한국불교 전통사찰의 건축물공부(建築物公簿)에 관한 연구 -범어사 건축물대장을 중심으로- (A Study on the Official Building Register of Korean Traditional Temple - Focused on the Official Building Register of Beomeo-sa -)

  • This thesis is to analyze the origin and transformation of the official building registers of Korean traditional temples, and also to suggest the amendment of their wrong archives. Especially, this study is to examine these subjects focused on Beomeo-sa which has maintained fine registers. The results are as follow; 1. In Chosun Dynasty, the Ip-an had been used, and in the period of Daehan-Empire, the Ga-gei had been used as each official registers for the common buildings. The other hand, the lists of properties and the legal registers had been used as official registers for the temple buildings between 1911 and 1962. 2. The current official building registers have been firstly recorded under in 1962. At that time, the current official registers have been also recorded for the Buddhist temple buildings. 3. Most of the official building registers of Buddhist temples are incomplete. Especially, these have usually the indistinct building names and wrong building areas. These were mainly caused by direct copying of the old registers recorded in 1956, the period of Buddhist confusion. Furthermore, the registers have been poorly operated by monks and offices. 4. Therefore, the registers has to be corrected as follow; The omitted buildings have to be added and the duplicated buildings have to be removed in the summary heading registers. The indistinct building names recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual proper building names. The wrong building areas recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual measurement building areas.

무인비행장치기반 건축물 높이 산출 및 정확도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Building Height Estimation and Accuracy Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles)

  • In order to accommodate the increase in urban population due to government-led national planning and economic growth, many buildings such as houses and business building were supplied. Although the building law was revised and managed to manage the supplied buildings, for the sake of economic benefit, there have been buildings that are enlarged or reconstructed without declaring building permits. In order to manage these buildings, on-site surveys were conducted. but it has many personnel consumption. To solve this problem, a method of using a satellite image and a manned aircraft is utilized, but it is diseconomical and a renewal cycle is long. In addition, it is not utilized to the height, and although it is judged by the shading of the building, it has limitations that it must be calculated individually. In this study, height of the building was calculated by using the unmanned aerial vehicle with low personnel consumption, and the accuracy was verified by comparison with the building register and measured value. In this study, spatial information was constructed using a fast unmanned aerial vehicle with low manpower consumption and the building height was calculated based on this. The accuracy by comparing the calculated building height with the building register and the actual measurement.

지적정보를 이용한 토지이용계획 수립에 관한 연구 (Development of a Prototype for Physical Planning Using Cadastral Information)

  • The methodologies to develop land use plans are divided into two different ways, top-down and bottom-up planning. The bottom-up method is more efficient and effective to detailed land use planning. However, it requires considerable amount of information about the present status of land use. Cadastral information system is one of the best information provider for the planning. Building Register Database shows the type, area, use and location of a building. Both cadastral and Building Register systems apparently contain useful information needed to the physical planning. The study focuses on developing a prototype to provide real time information for detailed physical planning by a federated database system using the two databases.

  • 최근 급상승된 부동산 가격의 하락으로 무리하게 갭투자를 한 투기꾼들로 인한 부동산 전세 사기와 관련된 언론 보도가 급증하고 있다. 이로 인한 세입자의 피해 사례가 계속 증가함에 따라 정부는 세입자 보호와 전세사기 방지를 위한 대책을 수립하고 있다. 그동안 주택임대차보호법, 임차권등기명령 등 세입자 보호를 목적으로 하는 법령에 관한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 공적 장부간 정보 불일치로 인한 사기가 급증하면서 공적 장부의 정보의 일관성에 관한 연구가 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 부동산과 연관성이 높은 건축물대장, 도로명주소대장의 건물정보를 매칭키를 활용한 매칭방법론에 대한 연구를 모색하고 다른 공적 장부와의 연계방안도 검토하고자 한다.

