  • Defect dispute has been a continuous claim that concerning a apartment building. However, objective standard of judgment is inadequate to solve defect dispute. Furthermore, it need to scientific evidence that composited standard of judgment. This evidence has a necessary to collect a data for a long time and systematically analyze. Therefore, it need to develop smart information management system, in this study, it review user-oriented condition as swot analysis.

  • The maintenance management in buildings has got more important by the increasing complexity of building sizes and use. Nowadays an expectation and a possibility of BIM technology become accepted as a new construction management method, therefore many studies and legal systems of it are being suggested actively. Although orders for BIM projects are supposed to be increasing, at present the BIM information accumulated from planning and design still doesn't have its continuity at the maintenance step after completion of construction in terms of LCC. Therefore according to bim information, we set a goal of developing apartment maintenance system which is able to maintain by user viewpoint.

  • Recently, many scan projects are gradually increasing for maintenance, construction. The scan data contains useful data, which can be generated in the target application from the facility, space. However, modeling the scan data required for the application requires a lot of cost. In example, the converting 3D point cloud obtained from scan data into 3D object is a time-consuming task, and the modeling task is still very manual. This research proposes Scan-to-Geometry Mapping Rule Definition (S2G-MD) which maps point cloud data to geometry for irregular building plane objects. The S2G-MD considers user use case variability. The method to define rules for mapping scan to geometry is proposed. This research supports the reverse engineering semi-automatic process for the building planar geometry from the user perspective.

  • The Vocational Rehabilitation Center Expansion Project, with a budget of 15.3 billion KRW, transformed an existing facility into a more eco-friendly, user-friendly, and publicly accessible space. The project involved expanding the building from a basement and two above-ground floors to a basement and six above-ground floors, addressing the shortage of facilities for people with disabilities while promoting eco-friendliness. Design concepts included eco-friendly MASS, improvements to the existing building, social adaptability, and user-centric evacuation measures. Value Engineering (VE) and technical reviews led to proposals for cost reduction and functionality enhancement. Completed in September 2019, the project, renamed "Se-um Center," now hosts seven disability welfare facilities, serving as a vital infrastructure improving the lives of individuals with disabilities in the local community.

주거용 건축물의 리모델링 요구 분석 (The Analysis of User Demand on Residental Building Remodelling)

  • This study has researched upon customers' request in the remodelling of residential buildings, and that the research results could be used as a reference data when the remodelling work is under implementation. This study also has collected the residents' upgrading request on their residential buildings, and graded the requests according to their importance. For those purposes, this study classified the problem items through classified analyses and, built the census items, based on the results. Then, the residents' requests on the residential building were presented by importance rates through coupled analysis census. Also, the importance rates have been related to the construction items which predict the importance of each construction item. The main purposes of this study are setting up the direction of the remodelling of residential buildings and predicting the customer requests in the future, even though the remodelling of residential building in Korea has not been activated yet. The research results are expected to be used as a basic data in the remodelling and construction of residential buildings.

설계검토를 위한 가상현실·증강현실 기술의 활용 효과 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Visual Presentation and User Acceptability of Virtual/Augmented Reality Application for Architectural Design Review)

  • Visualized information platforms through building information modeling (BIM) such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) improves the efficiency of architectural information exchange. Despite that, less effort has been directed to evaluate the effectiveness of different BIM visualization platforms for architectural design review. This study fills these gaps and compares three BIM visualization tools for reviewing diverse architectural review factors and technology acceptance degree. Three main BIM visualization tools, which are desktop-based, virtual reality-based and augmented reality-based, were employed and different architectural review factors and user's technology acceptance degree was measured. As a result, VR and AR environment showed better visual presentation than desktop environment during design review. In terms of the technology acceptance level, VR and AR environments have received higher ratings compared to desktop environments. The detailed findings provide guidelines for participants and researchers involved in design review process to selectively adopt VR and AR system to various architectural design review components.

