조선 선체 생산설계 일정 계획을 위한 상세 이산사건 모델링기반 비즈니스 프로세스 시뮬레이션 (High-level Discrete-event Modeling-based Business Process Simulation for the Scheduling of the Ship Hull Production Design)

  • For the scheduling and the job assignment of the ship hull production design which is a process-based work, we suggest the simulation-based scheduling using the discrete-event-based business process simulation. First, we analyze the ship hull production design process from the perspective of a job assignment to make it into the simulation model using DEVS (Discrete Event System Specification) which is the representative modeling method for a discrete-event simulation. Based on the APIs of the open-source discrete-event simulation engine, we implement the simulation using the Groovy script. We develop the scenario generator in which the user defines detail information of the construction drawing and its member blocks, and design engineers information, and the various setting for the simulation including the job assignment strategy. We use the XML files from this scenario generator as inputs of simulation so that we can get simulation result in forms of Gantt chart without changes of the simulation model.

  • LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting is gaining more and more market penetration as one of the global warming countermeasures. LED is the next generation of fusion source composed of epi/chip/packaging of semiconductor process technology and optical/information/communication technology. LED has been applied to the existing industry areas, for example, automobiles, TVs, smartphones, laptops, refrigerators and street lamps. Therefore, LED makers have been striving to achieve the leading position in the global competition through development of core source technologies even before the promotion and adoption of LED technology as the next generation growth engine with eco-friendly characteristics. However, there has been a point of view on the cost compared to conventional lighting as a large obstacle to market penetration of LED. Therefore, companies are developing a Chip-Scale Packaging (CSP) LED technology to improve performance and reduce manufacturing costs. In this study, we perform patent analysis associated with Flip-Chip CSP LED and flow chart for promising technology forecasting. Based on our analysis, we select key patents and key patent players to derive the business strategy for the business success of Flip-Chip CSP PKG LED products.

공공 빅데이터의 시각화를 위한 InfograaS의 아이디어 제안 (Idea proposal of InfograaS for Visualization of Public Big-data)

  • 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용하여 빅데이터의 일종인 LOD (linked open data)를 가공 및 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. LOD는 공공 데이터를 공유 및 재활용하기 위한 웹기반의 오픈 데이터이다. 특히 BA(business analytics)와 Info-graphic을 위한 시각화 (visualization) 기술을 제공하는 새로운 SaaS (software as a service) 비즈니스 영역을 InforgraaS (Info-graphic as a service)라고 정의한다. 본 연구의 목표는 시각화 및 비즈니스 전문가 없이 비전문가 또는 초보자가 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 데이터 시각화 (data visualization)는 데이터 분석 결과를 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 시각적으로 표현하고 전달되는 과정을 말한다. 데이터 시각화의 목적은 챠트와 그래프를 통해 정보를 명확하고 효과적으로 전달하는 것이다. 공공기관의 빅데이터를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 자원과 오픈 소스인 하둡, R, 기계학습, 데이터 마이닝 등을 이용하여 다양한 처리 결과를 이해하기 쉬운 그래픽 또는 챠트로 표현하고 공유한다.

변이형 오토인코더와 어텐션 메커니즘을 결합한 차트기반 주가 예측 (Chart-based Stock Price Prediction by Combing Variation Autoencoder and Attention Mechanisms)

  • 최근 인공지능 기법을 활용하여 캔들스틱 차트를 분석함으로써 주식가격 예측의 정확성을 높이고자 하는 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 이러한 연구들은 주식가격 예측을 위한 학습에 있어 캔들스틱 차트의 시계열적 특성을 고려하지 못한다는 점과 시장 참여자들의 감정 상태를 고려하지 못한다는 점 등이 문제로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시장 참여자들의 감정상태를 반영하기 위해 변동성지수(VIX: volatility index) 차트를 캔들스틱 차트와 함께 고려하여 학습시키고 이를 변이형 오토인코더(VAE: variational auto encoder)와 어텐션 메커니즘(attention mechanisms)을 결합한 새로운 방법으로 분석하여 캔들스틱 차트의 시계열적 특성을 고려함으로써 기존 연구의 한계를 극복하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법의 성능 비교를 위해 S&P 500 기업 가운데 50개를 임의로 추출하여 제안한 방법을 통해 이들의 주식가격을 예측하고 이를 합성곱 신경망(CNN: convolutional neural network) 또는 장단기메모리(LSTM: long-short term memory) 등과 같은 기존 방법들과 비교하였다. 비교 결과 기존 방법들에 비해 본 연구에서 제안한 방법이 더 우수한 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 시장 참여자들의 감정 상태와 캔들스틱 차트의 시계열적 특성을 고려함으로써 주식 가격 예측의 정확성을 높였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the history of 20th century fashion and make-up culture, analyze trend of the modern fashion and make-up, creat a cyber make-up model according to themes and also it will find out how to use make-up as a part of fashion genre. As a result of this study is 1. Looking over change-process in 20th century fashion and make-up history, we can find the popular make-up color and pattern reflecting the society and cultural environments. And also make-up culture reflecting their sense of values and way of thinkings. 2. Analyzing fashion and make up color trend of 2002 F/W, we can find a similarity between fashion and make-up color trend by comparing with hue&tone chart. All of theme have a tendency to be natural, veiled, feminine by neutral color and artifical highlighted, illuminate, transparant by clear-high saturation color. 3. Creating imagemaps, color palletes and cyber model of 4 trend themes by computer graphic, It can give more visual and interesting effect on the cyber space, and also it can help to expect make-up will be dizitalized, visualized and informationalized.

