Purpose:In order to improve the quality of cardiac rehabilitation, it is important to examine the experiences of the patients and how they feel about each part of the process. We used a qualitative research methodology to conduct an in-depth review of the experiences of patients who participated in cardiac rehabilitation. Methods: According to semi-structured guidelines, in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of five patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. Results: A total of 232 codes was derived; these codes were split into 4 categories and 10 subcategories. Although the patients were apprehensive about the diagnosis of heart disease, it also gave them a chance to reflect on their health behaviors of the past. In addition, they began to appreciate their families and support networks more as the disease progressed. The participants did not know about cardiac rehabilitation until the medical staff recommended it, but they participated in the program with the expectation that they could become healthier. The participants felt that they became more physically and mentally healthy while undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. Rehabilitation served as an opportunity to improve other health behaviors as well. However, they emphasized that it is necessary to continuously maintain improved health behavior, find an exercise method that is suitable for one's physical ability and not monotonous, and prepare a plan to reduce the time and economic burden of cardiac rehabilitation. Conclusion: The participants' positive experiences confirmed in this study will be used as evidence for the expansion of cardiac rehabilitation programs.

수행평가는 학생을의 학습 과정을 관찰하거나 학생들이 산출해 낸 자료를 통해 평가하는 방식으로 단순 필납 고사의 단점을 보완하는 새로운 평가 방식으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 이 수행평가를 적용하는데 많은 노력과 시간 부담이 들어 실제 학교 현장에서 시행에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 부담을 줄이기 위해 인터넷을 이용한 평가가 다방면에서 시도되고 있으나, 이들 기존 연구에서는 학생의 평가 참여가 허용되지 못하여 평가 방법이 다양하지 못하거나 교사의 피드백이 부분적으로만 사용되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습자들의 평가 참여 및 학습 과정 중의 다양한 수행평가를 지원하고 교사가 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 웹 기반의 수행평가 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이러한 웹 기반 수행평가 시스템을 활용할 경우, 학생들의 평가력 등의 고등사고 능력과 전인적 발달을 도모하고, 수행평가를 위한 교사의 업무와 시간 부담을 대폭 줄일 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine nurses' turnover experiences and to provide basic information for developing turnover intervention program for effective human resources management. Methods: This study is an inductive, descriptive phenomenological research that uses profound interviews and observations. The subjects of the study were nurses retired from a hospital. Results: The themes were classified into the three theme clusters. The first theme was about 'deepening inside wound' which was described as experiencing stresses due to introversion, feeling a heavy burden about responsibilities as experienced nurses, feeling guilty about limits of performance and hurt about reproaches by seniors and having conflicts with physicians. The second theme cluster focused on 'powerlessness as time goes', which was stated as having difficulty in adaptation to the new rotated wards, feeling tired and having no spare time and difficulty in night duty, experiencing stagnation and powerlessness and feeling disappointed about inadequate rewards. The third was about 'can't find the exit' which were expressed with wanting to change the speciality because of concerns about future, having affection to motherhood, feeling conflict over the nursing profession itself, concentrating on the matter of turnover and facing related personal situations, and regretting turnover. Conclusion & Suggestions: Considering all these experiences, field managers in nursing should build up a support system that helps nurses overcome risks related to decision-making about turnover. In addition, nurse managers need to develop a human resources development program in which competent nurses are continuously won over through education and counseling.

