When we conduct development of a large-size SI project, it is highly necessary to utilize an appropriate application framework which helps to build a qualified software with high productivity in a short period of time. In this paper, we propose the architecture of a dynamically reconfigurable CBD application integration framework that has been used for developing large-scale e-business applications to achieve high development productivity and maintainability. This Integration framework can easily extend its functionalities, and dynamically change its configuration during run time according to the business category, such as applying interaction patterns among main components in software architecture, rules, policies, and environmental parameters. Dynamic reconfiguration has the feature to make applications be easily customized for changeable requirements. Through our application integration framework, huge sizes of contents can be managed according to the business category as well, by keeping configuration informations and huge volumes of source codes. In order to evaluate out application integration framework in terms of performance criteria, we present experimental results of throughputs from the framework by yielding dynamic configuration without any performance degradation.

유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경은 기존의 e-비즈니스, m-비즈니스와는 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 이는 u-비즈니스 모델을 개발할 때 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 특성과 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경을 고려해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 패러다임의 핵심인 가치의 공동 창출 경험에 초점을 맞춘 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크를 제시했다. 본 논문의 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크는 8단계로 구성되어 있고 각 단계별 세부 절차를 구체적으로 제시했다. 새로운 비즈니스 패러다임 하에서 성공적인 비즈니스 모델을 발굴하고 수행하고자 하는 기업들에게 본 논문에서 제안한 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크는 유용한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 신규 비즈니스 모델 설립 시 요구되는 단계적인 접근 방법과 다양한 비즈니스 모델을 분석하기 위한 비즈니스 모델 분석 프레임워크를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 비즈니스 모델을 가치 창출 방식에 따라서 크게 4가지 유형으로 나누었으며 그 유형들의 파생모델을 제시 하였다. 또한 적용 사례로서 무선랜 서비스를 이용한 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 도출 하였으며 비즈니스 모델 분석 프레임워크를 이용하여 신규 서비스에 대한 적용 가능성을 평가하였다.

Due to the development of information technology, Convergence and Creative Economy became hot issues. For example, products become more intelligent and services are likely to be connected and integrated around core services or provided as bundle solution. Meanwhile products and services are integrated in the context of mutual supplementation, which leads to Servitization of Products and Productization of Services in many industries. Previous studies have addressed Convergence with different terms and definitions such as Convergent, Multicategory Multifunctional Product, Clouding Service, Bundle and so on from one perspective such as consumers, suppliers or technology according to a wide range of academic approaches. Thus, this study attempted to suggest the most typical convergence products released in the convergence environment and categorize those products. Furthermore, this study has pointed out the problems in the New Product Development Framework discussed in the studies on marketing by taking the situation of the public sector into account and then suggested "New Service Development Framework in the Public Sector" that are different from traditional e-Gov. approach basically and will enable the government to create public information service and provide them to enterprises or citizens. It also emphasized the importance of Business Conceptualization Stage in the framework; argued that there is a necessity of an integrative study from the perspective of technology on the basis of the approach from the perspective of marketing and Policy such as a study of consumer behaviors, design and marketing channel and Policy Integration for the development and dissipation; and furthermore suggested the cases-the development/Diffusion of Transportation Card Service in Seoul and CFC (Call for Collaboration) in Singapore-in order to verify the framework. There is a need to supplement New Service Development Framework so it is able to reflect the distinct characteristics of the public sector from the academic perspective and be used as practical guidelines for SI (System Integration) business to shift into IT Service business. Last but not the least, this study has suggested the limitations and the directions for the future studies.

This paper proposes a BPM(Business Process Management) system framework for the NPD(New Product Development) of automotive suppliers. Recently many enterprises change their organization from function-oriented to process-oriented through BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Especially, based on quality systems like QS9000, it is required to documented business processes and continuously improve these processes for customer satisfaction. NPD, the most significant function for industrial competition, is reinforced by the best practices business process to satisfy the requirements of quality systems. The main objective of the paper is the development of the information system that supports the best practices process management. For this, first, we define the requirements of BPM system for NPD based on the viewpoint analysis, and then propose a DES (Design Execution System) framework based on dynamic workflow engine. The DES is addressed in the characteristics of a NPD business process, integrated project management, and process execution. A prototype DES system has been developed in the web environment. Its validity is demonstrated by applying it to an automotive supplier.

