This paper discusses how to manage supply chain disruption risks from natural disasters or other low-likelihood-high-impact risk drivers. After the catastrophic earthquake in Eastern Japan and the severe flood in Thailand, most companies have been attempting to re-establish the business continuity plan to prevent their supply chain from disruption. However, the challenges for managers and individual risks are often interrelated, and thus, actions that mitigate one risk can end up being no contribution as a whole. In this paper, we describe a framework for assessing how much impact individual mitigation strategies have on the entire supply chain protection against disruption, using network reliability. We propose three categories of risk-mitigation approaches: Stabilization, Absorption, and Duplication. We analyze the situation under which each of these strategies is the best suitable. With a clear understanding of relations between these mitigation strategies and the entire supply chain risks, managers can select effective risk-reduction approaches to their supply chain.

As more than 80 percent of tasks within corporations are performed through information systems, they have become large in scale and complicated, which make the range of the system users diverse and specialized. and as recent corporate strategies focus on the real-time environment in businesses, the organizational structure within companies tend to show frequent changes. In order to ensure the business continuity in this environment, the most important aspect is to prevent incompleteness of business by narrowing the gap of understanding of business process between the system users and the maintenance managers. In order to address this problem, this study suggests a modeling method that utilizes business scenarios reflecting actual business rules and procedures which ultimately transforms the optimized and standardized form of business scenarios into the actual software maintenance activities. This modeling method improves reusability and usability through the repeated feedback mechanism for modified software by leading to gradual fine-grained process. The feasibility of this is to be proven by applying the modeling method to the real business environment.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the possible ways to minimize damage by analyzing the influence that may be exerted upon the business process of the distribution industry by unexpected climate change. Research design, data, and methodology - The optimum business process is to be implemented after dividing the diversified business process of the distribution industry into the four stages of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Results - First, the upper-level risks that would be impacted most sensitively by climate change have been selected. Second, the impact and characteristics of the environment have been discovered. Third, weighted values by criteria item of upper-level business risks have been analyzed. Fourth, it was possible to define the business priority order based on the individual and then to adjust the Recovery Time Objective (RTO). Conclusion - In this study, the priority order has been defined quantitatively by calculating the priority order score. Further, the priority order has been determined depending on whether any targeted business unit is applicable to the items of the business nature criteria.

As ISO22301 (Societal security-Business continuity management systems-Requirements) related to BCM (BCP) was established in May 2012, KS A ISO22301 (National Standards) will be enacted at the end of the year. Foreign certification agencies at home and abroad are expanding their business, accordingly. And it is expected that there will be a trade barrier such as a demand for compliance with the Standards in the trade between companies. Hence I am trying to find the countermeasures of domestic companies and ways to invigorate Top Company Certification System in the reduction law (The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction).
Purpose - This study aims to examine the correlations between relationship benefits, quality, and continuity intention of community services. It further investigates the mediation effect of relationship quality operating on the association between relationship benefits and relationship continuity intention. Thus, this study will aim to elucidate the correlations between relationship benefits, quality and community services intention. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve these objectives, this study executed a questionnaire from the users of the child․adolescent psychological support service which represents part of community services. The research framework that was utilized in this study was of three main factors. They were relationship quality, relationship benefits, and intention of relationship continuity. In relationship quality, factors such as trust and commitment was included in this section. For relationship benefits, factors such as society benefits and commitment benefits were the essence. The control variable in this study was gender, age, income, hours of service used, and the number of times service was used in community services. Results - The key research findings are as follows. First, this study found out that the more the social benefits was enhanced in the community services, the higher the relationship continuity intention was. Second, this study has found out that the higher the trust of community services, the higher the relationship continuity intention. Third, this study has shown that the more the relationship benefits was enhanced in the community services, the higher the recognition by the users' relationship quality was. Fourth, the trust in the community services played a mediating role between the relationship benefits and relationship continuity intention. Conclusions - Many associations could be discovered on the correlations between relationship benefits, quality, and community service continuality intention. These results will have important implications for the future of child and adolescent psychological support services. In terms of relationship marketing, the three factors; benefits, quality, and continuity intention in community services were proved to be pivotal. In order for the continuity intention in community services, the two factors of benefits and quality were the influential factors. From a policy maker's standpoint, the relationship continuity was the most important factor.

This study has some issues about the elderly, the disabled, and the vulnerable groups whose economic ability is low even if the disaster or disaster situation is not a big problem for the people. we should emphasize the necessity of disaster preparedness action manual considering the characteristics of disaster vulnerable classes and taking serious risks to them even in the same situation. We also want to conduct research only for people with disabilities who are choosing the same definition of the world among the vulnerable groups. I would like to provide a basis for developing a site action manual for people with disabilities by comparing the cases of Korea and Japan. Therefore, through the cases of Japan and Korea, it is possible to maintain the independence of everyday life during disasters, the communication function in disasters, the method of moving information and mobile information, the function of recognizing emergency response, Action Emphasize the urgency of developing action manuals. From this domestic situation, we will conclude the discussion on the disaster safety and action manual for the disabled.

