The company strives constantly to prepare for the current crisis and uncertainty of the future and to strengthen its competitiveness. At times, it strives to strengthen its competitiveness through continuous innovation, as well as securing technological innovation and talented personnel. However, even if the company makes such a hard effort, the sustainable growth of the enterprise will not be guaranteed unless smooth communication and efforts among the internal resources are supported. The social responsibility of management and the attitude of labor-management relations are important factors for the smooth coordination of labor-management relations. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the relationship between manager 's social responsibility, labor relations attitude and job performance. The results of this study showed that the social responsibility of managers affects job satisfaction and job commitment. In addition, managers' attitudes toward labor relations have an effect on job satisfaction and job commitment. Also, job satisfaction has a positive effect on job commitment. The result of this study can be used as a practical application data for establishing new labor - management relations among the managers of the enterprise in the future.
In this study, we intend to test whether experience variables such as sense, feel, think, relate, and action experiential activities of farming village can be usefully applied to revisit intention. As a result, we found that the sense, relate, and action experiences were adopted, while the feel and think variables were rejected, leading to the conclusion that Schmitt's (1999) experiential marketing theory was also applied to 6th industry experience marketing activities in rural areas. Therefore, the significant effect of rural experience activities on revisiting intention is thought to be related to the fact that they stimulated sensitivities by drawing attention and interest of consumers during the 6th industrial experience configuration, and to the environmental facilities connected to the experience site. The Feel experience has been rejected due to limitation of development of emotional element from the 6th industry certification business experience program, leading to the necessicity for development of a program that can stimulate the consumer's emotions. The reason why the Think experience was rejected is that the experience of the rural area 6th industry did not create surprises or curiosity, and thus does not meet the expectations of consumers. In case of relational experience, experiential marketing through social organizational relationship formation is expanding, and in case of behavioral experience, experience of 6th industry constitutes experience related to interaction with others and lifestyle.
This paper is conducted to find out if the previous corporate internal reservation has a significant effect on current investment and dividend payments by using the dummy variables of each classified industry. The results of the research show that previous corporate internal reservation had a significant effect on current material investments in following fields - manufacturing industries, technical services, wholesale and retail industries, information services, construction and transportation industries - over two years. Especially, investments in tangible assets were more effective than those in development expenses. In human resource investment, previous corporate internal reservation had a significant effect on current human investments in fields of manufacturing, technical services, information services and transportation industries. Among them, investments in education training expense and welfare benefit expense were more effective than those in wages. In the dividend section, previous corporate internal reservation had a significant effect on current dividends in the fields of manufacturing, wholesale and retail, information services, transportation industries, and in other businesses. Among them, Expenditure on dividend amounts was found to be more effective than that on dividend ratio. This paper contributed to the field in a way of empirically demonstrating the effects of previous corporate internal reservation on current investments and dividends by using the method of industrial classification. On the other hand, it also has a limitation since collecting precise taxation data was practically difficult. Therefore, a further developed study is required to find out the standard which shows exactly how much the measured results of the regression analysis reflect the effects of the government policies. Moreover, it is considered necessary for the government to devise policies on vagueness and uncertainties in the domestic and overseas economic and business environments so that companies can conduct investment with confidence.
We have been experiencing an lengthened life expectancy due to rapid industrialization, economic and medical development. In particular, the elderly population was only 5.1% of the total population in 1900s when the senior centers were established, but 30 years later, the elderly population aged 65 or older reached 6.54 million in 2015 and became 14% in 2017. There is a very meaningful correlation between service quality of the senior welfare center and the life satisfaction of the elderly, where the elderly spend their leisure time on a daily basis. Accordingly, this study tried to identify the desirable conditions that the elderly think and the difference from the desired status and the actual status to identify what information and services should be provided by senior welfare centers. Gwanak Senior Welfare Center has provided senior welfare service for local seniors for 30 years since its establishment and contributed to silver welfare policy establishment based on the accumulated experiences. In the coming era of GDP 30,000 dollars, National Pension era and average life span 100 years, the new creative silver welfare programs should be introduced such as qualitative programs rather than quantitative, programs for caring minorities, complimentary or actual expense programs, creative programs rather than passive ones, and diversity of the subjects. This study would like to present the future direction for the next 30 years.
