지식재산권 활성화를 위한 기업상표권 가치평가 모형 개발 (Development of Valuation Model on Trademark Rights for Intellectual Property Revitalization)

  • 소득증대와 고용창출의 핵심역할을 하는 지식재산권은 특히 창조경제에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 많은 기업들은 이러한 패러다임에서 브랜드관리에 심혈을 기울이고 있는 가운데 강력한 브랜드자산을 구축함으로써 궁극적으로 이윤극대화 등 기업의 경영성과를 올리기 위한 노력이 높아지고 있다. 기술거래 및 사업화, 금융지원, 투자의 사결정, M&A, 소송, 브랜드전략 등의 목적에서 브랜드 재활성화(revitalizing)를 위한 상표권 가치의 합리적 평가는 매우 중요한 것이라 할 것이다. 그러나 이러한 중요함에도 불구하고 지식재산권에 대한 인식부족과 평가하는 역량은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 기업상표권 가치평가를 위해 실제 상표권을 보유하고 있는 사례기업을 대상으로 원가법과 수익접근법에 의한 사례분석을 실시하여, 원가법의 205백만원에서부터 수익접근법의 변동할인율, 조정기여도를 적용한 270백만원까지 다양한 결과를 제시하였다. 하지만 단일기업을 통해 시사점을 얻은 것은 본 연구의 한계이며, 향후 규모별, 업종별 다양한 기업군의 사례분석과 적용반안에 대한 연구가 계속되어야 할 것이다.

SPA 브랜드의 지속가능경영 활동 적합성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The influence of sustainability management fit of SPA brand on consumer purchase intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of perceived sustainability management fit of SPA brands on consumer purchase intention. A survey was conducted targeting women in their 20s and 30s from April 27th to May 6th 2013, and a total of 350 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out using SPSS ver 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, fit of all three areas- economic, ecological and social-of sustainability management activities have a significant impact on consumer perception on sustainability activities. Second, perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands are found to have a positive effect on brand attitude, brand trust and consumer satisfaction. Third, brand attitude and consumer satisfaction forged by perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands have a positive impact on consumers' purchase intention. Based on the result of this study, the following marketing implications can be suggested. First, SPA brands need to be more active in all three area of sustainability activities while coming up with measures for differentiated social sustainability activities. Second, SPA brands need to meet their primary obligation by providing consumers with quality products at a reasonable price. Third, SPA brands need to recognize the potential value of sustainability activities as a driver of a longstanding relationship with consumers as well as long-term profit and value creation, leading to a great financial performance.

컨버전스와 디버전스 특성에 관한 연구 -패션마켓 사례를 중심으로- (A Study of Convergence and Divergence Characteristics -Case Study of Fashion Market-)

  • As sustainability of fashion brands is becoming more important in the prolonged depression, the fashion market is also seeking ways to create new value through convergence with various fields. In the fashion market, convergence marketing is engaged with diverse technologies combined with advanced technologies and strategies. This study established the conceptual characteristics of convergence and divergence from a market perspective. Convergence can be summarized as Borderless, Compounding, Diversification, Recombination and Affiliation. The conceptual characteristics of the divergence can be summarized as de-fusion, individualization, differentiation, specialization, and segmentation. The characteristics of convergence revealed through the case of fashion market include the expandability of the new category, the expandability of the consumer, the brand experience, and the expandability of time and space. Divergence is the differentiation of brand value, target customer, and product nature. Through this study, we could understand the differentiation of the fashion market and the direction of the marketing strategy by looking at the characteristic of the convergence marketing - oriented research that has the contrary conceptual characteristics from the extended viewpoint. Based on this, it is possible to see the changes and patterns of brand marketing strategies and techniques in recent fashion market. In the future, it is expected that the systematic study of the marketing strategy of the domestic fashion brand based on the convergence and change characteristics of the fashion market proposed in this study will continue.

