VJ 제작 방송프로그램의 편성이 늘고 있는 시점에서 각 방송사의 프로그램 평가가 객관적 결과를 도출할 수 있느냐에 의문을 갖고, 제작시스템의 변화를 고려한 새로운 맞춤형 프로그램 평가방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 품질평가의 항목들은 VJ 방송프로그램의 제작완성도 평가차원의 새로운 모델을 제시하며, 현재의각 방송사의 프로그램 평가방법을 개선하는 데 활용될 수 있다. VJ 방송프로그램의 문제점을 파악해낼 수 있는 항목의 도출을 위해 1차 실험으로 방송현장의 PD, VJ, 학계 교수 등 각 10명씩 총 30명으로 전문가그룹을 선정하여, VJ 방송프로그램의 평가항목을 선정하기 위한 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 평가항목 중요도 분석결과를 근거로 총 9항목으로 VJ 프로그램 품질평가 항목을 설계하였다. 또한, 제안한 평가척도를 검증하기 위한 2차 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과, 제안한 품질평가방법의 신뢰도가 .939로 나타나 의미를 부여할 수 있으며, 품질평가 항목의 선정에 있어서 VJ 방송프로그램만을 고려하여 평가한 새로운 품질평가척도로서 유의미한 결과를 갖는다.

This paper is about KTV special documentary "Baekdu to Halla, It's Peace Now" which looks back on the journey of President Moon Jae-in to the 3rd inter-Korean summit following former Presidents Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun, following the 2018 inter-Korean summit held under the slogan of 'Peace and a New Future'. The documentary was produced in the form of a road documentary that looked back at the meaningful results of the summit meeting with the MC through related places and various people, narrated by singer Kang San-Ae. Based on this case, the difference between the development of road documentaries and general informational documentaries about the existing production process is identified, and the differences between the production format, production characteristics, and development method of road documentaries are described. I would like to present an example of how it can be desirable to set the format of the road documentary according to the production environment of broadcasting companies and planning factors.

This study proposes a plan to construct an integrated platform that reduces manufacturing costs and efficiently produce by integrating the systems of main producers, production subcontractors, and raw material subcontractors for the production of food packaging containers. The production plan of food packaging containers and raw materials is established in real time between the main producers, production subcontractors, and raw material subcontractors in consideration of the demand characteristics of each product. It establishes basic information that all processes from the production planning stage to the forwarding stage of the product are linked to each other. The progress of each producer of interlinked processes is shared in real-time to improve productivity and quality of food packaging containers and raw materials and reduce manufacturing costs. By monitoring the system of the main producer and the production subcontractor in real time, the production of food packaging containers is performed in a timely manner, thereby improving productivity. The application of the plan-do-check-action (PDCA) process, which includes planning, execution, evaluation and improvement in the production operation processes of the main producer, production subcontractor and raw material subcontractor, enables improved production compliance rate. The contents of the main producers, production subcontractors, and raw material subcontractors are managed in real time, then a converged production management system is established through the platform proposed in this study to ensure timely supply and demand of raw materials without delay in ordering.

The space for production, such as studios and control rooms, is a space for TV program production, which is the main function of broadcast. A block planning for such space should be carefully designed, because it can significantly affect the efficiency of production, as well as future productivity and the development and expandability of production. From the results of comparative analysis of 7 local terrestrial broadcasters built since the late 1990s, this study will. propose an ideal block planning for the future construction of local terrestrial broadcasters. Also, the results can be used a basic data when constructing new buildings for local broadcasters.

The development of CG technology throughout the 2000s brought about a significant growth in the animation market. This phenomenon led to an increase in the number of people required by related industries, which led to an increase in the number of related majors in universities. CG application technologies are becoming more common with the advent of YouTube and virtual YouTubers, but high technology is still required for students to get a job. This situation is not easy to include both technological and creative skills in the college animation curriculum. In order to increase students' creativity, we need a lot of production experience, which requires a lot of knowledge and time if we only use tools like Maya and 3D Max. In this paper, We tried to devote more time to storytelling by minimizing the technical process required for production and proceeding with repetitive or difficult processes for content creation using third-party programs. And through the 12-week class, the experimental production process was applied to the process from planning to completion of animation works that students would submit to the advertisement contest.

