궤도 안정성에 대한 도상저항력과 궤도틀림의 민감도 (Sensitivity of the ballast resistance and track irregularity on the track stability)

  • 혹서기에 레일의 높은 온도 상승(최대 $60^{\circ}C$)으로 인해 장대레일 궤도에는 매우 큰 압축력이 작용하게 된다. 이러한 압축력은 장대레일 궤도의 좌굴을 발생시키기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 장대레일 궤도의 좌굴에 영향을 미치는 많은 요소들 중에서 도상 횡저항력 그리고 도상 종저항력이 궤도 좌굴에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 줄틀림과 궤간틀림의 민감도를 분석하였다.

스트립 모델을 이용한 강판 전단패널의 소성 해석 (Plastic Analysis of Steel Plate Shear Panels using Strip Model)

  • 강판 전단패널의 거동이 일반연강 (S400) 을 이용한 실험 및 해석으로 고찰되었다. 강판 전단패널은 작은 하중에서 좌굴을 하지만, 패널의 전단극한강도는 인장력 작용에 의한 강판 전단패널의 좌굴후 강도에 의해 좌우된다. 그러나, 설계상에서 강판 전단패널의 성능은 강판 전단패널의 탄성좌굴강도에 국한된다. 캐나다 극한강도 설계 규준 (CAN/CSA-S16.1-94)은 스트립 모델을 이용한 박강판 전단패널의 해석을 위한 절차를 규정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실험결과와 스트립모델 해석 결과를 이용하여 강판 전단패널의 구조성능을 평가하였다.

  • This study focuses on the bag design as a creative design resource rather than on typical bag design as shown in previous research. 1'he purpose of this study is to develop creative and harmonious upper garments in good combination of bags and the sides of clothing. This study was performed with female college students whose age are front 18 to 24. The results of this study are as follows. First, bags are ideal for creative fashion in respect that they reflect modern trend. Second, ornamental materials such as string, chain, and buckle, which used to be details of clothing, are useful to present the characteristics of bags more effectively. This result has shown that details of bags are important determinant of entire fashion details. Third, it expands the sphere of expression of the bag, so the possibility of expansion to a distinguished expression of fashion design is recognized. From the study, we understood the structural characteristics and changes of detail of bags, proposing that the bags take important part in fashion design developments.

승용차 시트프레임의 강도해석 (The Strength Analysis of Passenger Car Seat Frame)

  • This paper may provide a basic design data for the safer car seat mechanism and the quality of the material used by finding out the passenger's dynamic behavior when protected by seat belt during collision. A computer simulation with finite element method is used to accomplish this objective. At first, a detailed geometric model of the seat is constructed using CAD program. The formation of a finite element from a geometric data of the seat is carried out using Hyper-Mesh that is the commercial software for mesh generation and post processing. In addition to seat modeling, the finite element model of seat belt and dummy is formed using the same software. Rear impact analysis is accomplished using Pam-Crash with crash pulse. The part of the recliner and right frame is under big stress in rear crash analysis because the acceleration force is exerted on the back of the seat by dummy. The stress condition of the part of the bracket is checked as well because it is considered as an important variable on the seat design. Front impact model which including dummy and seal belt is analyzed. A Part of anchor buckle of seat frame has high stress distribution because of retraction force due to forward motion of dummy at the moment of collision. On the basis of the analysis result, remodeling and reanalysis works had been repeatedly done until a satisfactory result is obtained.

유체골격 애벌레의 다리조직 대변형을 모사한 적응형 그리퍼 (Adaptive Gripper Mimicking Large Deforming Proleg of Hydraulic Skeleton Caterpillar)

  • In this study, we present a gripping mechanism that is inspired by caterpillar's proleg. A caterpillar's proleg has planta that gives compliance to the proleg by greatly deforming its shape. In the bio-inspired gripper, the planta is implemented by flexure joints. The flexures buckle when end force and end moment is applied on the joint in opposite direction. Using this characteristic, the gripping structure is designed so that the flexure buckling can occur. Flexure buckling increases the region where gripping force is constant and this region leads to increasing in gripping range. At the same time, flexure buckling decouples all spines and therefore all spines can move differentially and independently. With this simple but effective mechanism, the bioinspire gripper can achieve adaptive gripping on rough and rugged surfaces. A prototype is built to demonstrate adaptive gripping on rough and rugged surfaces such as cement block, brick.

