Dynamic Matching Algorithms for Internet-based Logistics Brokerage Agents

  • In this paper, we present a dynamic matching methodology for the logistics brokerage agent that intermediates empty vehicles and freights registered to the logistics e-marketplace by car owners and shippers. In this matching methodology, two types of decisions should be made: one is when to match freights and vehicles and the other is how to match freights and vehicles at that time. We propose three strategies for deciding when to match, i.e. real time matching (RTM), periodic matching (PM), and fixed matching (FM) and use Hungarian method for solving tho how-to-match problem. In order to compare the performance of the when-to-match strategies, computational experiments are done and the results show that the waiting-and matching strategies, PM and FM, give better performance than real time matching strategy, RTM. We can expect that the suggested matching methodology may be used as an efficient and affective tool for the brokerage agent in the logistics e-marketplaces

  • 최근 클라우드 기술이 확산되면서 여러 기업이 자신만의 클라우드를 다양하게 제공하고 있으며 세계 각지에 흩어져 있는 다양한 클라우드 공급자들과 여러 프라이빗 클라우드를 연결하여 하나의 서비스를 제공하는 클라우드 서비스 브로커리지(Cloud Services Brokerage) 기술이 등장하게 되었다. 하지만 현재의 CSB 기술은 가상 자원 관리, 가상 머신 라이프 사이클 관리에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며 CSB에서 제공되는 모니터링 요소는 사용자의 복잡한 요구를 만족하기에는 부족한 실정이다. 또한 추가 모니터링 도구를 사용하는 경우도 CSB의 데이터와의 일관성을 만족하지 않는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이종 CSB와 연동이 가능한 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모니터링 기술은 Scalr 및 CompatibleOne을 사용하여 주기적으로 메타데이터 동기화를 진행하며 데이터 일관성을 충족시키고 다양한 모니터링 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하여 사용자에게 제공한다.

Analysis of Brokerage Commission Policy based on the Potential Customer Value (고객의 잠재가치에 기반한 증권사 수수료 정책 연구)

  • In this paper, we use three cluster algorithms (K-means, Self-Organizing Map, and Fuzzy K-means) to find proper graded stock market brokerage commission rates based on the cumulative transactions on both stock exchange market and HTS (Home Trading System). Stock trading investors for both modes are classified in terms of the total transaction as well as the corresponding mode of investment, respectively. Empirical analysis results indicated that fuzzy K-means cluster analysis is the best fit for the segmentation of customers of both transaction modes in terms of robustness. We then propose the rules for three grouping of customers based on decision tree and apply different brokerage commission to be 0.4%, 0.45%, and 0.5% for exchange market while 0.06%, 0.1%, 0.18% for HTS.

Influences of intra- and inter-team networks on knowledge brokerage behavior (팀 내·외부 관계망이 지식 중개자 활동에 미치는 영향)

  • Knowledge transfer among employees integrates individual knowledge scattered within a firm, thus increases organizational effectiveness. In particular, the role of knowledge broker, which enables knowledge sharing across multiple teams or subunits, is critical for the success of knowledge management. This study classified the types of knowledge broker that facilitates knowledge flows among team, and examined the influences of various intra- and inter-team social networks. Survey responses from 128 employees of four R&D teams were gathered and analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling. The results of analysis showed that all types of inter-team networks(i.e., emotional closeness network, frequency of interaction network, and perceived expertise network) had significant influences on related knowledge brokerage behaviors. In case of intra-team networks, only the emotional closeness network showed significant influence. These results proved the necessity of managing various types of intra- and inter-team networks to encourage knowledge brokerage behaviors within a firm.