VIOLA : 웹 응용 프로그램 개발을 위한 자료흐름 방식의 시각 프로그래밍 도구 (VIOLA : An Iconic Data-flow Visual Language for Web Applications)

  • 본 논문에서는 VIOLA(VIsual Object-oriented Language for Multimedia Applications)이 시각 언어 프레임워크를 제안하다. VIOLA는 웹 응용 프로그램을 자동으로 생성시켜주는 도구이며, 사용자가 정확한 HTML 태그나 CGI 프로그래밍을 모르더라도 자동으로 고수준의 웹 응용 프로그램을 작성할 수 있게 해준다. VIOLA에서는 사용자 접속 설계 부분과 프로그램의 논리 설계 부분 자료흐름 방식에 의해 통합되어 나타난다. 사용자 접속 설계 부분은 직접 조작과 위지윅을 지원하고, 프로그램 논리 설계 부분은 추상화된 아이콘과 사용자 접속과의 연결을 위한 자료흐름 방식을 사용한다. 프로그램 논리는 도구에서 정의된 클래스를 재사용하여 결합함으로써 자동으로 CGI 프로그램으로 생성되어진다. 이러한 방법은 직관적이고 사용하기 쉬워서 초보자라도 쉽고 빠르게 고수준의 웹 응용 프로그램을 생성할 수 있다. 또한 웹 문서의 생성과 저작에 필요한 일련의 기능들이 통합되어 잇다. 생성된 CGI 프로그램은 java로 구현되기 때문에 HTML 문서와 더불어 플랫폼에 독립적이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the reasonable method for effective public building construction process. Public building service administration is necessary to make efficient public building supply and demand program. As a result, current public building precess need four steps(organize public assets, various process, establish public building service administration, design criteria). 1. Planning phase : Participation of Private Experts is guaranteed to enhance public building's function such as welfare, entertainment. 2. Design Phase : Detailed design review makes efficient and user oriented public building. 3. Construction Phase : Public Architect solve various problems among the participator especially in case of government local building construction. In conclusion, well formulated design criteria and Public building service administration make public building efficient in various field.

영상 매칭으로 생성된 DSM을 이용한 반자동 3차원 건물 외곽선 추출 기법 개발 (Semi-automatic Extraction of 3D Building Boundary Using DSM from Stereo Images Matching)

  • 기존의 LiDAR 자료 기반의 건물 외곽선 추출 연구에서는 고정밀 포인트클라우드를 사용하여 자동으로 건물 지붕 영역을 분류하고 이를 입력자료로 하여 건물 외곽선을 추출했다. 반면에 스테레오 영상 정합을 통해 생성된 DSM은 고정밀 포인트클라우드 자료와 달리 원시 자료인 포인트클라우드에 잡음과 비어있는 격자가 존재하기 때문에 완전한 자동으로 건물 지붕 영역을 분류하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스테레오 영상 정합을 통해 생성된 DSM에 사용자 입력을 통한 watershed segmentation 기법을 적용하여 반자동으로 건물의 3차원 외곽선을 추출하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 DSM 내 건물 영역을 표시하는 단순한 마커 정보만을 입력하기 때문에 사용자 입력을 최소화한 방식으로 건물의 3차원 외곽선을 생성할 수 있다.

지능적인 웹문서 분류를 위한 구조 및 프로세스 설계 연구 (A Study on Building Structures and Processes for Intelligent Web Document Classification)

  • This paper aims to offer a solution based on intelligent document classification to create a user-centric information retrieval system allowing user-centric linguistic expression. So, structures expressing user intention and fine document classifying process using EBL, similarity, knowledge base, user intention, are proposed. To overcome the problem requiring huge and exact semantic information, a hybrid process is designed integrating keyword, thesaurus, probability and user intention information. User intention tree hierarchy is build and a method of extracting group intention between key words and user intentions is proposed. These structures and processes are implemented in HDCI(Hybrid Document Classification with Intention) system. HDCI consists of analyzing user intention and classifying web documents stages. Classifying stage is composed of knowledge base process, similarity process and hybrid coordinating process. With the help of user intention related structures and hybrid coordinating process, HDCI can efficiently categorize web documents in according to user's complex linguistic expression with small priori information.