생균제 급여와 재래돼지와 멧돼지의 교배에 의해 브랜드화 된 돈육의 물리화학적 및 관능적 특성 비교 (Comparison of Physicochemical and Sensory Properties of Branded Pork by Feeding Probiotics and Crossbred between Korean Native and Wild Pigs)

  • 시중에 유통 중인 브랜드 돈육의 품질 특성을 조사하기 위해 3개 브랜드[대조구(LY×D), 브랜드 A(LY×D, 생균제 급여, 무항생제), 브랜드 B(재래돼지×멧돼지, 맥강과 한약재 급여)] 등심육을 구매하여 물리화학적 및 관능적 특성을 분석하였다. 조지방 함량은 브랜드 A가 브랜드 B에 비해 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 조회분 함량은 대조구>브랜드 A>B 순이었으며(P<0.05), 조단백질 함량은 브랜드 A>B>대조구 순으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 등심의 pH는 브랜드 B가 대조구와 브랜드 A에 비해 높았다(P<0.05). 가열감량은 브랜드 A가 대조구에 비해 낮았으며(P<0.05), 반면에 육의 명도는 브랜드 B가 대조구와 브랜드 A에 비해 낮았다(P<0.05). 조직적 특성 중 육의 탄력성은 브랜드 A가 가장 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 포화지방산 함량은 브랜드 A가 가장 높았고(P<0.05), 반면에 불포화지방산, 필수지방산, 불포화지방산/포화지방산, 필수지방산/포화지방산 및 필수지방산/불포화지방산 비율은 브랜드 B가 가장 높았다(P<0.05). Glutamic acid, valine 및 Iosleucine 함량은 브랜드 B가 브랜드 A에 비해 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 필수아미노산 함량의 경우 브랜드 B>대조구>브랜드 A 순이었다(P<0.05). Aspartic acid, alanine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, serine 및 glycine 함량은 브랜드 A가 대조구와 브랜드 B에 비해 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). Lysine, histidine 및 arginine 함량은 브랜드 B가 대조구와 브랜드 A에 비해 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 관능검사 결과, 육의 풍미, 색 및 기호성은 재래돼지×멧돼지 교잡하여 맥강과 한약재를 급여한 브랜드 B가 가장 좋은 것으로 평가되었다(P<0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 재래돼지×멧돼지 교잡하여 맥강과 한약재를 급여한 브랜드 B가 대조구와 브랜드 A에 비해 육의 명도 및 탄력성을 제외한 대부분의 분석 항목에서 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

지각된 품질요인이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: PB와 NB간의 차이분석 (The Effects of Perceived Quality Factors on the Customer Loyalty: Focused on the Analysis of Difference between PB and NB)

  • 소비자의 구매 행위가 합리적이고 실용적인 방향으로 변화하는데 힘입어 할인점업계는 급속한 외형적인 성장과 함께 경쟁도 치열하다. 따라서 업계는 그 해결책으로 차별화와 수익성을 동시에 실현 시킬 수 있는 유통업체 브랜드(PB: Private Brand) 개발에 사활을 걸고 있다. 또한 치열한 경쟁 환경 하에서 생존하기 위해서는 고객만족을 넘어서 고객충성도를 높이는 것이 효과적인 방법임이 밝혀짐에 따라 PB가 고객충성도를 제고시키기 위한 전략적인 도구로 사용되고 있다. PB 이용 고객의 충성도를 높이려면 우선 고객집단의 특성을 파악해서 소비자가 지각하는 품질수준을 우선적으로 맞춰줘야 고객만족과 고객신뢰를 얻을 수 있고 결과적으로 고객충성도로 유도할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지각된 품질에 영향을 미치는 선행요인과 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 변수들 간의 관계에 대한 체계적인 분석결과를 제시하기 위해 선행연구에서 검증된 인과관계를 기반으로 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정했고, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 기업명성, 브랜드명성, 제품경험, 브랜드친숙도가 높을수록 지각된 품질이 높아지고, 지각된 품질이 높을수록 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도가 높아지며, 고객만족과 고객신뢰가 높을수록 고객충성도가 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 기업명성이 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향력은 PB가 NB보다 높게 나타난 반면 브랜드명성과 브랜드친숙도가 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향력은 NB가 PB보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 지각된 품질에 영향을 미치는 선행요인과 결과요인에 대한 보다 명확한 이해를 바탕으로 실무자가 마케팅 활동을 하는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