무선 랜 환경에서 신뢰성 있는 멀티캐스트 프로토콜을 지원하기 위해서는 에러 복구와 흐름 제어와 같은 기능이 필요하다. 유선과 무선의 비대칭적인 상호작용으로 인해 발생하는 큐잉 손실과 제한된 무선 채널의 대역폭은 패킷 손실을 줄일 수 있는 효율적인 방법을 필요로 한다. 그리고 공유되는 하나의 브로드캐스트 매체를 사용하기 때문에 여러 수신 단말로부터 동시에 피드백 정보가 전송단에 전달되면 전송단의 채널 혼잡과 과부하를 야기 시킬 뿐만 아니라 순방향의 데이터 프레임 전송을 지연시키게 된다. 그러므로 수신 단말로부터 전송되는 피드백 정보의 수를 줄이는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 무선 랜 멀티캐스트 환경에서 채널 상태를 고려하는 적응적 FEC(Forward Error Correction) 방법과 ARQ(Automatic Repeat Request) 방법을 사용하여 역방향 채널의 피드백 수와 재전송 횟수를 줄이고 높은 데이터 신뢰성을 제공할 수 있는 ARS(Adaptive Redundancy Scheme) 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법의 성능을 수학적 분석과 AWGN과 레일리 페이딩(Rayleigh fading) 채널 환경에서의 모의실험 결과를 통해 평가하였다. 성능 평가 결과, 제안하는 방법이 기존의 FEC와 ARQ를 사용하는 방법에 비해 비슷한 효율을 유지하면서 피드백 정보의 수와 재전송 횟수를 줄이고 높은 데이터 신뢰성을 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호사의 의료용품 개발 경험을 이해하고자 시도되었다. 의료용품 개발 경험이 있는 간호사 6명을 대상으로 융합적 접근을 위해 심층면접을 통하여 2016년 1월부터 12월까지 자료를 수집하였고, 자료분석은 주제 분석으로 하였다. 연구결과 '더 나은 환자간호를 위한 새로운 도전', '넘기 어려운 비전문인으로서의 현실', '어렵지만 보람된 작업'이라는 3개의 주제와 6개의 하부주제가 도출되었다. 참여자들은 환자 간호 중 간호업무의 불편함을 인식하고, 환자에게는 안전하면서도 경제적 부담을 최소화하고자 의료용품 개발을 시도하였다. 참여자들은 의료용품 개발에 대한 지식과 정보가 부족함으로 인해 많은 어려움을 겪었으나 보람된 작업이었다고 하였다. 따라서 간호사들의 아이디어를 반영해 줄 수 있는 병원 조직 차원의 지원 및 제도적인 뒷받침과 의료용품 개발과정에 대한 교육이 필요함을 제기한다.

본 연구는 농촌지역 생활공동체 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 공동체 특성이 미치는 영향을 파악함에 주목한 연구이다. 분석에 활용한 자료는 전라북도 농촌 노인 생활공동체에 거주하는 노인들을 대상으로 수집한 서베이 자료이다(사례 수 670명). 구체적인 분석에는 공동체 특성 변수들은 독립변수, 생활만족도를 종속변수, 개인 특성은 통제변수로 설정한 다중회귀분석모델을 적용하였다. 분석결과는 공동체 특성 중에서는 프로그램, 구성원간 상호지원, 물리적 공간 만족도, 지역공동체 의식, 구성원간 갈등, 가사노동 부담감 등이 생활공동체 거주 노인의 생활만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, 주관적 건강, 월평균 소득, 혼인상태(사별) 등의 개인 특성 변수들 또한 유의미 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 농촌 생활공동체의 특성들이 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 주요한 영향 요인임을 보여주는 바로, 농촌 노인 생활공동체의 성과 제고를 위해서는 거주 노인들간 상호관계 향상, 프로그램들의 개발 및 실행, 물리적 공간의 개선 등 생활공동체 측면들에의 개선이 적극 필요함을 시사하여 준다.

School gardens are known to be effective for increasing vegetable consumption in children. This study was carried out to examine the perception of garden program leaders for actual conditions and barriers to promote school gardens according to their sense of dedication. The 49 garden program leaders at schools and child care centers in Pocheon city were surveyed and grouped into two groups: dedicated (57.1%) and less dedicated (42.9%) as program leaders. Compared to dedicated leaders, leaders in the less dedicated group less advocated promotion of school gardens (P<0.001) and were less willing to attend training for school garden (P<0.01), despite less experience as program leaders (P<0.01) and past training (P<0.05). Moreover, leaders in the less dedicated group less acknowledged the educational results of school garden in every aspect (P<0.001, respectively), less perceived support from parents and colleagues (P<0.05, respectively), and less used garden produce in more active activities such as donation and literature (P<0.05, respectively), compared to the dedicated group. The most answered barrier against the promotion of school gardens was work burden, followed by manpower shortage, shortage of technique, knowledge, and information, and time shortage. The results of this study provide evidence that developing strategies is needed to make more teachers and child care providers more dedicated as garden program leaders.

