경영환경이 급변하는 상황에서 조직은 과거에 비해 변화 지향적인 대응방식이 필요하고 조직의 존속 및 발전을 위한 효율적인 관리를 요구하고 있다. 전통적인 관리모델에 적응되지 못하므로 새로운 리더와 새로운 리더와 부하관계를 원하고 있다 현재 전세계적으로 경기불황이 지속되고 있으며, 이로 인한 소비위축으로 기업들은 많은 어려움에 봉착을 하고 있다. 기업들은 이렇게 끊임없이 변화하는 경영환경과 시장에 대한 체계적인 대응을 하지 못하면 결국 시장에서 도태되게 된다. 이로 인해 리더십의 중요성이 그 어느때보다도 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서번트 리더십에 대한 선행연구들에 대하여 고찰을 하고, 이를 통해 서비스 산업에 종사자하는 종사자들을 대상으로 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 서번트 리더십은 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서번트 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 효과는 상사의 신뢰에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 글로벌 에너지 공급 위기로 인해 국제 에너지 시장에서 불확실성이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 시장 변화로 에너지 가격이 상승하고 있으며, 미개발된 에너지 자원이 풍부하게 저장된 극한지(북극권)까지 개발 대상 지역이 확대되고 있다. 북극권은 기존 에너지 플랜트 사업을 수행하던 지역과 차별되는 자연환경, 법, 제도, 문화, 이해관계자 등 특수한 건설 환경을 가지고 있기 때문에 사전에 개발지역에 대한 다양한 검토가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 최근 비전통 에너지 자원개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 캐나다 앨버타(Alberta)주를 대상으로 건설 환경 관련 공간정보를 수집하고 구축하였다. 또한, 건설 환경 공간정보 데이터를 활용하여 자원개발을 위한 최적 입지 평가 모델을 개발하고, 기존 자원개발 지역과 비교·분석하여 신뢰도를 검증하였다.

본 연구는 문화생산론을 적용하여 한국대중음악산업의 수직계열화 구조를 기업집중과 생산시스템을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석대상은 국내 디지털 음원유통 1위인 멜론 가요음악차트의 2000-2013년의 주간 톱텐을 사용하여 양적연구를 하였다. 연구결과 한국대중음악시장의 수직계열화 구조는 미국의 그것과는 다른 형태를 보였다. 미국의 메이저가 취하였던 수직 계열화는 음반시장의 불확실성에 대처하기 위하여 독립 레이블의 인수, 합병 등을 통하여 홍보와 유통만을 책임지고 음악의 생산은 독립 레이블에 맡기는 오픈 시스템인 반면 한국은 디지털 음원환경으로의 변화에 전통적인 가치사슬이 붕괴되어 디지털 음원유통사가 단순하게 유통만 책임지는 변형된 수직 구조를 나타내었다. 특히 대기업 계열의 유통사가 시장의 과점현상을 보이는 심각성을 발견하였으며, 이는 창조경제시대의 건전한 산업생태계 구축에도 어긋나는 것으로 선진사례의 연구를 통한 오픈시스템으로의 개선이 요구된다.

This paper evaluate use on facilities of green tourism by participator's questionnaire and urban inhabitants' questionnaire. As the result of study, it shows follows; 1) To make town look more traditionally we should rebuild the buildings and the styles of roof with our own traditional rural system. And, we also change the block and brick style fence into soil or rock one instead to look rural path. The agricultural land and watercourse should be left naturally to be looked non-polluted environment. 2) The outdoor toilet, washing stand and distribute should be maintained and managed clearly every time. Residents' own housing also should be maintained to promote the home-stay lodging. 3) To improve the satisfaction of people's need of agricultural product, the special market building or place that could be packed and sold the product at the same time should be built or made. And, it should be located in the harmonious spot with the natural scenery and good parking lot.

