This study aims to investigate the impact of character collaboration product characteristics on brand awareness and purchase intention within the food and beverage (F&B) industry, with a special focus on Generation MZ's growing interest in such products. The methodology involves a comprehensive review of existing literature on character marketing, brand awareness, and consumer purchase intention, supplemented by case studies of successful character collaborations in the F&B sector. The findings reveal that character collaborations significantly impact brand awareness and purchase intentions, particularly among younger consumers like Generation MZ. These collaborations not only rekindle nostalgia but also introduce new and exciting consumer experiences, effectively attracting a wide demographic. The success of character-themed products, from Pokémon bread to Coca-Cola's League of Legends collaboration, underscores the strategy's effectiveness in boosting brand recognition and consumer engagement. The implications of this research are manifold for the F&B industry. Firstly, it highlights the importance of leveraging popular characters to forge emotional connections with consumers. Secondly, it suggests that product development should closely align with consumer preferences and market trends to maximize appeal. Lastly, it positions character collaboration as a strategic marketing tool that not only enhances product sales but also strengthens brand loyalty and facilitates sustained brand growth.

This study aims to analyze and confirm brand awareness' role in influencing the repurchase intention both directly and indirectly on customer satisfaction variables and repurchase intention variables. The contribution brought by this study is to reflect manifest variables such as recall, purchase, and consumption. The number of respondents in this study was 200 samples using the online survey data collection method (Google form), while the research approach is quantitative explanatory. The data analysis test tools include the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with AMOS as a statistical data analysis software and Sobel test to indirectly test the relationship. This study consists of four hypotheses, of which three hypotheses are positively and significantly related (brand awareness on repurchase intention, brand awareness on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention). Through indirect relationship, namely, brand awareness on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, the study showed no significant effect. In a comprehensive way, this study emphasizes the factor of customer satisfaction as a determinant of consumer loyalty and repurchase intention. Therefore, creating optimal customer satisfaction, service excellence, promotion and massive advertising, guaranteeing the safety and ease-of-use apps, and ease of shopping, especially for e-commerce industry, is a serious concern.
Branding strategy is important in the hyper-competitive luxury industry. In digitalized market environments, it is critical for luxury brands to transfer their established brand equity from the offline market to the online market. The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships between offline brand equity (i.e., brand awareness, brand image, and perceived quality)toward online consumer responses, including satisfaction and loyalty, in the context of luxury brands. In addition, this study investigates the moderating effects of offline brand trust on the relationship between offline brand equity and online satisfaction and loyalty. Data was collected via online surveys. For empirical validation of the proposed hypotheses, a structural equation modeling technique was employed. The results show that offline luxury brand awareness, brand image, and perceived quality have a positive effect on consumers' online satisfaction. Also, offline brand image has a positive effect on online consumer loyalty. The results indicate that there is a significant moderating effect of offline brand trust on the relationship between brand image and e-loyalty. The results of the present study provide implications for luxury brand managers and retailers to develop effective online sales strategies.

In addition, the data were averaged to perform regression analysis and to see the control effects of guilt, and the significance of the control effect was verified using SPSS Macro. Results - The first hypothesis that the perception of luxury brands will have a positive effect on the intent of buying counterfeit luxury brands was found to be significant. With the emergence of online communities, the role of online communities in establishing brand equity has been greatly emphasized. In order to enhance our understanding of commitment in online brand communities, the present study attempts to investigate how three dimensions of community commitment (continuance, affective, and normative commitment) influence each component of brand equity (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty) in the context of company-initiated online brand community. An online survey was conducted with a sample of online brand community members. The results found differential impacts of three types of community commitment on brand equity components, emphasizing the role of continuance and affective commitment. Continuance community commitment positively influenced brand awareness and brand association. Affective community commitment positively affected perceived quality, while among the three, only continuance and affective community commitment influenced the enhancement of brand loyalty. The results suggest that brand marketers need to focus on continuance and affective commitment factors in their online communities to effectively enhance brand equity possessed by consumers. Theoretical and managerial implications are provided.
Brand Equity plays a major role in the highly competitive Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) industry in India. There are a variety of factors which affect the brand equity that a company commands in the market. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is an emerging concept in marketing wherein all the major promotional activities are used to create a synergic output and send across a clear and consistent message to the customers. This study aims to find out the impact of five major tools of IMC namely Advertising, Word of Mouth, Sales Promotion, Event Sponsorships and Public Relations which are most applicable in the QSR industry on the four major dimensions namely Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Brand Loyalty which aid in creating Brand Equity. The study was conducted by collecting data from a sample and analyzing the data using statistical tools to find any relationships between the above mentioned variables. The findings suggest that marketers should focus on building favorable opinion about the brand amongst customers and take care regarding the news published about the brand since it affects brand image. Moreover, it was also found out that making people aware about the brand and the perceived quality about the brand play the major role in creating brand equity more than other factors.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate Brand Value by using the K-BPI(Korea Brand Power Index) of Korea Management Association which is based on consumer awareness, as well as to identify how Brand Value which is composed of top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, possibility of purchasing, preference, affects on the Market Share perceived by consumers. This research subjects were 10 hospitals with more than 1,000 beds in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and survey subjects were 20 or older adults living in the metropolitan area of Korea. Using K-BPI for measuring Brand Value and used calculation of Market Share according to consumer preference model for measuring Market Share. The major results of this research are as follows: First, this research identified that the top 5 hospitals of largest hospitals in metropolitan area measured by using K-BPI and Market Share were same hospitals as Big 4 hospitals of previous research evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and also same as hospitals that appeared recently. Second, Big 5 hospitals ranked first to fifth in both Brand Value and Market Share. To identify the relationship between K-BPI items(top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, availability, preference) and Market Share, multiple linear regression was used by dividing 5 upper and 5 lower group of hospitals per each. The group of 5 upper hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share, with 'top of awareness', 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The group of 5 lower hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share with 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The results of this study and hospitals of the first to third hospitals published in the K-BPI press release reported by KMAC in 2017, and the previous studies evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness hospitals, all had one thing in common that Big 4 hospitals ranked high position. This suggests that evaluation of Brand Value also can be a evaluation measure of hospital. A new competitiveness of hospital is expected by managing brand awareness to have a brand competitiveness and by securing intrinsic Market Share of consumer to reach hospital use ultimately.
