부싱 형상에 따른 전계 분포에 관한 연구 (A Study on Electric Field Distribution with Bushing Geometry)

  • 부싱의 형상에 따라 전계 분포를 비교하여 가장 효율적인 형상을 설계하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 형상 변화는 12 조건이며 전극 길이의 변화로 벡터 분포도는 0.7[%], 전계 분포도는 약 $21{\sim}26[%]$의 절연 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 그리고 고압부 절연물 두께의 변화는 벡터 분포도는 2[%], 전계 분포도는 약 $23{\sim}43[%]$의 절연 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 따라서 조건변화에 따라 절연성능이 향상되는 것을 알 수 있으므로 부분방전 개시전압 소멸전압을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

진동시험에 의한 154kV 변압기 부싱의 동특성 분석 및 내진성능 평가 (Modal Identification and Seismic Performance Evaluation of 154kV Transformer Porcelain Bushing by Vibration Test)

  • 지진과 같은 재난이 발생하였을 때에도 전력설비는 그 본래의 기능을 상실하지 않고 구조적인 안정성을 유지해야 하는 핵심 산업시설물이다. 이 연구는 가장 대표적인 전력설비인 154kV 변압기에 부착된 애자형 부싱의 진동특성과 내진성능을 분석하였다. 연구의 목적에 따라 국내에서 운용하던 실제 154kV 변압기 부싱을 대상으로 30tonf 용량의 진동대를 이용하여 진동시험이 실시되었다. 진동시험은 동특성분석시험과 내진성능시험 그리고 파괴한도시험으로 구분하고, 각각의 시험에는 정현소인파, 인공지진파 그리고 연속공진정현파를 진동대운동으로 입력하였다. 이 논문에는 시험에 사용된 시편과 진동설비의 특성 그리고, 시험 방법 및 종류를 설명하고, 시험 결과 얻어진 계측자료의 특성에 대하여 논의한다. 이 연구를 통하여 국내에서 운용중인 154kV 변압기 부싱은 그 고유진동수가 20Hz 이상인 고진동수 설비이며, 감쇠비는 4%미만인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 특별한 경우를 제외하고, 변압기 부싱은 국내의 설계기준지진에 대하여 충분한 내진안전성을 보유하고 있으며, 강한 공진운동에 의해 예상되는 부싱의 최초 파괴모드는 하단 개스킷의 파손인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Service Life Prediction of Rubber Bushing for Tracked Vehicles

  • Service life prediction and evaluation of rubber components is the foundational technology necessary for securing the safety and reliability of the product and to ensure an optimum design. Even though the domestic industry has recognized the importance thereof, technology for a systematic design and analysis of the same has not yet been established. In order to develop this technology, identifying the fatigue damage parameters that affect service life is imperative. Most anti-vibration rubber components had been damaged by repeated load and aging. Hence, the evaluation of the fatigue characteristics is indispensable. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method that can predict the service life of rubber components relatively accurately in a short period of time. This method works even in the initial designing stage. We followed the service life prediction procedure of the proposed rubber components. The weak part of the rubber and the maximum strain were analyzed using finite element analysis of the rubber bushing for the tracked vehicles. In order to predict the service life of the rubber components that were in storage for a certain period of time, the fatigue test was performed on the three-dimensional dumbbell specimen, based on the results obtained by the rubber material acceleration test. The service life formula of the rubber bushing for tracked vehicles was derived using both finite element analysis and the fatigue test. The service life of the rubber bushing for tracked vehicles was estimated to be about 1.7 million cycles at room temperature (initial stage) and about 400,000 cycles when kept in storage for 3 years. Through this paper, the service life for various rubber parts is expected be predicted and evaluated. This will contribute to improving the durability and reliability of rubber components.