현대의 기업은 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에 맞는 응용 프로그램을 적시에 개발이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 기업들은 비즈니스 프로세스 개념 없이 애플리케이션을 개발하여 업무 변경 시, 필요한 응용프로그램을 적시에 개발하기 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 클로즈 아키텍처 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 제안한다. 이는 BPM(Business Process Model)과 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), 그리고 CBD(Component Based Development) 접목을 통해 급변하는 비즈니스 프로세스 변경/개선이 용이하며, 이를 지원하는 응용프로그램을 재사용을 통해 적시에 개발하고 자 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 내에 5-Layer 구조 및 그에 따른 BNF(Backus Naur Form)을 정의하였다.

Various organizational factors effect successful implementation of IT enabled business transformation. Among them, the most critical success factor is deemed to overcoming change management problem. Lots of studies have been made on Implementation methodologies and business process formalizations to encourage organizational members to accept new business process changes. However, the logic or process redesign still depends on qualitative problem solving techniques mostly depending on basically human intuition such as brainstorming. cause-and-effect analysis. and so on. In this paper, we focused on developing analytic framework to design to-be business process structure. which can complement qualitative problem solving procedures. With effective use of IT as an enabler, we provide algorithmic framework applicable to designing various business process changes such as process automation, business process resequencing, and more radical process integration. The framework follows dynamic programming approach in the literature, which is based on the decision making paradigm of organizations to abstract business processes as quantitative decision models. As such, our research ran fill the gap of limited development of theory based analytic methodologies for business process design, by providing objective rationale to reach the consensus among the organizational members including senior management.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 실현하기 위한 핵심 기술로 자동화된 개체 식별, 분산 컴퓨팅 기술 등의 연구가 다양한 분야에서 이루어 지고 있다. 라디오 주파수를 이용해서 개체를 식별하는 RFID 기술은 EPCglobal에서 표준을 제시하고 있고 EPC Network를 기반으로 구축된 인프라를 바탕으로 응용 시스템을 개발하고자 하는 경우, RFID 미들웨어로부터 대규모의 EPC정보를 처리해야 하고, EPC를 기반으로 EPC와 관련된 고유 정보와 이력 정보를 수집해야 한다. 또한 정보획득 및 가공에 관한 인과관계 처리가 분명히 이루어져야 하고, 비즈니스 룰에 따른 이벤트의 발생 조건에 관한 처리를 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 EPC Network 기반에서 응용 시스템 개발을 지원하기 위해 비즈니스 서비스를 제공하는 미들웨어 플랫폼을 제시하고 이에 관한 효용성을 검증한다. 비즈니스 서비스란 추가적인 정보 획득이나 가공 과정 없이 응용 시스템에서 바로 이용이 가능한 이벤트를 전달하는 서비스를 의미한다. 미들웨어 플랫폼에서는 정보 획득, 정보 가공 과정을 지원하며, 또한 비즈니스 룰 처리를 지원한다. 미들웨어 플랫폼은 비즈니스 서비스를 기반으로 응용 시스템의 빠른 개발을 가능하게 하고, 유지보수를 용이하게 한다.

The proportions of both the fishery industry and the gross regional domestic product in the national economy are gradually decreasing. If high value-added processed fishery products suitable for regional characteristics are developed, these proportions can be improved. In pursuit of this, it is first necessary to discover processed fishery products specialized in each region and then establish a development framework for them. In this study, location coefficient was used to find processed fishery products specialized in each region. Then, dynamic shift-share analysis was used to establish a development framework which consisted of four development types of processed fishery products. Based on the magnitudes of the industrial mix effect and the regional shift effect, the supporting strategy directions were proposed for four development types of processed fishery products. The supporting strategy directions were all focused on revitalizing the local economy.

As a fundamental knowledge source in a global learning environment, it is feasible to apply the relational database management systems (RDBMS), object-oriented database management systems (OODBMS), and other traditional DBMS. However, the traditional DBMSs are not feasible in semantic knowledge/ontology representation and inference. One of the reasonable ways to overcome the limitations is the semantic web-based business support framework. Especially, in this study, we focused on the development of semantic web ontology and natural language (NL)-based inference framework. To validate the efficiency of the proposed framework, we considered a reasonable scenario for course recommendation in a university.