정부는 재정 부담을 완화하면서 사회간접시설을 조기에 구축할 수 있는 SOC 민간투자사업 제도를 도입하여 적극 장려하고 있다. 민간투자사업의 비중은 2005년을 기준으로 전체 SOC 투자의 15%에 이를 만큼 크게 성장하였으며 이러한 성장세는 당분간 지속될 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 화려한 양적인 성장에 비해서 사업의 효율성, 생산성, 사업 규모의 적정성 등에 관한 문제점들이 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 민간투자사업에서 나타나고 있는 문제점을 도출하고, 이러한 문제점의 해결 방안으로 민간투자사업에 CM을 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제시한 방안을 통하여 단기적으로는 SOC 민간투자사업의 효율성과 생산성을 증대시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이며, 장기적으로는 CM 적용의 좋은 사례(best practice)로 건설 산업 전반에 CM이 도입되는 촉매제가 될 것이다.

우리나라는 경제발전, 출산율 저하, 보건의료의 발달로 65세 이상 노인 인구의 비율이 2018년 14% 고령사회, 2026년 20% 초고령사회로 예상되어 빠른 인구구조의 변화를 겪고 있다. 고령화에 따라 치매, 중풍 등 일상생활이 어려운 노인들의 수는 날로 증가하고, 핵가족화, 여성의 사회참여 증가 등으로 장기요양이 필요한 노인들을 가정에서 돌보는 것이 어려워졌다. 이에 정부는 이러한 사회적 구조 및 노인문제를 해결하기 위해 장기요양대상 노인의 삶의 질 향상과 가족부양 부담의 완화 등을 목적으로 노인장기요양보험법을 제정하여 시행하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 시설의 민영화와 난립으로 서비스의 공적 책임과 시설의 질 제고에 대한 요청이 확산되고 있는 부분을 살펴보고자 한다. 이 밖에도 저임금 요양인력의 양산, 재원조달 방식에 관한 문제 등의 대비가 다각도로 부족한 부분을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 노인장기요양보험제도가 초고령화 사회를 대비하여 장기 지속적으로 유지 발전하기 위해서는 법 제도적 측면의 개선방안의 모색과 더불어 노인복지서비스가 신체적 건강 뿐만 아니라 노후 생활의 안정을 위한 정신적 심리적 조치를 강구하는 방안을 검토하고자 한다.

모바일 증권 서비스는 고객과 거래할 수 있는 새로운 채널로서 증권회사의 경쟁력에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 고객의 모바일 증권 서비스 이용에 영향을 주는 요인들을 조사하기 위해 혁신확산이론, 계획적 행동이론, 기술수용모형과 기타 선행연구를 기초로 하여 연구모델을 설정하고 가설을 검증하였다. 128명의 고객으로부터 수집된 설문 자료를 비이용자와 이용자로 나누어 분석한 결과 상대적 이점, 사회적 영향은 수용의도 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 지속적 이용의도에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이용자 집단에 있어서 보안 위험은 지속적 이용의도에 부정적 영향을 주고 매매빈도는 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 고객의 모바일 증권 서비스 이용가능성을 예측하는데 있어서는 비용부담을 크게 느끼는 고객은 모바일 서비스를 이용하지 않을 가능성이 높고 사회적 압력을 많이 느끼는 고객은 이용할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다 마지막으로 정보의 질과 반응시간은 상대적 이점에 긍정적 영향을 주는 반면 인터페이스의 질은 복잡성에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 모바일 증권 서비스의 수용을 높이기 위해 관리자가 관심을 가져야 할 요인을 밝히고 있다는데 의미가 있다.