예술조형에 따른 여성 구두디자인의 현대적 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study of the Modern Character of Women's Shoes Design According to the Formative Arts)

  • The purpose of this paper is to understand some methods to provide women's shoes and their design images from the 1920s to the 1940s, and to benefit from the new methods for creative design and new materials in the future. It also examined the features with the academic background of women's shoes. To target on analysis items and shoes design factors, moreover, it made reference to the paper by former research. As a result, 28 shoes (30.04%) in the 1920s, 47 shoes(51.09%) in the 1930s, and 17 shoes (18.47%) in the 1940s have been collected. The strap shoes, combination color, bright texture, and buckle trimmings are first on the list. The most popular shoes were pumps and strap, in terms of design and shape. In particular, black was one of the common and popular colors. Most of the shoes had buckles. Texture also was brilliant. This study was meaningful to provide understanding and information about a variety of women's shoes designs from the 1920s to the 1930s.

편심하중을 받는 박벽개단면 압축재의 임계하중 (Critical Loads of Eccentrically Loaded Struts with Thin-Walled Open Sections)

  • 박벽개단면을 갖는 단일 형강재는 압축재로 될 수 있는데 예를 들면 트러스에서 복재가 이런 경우이다. 이 때에는 부재의 조립 때문에 발생하는 필연적 편심을 구조설계시에는 보통 무시한다. 그러나 편심의 영향은 부재를 설계할 때, 특히 압축부재의 설계에서는 고려되어야 할 사항이다. 비틀림이나 혹은 휨과 비틀림에 의해서 좌굴을 일으키는 압축재의 임계하중은 지배하는 비분방정식의 해를 구함으로써 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 채널([), 등변앵글(L), 리프채널(C)의 편심변화에 따른 내하력을 도표로 나타내기로 한다. 또한 식이복잡하므로 컴퓨터를 이용하여 계산한 후, 그 결과를 SURFER프로그램을 사용하여 그래프로 표시하였다.

Elastic local buckling of thin-walled elliptical tubes containing elastic infill material

  • Elliptical tubes may buckle in an elastic local buckling failure mode under uniform compression. Previous analyses of the local buckling of these members have assumed that the cross-section is hollow, but it is well-known that the local buckling capacity of thin-walled closed sections may be increased by filling them with a rigid medium such as concrete. In many applications, the medium many not necessarily be rigid, and the infill can be considered to be an elastic material which interacts with the buckling of the elliptical tube that surrounds it. This paper uses an energy-based technique to model the buckling of a thin-walled elliptical tube containing an elastic infill, which elucidates the physics of the buckling phenomenon from an engineering mechanics basis, in deference to a less generic finite element approach to the buckling problem. It makes use of the observation that the local buckling in an elliptical tube is localised with respect to the contour of the ellipse in its cross-section, with the localisation being at the region of lowest curvature. The formulation in the paper is algebraic and it leads to solutions that can be determined by implementing simple numerical solution techniques. A further extension of this formulation to a stiffness approach with multiple degrees of buckling freedom is described, and it is shown that using the simple one degree of freedom representation is sufficiently accurate for determining the elastic local buckling coefficient.

인장력 상시 측정장치 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of a Tensile Force Measurement Device of Long Duration)

  • 인장구조물에서의 인장재는 가장 중요한 부재임에도 불구하고, 현재 인장재에 발생하는 현장에서 효과적으로 측정하는 방법에는 어려운 점이 많다. 기존의 측정방법으로는 일시적 또는 특정부재의 측정은 가능하지만 전체부재의 측정과 장기간 측정은 불가능하다. 이에 인장재의 인장력을 측정하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 인장력이 작용하였을 때 탄성상태에서 부재가 선형적으로 변형하는 성질을 이용하여 인장재의 인장력을 효과적으로 측정하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 측정장치의 개발에 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 유한요소해석을 수행하였고, 시험체를 제작하여 실험을 실시하여 해석의 결과를 검증하였다.

강판의 자동 형상제어 장치의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Automatic Flatness Control System for Stell Sheet)

  • In this paper, The performance and functions of automatic flatness control system installed on the 4 hi-reversing mill and has been investigated under actualconditions. A new automatic flatness control system incorporates a measuring roll for measurement and correction calculations, hydraulic roll benders, selective roll cooling, and a programmable controller for interface and data logging. The test results are as following. The more the exit steel strip thickness is thick, the smaller the I value, and the more it is thin, the larger the I value. And, a complex distribution of strip tension was controlled, for example, not only a quarter buckle but also a simple center wave and edge wave. Because the tension deviation is larger at acceleration speed and deceleration speed than steady speed, so automatic flatness control system of contact type is better to adopt over 450 m/min, automatic flatness control system reduces rapidly large flatness deviation. The maximum I value of strip has been decreased to 13 I, and defects caused by poor flatness have been drastically decreased. And coolant temperature for work roll cooling system on the automatic flatness control system is better to adopt about 50-55 .deg. C.
