The writer obtained a Conclusion through this thesis as follows: First : There a n.0, ppeared that users, Cognition degree for librarian's Social status is very high. As it were, response for questioning about librarian's scholarly attainments and business type is almost accurate that we anticipate the expectation value for the librarian is very high. Second : The satisfaction degree of information services acquired by the users through public library was very skeptic. Due to the poorness of information media that we wish, and deterioration of data, it losed its qualification as a creation organization for the true information, but lots of people emphasized their opinion it only role as a "study room". Third : A questioning about librarian"s assiduity in the public library, there are lots of users Complain. Main factor of that dissatisfaction is Unkindness, and business like(duplicated) assiduity. Not only this but main desire to the public library in pusan down town by the users is also a n.0, ppeared as Kind Service. Fourth : General Controversial points in public libraries in pusan area indicated by the users who responded to the subjective questions are poor data, lack of kind service attitude and poor facilities.oor facilities.

We introduced the Excavation One Call System (EOCS) as a pilot system, in Seoul, Korea. The system utilizes the phone and internet to transfer information about digging underground and buried gas pipelines, although currently written forms are used in accordance with the City Gas Business Law. After one year, we evaluated the business model by surveying the excavators and the operators of the gas companies. This paper shows that the EOCS was more effective in preventing the buried gas pipelines from being damaged than the existing method that has to use due form. It also shows that the EOCS was more convenient and cost efficient than the present policies in place. We come to the conclusion that the EOCS should be extended nationwide and gradually include other subsurface facilities.

The objective of this study is on evaluation process of resort hotel management strategy. Therefore, in this study, we find try to a successful implemantation of resort hotel feasibility study and management strategy by systematizing and materialinzing the theory of resort hotel. And we have also investigated and analyzed the real status of resort hotel and then worked out the problem, and estabilished a plan for feasibility determination of resort hotel, he results of this study are as follow: 1) We need to characterize, matenance, develop the benefits of resort hotel. 2) We need to know how to establish model and facilities of resort hotel. 3) We have to inclease quality and quantity of employee's service. 4) We need to effort to satisfy customer's needs and wants through improvising and enlarging facilities of resort hotel. 5) We need to specialize the quality of F & B division. 6) We need to improve the hotel image, promote sales through promotion tools like avertisement, publicity, personel selling, sales promotion.

The country has been to industrialization, urbanization, centralization due to rapid economic growth and industrial facilities are aging by focusing on economic growth. These industrial facilities are often due to an unexpected accident occurred. This study was performed for suggesting the plan to promote the function of safety management for national infrastructures. In order to achieve the goal of study, safety association laws were analyzed, and safety-related organizations were investigated by business fields.

A Railroad Cars playa prominent role in a matter of transportation however, yet it cannot be discussed here for cultural space. On the other hand, considering railroad customers' increaced desire(craving) for cultural space, we design it in the train so that we provide customers not only transportation but also fullfil them desire for culture. In the competitive cultural era. The aim of the new strategy for railroad business is both inspiving art and operating exhibition facilities in the train(railroad). Through analysis of exhibition space and environment, we design exhibition space to equip cultural facilities in the train then lead to make railroad business' new social education role by the inside and outside of the country.

An infrastructure has been expand with government-initiated series of supporting business in the country rural village. However, there has still been a shortage of it compared to the city. it needs the infra-improvements that making international competitiveness for agricultural competitiveness securing and improving for housing condition. In particular, Public using facilities in rural village are not function as communal identity but life as enjoy culture for farmer. Therefor it is hot-issue that changed rural economy recently is innovated suitable. This study suggests the customized revitalization strategy for the variation of inside and outside of rural communities, after analyzing and classifying on current status of public using facilities in rural village, in chungcheong area.

Past, teacher's facilities space of school arranges the desk by teacher's number and businesslike function a teacher's room and night-duty room, supplementary rest space, of considered 1 room from everything mean. But, these days, teacher's space is emphasized personality of individual study conversation between teachers and a rest etc. Even though the change of such use form is very important to teacher, it is true to be not considered much in architectural planning of existing school's facilities. Plan that correspond dividing use form of school affair meeting and business, individual study, a rest etc. of forward teacher space is to need. Therefore, I wish to suggest architectural data for general and efficient operation management of integrated school through this study.

In compliance with the Industrial Safely and Health Acts, the owners/users have performed self-inspection at regular intervals to secure safety in the use of hazardous machinery, equipment and facilities However, securing safety, which is the goal of self-inspection, has not been thoroughly understood in most small businesses and factories. The objective of this research is to analyze the importance and effects of self-inspection in preventing accidents in businesses and factories that use hazardous machinery and facilities. The result shows that self-inspection has made a good contribution to the prevention of accidents. Most businesses and factories that responded the survey answered they have improved safety in the use of machinery and facilities through self-inspection, though the ways of self-inspection were not all the same. However, the result also reveals that there are rooms for further improvement in the areas of self-inspection intervals, self-inspection methods and the selection of self-inspection objects. This improvement is necessary to improve the effect of self-inspection and to minimize regulations of the government on business activities.

철도역세권개발사업은 사업운영자나 시행자, 민간사업자 등 주관적 이해관계에 따라 시설의 중요도가 다양할 수 있지만 무엇보다도 고객만족도 측면에서 철도이용자에 대한 관심이 중요하다. 철도역사 내부시설은 호텔, 백화점, 업무시설, 위락, 편의시설 등을 유치하여 이용자 생활공간으로 만들고, 역사내외 연결통로, 철도, 지하철, 버스, 택시, 자전거 등을 연결한 종합 환승터미널, 보행자 동선 등 이용자의 편리성 시설이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도역세권 개발사업의 역사이용시설 편리성면에서 중요인자를 AHP기법을 이용하여 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 철도 이용자와 철도공사 직원의 비교 분석결과를 보면 가장 상위중 요인자인 역사이용시설 중 직원이나, 시설이용자 모두 동일하게 여객시설, 승강시설을 중요순위로 선택하였다, 세 번째 중요수위는 직원은 이동시설을, 고객들은 위생시설을 선택한 것으로 나타났다. 하위중요인자 결과를 살펴보면 직원, 고객 모두 여객시설 중 승강장, 대합실에서는 휴게시설, 승강시설에서는 에스컬레이터, 이동시설에서도 에스컬레이터, 안내시설에서는 점자블록, 부대시설에서는 주차장을 중요하게 선택하였다.

The study aims to identify the factors affecting business performance of rural tourism operators. For this study, 1,004 questionnaires were collected by field survey of rural tourism operators. The linear multiple regression analysis were used to identify factors affecting performance of rural tourism business. The result indicate that the factors influencing the sales of rural tourism business were in order of owning sales facilities, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, group promotion, number of rooms, and gender. In the case of gender, it was found that females had a high probability of positively affecting sales. The factors influencing the satisfaction of the rural tourism business were in the order of management strategy, number of days of operation, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, and business career. In the case of management strategy, it was found that the differentiation strategy have a positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. As for the business career, the shorter the career, the higher the probability of positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. The results of this study would be useful for establishing strategies to improve the management performance of the rural tourism business.