Purpose - In this paper, we consider more segmented types of markets than conventional version of ones in South Korea and explore the degree of relations between these markets and the related factors with them. In this case, ten attributes of types of markets mentioned above will be considered. To be more specific, the numerical strength is evaluated and graphical approach is expressed on two-dimensional plane, if the association exists between the considered variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This work is done by the 2013 report on the commercial building lease offered by Small Businessmen Promotion Institute (May/2013~August/2013) and exploited by statistical analyses such as correspondence analysis and a chi-squared test in IBM SPSS 23.0. Results - Findings of this paper indicate that a variable Korean market, including traditional markets, are closely connected with variables administrative district, sales and occupation instead of company, age group and business duration and the detailed associations between variables can be obtained by inspecting results of correspondence analysis. Conclusions - We can understand where the status of the Korean markets stands now through this work and also government authority and local autonomy can take advantage of these findings to enhance the revitalization of Korean markets and other markets.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore, examine, and analyze Journal of Distribution Science and its articles based on five key factors of journal selection process by Thompson and to provide foundations for further knowledge creation and theory building in the areas of distribution and distribution science. Research design, data, methodology - This study used an exploratory case study method to engage article analysis and reviews of Journal of Distribution Science. Thompson's five journal selection factors were used as criteria for the journal and article analyses and review. Results - Journal of Distribution Science is currently meeting or at least in the progress of meeting the following factors: timeliness of publication, international editorial convention, international diversity, and citation analysis. However, JDS is short of meeting the factor of editorial content. The research topics were not new, emerging, and/or distinctive, and they were not directly associated with specific region or country other than Korea. Conclusions - The findings from this study could lead the field of distribution to reexamine the core knowledge, to reestablish the fundamental concepts and principles, to formulate and propose academically and practically sound research methods, and to develop and focus on unique research topics in the area of distribution.

The rise of latecomer countries across the world directs academic attention to their catching-up and innovation processof seizing technological opportunities and combining internal and external knowledge. Different from the developed economies as well as the newly industrialized economies, China presents a special innovation environment, wherein its technology regime, market opportunities, and institutions are complex and the globalization trend affects competition in a broader way. In thiscontext, we clarify and extend the framework of "secondary innovation". This framework describes the dynamics of those with relatively poor resources and capabilities in their efforts to capture the values of mature/emerging technology or business models by acquiringthem from across borders and then adapting to catching-up contexts. Such processes, differentiated from original innovation that involves the whole process from R&D to commercialization, has become a prevailing regime during paradigm shifts. In particular, unlike the traditional catch-up literature that focuses more on technology, the secondary innovation framework inclusively contains both technology and business model innovation, and puts forward the co-evolution between the two elements, which is more applicable to China's context. In accordance, we also provide implications towards fulfilling the goal of building an innovation-driven nation.

As the population of consumers of outdoor wear expands, there is increasing interest among consumers in trendy lifestyle outdoor. Accordingly, it is essential to develop designs that are drawn from outdoor wear. This can be limited to traditional mountaineering suits, and designs developed from men's outdoor zip-up T-shirts, which are highly utilized in everyday life, are very important. This study developed the design of a summer zip-up T-shirt for men with both functional and aesthetic qualities. Visual images of foreign brands and domestic outdoor-focused T-shirts from the spring/summer seasons of 2013-2019 were collected to analyze the following modeling elements: silhouettes, details, colors, materials, and prints. In addition, the design concept was derived by analyzing presentations from the global outdoor trade Fairs (2013-2019). To develop a sustainable eco-friendly outdoor summer T-shirt for men, the concept was derived according to three categories: eco-friendly, sportism-expressed active elements of sports, and an outro-concept of urban town wear as an outdoor lifestyle. Thus, a total of 12 styles of design were developed. High utilization of the outdoor wear T-shirts (which are also popular as lifestyle wear), is an important aspect of building a segmented lineup of the slow-growing outdoor wear market and supports expansion of the scope of theoretical research on outdoor wear design.

국내 재래시장 상가건축물은 타 상업지역 보다 노후화된 상업건축물이 상대적으로 많으며 밀집도 또한 높다고 할 수 있어 화재발생 시 화재확산 속도가 빠르고 화재진압이 어려워 인명 및 재산 피해의 가능성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 재래시장을 특정관리대상으로 지정하여 정기적으로 점검을 하고 있으나 소방시설에 비해 상대적으로 피난계획 및 피난설비에 대해서는 적절한 성능평가 및 점검이 이루어지고 있지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 대구시 소재의 특정관리대상으로 지정된 재래시장 상가건축물을 조사하여 재래시장의 평면유형분류를 하였고, 각 유형이 가지는 특성을 분석하였으며 대상건축물 피난설비의 실태조사를 통해 경년변화에 따른 설비의 노후화 특성을 분석하였다.

현대에 들어 IT 시장은 대형화와 복합화가 진행되고 경쟁이 더 심화되고 있기 때문에 전통적인 사업관리 방식으로는 관리하기 어려운 정보시스템구축 사업이 많아지면서 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 제도적 장치와 이를 지원하는 사업관리 프로세스를 도출하기 위하여 실무자(현장PM 및 사업참여자)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어개발 사업관리 요소기술의 중요도와 취약도를 파악하여 개선해야 할 요소기술이 도출되었고, 이를 활용하여 사업관리의 필요성과 총괄사업관리자의 역할과 핵심 사업관리 분야를 결정하는데 논리적 근거를 제시하는 매우 유의미한 결과를 얻었다.
