it is necessary to analyze the business process for the internet-based logistics brokerage using a modeling methodology. In this paper, we analyze the logistics brokerage process using the UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology (UMM) being utilized as a standard modeling methodology in the area of electronic commerce. After analyzing the business process, we can expect that the UMM can be used as a useful tool for modeling the business process of electronic commerce in which the description of the collaborative work is very important.

The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders' requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

Since the Internet has been widespread all over the world, it has been getting more popular. Almost every bank that runs offline business has its own Web site to provide online banking service. In this study, we developed a research model based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). We added the concepts of trust and cost to evaluate our model because trust is a major concept in adopting online service, and cost is one of the main strategies to attract customers to use online banking service. To see the validation of the model, we used partial least squares (PLS). A survey was done to gather data. The result was drawn from the model test, and we discuss it and conclude the study.

텍스트마이닝 연구의 기본적인 난제는 기존 텍스트 표현모델이 자연어 문장으로 기술된 텍스트 데이터로부터 의미 또는 개념 정보를 표현하지 않는데 기인한다. 기존 텍스트 표현모델인 벡터공간 모델(vector space model), 불리언 모델(Boolean model), 통계 모델(statistical model), 텐서공간 모델(tensor space model) 등은 'Bag-of-Words' 방식에 바탕을 두고 있다. 이러한 텍스트 모델들은 텍스트에 포함된 단어와 그것의 출현 횟수만으로 텍스트를 표현하므로, 단어의 함축 의미, 단어의 순서 및 텍스트의 구조를 전혀 표현하지 못한다. 대부분의 텍스트 마이닝 기술은 대상 문서를 'Bag-of-Words' 방식의 텍스트 모델로 표현함을 전제로 하여 발전하여 왔다. 하지만 오늘날 빅데이터 시대를 맞이하여 방대한 규모의 텍스트 데이터를 보다 정밀하게 분석할 수 있는 새로운 패러다임의 표현모델을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 텍스트 표현모델은 개념공간을 문서 및 단어와 동등한 매핑 공간으로 상정하여, 그 세 가지 공간에 대한 연관 관계를 모두 표현한다. 개념공간의 구성을 위해서 위키피디어 데이터를 활용하며, 하나의 개념은 하나의 위키피디어 페이지로부터 정의된다. 결과적으로 주어진 텍스트 문서집합을 의미적으로 해석이 가능한 3차 텐서(3-order tensor)로 표현하게 되며, 따라서 제안 모델을 텍스트 큐보이드 모델이라 명명한다. 20Newsgroup 문서집합을 사용하여 문서 및 개념 수준의 클러스터링 정확도를 평가함으로써, 제안 모델이 'Bag-of-Word' 방식의 대표적 모델인 벡터공간 모델에 비해 우수함을 보인다.

Rapid growth of the higher education role in ensuring the socio-economic and innovative development of the national economy in the context of the development of the information society and the knowledge economy is observed. Achieving positive synergistic effects of the higher education development requires proper funding for university education and research. The existing funding models for national higher education systems in a number of developing countries need modernization in accordance with the modern challenges of economic and innovative development. The purpose of the article is to formulate theoretical - methodological and applied foundations for the development and implementation of the integrated model of the higher education financing under the Quadruple Helix concept. At the center of the developed model are the areas of interaction identified by the authors, namely: Personnel, Science, Management, Innovation, Social area. This made it possible to specify the interests of all stakeholders and orient the activities of higher education institutions to the satisfaction of these interests. Effective implementation of the integrated Model of the higher education financing requires increasing the level of investment attractiveness and practical value of university research; activation of innovative development of enterprises; state stimulation of business participation in university research and education; harmonization of current legislation with EU standards. Implementation of the Model will diversify sources of funding for universities, increase their level of economic security and achieve integrated synergies from the interaction of universities, business, government and the public (as the main stakeholders within the Quadruple Helix concept).

Most of customers want to know how to develop the computer system they want to get to use according to the their requirements. This study presents a Computer Integration management System for Quality (CISQ) model for system-integration organizations, which need to demonstrate their capability to consistently provide computer integrated system that meets customer satisfaction and applicable regulatory requirements. The Plan.Do.Check.Act(PDCA) cycle called by Doming wheel expresses the basic concept of continuous improvement action in order to emphasize on achieving business goal. It is useful for providing full competence of a system-integration organization to integrate management systems based on the international management system, and to take an advantage in its market. This study specifies International Certification Network Business Excellence Concept(IBEC) approach to ensure a harmonized integration of the variety of management systems and thereby produce synergy effect. The end part of this study specifies a Assessment Model including an assessment concept adding to the compliance audit according to the CISQ for the continuous improvement. A simple application on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA) in testing phase in project life cycle has been done.