최근 많은 제조 기업들이 에너지 비용과 환경 인식의 증가로 인해 에너지 효율에 더 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 생산 시스템의 에너지 효율적인 생산스케줄링은 생산에 필요한 에너지 효율을 개선하고 비용을 절감하는 효과적인 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 타이어 생산 문제를 상정하고, 일정한 종류와 형상 모듈 종류 및 각 타이어별 주문량, 생산 모듈의 개수 및 각 종류별 생산시간을 고려하여 생산스케줄링을 구축하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 효과적인 생산스케줄링에 용이하도록 현 상태에서 이용가능한 형상 모듈 종류 및 개수를 고려하여, 다음 단계에서 생산하기로 선택이 가능한 타이어 종류를 부가적인 입력으로 이용하였고, 주문량 이상의 추가 생산이 가능하도록 하였다. 그리하여 평균 62퍼센트 가량의 생산모듈 가동률을 얻었다.

본 논문은 각 방송사에서 가상스튜디오를 활용하여 제작하고 있는 프로그램 사례에 대하여 조사 분석한 것이다. 방송사에서 프로그램을 제작 할 때 실제세트 대신 가상스튜디오를 활용하여 제작함으로써 시각적으로 표현의 한계를 넘어서고 있다. 이러한 흐름은 단순한 합성작업을 통한 방송 제작이 아니라 현실과 가상을 구별할 수 없을 정도로 자연스런 영상표현을 통해 보다 사실적이고 정교한 영상으로 진화하는 과정이다. 국내 가상스튜디오를 활용한 제작사례를 분석하여 가상스튜디오 제작에 대한 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

In this study, we want to analyze the difference in cost structure for the LAN audience system, which emerged as an alternative to the existing audience system due to the influence of Covid-19, and to analyze the utilization of the LAN audience system. To this end, the incremental cost difference between the existing audience system and the LAN audience system in the production of the broadcast program was compared and analyzed through the broadcasting production case by the actually performed LAN audience system. According to the research, the existing audience system has a linear cost structure that increases with the number of audience participants, while the LAN audience system has a calculated cost structure that gradually increases with the range of audience participants. These findings indicate that the LAN-line audience system costs more than the audience system, but the total cost is lower than the audience system for a certain number of people or more. This is a supplement to the existing audience system, which could not attract more audiences due to the lack of production costs, suggesting that the online audience system plays a role in supplementing the open broadcasting production system.

본 논문에서는 실내음향을 측정하기 위해 사용되는 음향 측정 신호인 blank pistol, maximum length sequence, sine sweep 을 이용한 충격응답 특성을 분석한다. 각 충격응답의 실내음향 인자들을 먼저 비교 분석하고 sine sweep 속도에 따른 충격응답 특성을 분석하여 최적의 실내음향 인자를 찾기 위한 sine sweep 속도를 결정한다.

방송 드라마는 대중적 인기 및 부가가치 창출의 차원에서 다른 어떤 장르의 프로그램보다 주목받는 방송영상 콘텐츠이다. 최근 들어 대규모 독립제작사의 등장 등 외부 요인으로 인하여 드라마 제작 시스템을 제대로 갖추어 보고자 하는 노력이 일부 있었으나, 아직까지 드라마 제작을 위한 체계화된 시스템은 갖추어지지 않은 상황이다 본 연구는 드라마 제작 현장의 전문가들과의 심층인터뷰를 통해서, 국내 방송3사의 드라마 제작 관행 및 시스템에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 국내 드라마 제작 시스템은 소규모 프로그램 제작에 적합한 프로듀서-디렉터 시스템이었으며, 부가수익 창출을 위한 노력이 제작 전 단계에서부터 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 방송사가 드라마를 통해서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 전문 프로듀서 제도를 도입하고, 제작 요소를 체계적으로 관리하며, 멀티 유즈 전략을 적극적으로 수립하는 등의 노력이 요구된다.