Dynamic visco-hyperelastic behavior of elastomeric hollow cylinder by developing a constitutive equation

  • In this study, developments of an efficient visco-hyperelastic constitutive equation for describing the time dependent material behavior accurately in dynamic and impact loading and finding related materials constants are considered. Based on proposed constitutive model, behaviour of a hollow cylinder elastomer bushing under different dynamic and impact loading conditions is studied. By implementing the developed visco-hyperelastic constitutive equation to LS-DYNA explicit dynamic finite element software a three dimensional model of the bushing is developed and dynamic behaviour of that in axial and torsional dynamic deformation modes are studied. Dynamic response and induced stress under different impact loadings which is rarely studied in previous researches have been also investigated. Effects of hyperelastic and visco-hyperelastic parameters on deformation and induced stresses as well as strain rate are considered.

  • Recently, composite hollow bushings have been increasingly employed mainly from the various characteristics. Composite bushings are superior to porcelain bushings in several respects, including lighter weight, better anti-pollution and anti-explosion properties, and easer manufacturing. Filament wound GRP tubes which have various winding angle were manufactured by using a filament winding machine. This paper will show some design issues and winding condition for composite bushing. And, results show that the winding condition of composite GRP tubes can be used to improved their bending strength and pressure, For bending and pressure tested, tubes with the hybrid winding pattern show higher strength than those of unit winding pattern. Also, the influence of absorption was evaluated through such as measurement of the dye penetration test and water diffusion test, also aspects of surface state using scanning electron microscopy.

  • On Concerning to the Bushing for the High Voltage Transformer and GCB & GIS which we have imported of all type owing to the insufficiency of internal production facilities and the want of technology, our research team succeeded in the development of the 72.5kV/1200A Gas Bushing for GCB & GIS. We carried out the dimensions & visual tests and the mechanical & electrical tests, and we have got the favorable test-results.

스크롤 압축기에 적용된 가변반경 크랭크 기구의 동적 거동에 관한 연구 (Dynamic Behaviour of a Radial Compliant Crank Mechanism Used in Scroll Compressor)

  • Scroll compressor using a slide bushing type radial compliant crank mechanism is modelled, and it's dynamic behaviour characteristics are analyzed. Sealing forces generated in the flank surfaces of the orbiting scroll depending on the distance, e, from slide bushing center to crank pin center are calculated. From the stable condition of orbiting scroll for the moment equilibrium in tangential direction, the range of e is determined as 0$r_o$. Transient response of a crankshaft supported by two journal bearings is investigated, considering applied load, moment, and unbalance force by eccentric mass. As a result, conical whirl mode with circular orbits are obtained. The characteristics of journal orbits and frictional losses are calculated with a variation of viscosity and bearing clearance.

차량의 조종안정성 향상을 위한 토 궤적 및 부싱 강성 선정 (Selection of toe geometry and bushing stiffness to improve the Vehicle Handing Characteristics)

  • In this paper, a full vehicle model is developed to analyze toe and camber changes due to rack height variation and compliance. The AutoDyn7 program developed in G7 project is used for the computer simulation. Steady state cornering test was done to find the understeer gradient. Imposing a pulse steer input, Frequency Response Function(FRF) of yaw rate and lateral accelerations were evaluated. To verify the stability, the rhombus using four parameters is employed. Steer characteristics were evaluated by changing the rack height and the bushing lateral stiffiness. which installed between the low control arm and the chassis.

현가계 컴플라이언스 특성의 최적 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimum Design of Compliance Characteristics of Suspension System)

  • Compliance elements such as bushings of a suspension system play a crucial role in determining the ride and handling characteristics of the vehicle. In this paper, a general procedure is proposed for the optimum design of compliance elements to meet various design targets. Based on the assumption that the displacements of elastokinematic behavior of a suspension system under external forces are very small, linearized elastokinematic equations in terms of infinitesimal displacements and joint reaction forces are derived. Directly differentiating the linear elastokinematic equations with respect to design variables associated with bushing stiffness, sensitivity equations are obtained. The design process for determining the bushing stiffness using sensitivity analysis and optimization technique is demonstrated.
