ECC 영구거푸집의 내화성능 및 역학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Fire Resistance and Mechanical Properties of ECC Permanent Form)

  • It was investigated fire resistance properties and mechanical properties of high strength concrete column using ECC(Engineered Cementitious Composites) permanent form by KS F 2257 Methods of fire resistance test for elements of building construction and compression test for application of precast concrete column method of high rise building in this study. As a test result, it was appeared that ECC permanent form is available as fire resistance method of high strength concrete and new precast concrete construction method for facilitating construction of high rise building.

  • With the rise of BIM application and green building assessment, studies on assessment of CO2 emissions from buildings using BIM are needed. In accordance with the requirements, this study aims at developing BIM Template database, as a part of development of CO2 assessment technology using BIM. Based on the research of construction materials, this study develops database by applying Procurement Agency Item Code to BIM Template. The results of this research makes it possible to assess CO2 emissions of materials with BIM Template and building data modeling implementation.

건축공사비지수를 이용한 건설물가 변동분석 및 공사비 실적자료 활용방안 연구 (Forecasting of building construction cost variation using BCCI and it's application)

  • This research developed construction cost forecasting model using Building Construction Cost Index, time series analysis and Artificial Neural Networks. By this model, we could calculate the forecasted values of construction cost precisely and efficiently. And we also could find out that the standard deviation of forecasted values is 0.375 and it is a very exact result, so the standard deviation is just 0.33 percent of 112.28, the average of Building Construction Cost Index. And it show more exact forecasting result in comparison with Time Series Analysis.

  • The production process of construction industry is different from thing of the general manufacturing, likewise various participants make temporary teamwork for success of the project through sharing of information. But the each role of participants is individually changed to step in construction process stage and moreover it has complicated, entangled interests. The Construction Management was inducted for the effective management and operation of construction project. The Key of the Construction Management success depends on the cooperative relationship relation to major participants. The domestic construction system is difficult with many trial and errors for the frequent plan change. As the building are more bigger and complicated, Building Information Modeling is demanded design and maintenance. This evaluation was done by the trust on the system as well as Construction Management. And then it applies the BIM it analyzes the example of construcrion project.

  • This paper presents the results of numerical simulation of wind environment and wind coefficient around super high-rise building. The analysis of aerodynamic response due to wind-induced forces and wind effect to surrounding buildings is important to high-rise building. This paper simulates the wind force to the high-rise building and wind flow pattern around the high-rise building, and shows the usability of CFD analysis to design process of high-rise building. A Navier-Stokes-Solver (FLUENT) with Quick spatial discretization scheme and RNG $\kappa-\epsilon$ turbulence model has been applied to the computation of the three dimensional turbulent flow.

  • This study presents a methods on the construction of integrated system for the purpose of automation of design plans, calculation of quantity of materials and estimation by abstracting information on building materials which is produced on the course of three dimension modeling by using computer. Therefore, an object oriented methodology is introduced to compose design informations in three dimension, space for unifying building informations, and expressing properties of building factors and materials, and to construct a database for computers to recognize architecture informations. An object indicates a conceptual individual existing in real world or existence of individual and necessity in composing a building could be called as objects such as column, wall, beam, slab, door and window and these contain materiality and immateriality. It is systemized to which properties of these building's objects are installed by the user of computer and by API(Application Programming Interface), chosen informations automatically converse to each unit work such as design plan structure plan, calculation of amount of materials, etc.

  • This study applied BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology for Long-life Housing within exterior, interior and building equipment. There has many changes and depression infill material after construction. Therefore to understand establishment of repair and replacement cycle is necessity. In addition, the method of classification is necessary because of construction equipment efficiency. On this study, we will find how can we manage them and establish the repair and repairment cycle by applying BIM technology.

  • Currently about 60 contries in the world require earthquake resistant structural design in case of multistory building constructions. In these cases the equivalent lateral force procedure is commonly adopted because of its simplicity and convenience. This procedure, however, is developed based mainly on the first vibration mode response of building structure. The dynamic analysis of tall building shows that the effect of higher modes of vibration on the response of the building can not be neglected. In this paper, the effect of higher modes of vibration on seismic response is evaluated through modal analysis of tall building structures. On the basis of evaluation results, an improved procedure is to be proposed for the extended application of the equivalent lateral force procedure.

  • High-rise buildings have some problems by stack effect. And, the solutions on the problems should be determined by considering an overall building. But, ordinarily, the countermeasures on the problems are applied to local part of the building. Local countermeasures often can be possible to arouse the secondary problems accompanied by the stack-effect. In this study, the usefulness of local countermeasures are evaluated in terms of both the reduction effect on problems and the possible secondary problems with simulations. The simulation results show that the application of countermeasures on an overall building is very important and that local countermeasures can be used optionally according to building's conditions.

  • The constructability of formwork has a significantly influence on the duration and cost in tall building construction. However, current installation and dismantling process are conducted with heuristic approaches due to the absence of reasonable constructability review method. This study proposes a new method to review the constructability of formwork by utilizing 3D printing technology. It is expected that the suggested review method could reduce formwork duration and cost with subjective, but rational manner.