  • Recently, in a field of cadastre, a computerization of cadastral map is in progress with great growth of GSIS field. Also, the needs for the integration of land and building information are widely increasing for integral-management and its application of various land related information. Through a revision of cadastral laws to replace the existing 2D-Cadastre with the 3D-Cadastre, a legal basis to register the position of buildings and facilities is prepared in the governmental or civil fields. This paper presented 3D-Cadastre theory that has been studied on Europe and surveyed building position directly with Totalstation at cadastral control point after choosing pilot test area, Also, the most efficient surveying method of registering building in a cadastral map is presented with comparing and analyzing building position after surveying digital orthophoto and digital map.

  • 연구에서는 2007년 고시예정인 산지이용구분도를 정확하고 효율적으로 작성하기 위하여 GIS에 기반한 산지이용구분도 작성방법을 수립하였다. 산지이용구분도 작성절차는 임지추출 및 보완, 법정용도지역 구분, 기타 보전 및 준보전산지 구분, 지적기반 수치산지이용구분도 작성, 산지이용구분도(안) 편집 및 출력, 검수 및 보완 등 6단계로 구성하였다. 수립된 작성절차를 적용하여 경기도 화성시 지역을 대상으로 축척 1:25,000 14도엽 및 1:5,000 173도엽의 산지이용구분도와 산지이용구분대장을 작성하였다.

  • The Construction Standard Production Unit(CSPU) has been used for the standard cost estimate in public and private construction projects. However, It is questionable if the reliability and/or authenticity of the system is acceptable due to the lack of consistent enactment and/or revision procedures. This study identifies informational conditions and issues relative to using daily work report as a data collection method for enacting and/or revising CSPU system, and establishes the measures for improving the daily work report. This study aims on the information constitution of daily job-site report, daily manpower report, wages register for specialty contractors. According to the research results, most of necessary data were included in a daily job-site report. In conclusion, it is investigated that data of daily manpower report and wage register need to be included in a daily job-site report for understanding the current state of worker in the future.

GIS를 이용한 노후건축물 DB구축과 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Constructing Database and Its Utilization Direction of Old Building using GIS)

  • 건축물의 수명은 생명체처럼 유한적이기 때문에 지속적으로 철거와 신축을 반복한다. 그러나 수명에 대한 물리적 기준이 주관적이며 추상적이기 때문에 국가의 정책결정에 좌우되어 왔다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 건축물의 노후정도에 관한 명확한 자료를 구축 후 그에 따른 의사결정 의 필요성이 지속적으로 대두되었다. 이러한 배경하에 본 연구에서는 부산광역시의 14개구 214개의 행정동을 대상으로 노후건축물 의 DB구축하고 그에 따른 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 개선방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식정보격차 완화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다. 둘째, 부산광역시의 노후 불량건축물의 세부적인 내용과 산출결과를 제시하여 조례제정을 위한 자료를 마련하였다.

  • The proportion of old buildings over 30 years old increased from 29.0% in 2005 to 37.8% in 2019. These old buildings were created during the absence of building-related safety standards such as fire safety performance. In the process of use, illegal changes and extensions were made, making them more vulnerable to safety. In the 1st Basic Plan for Fire Safety Policy, among the 12-Key Tasks, one is to ensure the safety of residential living spaces. Fire safety investigations are being conducted to prevent large-scale disasters such as multi-use buildings, but no investigation has been conducted at the regional district level where small-scale old buildings are concentrated. Therefore, in order to derive fire risk factors in the old building district where old buildings are concentrated, the composition characteristics of the buildings were first analyzed.

지진취약도 함수 개선을 위한 철근콘크리트 건물의 구조 유형 분류 방안 (A Classification Methodology of Structural Types of RC Buildings for Improving Seismic Fragility Functions)

  • The methodology classifying structural types of concrete buildings in the existing seismic fragility functions is too simple to estimate the fragility of existing residential buildings and neighborhood living facilities, especially those below five stories. Their structural types are dependent on information contained in the building register such as main use, total floor area, story, permission date, and first story floor area of the individual building. All of this information is not considered for classifying types in the existing functions; therefore, the goal of this study was to suggest a methodology that classifies structural types of concrete buildings by utilizing such information. The results of this study showed that the suggested methodology can classify structural types better than the existing methodology. Nevertheless, there is still a need to simplify the methodology because fragility estimation demands quickness rather than accuracy.