원산지효과, 상표자산 및 상표충성 간의 관계에 관한 연구: 미국, 중국, 한국의 비교분석 (The Relationship among Country of Origin, Brand Equity and Brand Loyalty: Comparison among USA, China and Korea)

  • The marketing environment has become competitive to an extent that requires firms to target their products at markets that span national boundaries. However, competitive clout cannot be achieved in global consumer markets unless firms thoroughly understand and adequately respond to the core values and needs of those consumers. Brand equity is one of the most important assets to a company. Especially in sportswear markets, brand equity is the crucial value added to a product by its brand name. Factors such as country of origin also influence customer's attitude towards brand equity. Therefore, this paper discusses the relationship between country of origin effect and brand equity, and how they influence consumers' loyalty for respective brands. This paper focused on the sports shoes market, because it is an increasing area of opportunity for world manufacturers. The objectives of this study were the following. (1) Test the effect of country of origin on brand equity. (2) Test how brand equity influences consumers' brand loyalty. (3) Find whether there are differences in the effects of country of origin and brand equity among the three countries. (4) Find whether there are differences in the effects of country of origin and brand equity among the different lifestyles. Based on the review of literature results, the hypotheses are concluded as the following: H1-a: Country image has positive influence on country of origin. H1-b: Product perception has positive influence on country of origin. H2-a: Perceived quality has positive effect on brand equity. H2-b: Perceived price has positive effect on brand equity. H3: Country of origin has positive effect on brand equity. H4: Brand equity has a positive impact on brand loyalty. Research model was constructed (see Fig. 1). After data analysis, the following results were concluded: sports shoes purchase behavior showed significant differences among Korean, Chinese, and American consumers for favorite brand, purchased brand, purchased place, information usage, and favorite sports games. The results of this study also extend the research of the relationship among country of origin, brand equity and brand loyalty to the sports shoes market. Brand equity was proven to have a significant relationship with brand loyalty for all countries. The factors which can influence brand equity are different for different countries. The third finding of this paper is that we identified different three lifestyles, adventurer, follower, and laggard, for Korean, Chinese and American consumers. Without the nationality boundary, seeing the emergence of a new group of consumers who have similar preferences and buy similar brands is more important. All of the consumers consider brand equity to keep their brand loyalty. Perceived price is the only factor which can influence brand equity for adventurers; brand is more important for them. The laggards were not influenced by any factor. All of the factors expect perceived price are important for the followers. Marketing managers should consider brand equity when introducing their brand into a new market. Also localization is the basic strategy that all the sports shoes companies should understand. But as a global brand, understanding the same characteristics for each country is more important to build global strategy.

공익마케팅을 전개하는 패션 브랜드에 대한 소비자태도와 친숙성이 신뢰와 구매.추천의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Consumer Attitudes and Familiarity toward a Fashion Brand with a Cause Marketing Program on Credibility, Purchase and Word-of-mouth Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the cause marketing on fashion brand credibility, purchase and words of mouth ("WOM") intentions. This study adopted a survey method with the questionnaire. Data were collected from respondents who were graduated from higher than elementary school students. The data were analyzed by using statistic methods such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test and structural equation modelling. The results of the data analysis of this study are as follows; firstly, brand familiarity and customer attitude have a directly positive effect on the credibility, purchase and WOM intentions. Fashion business companies should work up the ways of communications with the customers besides cause marketing for the brand familiarity. It is necessary for customers to be known about how the fashion business companies participate in cause marketing to enhance the value of positive brand attitude. Secondly, while the brand familiarity on the credibility, purchase and WOM intentions are effective to female customers, the brand attitude is effective to male customers. Thirdly, even though it was showed that the credibility of fashion brands have no significant effects on purchase and WOM intention, it is due to its own nature of fashion business and it is founded in preceding research that high-involved fashion products may have different results in comparison with the practical products.

