재건축에 따른 건축밀도 및 주거환경의 변화 연구 (A Study on the Change of Architecture Density and Residential Environment according to Reconstruction)

  • This study aims to investigate the change in building density and residential environment after the reconstruction of decrepit public rental housing complexes formed in accordance with the Land Readjustment Project during the 1970s-80s. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, in terms of change in residential environment after the reconstruction, floor plans that were limited to two to four types and to small apartments measuring $42.9m^2$(13py)-$56.1m^2$ (17py) became varied, presenting 5-6 types of floor plans and various sizes of apartments. In particular, the reconstructed apartments were mainly built in a size smaller than 85($m^2$) and in the 3LDK floor plan and staircase-style unit architectural structure in order to reflect the lifestyle of residents. Second, in terms of change in building density after the reconstruction, the building coverage ratio did not change a lot, but the floor area ratio showed great change depending on the complex, ranging from a minimum of 2.9 times (Singdong Complex) to a maximum of 5.4 times (Eoyangdong Complex). Such change is attributable to the reconstruction policy that aims to improve the residential environment for original residents, secure economic feasibility and efficiency, and reflect the lifestyle of residents while incorporating dividends assigned to the existing housing project members as well as the maximum floor area ratio allowed by the regulation. Additionally, in terms of change in the number of floors and building density after the reconstruction, the former 5-story apartments were changed to apartments with 16-28 stories. Accordingly, the number of households in each complex has also increased by 20%. Third, according to the characteristics of parking facilities in terms of the size and density of parking spaces, former apartment complexes had only aboveground parking lots, not underground parking area. The newly constructed apartment complexes have underground parking space, and the parking-housing ratio is 1.1-1.3 cars.

실내디자인의 문자 정보와 이미지 정보의 통합화에 관한 연구 (Integration of Text and Image Information of Interior Design)

  • This paper explores idea of the integration of text and image information in interior design. In this paper, we designed a structure of text and image information. Text information includes the information about materials and projects, and image information includes images of interior design. Material information consists of such as name and price of materials. Image information involves images of interior design that have been scanned and categorized into 15 groups according to the building regulation. Project information consists of construction brief and materials relevant to the image of interior design. The interior design information that is based on cases offers various information to designer and customers. In addition, the connection between text information and image information improves the quality of interior design by decreasing the trial and error in interior design processes. Finally, we discuss the method that integrates text and image information of interior design.

  • Current fire safety in the construction sites has developed piecemeal over a considerable period of time. However, the law and regulation of fire safety is insufficient to protect fro in the construction sites. The frequency of fire in the construction sites is very rare but it brings longterm deterioration durability of building structure and large scale industrial calamity. There are many process of works and each work deals with many kind of flammable material, so it is very difficult to find a proper safety fire prevention. This study executed the questionnaire and fire experiment of the welding work to provide effective fire prevention counterplan.

  • Today, The representation of the modern space is experimented with shape and surface of the de-structural point of view to make architecture and space, in terms of not being able to make defined by single regulation. However, it can correspond to the rapidly changing modern, but it is easy to fade of architecture fundamental meaning. Along with the need for the rise of the construction of fundamental space, should be built a 'tectonic' spatial, which is said to be building of logos. Tectonic, as norms for expressing the fundamental meaning of architecture, as to expression of construction, be unfolded with dualism such as science and art, technology and express, structure and formation, and it was introduced into the architecture through the construction expression of space that was a tectonic discussion of 19c german architects. On the other hand Constructivism which is avant-garde formative movement with Russia revolution, constructed 'sculpture' with the formative principles as tectonic. Tectonic's Formative characteristics can draw a conclusion with of tectonic characteristics of constructivism sculpture, space of logos will be realized through its study. Other hand, The pavilion, as symbol space, can be analyzed by tectonic properties, Pavilion, meaning the space is expressed in a variety of tectonic expression. As tectonic construction, fundamental ideology and symbolization of space is revealed metaphorically and visually.

청주권 토지이용 체계에 관한 연구 (지역지구제 중심으로) (A study on Cheong-ju urban land use planning on the subject of Zoning)

  • A phenomenon in the unplanned urban sprawl of Cheong-ju city has to be rest-rained from disposing and to develop, though progress in urbanization inevitably decreases rural area. So, this thesis aims at reviewing, revising and guiding toward the more effective land use planning practice and zoning mechanism and system of Cheong-ju city. I proposed that land use planning should be had several factors and thereupon that Korean zoning mechanism and system including Building Code should be amended because of inducing human activities in buildings and facilities not to demarcate and plan every one of them. First, the factors of urban planning are a rather diversified approach to it than a unified, supplementation of the applicable difference in time between preparing and appling it, a solid controlling system, a micro and macro planning theory and giving serious consideration for the inertia from the existing land use. Second, the applicable amendments for our zoning mechanism including Eluding Code are as follows; a need of reorganization for Zoning Ordinance appricated to different regulation concerning a scale and peculiarity of a oily, a decision of the different earmarked confinement in area to different zone ana from Zoning Ordinance in City Planning Law, a demarcated facilities and the more detailed land use concerning human activies than the exsisting and entrusting decision on the ways and processes of it to every rural city planning committee, a settlement of zone ana area considering for block-unit and Planned Unit Development(P. U. D.), and a need of security jurisprudence in order to solve the zoning regulation rather in City Planning Law than in Building Code that our zoning regulation and controlling system are depended on. According to these applicable amendments to Cheong-ju city, I proposed the conceptions of Cheong-ju city land use planning are as follows; a reinforcement with one cored pattern of urban land use, a selection of gradual urban sprawl by way of city development and renewal, a strengthening accessibility to the core of the city with Plurizing the system of arterial roads, a choice of priority to conservation at the core of tile city and security of open spaces and parking area at the area of the city, a harmonization between development and conservation at the inner ring area that is situated between the core and periphery reserved area in order to develop in the future, a buffered open space situated at the congested area with heterogenous functions, and a completion of urban open space system. The proposal made here so far is for the hope of the better structure of Cheong-ju city that should be granted to the peculiarity developed with educational, cultural, conservative and self-sufficient city functions.