In this study, to analyze the relationship between exercise satisfaction and exercise continuity that occurs in the interaction between leaders and participants, non-probability sampling was performed on 232 individuals from January 17 to March 9, 2022, and a structural model of 187 effective samples was used. applied and analyzed. First, the reliability and intimacy of Pilates leader-participants were found to have a significant effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, significant results were derived between Pilates exercise satisfaction and exercise continuity. Third, Pilates reliability was found to have a significant effect on exercise continuity, but intimacy was partially adopted as not having a significant effect on exercise continuity. However, the indirect effect between the mediating effects of exercise satisfaction can be seen to be statistically significant, and it can be predicted that Pilates causes positive behavior in exercise satisfaction and further reduces avoidance or indirectly affects other exercises. In addition, these performances are considered to have an impact on business performance as well as mutual relationships.
Using data collected from franchisees from Busan, we empirically examined the relationship both structural (tie strength), relational (trust), and cognitive (shared value) of social capital and between those dimensions and the patterns of economic performance and noneconomic performance (relationship continuity intention). So we established 9 hypotheses to test the structural relationship among dimensions of social capital and performances like below. H1: A franchisee's perceived tie strength with its franchisor will positively influence its trust in the franchisor. H2: A franchisee's perceived shared value with its franchisor will positively influence its trust in the franchisor. H3: A franchisee's perceived tie strength with its franchisor will positively influence its economic performance. H4: A franchisee's perceived shared value with its franchisor will positively influence its economic performance. H5: A franchisee's perceived trust in its franchisor will positively influence its economic performance. H6: A franchisee's perceived tie strength with its franchisor will positively influence its relationship continuity intention with the franchisor. H7: A franchisee's perceived shared value with its franchisor will positively influence its relationship continuity intention with the franchisor. H8: A franchisee's perceived trust in its franchisor will positively influence its relationship continuity intention with the franchisor. H9: A franchisee's perceived economic performance will positively influence its relationship continuity intention with the franchisor. The conceptual model specifying the relationship among dimensions of social capital and performances is presented in Fig. 1. Tests of the hypotheses were performed using a structural equation model. This model also reflected a good fit to the data ($\chi^2$=101.12 df=62 p=0.004, RMSEA=0.050 GFI=0.936 AGFI=0.895 NFI=0.959 CFI=0.986). The standardized solution estimated by the AMOS 7 program was for interpreting the structural results (Table 1). As was expected, tie strength and shared value were founded to be significant predictors of trust (H1 supported; H2 supported). Tie strength and trust have a significant positive effect on economic performance (H3 supported; H5 supported). But shared value have not a significant effect on economic performance (H4 Rejected). Tie strength were not associated with relationship continuity intention (H6 Rejected). While on the other higher shared value, trust, and economic performance have a significant effect on the relationship continuity intention (H7 supported; H8 supported; H9 supported). The results show integratedly that, first, tie strength does not affect directly but affects indirectly on relationship continuity intention via trust and economic performance. Second, shared goals affect directly and do indirectly via trust on relationship continuity intention. But shared goals does not affect via economic performance on relationship continuity intention. Finally, the study suggests important implications for both research and practice for franchise system especially.

The Fisheries business administration is not only the social sciences in the education of fisheries and marine related fields but also has been lectured and educated in both high school and college level. But there are few studies that have been conducted a comparative analysis on the contents in fisheries business administration education in the continuity and sustainability. The objectives of this study are analysis of contents construction in fisheries business administration and suggestion of systematic structure with comparing the textbook of fisheries business administration in high school and college(Gyeongsang National University and Pukyong National University). The results of study show that some structural contents similarity has been found among the fisheries business administration textbooks though some of the contents are insufficient. And there are lack of recency both data and descriptions in fisheries business administration textbooks and much of time gaps based on publication year. Based on the result of this study, the integrated framework that consist with 5 main contents categories has been suggested for education of sustainable development in fisheries business administration. But still needed to be discussed the range and level of fisheries business administration issues by stakesholders including academic community, researcher and industrial personnel.

Service user satisfaction in the community service is also an important factor that leads to the improvement of the quality of the social service and the self - reliance of the service provider. The purpose of this paper is to examine the satisfaction factors affecting service continuity intentions in community service users, and provide direction and demand forecast information to improve user satisfaction and service satisfaction. In this study, the reliability test was conducted to check the reliability of each measurement tool and descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were conducted to identify the general characteristics of the study subjects. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to determine the effect of user satisfaction factors on service continuity. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that service user satisfaction in the community service is an important factor for improving the quality of social services and for the independence of service providers.