소비자관점의 패션브랜드 분류 기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Criteria for Classifying Fashion Brands from the Viewpoint of Consumer)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out criteria for classifying fashion brand from the consumer point of view. This was compared with the viewpoint of fashion business practice in order to develop strategy of fashion brands and to manage brand effectively and systematically, and to suggest theoretical frame for application of these criteria. This study was researched as the succeeding study of a model of criteria for classifying fashion brands from the viewpoint of fashion business practice. Survey was used as a research method. The subjects were 422 women who were 20-30 years old and living in and near Seoul. Questionnaires were developed based on 37 fashion brands' classification criteria by means of pre-survey, and SPSS package and LISREL program were used to analyze the data. As a result of factor analysis considering 37 classification criteria, 8 factors were identified as classification criteria. They were as follows; the level of brand form, the level of product concept, the level of management item, the level of brand sales ability, the level of customer management, the level of brand advertising and awareness, the level of brand value, and the level of product lead ability. All of criteria were correlated to each other. The effective method to classify fashion brands was proposed by establishing the model of the relationship of the values of 7 criteria and by proving it with the structure equation model analysis. The model of criteria for classifying fashion brands that was suggested on this study was proved by the structure equation model analysis. In this study, from a consumer's point of view we suggested a theoretical framework describing which criteria would be selected to classify and utilize fashion brand market. This model can be used to select the most efficient classification criteria and classify them hierarchically instead of selecting only one among some factors that complex and interactional and classifying.

패션 브랜드 SNS의 특성, 관계의 질 및 구매의도의 관계 - 페이스북(Facebook)을 중심으로 - (The relationship of the characteristics of fashion brand SNS, relationship quality and purchase intention - Focusing on Facebook -)

  • This study investigated the relationship of fashion brand SNS characteristics, relationship quality (satisfaction, trust, and commitment) and purchase intention. The study focused on Facebook and also examined the difference between fashion involvement groups. This study targeted consumers who have used fashion brand Facebook and are aged between 20s and 30s. Data collection was conducted through surveys, and a total 205 questionnaires were collected for the final statistical analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows. First, three characteristics of fashion brand SNS, which were entertainment, interactivity, and providing information, influenced positively on SNS users' satisfaction. Entertainment had the greatest influence on satisfaction, and providing information and interactivity followed. Second, satisfaction for fashion brand SNS influenced positively on trust and commitment. Also, trust to fashion brand SNS demonstrated a positive influence on commitment. Third, trust and commitment on fashion brand SNS both influenced positively on purchase intention. Fourth, the fashion involvement groups showed differences in fashion brand SNS characteristics, relationship quality, and purchase intention. The high involvement group showed much higher results in all aspects then did the low involvement group. Based on the above results, this study has a significant value which suggests directions for future research. Also, this paper is expected to provide managerial implications to fashion companies which need to develop SNS marketing strategies.

서비스기업의 고객 마일리지이용특성이 브랜드태도, 브랜드충성도, 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구 -대리운전 이용자를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Customer Mileage Utilization Characteristics of a Service Company on Brand Attitude, Brand Loyalty, and Reuse Intention - Focused on the Substitute Operator)

  • 본 연구에서는 대리운전업종에서 고객과의 관계를 강화하기 위한 전략으로의 마일리지프로그램에 대한 고객들의 효용과 가치를 연구하였다. 이를 위해 대리운전업을 20여년 운영해온 D사를 중심으로 1회 이상 서비스를 이용한 고객 1000명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 성실한 설문 응답자 309명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구를 위해 마일리지 이용특성을 다섯 가지(정서적 혜택, 이용편리성, 경제적 유용성, 취득노력, 혜택의 다양성). 매개변수 두 가지(브랜드태도, 브랜드충성도)로 설정하였으며, 종속변수는 재이용의도로 설정하였다. 가설 검정 결과 정서적 혜택과 이용편리성, 경제적 유용성은 매개변수인 브랜드태도와 브랜드 충성도에 유의미한 결과를 보였고, 취득노력과 혜택의 다양성은 유의미한 결과를 나타내지 못하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 대리운전업에서는 고객과의 관계강화 전략을 위하여 고객들에게 정서적 혜택, 이용 편리성, 경제적 유용성을 강화하기 위해 노력해야 함을 밝혔다.