전문가 델파이 조사를 통한 국내 BIPV 정의 개정 방안 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Deduction of Domestic BIPV Definition Revision Plan through Expert Delphi Survey)

  • 최근 국내 BIPV 시장은 "제로에너지 건축물 인증 의무화 제도(2020~)" 도입으로 시장 활성화가 기대되고 있지만, 현행 국내 BIPV 시공 기준 내 정의 내용의 경직성 등으로 인해 다소 답보 상태에 있다. 또한, 국내 BIPV 정의와 표준화 개정이 지체되어 벽에 구조물을 설치하고 모듈을 대충 고정한 것만으로 BIPV라고 인정된 사례가 있을 만큼 제도가 허술한 상태이다. 이로 인해 발생한 피해는 소비자에게 돌아갈 수 있으며 BIPV에 대한 부정적인 인식만 심어주고, 시장 전체를 정체시키는 결과를 불러올 수도 있다. 이에 BIPV 정의 중, 시장 부진 원인, 불합리한 규정 등에 대해 문헌조사, 선행 연구조사(인용) 및 현장사례 조사 등 개정 필요항목들을 사전 검토 및 설문 항목 검토 후, BIPV 분야 산업계 및 연구계 등 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 설문 조사를 거쳐 개정 대안을 분석 마련하고, 전문가 검토 의견 등을 종합 반영 및 보완하여 IEC 국제표준 정의 일부 인용.절충안 등 국내 BIPV 정의 개정방안을 도출하였다.

11.15 지진 사례를 통한 지진피해 시설물 위험도 평가 체계 개선 (Improvement of Post-earthquake Risk Assesment System for Damaged Buildings by Case Study on '11.15 Earthquake')

  • Post-earthquake risk assessment technique in Korea is developed in 2013 by National Disaster Management Research Institute, at the same time, related manual and standard regulation is distributed to every local government by National Emergency Management Agency. The objectives of this research are to investigate and evaluate the post-earthquake risk assessment of 9.12 Earthquake (M5.8, Gyeongju City, 2016) and 11.15 Earthquake (M5.4, Pohang City, 2017). To suggest and improve the assessment process of post-earthquake risk, first post-earthquake risk assessment method of advanced foreign countries including US, New Zealand and Japan are compared, and post-earthquake evaluation activities in 9.12 Earthquake and 11.15 Earthquake are analyzed. From the results, it is needed to expand the adapted building and structure types and strengthen the earthquake disaster response capacity of local government.

  • To expect accurately the maximum power of solar cell module under various installation conditions, it is required to know the performance characteristics like temperature dependence. Today, the PV (photovoltaic) market in Korea has been growing. Also BIPV (building integrated photovoltaic) systems are diversified and become popular. But thermal dependence of PV module is little known to customers and system installers. In IEC 61215,a regulation for testing the crystalline silicon solar cell module, the testing method is specified for modules. However there is limitation for testing the module with diverse application examples. In extreme installation method, there is no air flow between rear side of module and ambient, and it can induce temperature increase. In this paper, we studied the roof type installation of PV module on the surface of one-axis tracker system. We measured temperature on every component of PV module and compared to open-rack structure. As a result, we provide the foundation that explains temperature characteristics and NOCT (nominal operation cell temperature) difference. 공동주택에서 필로티 세대의 난방에너지 분석 (The Analysis of the Heating Energy in Apartment Houses with Pilotis)

  • This paper presents an analysis of heating energy for apartment houses in apartment building, paying special attention on the effect of pilotis which is increasing recently. A four-zone model composed of one conditioned and three unconditioned space is developed in this study. IES VE is adopted to estimate heating energy. Especially, we used Apache module for a heating energy calculated. The predicted result shows fairly good agreements with the available measured data and simulation data. Heating energy needed for an apartment located on the pilotis floors is far greater compared with the case of intermediate floors. Insulation thickness of walls, floors and underground structure appears to be a dominant factor affecting heating energy, which leads to needs of revision of the related regulation. It is finally concluded that the location dependent, severe imbalance in heating energy should be improved and reflected in the policy making process and the design standards.

  • Urban rail transit offers target performance and function because various lower part system such as rolling-stock, signal, power and trackis consisted as complex. In order to function properly an urban rail transit which is complicated system to work as safety and reliability, System must secure safety with structure, design, manufacture, install and verification and it is important to establish a safety standard follows it procedures, establish what step all it is important to operate. Safety standard of urban transit infrastructure is minimum standard necessary to secure safety of signal, power and track. Urban rail transit standard business leads to make many requirements. Recently, many types of equipment have applied to manage requirements and standards for system efficiently in part of universal, airline and car accordingly applied equipments use to manage a pursuit(Trace) between standard of system. Especially importance of management is emphasized more become more. Importance of standard management which usesa computing support tool recently in transit filed is embossed and is predicted to be more such forward. Therefore we propose the effective method of management with infrastructure system by constructed data-base system.