This study empirical analysed how senior's technical stress and self-efficacy affected entrepreneurial intentions and whether resilience functioned as a mediating effects between them. 207 data were collected from the field survey questionnaires administered to a convenience sample of senior men and women aged 40 and over who had entrepreneurial intentions. For hypothesis testing, the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 was used. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Empirical studies showed as follows. First, technical stress affected senior's entrepreneurial intentions. Second, self-efficacy turned out to affect senior's entrepreneurial intentions. Third, resilience came out to have a partial-mediating effects between technical stress and the senior's entrepreneurial intentions as well as between self-efficacy and the senior's entrepreneurial intentions. These research outcomes supported the preceding studies that self-efficacy played key roles in maximizing senior's entrepreneurial intentions and demonstrated the importance of self-efficacy as an independent variable for seniors to promote entrepreneurial activities with an intention of starting a new business. Furthermore, the technical stress newly introduced as an independent variable was found to be the next most important factor after the self-efficacy. The study also confirmed that the resilience has been doing an partial-mediating effects. However, it appeared that the technical stress affected the will of start-up, but it appeared to be a positive relationship. For generalization of this finding, further studies are required.

Therefore, it should be approached by each content unit, and necessary to look at the factors that make their decision makings of foreign market entry vary. This study focuses on discovering creativity, absorptive capacity and strategic orientation(market orientation and innovation orientation) which affect the difference of distribution's decision making of entry into foreign market in game industry This paper examined 252 cases of online games in order to investigate creativity, absorptive capacity and strategic orientations for each foreign market and what entry type(among licensing, joint distribution, exclusive distribution) they chose according to the products developed in team level. This helps us analyze the factors affecting market orientation and innovation orientation in the perspectives of creativity and absorptive capacity in comprehensive way, and notice the phenomena which use different foreign distribution strategy though there are company incorporated abroad and their results. This study supplements the limit of the existing Resource-Based View, Resource-Dependent View, and traditional international business theories such as Transaction Cost Theory or OLI Paradigm(Eclectic Framework), and proves how company could reduce asymmetry of uncertainty and information in creative industry and whether they accomplish successful overseas expansion according to strategic orientations.
Regulatory barrier is considered most challenging out of all FinTech barriers, which many technology innovators have always experienced. Especially, a common challenge FinTech innovators and business face is regulatory uncertainty and confusion rather than any particular regulation. Since many FinTech models are continuously introducing new innovative ways in providing financial services, significant confusion could be raised in applying principles of existing law and regulations. In addition, it is uncertain whether or not applying complex regulatory compliance model intended for large financial institutions to small start-ups is appropriate since most existing regulations and rules are established and introduced without considering innovative tools such as mobile instruments, e-trade, and internet. Therefore, new mechanism to access to regulatory information in a more cost-effective, quick and immediate way should be created. Regulators, technological innovators, and financial customers should cooperate each other to find out appropriate solutions for those issues. Many regulators are introducing regulatory sandbox which provides service providers with opportunities to test their innovations, during the test, providing regulators with enough time to understand risks of innovations. However, regulatory sandbox is not a panacea for all challenges to FinTech innovations. Therefore, regulators should make comprehensive and multidimensional efforts including regulatory sandbox in supporting FinTech ecosystem.
The present study analyzed the effect of firms' external research and development (R&D) on corporate productivity, while investigating the moderating effect of firm size on the external R&D-productivity nexus. In the empirical analysis, we estimated South Korean manufacturing firms' total factor productivity (TFP) using the firm level data drawn from the Survey of Business Activities (Korea National Statistical Office) for the years 2006-2015. Thereafter, focusing on the role of external R&D and its interaction with the firm size in determining firms' TFP, the productivity function was estimated as well. To this end, we used ordinary least squares (OLS) and quantile regression to highlight the heterogeneous impacts of external R&D by companies' productivity level. Empirical results confirmed that firms' external R&D significantly enhanced corporate productivity in all manufacturing industries, from high-tech to low-tech. The moderating effect of firm size in determining the productivity effect of external R&D was not as prominent as in the case for internal R&D, which exhibited some degree of the size premium in the productivity-enhancing effect. These results suggest that regardless of the firm size, external R&D can be an important channel for corporate productivity improvement, and can be a particularly effective strategy for SMEs with relatively limited internal R&D capacities.
This study focuses on considering the factors affecting the user intention to adopt an intelligent service - A.I. speaker services. Currently there can be a considerable difference between the expectation and the realized diffusion of IT-based intelligent services. This study aims to find out this gap based on the idea of diver previous researches including TAM and UTAUT studies and to identify the direct and indirect effects of diverse factors such as security issues, perceived time pressure, service innovativeness, and the experience of these IT-based intelligent services. And this study considers the expected impact of perceived time pressure factor on the user acceptance of A.I. speaker services. In analysis results, not only the traditional factors such as the perceived usefulness and the hedonic/utilitarian motives but also the perceived time pressure, the perceived security issues, and the experience of the services should be considered as meaningful factors to affect the users adopting A.I. speaker services.