A Study on the Analysis of Centrality and Brokerage Measures of Journal Citation Network - Focusing on KCI Journals - (학술지 인용 네트워크의 중심성과 중개성 분석에 관한 연구 - KCI 등재 학술지를 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to analyze and compare centrality and brokerage measures of journal citation network focusing on textmining research. The analytic sample was 193 academic articles collected from 136 KCI journals published in 2018. The journal citation network was constructed based on citation relations. The characteristics, centralities, and brokerages of network was analyzed. The journal citation network consisted 136 nodes and 413 links with directed and weight. According to the five types of centrality(out-degree, in-degree, out-closeness, in-closeness, betweenness), journals of social sciences, engineering, and interdisciplinary research showed higher centrality. Social sciences, engineering and interdisciplinary research journals also showed higher brokerages as a result of brokerage analysis which identify five types of brokerage roles(coordinator, gatekeeper, representative, consultant, liaison). The centralities and brokerages of journals are positively correlated. This study suggested how to construct journal citation network from the articles focusing on certain topics. This was meaningful study in terms of conducting brokerage analysis and comparing it with centrality in the journal citation network.

  • Providing the connectivity interworking between the lightweight signaling function using in VOD set-top box and the broadband signaling function In the access node system, it can diminish the cost-burden of user about set-top box and we shall use efficiently the network resources. Therefore, In this paper, we shall design the signaling brokerage agent function for the connectivityinterworking in access node system and discuss the result applied its function to the real-time VOD service.

  • In this paper, we propose a steering concept that considers overall aspects in the CBSD (Component-Based Software Development) environments. While many researches which are concentrated on using components, market promotion and component development itself seem to be insufficient. To overcome this problem, we introduce a brokerage concept called“Value-Added Brokerage Concept”that provides the following three services:1) domain architecture-based component promotion, 2) intelligent component search, and 3) white-box service. Domain architecture-based component promotion facilitates balancing component production and promoting architecture-level large scale reuse. Intelligent component search enables to overcome the long time search and selection problem. Finally, white-box service is for solving maintenance problems, which is one of the most critical problem in the CBSD environments. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

  • An O2O-based real estate brokerage web sites or apps are increasing explosively. As a result, the environment has been changed from the existing offline-based real estate brokerage environment to the online-based environment, and consumers are getting very good feelings in terms of time, cost, and convenience. However, behind the convenience of online-based real estate brokerage services, users often suffer time and money damage due to false information or malicious false information. Therefore, in this study, in order to reduce the damage to consumers that may occur in the O2O-based real estate brokerage service, we designed a false property information filtering system that can determine the authenticity of registered property information using artificial intelligence technology. Through the proposed research method, it was shown that not only the authenticity of the property information registered in the online real estate service can be determined, but also the temporal and financial damage of consumers can be reduced.

  • In the real estate industry, the latest changes in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as big data analytics, machine learning, and VR (virtual reality), combine to bring about industry change. Proptech is a new term combining properties and technology. This study aims to derive and analyze from a comprehensive perspective the quality factors (systems, services, interfaces, information) for mobile real estate brokerage services that are well known and used in the domestic market. The surveys in this study were conducted online and offline and a total of 161 samples were used for statistical analysis. As a result, all hypotheses were approved to except system quality and service quality. The results show that the domestic proptech companies who are mostly focused on real estate brokerage services, peer-to-peer lending, advertising platforms and apartments need to grow in various fields of proptech business of other countries including Europe, USA and China.

  • 지능 정보 사회의 도래와 함께 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 정보통신기술 전반을 융합하는 주축으로 자리 잡았다. 다양한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 인프라가 새롭게 구축되고 있으며, 새로운 클라우드 서비스들도 끊임없이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 그러나, 클라우드 환경과 서비스가 다양해질수록, 운용에 대한 복잡성 또한 증가한다. 클라우드 서비스 브로커리지(CSB: Cloud service brokerage) 플랫폼은 사용자에게 다양한 클라우드 서비스에 대한 검색, 배치, 사용 및 관리 환경을 제공하여 통합된 멀티 클라우드의 접점을 제공하는 시스템으로, 복잡한 이종 환경의 서비스에 대하여 단순하고 일관된 사용 환경을 제공함으로써 서비스 생태계를 활성화하는 기술이다. 본고에서는 CSB 플랫폼의 개념과 기술 구조를 설명하고, 기술 동향과 더불어 국내외 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴본다.