학령기 여아를 위한 경기용 피겨 스케이팅복 패턴 설계에 관한 연구 (Pattern Development of Figure Skating Wear for Schoolgirls)

  • This study developed basic pattern for competition figure skating wear for school girls. Figure skating wears are difficult for making basic patterns based on standard size chart, because girls' body size are slimmer and more slender compared to the general girl's and the competition wears such as, swim suit with sleeves are, closely in contact with the player's body. The competition wears for school girl was made with consideration of changing of the body shape, physical exercises, and various specificities according to stretch material. To raise artistic effect while doing beautiful motions, and to assist in facile technique motions, competition wears need to have enough ease on the side line from waist to armpit, from armpit to wrist, and in trunk girth including crotch girth. Also, to stand out in beauty, a costume designing has a proper skirt position, length, flare width, and a tight bodice according to the player's body proportion. Most of the customers are displeased at the high price, unfitness of size, insufficient design, and difficulty in access, since they are not sold in sporting goods store. Therefore, a competition wear's basic pattern was made through scientific and emotional process including concerns on material properties, room for activities, and ideal body proportion. Systemizing the basic patterns of production method will solve high repairing expenses, unsuitable sizing, and improve accessibility for purchase.

건강기능식품 사례를 통한 대량 맞춤생산 도입 대안 비교 평가 연구 (Evaluation of Implementation Alternatives of the Mass Customization in Health Food Company)

  • Mass customization (MC) is a business practice that aims to provide customers with customized products and services at near mass production efficiency. To achieve the aim, a number of methods to implementing MC are proposed. However, most of them require changes in entire process of the company, which make companies hesitate to implement MC even if it is essential to survive. In this paper, we proposed alternatives to partially implement MC for quick adaptation of MC. The base line assumption is not to change the production lines. The pros and cons of alternatives are given by qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Especially, by giving radar chart analysis of the quantitative measures, we give insight on the changes in the business performance measures, such as time to market and cost. Proposed alternatives are based on sub-processes such as purchasing raw materials, production process changes and packaging for efficient logistics. In this way, companies are able to provide customized products with small changing of the current manufacturing system. The process and benefit of the proposed strategy is verified by real world cases of a Korean health food company.

Color Image Analysis of Cosmetic Web-Site for Color Marketing

  • This study aims to derive the sensitive image analysing the color tones based on the web-sites of cosmetic brand and to know how the web-site color tones and the color tone image as visual factor for information transfer do influence the effective communication. 10 cosmetic brand web-sites are selected based on the pre survey, and the main page color tones of cosmetic brand web-site are analyzed by Color Catch and Munsell Conversion program, whereas the composition of color tones and color image such as the main trend colors, secondary colors, accent colors and etc are analyzed by a graphic professional program 'Adobe Photoshop'. 5 color tone groups are classified as Black&White, Green&White, Blue&White, Purple&White and Red&White according to the color distribution chart, and the emotional language is derived applying them to the pre research and IRI image scale. The color association is empirically analyzed by a survey method. The study results finally show Black&White is proper for expression of high quality and modern image, Green&White for pure and clean image, Blue&White for cool and transparent image, Purple&White for mysterious and elegant image respectively. This study results are necessary for plan of color delivering the strong transferring power of visual information the time when to make the effective web-sites, and it hopefully will be utilized as the basic data for the color marketing to actively express the brand identity and to satisfy the consumers' sensitivity.

  • As the value and relative importance of service industry boosts in modern society, to strengthen competitiveness companies starts to recognize the quality of service as a key component in their business operations. Furthermore, companies that apply the quality of services as their competitive method are concentrating more on the area of quality control. Nevertheless, the previous researches related to this area were more focused on the aspect of measure rather than the control. In this paper, each fractionated customer group in consideration of its characteristics is made in use of estimating the quality of service using the conjoint analysis. The principal variable selective method which a small number of variables is used to control a large number of variables is applied. Hotelling's $T^2$ control chart is applied to administer many relative variables of the quality of service because it is a Multi-item. If abnormal indications appear by adding new data, the method to find and improve variables using MYT decomposition is suggested to apply.

6시그마 프로세스를 활용한 모바일 게임 사이트의 구매 전환율 향상에 관한 사례연구 (Case study: Improvement of Purchase Conversion Rate in Mobile Game Site using Six Sigma Process)

  • This article presents a six sigma project for improving purchase conversion rate in mobile game site. The project was carried out based on DMAIC process. First, a defect rate is defined as low purchase conversion rate. In addition, 60-days purchase data was analyzed and it is shown that the defects level was 2.48 sigma level. In this study, in order to raise the sigma level, six personalization services were used in the mobile game site. Six factors were determined based on FDPM(Functional Deployment Process Map), fishbone chart, linear regression analysis, effort-performance matrix, and so on. The sigma level of defects has improved from 2.48 to 2.93.
